Description

具有防漏液功能的洗手机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗手机领域,特别涉及一种具有防漏液功能的洗手机。
背景技术
目前市场上的洗手机一般包括机头和储液瓶,储液瓶上开设有两个孔,一个出液孔用于输出液体,另一个进气孔用于让外界空气进入瓶内,维持瓶内气压平衡。其中,出液孔通常连接有管道,不会出现漏液的情况。但在储液瓶倾倒时,瓶内液体会经过进气孔漏出,造成浪费,而且会腐蚀机头内部的元件,污染洗手机的外表。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种具有防漏液功能的洗手机,即使洗手机倾倒也不会出现漏液的情况。
根据本发明的第一方面实施例的具有防漏液功能的洗手机,包括:储液瓶,所述储液瓶上部设置有出液孔和进气孔,所述进气孔上设置有单向进气阀:机头,与所述储液瓶连接固定,所述机头包括:壳体,所述壳体上设置有出水口;开关,设置在所述机头上;感应器,设置在所述壳体表面;控制电路板,设置在所述壳体内部,所述开关和所述感应器与所述控制电路板连接;微型泵,设置在所述壳体内部,所述微型泵连接所述控制电路板;抽液管,连接所述微型泵,所述抽液管通过所述出液孔伸入所述储液瓶;出液通道,设置在所述微型泵和所述出水口之间。
根据本发明实施例的具有防漏液功能的洗手机,至少具有如下有益效果:本方案在储液瓶的进气孔上设置有单向进气阀,即使洗手机倾倒,储液瓶内的液体也不会通过进气孔漏出,避免浪费,同时也不会腐蚀机头内部的元件和污染洗手机外表。
根据本发明第一方面所述的具有防漏液功能的洗手机,所述储液瓶上设置有 瓶盖,所述出液孔设置在所述瓶盖上。打开瓶盖可以直接往储液瓶内加液,方便重复使用。
根据本发明第一方面所述的具有防漏液功能的洗手机,所述出液孔和所述抽液管之间设置有密封垫,提高出液孔的密封性,防止洗手机倾倒时,液体从出液口漏出。
根据本发明第一方面所述的具有防漏液功能的洗手机,所述单向进气阀为鸭嘴阀,结构简单,稳定性高。
根据本发明第一方面所述的具有防漏液功能的洗手机,所述机头还包括顶盖,所述顶盖设置在所述壳体上部。顶盖为可拆分设置,拆除顶盖可以方便的对机头内部结构进行观察和维护。
根据本发明第一方面所述的具有防漏液功能的洗手机,所述感应器为红外感应器,所述感应器朝向所述出水口的下方空间。当手置于出水口下方时,感应器感应到手部控制微型泵动作,从储液瓶抽取液体,经过出液通道和具有防漏液功能的洗手机,呈雾状喷出。

图1、图2所示为本发明提供的一个优选实施例的外观示意图,具有防漏液功能的洗手机,包括储液瓶10和安装固定在储液瓶10上方的机头20。在本实施例中,储液瓶10和机头20之间通过螺纹连接,但两者之间还可以采用卡扣等其他方式进行连接。
具体的,机头20由壳体21和顶盖22组成,壳体21上设置有出水口,顶盖22可拆卸装设在壳体21顶部。参照图3,壳体21内部设置有微型泵30、抽液管31、出液通道40、控制电路板50和充电电池60。微型泵30通过抽液管31连接储液瓶10,出液通道40设置在微型泵30和壳体21的出水口之间,出液通道40内设置有雾化喷嘴41,其中雾化喷嘴41设置在出液通道40的出口端。参照图1,壳体21表面还设置有感应器70,顶盖22上设置有触摸式的开关51。控制电路板50分别连接微信泵30、感应器70和开关51,充电电池60为控制电路板50、微信泵30、感应器70和开关51等电子元件提供工作电源。进一步的,感应器70为红外感应器,感应器70朝向出水口的下方空间。当手置于出水口下方时,感应器70感应到手部,把信号反馈到控制电路板50,控制电路板50控制微型泵30动作,从储液瓶10抽取液体,经过出液通道40和具有防漏液功能的洗手机41,呈雾状喷出。本实施例的具有防漏液功能的洗手机通过具有防漏液功能的洗手机41实现液体的雾化喷出,无需设置齿轮传动,在体积、成本、生产效率等方面都有优势。
参照图2,容易想到的是,壳体21表面设置有充电接口80,充电接口80连接控制电路板50,可以为充电电池60进行充电,使充电电池60可以反复使 用,减少废电池的产生,更加环保。充电接口80优选为USB接口,美观方便,且可以用于进行数据传输,辅助设定感应器70的感应高度。进一步的,USB接口外还设置有橡胶塞,用于保护USB接口。
参照图4,本实施例的储液瓶10上部设置可打开的瓶盖11,瓶盖11上设置有出液孔12,储液瓶10瓶身上部还设置有进气孔13。抽液管31通过出液孔12伸入储液瓶10内部,出液孔12和抽液管31之间设置有密封垫,提高出液孔12的密封性。进气孔13上设置有单向进气阀14。进一步的,在本实施例中,单向进气阀14为鸭嘴阀。本实施例在储液瓶10的进气孔13上设置有单向进气阀14,即使洗手机倾倒,储液瓶10内的液体也不会通过进气孔13漏出,避免浪费,同时也不会腐蚀机头20内部的元件和污染洗手机外表。

    微型泵,设置在所述壳体内部,所述微型泵连接所述控制电路板;
    抽液管,连接所述微型泵,所述抽液管通过所述出液孔伸入所述储液瓶;
    出液通道,设置在所述微型泵和所述出水口之间。
