本发明提供一种封闭式侧装机械用行走轮,属于传动设备技术领域。
背景技术
传统的滚轮结构有两种:滚轮空套在轴上或者滚轮内安装滚动轴承,轴承直接套在轴上,前者滚轮与销轴间润滑性差,滚轮、销轴易磨损;粉尘、泥浆等易进入滚轴之间造成滚轮卡死,轴向串动大,不稳定因素较强,后者装入滚动轴承后,比传统方式一有所改善,但是轴承内圈空套在轴上,滚轮跳动大,粉尘、泥浆等易进入轴承、轴之间造成滚轮卡死,润滑性差,轴向串动大,特别是长时间在路况较为复杂的路面行走,也存在着较大的安全隐患。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种封闭式侧装机械用行走轮,解决了现有的许多滚轮结构滚轮与销轴间润滑性差,滚轮、销轴易磨损;粉尘、泥浆等易进入滚轴之间造成滚轮卡死,轴向串动大的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种封闭式侧装机械用行走轮,包括滚轮本体,所述滚轮本体的内部开设有滚轮内孔,所述滚轮内孔的内部设置有封闭式轴承座,所述封闭式轴承座的一端延伸至滚轮内孔的外部并与滚轮本体的外侧壁转动卡接,所述封闭式轴承座的另一端外表面转动连接有轴承,所述轴承的外表面与滚轮本体的内侧壁固定连接,所述封闭式轴承座的外表面转动套接有迷宫式钢盘全金属密封环,所述迷宫式钢盘全金属密封环位于轴承与滚轮本体之间,所述迷宫式钢盘全金属密封环的外表面与滚轮本体的内侧壁固定连接,所述滚轮本体的内侧壁且远离封闭 式轴承座的一端固定连接有第一密封件,所述第一密封件远离封闭式轴承座的一侧设置有防尘密封盖,所述防尘密封盖卡接在滚轮本体的内部,所述封闭式轴承座的内部开设有轴承内孔,所述封闭式轴承座的内侧壁固定连接有第二密封件。
优选的,所述第一密封件与第二密封件均为O形圆环,第一密封件对轴与轴承座有着密封的效果,第二密封件对滚轮起到密封的作用,二者与封闭式轴承、迷宫式钢盘全金属密封环配合形成多层组合密封方式的结合,使预存在滚轮内部的润滑脂不溢出来,达到滚轮在使用维护过程中实现免润滑的效果。
优选的,所述轴承的内孔与封闭式轴承座的外径、轴承的外径与滚轮内孔采用过盈配合,能够使得轴承座与轴保持静止,消除传统安装方式中径向的间隙,使滚轮传动更平稳。
优选的,所述滚轮本体的内部预填充满润滑脂,由于多层组合密封结构,滚轮内润滑油脂不会流失,轴承得到充分润滑,使得滚轮寿命大大提高,降低维护成本。
优选的,所述封闭式轴承座的外表面与滚轮本体的内侧壁均固定连接有轴承限位圈,两个所述轴承限位圈均位于轴承的同一侧,对轴承的位置有着限定作用,提高装置本体在行走过程中的的稳定性。
工作原理:使用时,该装置与传统设备不同的是,引入轴承座结构,并将轴承座做成封闭式,阻止灰尘、颗粒散状物料进入滚轮,同时轴承内孔与轴承座外径、轴承外径与滚轮内孔采用过盈配合,轴承座与轴保持静止,消除传统安装方式中径向的间隙,使滚轮传动更平稳,且迷宫式钢盘全金属密封环高端密封元件可以承受轴向压力,同时可以对暴露在极端污染环境下的脂润滑轴承进行密封,避免滚轮的轴向串动,同时滚轮内预填充满润滑脂,由于多层组合密封结构,滚轮内润滑油脂不会流失,轴承得到充分润滑,达 到滚轮在使用维护过程中实现免润滑效果,滚轮寿命大大提高,降低维护成本。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种封闭式侧装机械用行走轮。具备以下有益效果:
1、迷宫式钢盘全金属密封环高端密封元件可以承受轴向压力,同时可以对暴露在极端污染环境下的脂润滑轴承进行密封,避免滚轮的轴向串动。
2、该一种封闭式侧装机械用行走轮,引入轴承座结构,并将轴承座做成封闭式,阻止灰尘、颗粒散状物料进入滚轮。
3、该一种封闭式侧装机械用行走轮,轴承内孔与轴承座外径、轴承外径与滚轮内孔采用过盈配合,轴承座与销轴保持静止,消除传统安装方式中径向的间隙,使滚轮传动更平稳。
