电子雾化器 技术领域
本申请涉及液体雾化领域,尤其涉及一种电子雾化器。
背景技术
电子雾化器的雾化过程需要待储液部件内的雾化液流动至雾化部件上,然后由液态转化成气态。现有的大多电子雾化器都是将储液部件和雾化部件连接在一起成为统一的部件,为了在雾化液用尽后,需要同时更换储液部件和雾化部件才能继续使用电子雾化器,这使得雾化部件成为了不必要的浪费。所以如何在不更换雾化部件的同时,对电子雾化器添加雾化液成为了关键问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种电子雾化器,在雾化液用尽后可单独更换储液件,并且更换后的储液件可以实现自动进液的过程。
为实现本申请的目的,本申请提供了如下的技术方案:
一种电子雾化器包括输液件、储液件和雾化组件;所述输液件围合相连通的第一通道和第二通道,所述储液件围合储液腔,所述储液件与所述输液件可拆卸连接,所述储液件至少部分伸入所述第一通道,所述第二通道连通至所述雾化组件;所述第一通道和所述第二通道的延伸方向呈夹角,以使所述储液腔的液体自动进液以进行雾化。
一种实施方式中,所述储液件包括仓体和仓头,所述仓头凸出于所述仓体,所述仓体围合所述储液腔,所述仓头开设有出液孔,所述仓头伸入所述第一通道,所述出液孔连通所述储液腔和所述第一通道。
一种实施方式中,所述电子雾化器还包括第一固定件,所述第一固定件套设在所述仓头的外周,所述第一固定件伸入所述第一通道并与所述第一通道的内壁连接。
一种实施方式中,所述电子雾化器还包括外壳体,所述外壳体围合容纳腔和装配腔,所述容纳腔和所述装配腔通过第一开口连通,所述输液件容置于所述容纳腔;所述仓体容置于所述装配腔,所述仓头穿过所述第一开口伸入所述第一通道。
一种实施方式中,所述外壳体开设有第二开口,所述装配腔通过所述第二开口与外部空间连通,所述储液件通过所述第二开口安装或拆卸。
一种实施方式中,所述仓体的外周套设有第二固定件,所述第二固定件连接所述装配腔的内壁以固定所述仓体。
一种实施方式中,所述输液件还围合与所述第二通道连通的第三通道,所述第三通道与所述第二通道的延伸方向呈夹角,所述第三通道包括第三开口,所述第三开口和所述第一通道的开口位于所述第二通道的同侧,所述第三通道通过所述第三开口与外部空间连通,所述雾化组件容置于所述第三通道以对雾化液进行雾化,且雾化的烟雾自所述第三开口排出。
一种实施方式中,所述电子雾化器还包括连接件,所述连接件开设有凹槽,所述第三通道还包括与所述第三开口相背的第四开口,所述连接件至少部分自所述第四开口伸入所述第三通道,所述凹槽连通所述第三通道,所述雾化组件至少部分容置于所述凹槽内。
一种实施方式中,所述外壳体还包括吸气部,所述吸气部连接所述输液件,所述吸气部 围合吸气通道,所述吸气通道通过所述第三开口连通所述第三通道。
一种实施方式中,所述电子雾化器还包括排液塞,所述排液塞位于所述输液件远离所述雾化组件的一端,所述排液塞伸入所述第二通道并与所述输液件可拆卸连接。
本发明提供的电子雾化器设置有一个用于储液的储液件,和与储液件可拆卸连接的输液件,储液件内的雾化液可以通过输液件围合的第一通道和第二通道流至雾化组件上被雾化,以此在雾化液在用尽后,用户可以通过拆卸下储液件的方式进行换液;同时,第一通道和第二通道的延伸方向呈夹角,使得储液件在伸入第一通道与雾化件连接后,雾化液可以在重力的作用下自动流出雾化腔,实现储液件自动进液的过程。

下面将结合本申请实施方式中的附图,对本申请实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本申请一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本申请中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本发明提供一种电子雾化器100,请参考图1、图6和图8,电子雾化器100包括输液组 件1、雾化组件2、电源组件3和外壳组件4。输液组件1、雾化组件2和电源组件3均容置于外壳组件4内,输液组件1用于储存和输送雾化液至雾化组件2,雾化液经雾化组件2雾化呈液体雾气后提供用户吸入,电源组件3用于向雾化组件2提供电量。雾化液可以是烟液、药液或纯净水等,液体种类不做限制。
请参考图3和图4,输液组件1包括输液件11和储液件12。输液件11围合相连通的第一通道1112和第二通道1113,储液件12围合储液腔1211,储液件12与输液件11可拆卸连接,储液件12至少部分伸入第一通道1112,第二通道1113连通至雾化组件2;第一通道1112和第二通道1113的延伸方向呈夹角,以使储液腔1211的液体自动进液以进行雾化。
具体地,输液件11包括横向部111和纵向部112,所述横向部111和所述纵向部112可以为无缝连接,且横向部111垂直纵向部112。横向部111在远离纵向部112的一端具有凸出外壁的第一凸缘1111,第一凸缘1111围合第一通道1112,横向部111围合第二通道1113。第一通道1112和第二通道1113的延伸方向所呈夹角可以为90°,即第一通道1112垂直第二通道1113;在其他实施例中,夹角大小也可以为85°或95°,可理解的第一通道1112和第二通道1113的夹角可以在宏观概念上为近于垂直状态,具体夹角大小不做限制。
电子雾化器100静止放置时,第二通道1113可以与水平面平行,且第二通道1113与第一通道1112的延伸方向具有夹角,储液件12伸入第一通道1112后呈倒置状态,雾化液可以在重力的影响下自储液腔1211流出至第二通道1113。在用户使用电子雾化器100时,第二通道1113与水平面呈非0°的夹角,使得第二通道1113内的雾化液可以自动流至雾化组件2以进行雾化。
进一步地,横向部111的形状可以为方柱形或圆柱形,具体形状不做限制。第一通道1112和第二通道1113的截面形状可以为方形、圆形或椭圆型。输液件11的材质可为塑料,具体包括但不限于PC(聚碳酸酯)、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)、环氧树脂等;在其他实施例中,输液件11的材质还可以为金属,具体包括但不限于铜、铝合金、不锈钢等。
本发明提供的电子雾化器100设置有一个用于储液的储液件12,和与储液件12可拆卸连接的输液件11,储液件12内的雾化液可以通过输液件11围合的第一通道1112和第二通道1113流至雾化组件2上被雾化,以此在雾化液在用尽后,用户可以通过拆卸下储液件12的方式进行换液;同时,第一通道1112和第二通道1113的延伸方向呈夹角,使得储液件12在伸入第一通道1112与雾化件连接后,雾化液可以在重力的作用下自动流出雾化腔,实现储液件12自动进液的过程。
一种实施例中,请参考图3和图4,储液件12包括仓体121和仓头122,仓头122凸出于仓体121,仓体121围合储液腔1211,仓头122开设有出液孔1221,仓头122伸入第一通道1112,出液孔1221连通储液腔1211和第一通道1112。
具体地,仓体121和仓头122可以为无缝连接,储液件12可以通过注塑、吹塑、3D打印等方式一体成型。仓头122可以为仓体121一端面上向外凸出的结构,且仓头122的形状可以与第一通道1112的形状一致。
进一步地,仓头122的外周可以与第一通道1112的内壁直接连接,具体连接方式可以是螺纹配合连接;或者打磨仓头122的外周和第一通道1112的内壁至磨砂状态,通过增大摩擦力的方式固定仓头122和第一凸缘1111。
电子雾化器100静止放置时,储液腔1211内的雾化液可以通过出液孔1221流至第二通道1113,并且储液腔1211与出液孔1221连通处可以为缩口形状,以便于储液腔1211的雾化液易于流出,减少储液腔1211内的残留液体,避免造成浪费。
在其他实施例中,储液件12在制造后还可以设置一仓盖(图中未展示),仓盖连接在仓头122的外周且封闭出液孔1221。以此,便于储液件12的运输和雾化液的保存。
储液件12的材质可为塑料,具体包括但不限于PC(聚碳酸酯)、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)、环氧树脂等;在其他实施例中,储液件12的材质还可以为金属,具体包括但不限于铜、铝合金、不锈钢等。
一种实施例中,请参考图3,输液组件1还包括第一固定件14,第一固定件14套设在仓头122的外周,第一固定件14伸入第一通道1112并与第一通道1112的内壁连接。
具体地,第一固定件14可以是硅胶圈或橡胶圈,以便于增强输液件11和储液件12连接后的密封性,避免电子雾化器100倒置或倾斜的过程中雾化液渗漏,增强了电子雾化器100的便携性。
在其他实施例中,第一固定件14还可以与仓头122为一体式结构,具体样式可以为卡扣或第一卡槽1213,通过卡持配合的方式以增强输液件11和储液件12的连接强度,避免储液件12自第一通道1112脱出。
一种实施例中,请参考图2、图4和图7,输液件11还围合与第二通道1113连通的第三通道1121,第三通道1121与第二通道1113的延伸方向呈夹角,第三通道1121包括第三开口1122,第三开口1122和第一通道1112的开口位于第二通道1113的同侧,第三通道1121通过第三开口1122与外部空间连通,雾化组件2容置于第三通道1121以对雾化液进行雾化,且雾化的烟雾自所述第三开口1122排出。
具体地,输液件11包括与横向部111垂直的纵向部112,纵向部112用于围合两端开口的第三通道1121。第三通道1121的延伸方向与第二通道1113的延伸方向可以垂直,当然,在其他实施例中,第三通道1121和延伸方向与第二通道1113的延伸方向的夹角还可以为88°或93°,可理解的,第三通道1121和第二通道1113的夹角可以在宏观概念上为近于垂直状态,具体夹角大小不做限制。
进一步地,雾化组件2包括雾化芯21、雾化管22和第四固定件23,第三通道1121靠近第三开口1122的位置设有第三凸缘1124。雾化芯21通电后用于产生热量加热雾化液,雾化管22套设在雾化芯21的外周,第四固定件23套设在雾化管22的外周;第四固定件23与第三凸缘1124连接,以此固定雾化组件2至第三通道1121内。
雾化管22上还开设有多个进液孔221,进液孔221连通第二通道1113和雾化管22的内腔,以此使得自第二通道1113流至雾化组件2的雾化液可以达到雾化芯21上被加热成烟雾。经雾化后的液体可以通过第三开口1122被用户吸入。
在其他实施例中,雾化组件2还可以是通过超声波雾化的方式工作,并包括超声波雾化片和振动件等。
一种实施例中,请参考图2至图4,输液组件1还包括连接件13,连接件13开设有凹槽131,第三通道1121还包括与第三开口1122相背的第四开口1123,连接件13至少部分自第四开口1123伸入第三通道1121,凹槽131连通第三通道1121,雾化组件2至少部分容置于凹槽131内。
具体地,连接件13伸入第三通道1121的部分的外周与第三通道1121的内壁连接,且连接件13伸入第三通道1121的部分的外周开设有第二卡槽132,第二卡槽132内可容置有第三固定件16,第三固定件16可以是硅胶圈或橡胶圈,以此增加连接件13和输液件11之间的密封性,还可以增大连接件13和第三通道1121内壁之间的摩擦力。
连接件13上还开设有电连接孔133和气流孔,电连接孔133和气流孔(图中未展示)均 连通凹槽131和外部空间;雾化芯21可以通过电连接孔133与外部电源组件3连接。雾化管22至少部分伸入凹槽131并且其外周与凹槽131的内壁连接,以此进一步地固定雾化组件2至第三通道1121内。
在其他实施例中,连接件13和输液件11还可以不可拆卸结构,即连接件13和输液件11可以通过模具注射或钣金钻孔制备而成,以此减少连接件13和输液件11之间的缝隙,避免出现漏液的情况。
一种实施例中,请参考图3和图4,输液组件1还包括排液塞17,排液塞17位于输液件11远离雾化组件2的一端,排液塞17伸入第二通道1113并与输液件11可拆卸连接。
具体地,第二通道1113背向第三通道1121的一端设有排液口1114,排液塞17自排液口1114伸入第二通道1113。排液塞17可以是硅胶或橡胶材质,用户可以将输液件11自容纳腔43取出后拆卸下排液塞17,以此便于清理第一通道1112和第二通道1113残留下的雾化液。
一种实施例中,请参考图2、图5和图6,外壳组件4包括外壳体41和底座42,外壳体41围合容纳腔43和装配腔44,容纳腔43和装配腔44通过第一开口431连通,输液件11容置于容纳腔43;仓体121容置于装配腔44,仓头122穿过第一开口431伸入第一通道1112。底座42与外壳体41连接,用于封闭容纳腔43。
具体地,外壳体41包括外壁板411、顶壁板412、内壁板413和吸气部414。外壁板411、顶壁板412和内壁板413共同围合容纳腔43;底座42位于与顶壁板412相对的一端,且底座42与外壁板411可拆卸连接,用户可以通过开合底座42安装或拆卸输液件11。
外壁板411和内壁板413共同围合装配腔44,且第一开口431开设于内壁板413上。装配腔44的形状可以和仓体121的形状一致,以便于仓体121容置于装配腔44后被固定。
外壳组件4的材质可为塑料,具体包括但不限于PC(聚碳酸酯)、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)、环氧树脂等。
一种实施例中,请参考图2和图5,外壳体41开设有第二开口441,装配腔44通过第二开口441与外部空间连通,储液件12通过第二开口441安装或拆卸。具体地,第二开口441的朝向与第一开口431的朝向相同,储液件12可以沿第一开口431的方向安装进装配腔44或撤出。
进一步地,围合装配腔44的外壁板411上还可以设有一缺口442,仓体121的外壁上还可以设有第二凸缘1212;缺口442自第二开口441处向第一开口431处延伸,第二凸缘1212自仓体121的外周壁向外凸出。储液件12安装至装配腔44时,第二凸缘1212沿安装方向伸入缺口442并连接外壁板411,且第二凸缘1212与外壁板411之间至少留有部分缺口442,以便于用户通过该缺口442提拔储液件12从装配腔44拆卸。
一种实施例中,请参考图2和图4,仓体121的外周套设有第二固定件15,第二固定件15连接装配腔44的内壁以固定仓体121。具体地,仓体121的外周设有第一卡槽1213,第二固定件15可以是硅胶圈或橡胶圈,第二固定件15安装进第一卡槽1213内,且第二固定件15的尺寸可以略大于第一卡槽1213的尺寸,以使得第二固定件15可以有部分凸出与第一卡槽1213。储液件12安装至装配腔44后,第二固定件15向外膨胀凸出并连接装配腔44的内壁,以此增大仓体121和装配腔44内壁之间的摩擦力,避免储液件12自装配腔44脱出。
在其他实施例中,第二固定件15还可以为卡扣(图中未展示),第二固定件15连接在装配腔44的内壁上,储液件12安装至装配腔44后,卡扣可以伸入第一卡槽1213,以此固定储液件12至装配腔44内。可理解的,卡扣和第一卡槽1213的形状不做具体限制,卡扣和第 一卡槽1213配合的目的在于固定储液件12,防止储液件12脱出。
一种实施例中,请参考图2和图6,外壳体41还包括吸气部414,吸气部414连接输液件11,吸气部414围合吸气通道45,吸气通道45通过第三开口1122连通第三通道1121。
具体地,吸气部414连接在顶壁板412上,且一端向容纳腔43延伸至穿过第三开口1122并连接第三凸缘1124,吸气部414的部分外周与第三通道1121的部分内壁连接,以此使得输液件11与吸气部414可以固定连接。
进一步地,吸气部414背向容纳腔43的一端向电子雾化器100的外部延伸形成吸嘴。吸气通道45与雾化管22的管腔连通,使得经雾化后的液体可以通过吸气通道45被用户吸入。
在其他实施例中,吸气部414背向容纳腔43的一端可以不向外延伸,吸气部414上可以安装单独的吸嘴,且安装方式可以通过螺纹配合连接或卡扣连接的方式等。通过设置单独的吸嘴用户可以定期更换吸嘴以保持吸嘴的清洁度。
在其他实施例中,吸嘴上还可以设有盖帽(图中未展示)以避免吸嘴受到外部污染。
一种实施例中,请参考图2、图4和图8,电源组件3包括电池31、充电接口32和控制主板33,连接件13背向第三开口1122的端面上还延伸有支撑脚134。电池31容置于容纳腔43,并与控制主板33电连接,用于储存电量或向雾化组件2供电。充电接口32连接在底座42上,且充电接口32与控制主板33的一端面连接,用户可以通过充电接口32给电子雾化器100充电。控制主板33背向充电接口32的一端与支撑脚134固定连接,雾化芯21部分穿过电连接孔133后与控制主板33电连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子雾化器,其特征在于,包括输液件、储液件和雾化组件;所述输液件围合相连通的第一通道和第二通道,所述储液件围合储液腔,所述储液件与所述输液件可拆卸连接,所述储液件至少部分伸入所述第一通道,所述第二通道连通至所述雾化组件;所述第一通道和所述第二通道的延伸方向呈夹角,以使所述储液腔的液体自动进液以进行雾化。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述储液件包括仓体和仓头,所述仓头凸出于所述仓体,所述仓体围合所述储液腔,所述仓头开设有出液孔,所述仓头伸入所述第一通道,所述出液孔连通所述储液腔和所述第一通道。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述电子雾化器还包括第一固定件,所述第一固定件套设在所述仓头的外周,所述第一固定件伸入所述第一通道并与所述第一通道的内壁连接。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述电子雾化器还包括外壳体,所述外壳体围合容纳腔和装配腔,所述容纳腔和所述装配腔通过第一开口连通,所述输液件容置于所述容纳腔;所述仓体容置于所述装配腔,所述仓头穿过所述第一开口伸入所述第一通道。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述外壳体开设有第二开口,所述装配腔通过所述第二开口与外部空间连通,所述储液件通过所述第二开口安装或拆卸。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述仓体的外周套设有第二固定件,所述第二固定件连接所述装配腔的内壁以固定所述仓体。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述输液件还围合与所述第二通道连通的第三通道,所述第三通道与所述第二通道的延伸方向呈夹角,所述第三通道包括第三开口,所述第三开口和所述第一通道的开口位于所述第二通道的同侧,所述第三通道通过所述第三开口与外部空间连通,所述雾化组件容置于所述第三通道以对雾化液进行雾化,且雾化的烟雾自所述第三开口排出。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述电子雾化器还包括连接件,所述连接件开设有凹槽,所述第三通道还包括与所述第三开口相背的第四开口,所述连接件至少部分自所述第四开口伸入所述第三通道,所述凹槽连通所述第三通道,所述雾化组件至少部分容置于所述凹槽内。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述外壳体还包括吸气部,所述吸气部连接所述输液件,所述吸气部围合吸气通道,所述吸气通道通过所述第三开口连通所述第三通道。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述电子雾化器还包括排液塞,所述排液塞位于所述输液件远离所述雾化组件的一端,所述排液塞伸入所述第二通道并与所述输液件可拆卸连接。
