将多种组分进行合理配比以及科学加工而获得改性抗菌剂,再按合理比例将改性抗菌剂与塑料基材、塑料助剂混合后造粒而制得杀菌塑料的成品,再由其制得类似银行卡、身份证等塑料卡,具有广普抗病毒的作用,可长效抗病毒、杀菌,有效防止使用人员频繁接触使用银行卡、身份证等塑料卡可能造成的病毒感染,有利于人员健康。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
本发明提供的一种广谱抗病毒杀菌塑料,包括:按重量百分比计,基 础塑脂90~96%、改性抗菌剂1~3%、塑料助剂0~10%;
基础塑脂为聚氯乙烯。塑料助剂包括:增塑剂、偶联剂、稳定剂中的一种或多种的组合;其中,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯;偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂;稳定剂为环氧树脂;按照组分配比,该塑料助剂包括:按重量百分比计,增塑剂1~6%、偶联剂0.5~2%、稳定剂0.2~1%。
作为一种优选的实施例,该广谱抗病毒杀菌塑料包括:按重量百分比计,基础塑脂92%、改性抗菌剂3%、增塑剂3.6%、偶联剂1%、稳定剂0.4%。
本申请还提供了一种广谱抗病毒杀菌塑料的用途,用于制备塑料卡,塑料卡包括:银行卡(具体可以为借记卡、信用卡)、身份证、交通储值卡及会员卡。
该改性抗菌剂包括以下组分:以重量份计,叶绿素5~15份、茶多酚5~15份、牛磺酸8~16份、柠檬酸0.5~2份、低聚异麦芽糖6~18份、酵母粉0.6~1.5份、壳聚糖4~10份、纳米二氧化钛30~50份、氧化锌3~8份、紫外线荧光粉3~8份。
叶绿素、茶多酚会吸收二氧化碳释放氧气,氧气中含有丰富大中小阴离子(小阴离子即负氧离子),此小阴离子有抗病毒、杀菌和净化空气的作用,负氧离子使细菌、病毒产生结构性改变而死亡或丧失繁殖能力。柠檬酸针对细菌芽孢具有良好杀灭效果。纳米二氧化钛作为光催化半导体无机抗菌剂,具有广谱抗菌功能,能抑制和杀灭微生物,并有除臭、防霉、消毒的作用,其本身化学性质稳定且对人体和环境无害,光催化作用持久。纳米二氧化钛在紫外线荧光粉作用下具备长久杀菌功效。氧化锌作为强氧化剂具有良好的杀菌抗菌作用。
将多种组分进行合理配比以及科学加工而获得改性抗菌剂,再按合理比例将改性抗菌剂与塑料基材、塑料助剂混合后造粒而制得杀菌塑料的成品,再由其制得类似银行卡、身份证等塑料卡,具有广普抗病毒的作用, 可长效抗病毒、杀菌,有效防止使用人员频繁接触使用银行卡、身份证等塑料卡可能造成的病毒感染,有利于人员健康。
进一步的,该改性抗菌剂包括以下组分:以重量份计,叶绿素8~12份、茶多酚8~12份、牛磺酸10~14份、柠檬酸0.8~1.5份、低聚异麦芽糖8~15份、酵母粉0.8~1.2份、壳聚糖5~8份、纳米二氧化钛35~55份、氧化锌3.5~5.5份、紫外线荧光粉4~7份。
作为第一种优选的实施例,该改性抗菌剂包括以下组分:以重量份计,叶绿素9份、茶多酚9份、牛磺酸10份、柠檬酸0.9份、低聚异麦芽糖12份、酵母粉0.9份、壳聚糖6份、纳米二氧化钛38份、氧化锌4份、紫外线荧光粉4.5份。
作为第二种优选的实施例,该改性抗菌剂包括以下组分:以重量份计,叶绿素10份、茶多酚10份、牛磺酸10份、柠檬酸1份、低聚异麦芽糖10份、酵母粉1份、壳聚糖8份、纳米二氧化钛40份、氧化锌5份、紫外线荧光粉5份。
作为第三种优选的实施例,该改性抗菌剂包括以下组分:以重量份计,叶绿素11份、茶多酚10份、牛磺酸13份、柠檬酸1.2份、低聚异麦芽糖12份、酵母粉1.1份、壳聚糖8份、纳米二氧化钛50份、氧化锌5.5份、紫外线荧光粉5.5份。
该改性抗菌剂的制备方法,参见附图1,包括以下步骤:
S1:将设定比例的低聚异麦芽糖与酵母粉混合后进行搅拌,均匀后形成第一混合料;
S2:将第一混合料进行发酵,获得溶菌酶;
S3:将牛磺酸、柠檬酸、纳米二氧化钛、氧化锌、紫外线荧光粉混合后加水进行研磨,获得第二混合料;
S4:将第二混合料进行喷雾干燥,获得复合粉料;
S5:将叶绿素、茶多酚与复合粉料混合后进行搅拌,均匀后获得第三 混合料;
S6:将溶菌酶、壳聚糖与第三混合料混合后进行搅拌,均匀后形成改性抗菌剂的成品。
进一步的,步骤S2具体为:第一混合料在不锈钢发酵桶内进行发酵,发酵时间控制在140~180小时。作为一种优选的实施例,发酵时间控制在168小时。
进一步的,步骤S3具体为:牛磺酸、柠檬酸、纳米二氧化钛、氧化锌及紫外线荧光粉混合后,在磨砂机中加纯净水进行研磨,研磨时间控制在2.5~3.5小时。作为一种优选的实施例,研磨时间为3小时。
下面通过具体实施例来详细介绍改性抗菌剂的制备方法,所有原料都以重量份计算:
实施例1
S1:将12份低聚异麦芽糖与0.9份酵母粉混合后进行搅拌,均匀后形成第一混合料;
S2:将第一混合料在不锈钢发酵桶内进行发酵,获得溶菌酶;发酵时间控制在168小时;
S3:将10份牛磺酸、0.9份柠檬酸、38份纳米二氧化钛、4份氧化锌、4.5份紫外线荧光粉混合后在磨砂机中加纯净水进行研磨,获得第二混合料;研磨时间为3小时;
S4:将第二混合料进行喷雾干燥,获得复合粉料;
S5:将9份叶绿素、9份茶多酚与复合粉料混合后进行搅拌,均匀后获得第三混合料;
S6:将溶菌酶、6份壳聚糖与第三混合料混合后进行搅拌,均匀后形成改性抗菌剂的成品。
实施例2
S1:将10份低聚异麦芽糖与1份酵母粉混合后进行搅拌,均匀后形成第一混合料;
S2:将第一混合料在不锈钢发酵桶内进行发酵,获得溶菌酶;发酵时间控制在168小时;
S3:将10份牛磺酸、1份柠檬酸、40份纳米二氧化钛、5份氧化锌、5份紫外线荧光粉混合后在磨砂机中加纯净水进行研磨,获得第二混合料;研磨时间为3小时;
S4:将第二混合料进行喷雾干燥,获得复合粉料;
S5:将10份叶绿素、10份茶多酚与复合粉料混合后进行搅拌,均匀后获得第三混合料;
S6:将溶菌酶、8份壳聚糖与第三混合料混合后进行搅拌,均匀后形成改性抗菌剂的成品。
实施例3
S1:将12份低聚异麦芽糖与1.1份酵母粉混合后进行搅拌,均匀后形成第一混合料;
S2:将第一混合料在不锈钢发酵桶内进行发酵,获得溶菌酶;发酵时间控制在168小时;
S3:将13份牛磺酸、1.2份柠檬酸、50份纳米二氧化钛、5.5份氧化锌、5.5份紫外线荧光粉混合后在磨砂机中加纯净水进行研磨,获得第二混合料;研磨时间为3小时;
S4:将第二混合料进行喷雾干燥,获得复合粉料;
S5:将11份叶绿素、10份茶多酚与复合粉料混合后进行搅拌,均匀后获得第三混合料;
S6:将溶菌酶、8份壳聚糖与第三混合料混合后进行搅拌,均匀后形成改性抗菌剂的成品。

  1. 一种广谱抗病毒杀菌塑料,其特征在于,包括:按重量百分比计,基础塑脂90~96%、改性抗菌剂1~3%、塑料助剂0~10%;
    所述改性抗菌剂包括以下组分:以重量份计,叶绿素5~15份、茶多酚5~15份、牛磺酸8~16份、柠檬酸0.5~2份、低聚异麦芽糖6~18份、酵母粉0.6~1.5份、壳聚糖4~10份、纳米二氧化钛30~50份、氧化锌3~8份、紫外线荧光粉3~8份。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的广谱抗病毒杀菌塑料,其特征在于,所述基础塑脂为聚氯乙烯。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的广谱抗病毒杀菌塑料,其特征在于,所述塑料助剂包括:增塑剂、偶联剂、稳定剂中的一种或多种的组合。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的广谱抗病毒杀菌塑料,其特征在于,所述改性抗菌剂包括以下组分:以重量份计,叶绿素9份、茶多酚9份、牛磺酸10份、柠檬酸0.9份、低聚异麦芽糖12份、酵母粉0.9份、壳聚糖6份、纳米二氧化钛38份、氧化锌4份、紫外线荧光粉4.5份。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的广谱抗病毒杀菌塑料,其特征在于,所述改性抗菌剂包括以下组分:以重量份计,叶绿素10份、茶多酚10份、牛磺酸10份、柠檬酸1份、低聚异麦芽糖10份、酵母粉1份、壳聚糖8份、纳米二氧化钛40份、氧化锌5份、紫外线荧光粉5份。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的广谱抗病毒杀菌塑料,其特征在于,所述改性抗菌剂包括以下组分:以重量份计,叶绿素11份、茶多酚10份、牛磺酸13份、柠檬酸1.2份、低聚异麦芽糖12份、酵母粉1.1份、壳聚糖8份、纳米二氧化钛50份、氧化锌5.5份、紫外线荧光粉5.5份。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的广谱抗病毒杀菌塑料,其特征在于,所述改性抗菌剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
    将设定比例的所述低聚异麦芽糖与所述酵母粉混合后进行搅拌,均匀 后形成第一混合料;
    将所述第一混合料进行发酵,获得溶菌酶;
    将所述牛磺酸、柠檬酸、纳米二氧化钛、氧化锌、紫外线荧光粉混合后加水进行研磨,获得第二混合料;
    将所述第二混合料进行喷雾干燥,获得复合粉料;
    将所述叶绿素、所述茶多酚与所述复合粉料混合后进行搅拌,均匀后获得第三混合料;
    将所述溶菌酶、所述壳聚糖与所述第三混合料混合后进行搅拌,均匀后形成所述改性抗菌剂的成品。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的广谱抗病毒杀菌塑料,其特征在于,所述第一混合料在不锈钢发酵桶内进行发酵,发酵时间控制在140~180小时。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的广谱抗病毒杀菌塑料,其特征在于,所述牛磺酸、柠檬酸、纳米二氧化钛、氧化锌及所述紫外线荧光粉混合后,在磨砂机中加纯净水进行研磨,研磨时间控制在2.5~3.5小时。
  10. 一种权利要求1~9任一项所述广谱抗病毒杀菌塑料的用途,其特征在于,用于制备塑料卡,所述塑料卡包括:银行卡、身份证、交通储值卡及会员卡。
