所述叠层结构10包括:第一涂层110和设于第一涂层110上的第二涂层120。
三组叠层结构10交叠设置。所述第一涂层110的折射率大于所述第二涂层120的折射率。
利用一组或多组交叠设置的高折射率涂层和低折射率涂层,能够降低设置于所述涂层下方金属层的反射率,从而提升屏幕的对比度、动态范围,提高了触摸显示器组件的视觉性能。
本实施例和实施例1的不同之处在于,在本实施例中,所述第一涂层110的材料采用氧化钼,所述第二涂层120的材料采用氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钨、铟锡氧化物中的一种或几种组合。在其他实施方式中,第二涂层120的材料也可以采用其他氧化物,只要能保证其折射率低于第一涂层110的折射率即可在此不做限定。
采用氧化钼或氮化钼涂布于金属层上,因为氧化钼或氮化钼具有较好的吸光特性,因此能够降低金属层的反射率。
其中所述第一涂层110的折射率为2-2.5,所述第二涂层120的折射率为1-2。
本实施例还提供一种显示面板,包括第一栅极金属层、源漏极金属层、触控金属层和本发明涉及的所述的用于降低反射率的涂层100,所述用于降低反射率的涂层100设于所述第一栅极金属层上或/和所述用于降低反射率的涂层100设于所述源漏极金属层上或/和所述用于降低反射率的涂层100设于所述触控金属层上。
其中所述第一栅极金属层、源漏极金属层、触控金属层的材料采用钼、铜、铝、钛中的一种或几种组合。
当所述第一栅极金属层、源漏极金属层、触控金属层上设有所述用于降低反射率的涂层100时,所述第一栅极金属层、源漏极金属层、触控金属层的反射率为5%-15%。
本实施例提供的显示面板,采用氧化钼或氮化钼涂布于金属层上,因为氧化钼或氮化钼具有较好的吸光特性,因此能够降低金属层的反射率;进一步的,利用一组或多组交叠设置的高折射率涂层和低折射率涂层,进一步地降低金属层的反射率,从而提升屏幕的对比度、动态范围,提高了触摸显示器组件的视觉性能。
本发明实施例还提供一种显示装置,包括本发明涉及的所述显示面板。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供一种用于降低反射率的涂层、显示面板及显示装置,采用氧化钼或氮化钼涂布于金属层上,因为氧化钼或氮化钼具有较好的吸光特性,因此能够降低金属层的反射率;进一步的,利用一组或多组交叠设置的高折射率涂层和低折射率涂层,进一步地降低金属层的反射率,从而提升屏幕的对比度、动态范围,提高了触摸显示器组件的视觉性能。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
以上对本申请实施例所提供的一种用于降低反射率的涂层、显示面板及显示装置进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的技术方案及其核心思想;本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例的技术方案的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种用于降低反射率的涂层,其中,包括至少一组叠层结构,所述叠层结构包括:第一涂层和第二涂层,其中,所述第一涂层的折射率大于所述第二涂层的折射率;当所述叠层结构包括两组或以上时,每一所述叠层结构交叠设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于降低反射率的涂层,其中,所述第一涂层的材料采用氮化钼。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的用于降低反射率的涂层,其中,所述第二涂层的材料采用氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钨、氧化钼中的一种或几种组合。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的用于降低反射率的涂层,其中,所述第一涂层的材料采用氧化钼。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的用于降低反射率的涂层,其中,所述第二涂层的材料采用氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钨、铟锡氧化物中的一种或几种组合。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的用于降低反射率的涂层,其中,所述第一涂层的折射率为2.5-3。
  7. 一种显示面板,其中,包括第一栅极金属层、源漏极金属层、触控金属层和用于降低反射率的涂层,
    所述用于降低反射率的涂层包括至少一组叠层结构,所述叠层结构包括:第一涂层和第二涂层,其中,所述第一涂层的折射率大于所述第二涂层的折射率;当所述叠层结构包括两组或以上时,每一所述叠层结构交叠设置;
    所述用于降低反射率的涂层设于所述第一栅极金属层上或所述用于降低反射率的涂层设于所述源漏极金属层上或所述用于降低反射率的涂层设于所述触控金属层上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一栅极金属层、源漏极金属层、触控金属层的材料采用钼、铜、铝、钛中的一种或几种组合。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中,当所述第一栅极金属层、源漏极金属层、触控金属层上设有所述用于降低反射率的涂层时,所述第一栅极金属层、源漏极金属层、触控金属层的反射率为5%-15%。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一涂层的材料采用氮化钼。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的显示面板,其中,所述第二涂层的材料采用氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钨、氧化钼中的一种或几种组合。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一涂层的材料采用氧化钼。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的显示面板,其中,所述第二涂层的材料采用氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钨、铟锡氧化物中的一种或几种组合。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一涂层的折射率为2.5-3。
  15. 一种显示装置,其中,包括显示面板,所述显示面板包括第一栅极金属层、源漏极金属层、触控金属层和用于降低反射率的涂层,
    所述用于降低反射率的涂层包括至少一组叠层结构,所述叠层结构包括:第一涂层和第二涂层,其中,所述第一涂层的折射率大于所述第二涂层的折射率;当所述叠层结构包括两组或以上时,每一所述叠层结构交叠设置;
    所述用于降低反射率的涂层设于所述第一栅极金属层上或所述用于降低反射率的涂层设于所述源漏极金属层上或所述用于降低反射率的涂层设于所述触控金属层上。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一涂层的材料采用氮化钼。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二涂层的材料采用氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钨、氧化钼中的一种或几种组合。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一涂层的材料采用氧化钼。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二涂层的材料采用氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钨、铟锡氧化物中的一种或几种组合。
  20. 如权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一涂层的折射率为2.5-3。
