如图1-2所示,本发明一实施例的电动喷洒装置包括储液器4、连接于储液器4上的壳体、以及设置于壳体内的液泵5、喷头组件22与电控组件7。
储液器4用于盛装需要喷洒的液体,如水或者添加有液态肥、杀虫剂、清新剂等的水溶液,其可以是水瓶、水壶或类似结构的容器。储液器4的顶端开口,一瓶盖406盖设于开口上将储液器4封闭。瓶盖406与储液器4较佳地螺合连接,即可以形成良好的密封,又可以方便地打开瓶盖406向储液器4内补充液体。图示实施例中,瓶盖406的外周面形成有外螺纹,用于与壳体螺合连接。应当理解地,瓶盖406与壳体也可以有其它连接方式,如可以是固定不可拆卸连接如焊接、粘粘等,或者也可以是可拆卸连接如卡扣、紧配合等,不以具体实施例为限。
本实施例中,储液器4内设置有软管401,用于储液器4向液泵5输送液体。软管401的顶端向上穿出储液器4,如由瓶盖406穿出等,与液泵5的进液管8连接。软管401的底端延伸至储液器4的底部,以尽可能地吸走储液器4内的全部液体。较佳地,软管401的顶端通过一固定架402与储液器4定位、软管401的底端套设有软管坠403。软管坠403起到配重的作用,避免软管401浮在液体表面而影响出液。固定架402固定于储液器4内并靠近其开口端设置,软管401穿设于固定架402的中央。较佳地,固定架402环绕软管401形成有若干镂空孔405,相邻的镂空孔405之间形成连接肋条404,在对软管401提供支撑的同时尽量避免影响对储液器4的液体补给。
壳体包括与瓶盖406连接的底座3以及罩设于底座3上的外壳1。底座3大致呈圆筒状,内部设置有隔板312,隔板312大致位于底座3的轴向的中间位置,将底座3的内部空间隔离为上下两部分。其中,底座3位于隔板312上方的部分与外壳1共同构成容置空间301,用于安装液泵5、喷头组件22与电控组件7;底座3位于隔板312下方的部分与储液器4上的瓶盖406套接,图示实施例中,底座3位于隔板下方的部分的内壁面形成有与瓶盖406的外螺纹相匹配的内螺纹。当然,底座3也可以形成其它与瓶盖406相匹配的连接结构。
请同时参阅图5,隔板312的中央设置有贯穿的进液孔310,进液孔310正对储液器4的软管401,设置于隔板312上方的液泵5的进液管8通过进液孔310与储液器4的软管401连接。图示实施例中,进液管8设置于液泵5的一侧、靠近底座3的边缘位置。一进液弯头311设置于隔板312上,其一端与液泵5的进液管8连接、另一管通过进液孔310与储液器4的软管401连接。进液弯头311的设置使得进液管8与软管401的相对位置不受限制,因此液泵5的进液管路的布置可以完全避开壳体内的其它元件,特别是电控组件7,一来可以更合理地利用壳体的内部空间使得整体结构更为紧凑,另一方面也减小了漏液等安全隐患,保障电控组件7的安全运行。
壳体内设置有支架6,用于安装液泵5以及电控组件7。电控组件7包括电池701、与电池701连接的控制电路板702、以及与控制电路板702连接的开关按键703。电池701作为整个电控组件7的电源,优选地为充电电池701。开关按键703设置于外壳1上,与控制电路板702上的触发开关706连接,用户通过按压开关按键703控制液泵5的启停。支架6整体呈柱状,沿周向设置有第一安装槽601、第二安装槽602以及第三安装槽603,分别安装液泵5、电池701以及控制电路板702。较佳地,液泵5为微型液泵,第一安装槽601内设置有弹性垫,用于减缓液泵5的震动,减小运行时的噪音。
通过支架6的设置,可以方便地装配电池701、控制电路板702以及液泵5,在安装定位后,可以方便地焊接导线将液泵5以及电控组件7的各个元件电性连接,充分合理地利用空间,方便元件的定位与连接。同时液泵5的进液管8偏置,避开了壳体中央的液泵5与电控组件7,这使得壳体内的诸多元件,特别是液泵5的进液管8与电控组件7的空间分布合理而紧凑,使得壳体可以有更小的尺寸,图示实施例中,壳体整体上的外径与储液器4上的瓶盖406的外径相当,远小于储液器4本身的外径,如此方便用户的使用与携带。
图示实施例中,底座3向上伸出有一对固定臂302,固定臂302的顶部形成有倒钩,对应地外壳1的内壁面上形成有卡扣位,装配时通过固定臂302的倒钩与外壳1的卡扣位的钩扣,将外壳1与底座3相连。应当理解地,底座3与外壳1也可以有其它可拆卸的连接方式如螺合等,或者也可以是不可拆卸连接,不以具体实施例为限。支架6与固定臂302形成有对应的固定孔604,螺钉303等固定件穿设于固定孔604内将支架6连接至固定臂302上。应当理解地,支架6与固定臂302也可以有其它连接方式。较佳地,支架6的底部与底座3的隔板312间隔出一定空间,以方便其它元件,如充电组件、泄压组件等的装配。
充电组件用于对电池701充电,包括充电电路板704与以及与充电电路板704连接的充电接口705。充电电路板704与控制电路板702连接,充电接口705可以是USB接口、Micro-USB接口、Type-C接口、Lighting接口等。对应地,底座3的隔板312上设置有充电槽306用于安装以及定位充电电路板704,底座3的侧壁上设置有正对充电接口705的缺口304,缺口304上连接有可开合的封帽305。封帽305常态下保持在闭合状态,避免外部的灰尘、杂物等堵塞充电接口705;封帽305打开时露出充电接口705,此时可以连接带有对应接头的充电器对电池701充电。
泄压组件包括形成于隔板312上的泄压槽307、密封泄压槽307的气密垫308、以及与泄压槽307连通的鸭嘴阀309。其中,气密垫308与泄压槽307共同形成泄压通道,泄压通道与充电槽306隔开,避免泄压过程中的水或水溶液溢出,导致电路短路。泄压通道的一端与鸭嘴阀309连通、另一端与封帽305连通。对应地,封帽305形成有气孔,连通泄压槽307与外界。
喷头组件2设置于外壳1的顶端,包括喷头盖201、喷头座202、喷盘件203以及喷嘴204。
喷头盖201罩盖于喷头座202上,喷头座202的外周面与喷头盖201的周向内壁面固定固定,如焊接形成良好的密封效果等。应当理解地,喷头盖201与喷头座202也可以有其它连接方式,不以具体实施例为限。喷盘件203设置于喷头盖201与喷头座202之间,喷盘件203上设置有多个过水孔,对应地喷头盖201设置有对应过水孔的多个出水孔。较佳地,喷盘件203与喷头座202之间还设置有环形的垫圈205,利用垫圈205在喷盘件203与喷头座202之间间隔出间隙,喷嘴204的出液在间隙处可以短暂停留,使得喷头组件2的出液更流畅。
喷嘴204固定于外壳1内并与液泵5的出液管连通,喷嘴204与外壳1可以是卡扣连接等。较佳地,外壳1与喷嘴204之间设置有防水密封圈101,避免水汽等进入外壳1而影响电控组件7的安全。本实施例中,喷嘴204与液泵5的出液管通过出液弯头206连接,从而使得喷嘴204与液泵5的相对位置可以根据需要进行设置,可以将喷嘴204调整至更适合的出液角度,应用上更为广泛、使用上更为方便。图示实施例中,喷嘴204的出液方向倾斜向上,从而最终喷头组件22的出液呈抛物线状,可以有更大的喷洒距离或喷洒范围。较佳地,喷嘴204出液的一端伸入至喷盘件203与喷头座202之间的间隙内。
喷头盖201与喷头座202固定连接,进而将喷盘件203、垫圈205集成为一体,在装配时只需将喷头盖201与外壳1相固定即可。喷头盖201与外壳1可以设置相匹配的螺纹结构螺合相连,也可以设置相配合的卡扣机构卡扣相连,无论安装还是拆卸都相当方便。另外,喷头盖201与喷头座202的一体结构在方便其本身的拆装的同时,也方便了喷头的更换,从而可以根据不同的应用场合使用不同的喷头,使得本发明电动喷洒装置的适用范围更广。
需要说明的是,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,根据本发明的创造精神,本领域技术人员还可以做出其他变化,这些依据本发明的创造精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电动喷洒装置,包括液泵、与所述液泵的出液管连通的喷头组件、以及与所述液泵电性连接的电控组件,其特征在于:还包括安装所述液泵、喷头组件以及电控组件的壳体,所述壳体包括底座以及连接于所述底座上的外壳,所述喷头组件连接于所述外壳上,所述底座设置有贯穿的进液孔,用于所述液泵的进液管与外部水源的连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电动喷洒装置,其特征在于,所述进液孔设置于所述底座的中央,所述液泵的进液管相对于所述进液孔偏置并通过进液弯头连接。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的电动喷洒装置,其特征在于,所述底座的中央设置有支架,所述支架上设置有沿其周向分布的多个安装槽,所述电控组件包括电池以及与所述电池电性连接的控制电路板,所述液泵与所述控制电路板电性连接,所述液泵、电池、控制电路板分别安装于所述支架的其中一安装槽内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电动喷洒装置,其特征在于,所述底座的边缘向上延伸形成有若干固定臂,所述支架固定连接于所述固定臂之间,所述固定臂的末端形成有倒钩,所述倒钩与所述外壳钩扣连接。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的电动喷洒装置,其特征在于,所述底座内还设置有充电组件,所述充电组件包括充电电路板以及与所述充电电路板电性连接的充电接口,所述充电电路板与所述控制电路板电性连接,所述底座的侧壁上形成有对应所述充电接口的缺口,所述缺口处设置有可以开合的封帽。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电动喷洒装置,其特征在于,所述底座内还设置有泄压通道,所述泄压通道的一端连接有鸭嘴阀、另一端延伸至所述封帽,所述封帽形成有连通所述泄压通道与外界的气孔。
  7. 如权利要求1或2所述的电动喷洒装置,其特征在于,所述外部水源为盛装有水或者水溶液的储液器;所述底座为圆筒状,所述底座内设置有隔板将所述底座的内部空间分隔为上下两部分,所述底座位于隔板上方的部分与所述外壳可拆卸地连接、共同构成收容所述液泵与电控组件的空间,所述底座位于隔板下方的部分与所述储液器的顶端可拆卸地连接;所述进液孔设置于所述隔板的中央。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电动喷洒装置,其特征在于,所述储液器的顶端开口并螺合有瓶盖,所述底座罩盖于所述瓶盖上并与所述瓶盖螺合相连。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的电动喷洒装置,其特征在于,所述储液器内设置有软管,所述软管的顶端通过一镂空的固定架固定于所述储液器内,所述软管的底端套设有软管坠。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的电动喷洒装置,其特征在于,所述喷头组件包括与所述外壳可拆卸连接的喷嘴,所述喷嘴与所述液泵的出液管之间连接有出液弯头,所述喷嘴的出液方向倾斜向上。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电动喷洒装置,其特征在于,所述喷头组件还包括喷头盖、与喷头盖密封相连的喷头座、以及设置于喷头座与喷头盖之间的喷盘件,所述喷盘件上设置有若干过水孔,所述喷头盖上设置有若干出水孔,所述喷嘴伸入至所述喷头座内。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电动喷洒装置,其特征在于,所述喷头组件还包括设置于所述喷盘件与所述喷头座之间并将所述喷盘件与所述喷头座间隔开出一定间隙的环形垫圈,所述喷嘴伸入至所述喷盘件与所述喷头座之间的间隙中。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的电动喷洒装置,其特征在于,所述喷头盖环套所述喷头座并与所述喷头座焊接为一体,所述喷头盖与所述外壳卡扣连接或者螺合连接。
