Description
本发明涉及注塑技术领域,具体而言,涉及模垢收集用注塑模具、模垢收集系统及方法。
注塑过程中,熔体通过注塑压力进入流道,然后再浇注到模具腔内。注塑过程中,熔体中挥发出的气体通常会形成一部分模垢,模垢产生的原因通常由添加剂的成分原因、热降解原因等导致的。一方面,在注塑过程中需要尽量减少模垢的产生。另一方面,模垢的化学组成非常复杂,且实际上,由于模垢是注塑过程中熔体中挥发出来的物料,模垢本身的物理化学性质对注塑的工艺和产品性质具有的重要影响。
现有技术中对模垢的处理手段包括:使用清洁剂清洁附着模垢的模具;调整添加剂的成分;调整注塑工艺中的温度控制或者排气控制等。也就是说,现有技术中模垢的处理手段主要还是物理化学清除易产生的模垢,如何通过材料、工艺减少模垢的产生。也就是说技术的着眼点都是想办法减少模垢的产生,现有技术中缺乏对模垢本身的收集,难以通过模垢进行注塑工艺、材料组分等方面的研究。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了模垢收集用注塑模具、模垢收集系统及方法,具体技术方案如下所示:
一种模垢收集用注塑模具,包括模具本体,所述模具本体内设置有用于注塑的模腔、用于往所述模腔内浇筑熔体的浇口和用于将熔体引导到所述浇口的流道;
所述模具本体上还设置有模垢收集表面,所述模垢收集表面连通所述模腔使气体从所述模腔排溢到所述模垢收集表面,所述模具本体上在与所 述模垢收集表面对应的位置设置有用于为所述模垢收集表面提供冷却作用的冷却液通道。
在一个具体的实施例中,所述模垢收集表面具有多个凸起。
在一个具体的实施例中,所述模垢收集表面还具有多个凹陷。
在一个具体的实施例中,所述模具本体包括扣合在一起的定模和动模;
所述动模和所述定模中的其中一个上或者二者共同设置所述模腔、所述浇口、所述流道、所述模垢收集表面和所述冷却液通道;
所述定模和所述动模之间的扣合面上设置有密封结构,所述密封结构从外围围绕所述模腔设置形成对所述模腔的密封,所述密封结构的两端分别具有一个中断处,所述浇口和所述流道位于所述密封结构一端的中断处,所述模垢收集表面位于所述密封结构另一端的中断处。
在一个具体的实施例中,所述浇口、所述流道形成在所述动模的一端,所述模腔形成在所述动模的中部,所述模垢收集表面形成在所述动模的另一端,所述动模上内置有所述冷却液通道,所述冷却液通道延伸到与所述模垢收集表面对应的位置,所述定模配置为扣合在所述动模上并压紧所述密封结构。
在一个具体的实施例中,所述密封结构包括软质金属条和/或胶条。

冷却液循环系统,所述冷却液循环系统包括泵送装置、冷却液管,所述冷却液管连接所述冷却液通道,所述泵送装置设置在所述冷却液管中,用于使冷却液在所述冷却液管和所述冷却液通道之间;
浇筑系统,所述浇筑系统配置为将熔体输送给所述流道;
顶出机构,用于顶开所述模具本体。
一种模垢收集方法,使用前述模垢收集系统进行以下操作:
合紧所述模具本体,浇筑系统将熔体输送给所述流道,从所述浇口往所述模腔内浇注熔体,熔体挥发的气体溢出到所述模垢收集表面;
启动所述冷却液循环系统以冷却所述模具本体上与所述模垢收集表面对应的位置,使气体在所述模垢收集表面沉降吸附形成模垢。
本发明至少具有以下有益效果:
本发明中的模垢收集用注塑模具包括模具本体,模具本体内设置有用于注塑的模腔、用于往模腔内浇筑熔体的浇口和用于将熔体引导到浇口的流道;模具本体上还设置有模垢收集表面,模垢收集表面连通模腔使气体从模腔排溢到模垢收集表面,模具本体上在与模垢收集表面对应的位置设置有用于为模垢收集表面提供冷却作用的冷却液通道。
在注塑过程中产生气体从模腔排溢到模垢收集表面,由于冷却液通道的降温效应,模垢收集表面的气体温度下降,使得气体中的多数物质在低温下变黏,并沉积附着在模垢收集表面上,实现对模垢的收集。由此,可通过真实注塑过程收集模垢,一方面模垢与实际注塑工艺、产品成分之间关联性更强。另一方面,可直接在用于生产的模具上收集模垢,无需额外设置专门的实验装置,既简化结构、节省成本,收集的样本也更真实。
进一步地,模垢收集表面有凹凸结构,更有利于气体的收集。
进一步地,并做有隔热设计,隔热结构位于模腔和冷却液通道之间,使得冷却液通道不会对模具本体上与模腔对应区域产生影响,可避免模腔温度下降,使得模腔与模垢收集表面与整个模具的模温互不影响。

如图1-图3所示,本实施例提供了一种模垢收集用注塑模具,包括模具本体,模具本体内设置有用于注塑的模腔4、用于往模腔4内浇筑熔体的浇口3和用于将熔体引导到浇口3的流道。模具本体上还设置有模垢收集表面5,模垢收集表面5连通模腔4使气体从模腔4排溢到模垢收集表面5,模具本体上在与模垢收集表面5对应的位置设置有用于为模垢收集表面5提供冷却作用的冷却液通道6。
其中,如图2、图3所示,模具本体包括扣合在一起的定模11和动模10,动模10和定模11中的其中一个上或者二者共同设置模腔4、浇口3、流道、模垢收集表面5和冷却液通道6。具体而言,动模10和定模11中的其中一个上或者二者共同设置模腔4,动模10和定模11中的其中一个上或者二者共同设置浇口3,动模10和定模11中的其中一个上或者二者共同设置流道,动模10和定模11中的其中一个上或者二者共同设置模垢收集表面5,动模10和定模11中的其中一个上或者二者共同设置冷却液通道6。
其中,动模10和定模11中的其中一个上或者二者共同设置模腔4,是指模腔4设置在动模10上;或者模腔4设置在定模11上;或者模腔4的一部分设置在动模10上、另一部分设置在定模11上,当动模10和定模11扣合在一起时形成完整的模腔4。对于浇口3、流道、模垢收集表面5或冷却液通道6,其由动模10和定模11中的其中一个上或者二者共同设置的具 体含义可参照本段落前述部分对模腔4的设置结构的解释。
在一个优选的实施方式中,如图2所示,动模10上设置模腔4、浇口3、流道、模垢收集表面5和冷却液通道6。定模11和动模10之间的扣合面上设置有密封结构8,密封结构8从外围围绕模腔4设置形成对模腔4的密封,密封结构8的两端分别具有一个中断处,浇口3和流道位于密封结构8一端的中断处,模垢收集表面5位于密封结构8另一端的中断处。其中,密封结构8包括软质金属条和/或胶条。
由于密封结构8从外围围绕模腔4设置形成对模腔4的密封,使得浇注过程中,从熔体中挥发出的气体只能排溢到模垢收集表面5,便于在模垢收集表面5对气体携带的模垢进行收集。
如图2所示,模垢收集表面5具有多个凸起13。
如图2所示,模垢收集表面5还具有多个凹陷14。
本实施例中,多个凸起13、多个凹陷14可有规则或无规则设置,优选二者均无规则的随机设置。
本实施例中,多个凸起13和/或多个凹陷14在模垢收集表面5形成凹凸结构,使模垢收集表面5与气体更充分接触,更有利于气体的收集。
本实施例中,浇口3、流道形成在动模10的一端,模腔4形成在动模10的中部,模垢收集表面5形成在动模10的另一端,动模10上内置有冷却液通道6,冷却液通道6延伸到与模垢收集表面5对应的位置,定模11配置为扣合在动模10上并压紧密封结构8。
在注塑过程中产生气体从模腔4排溢到模垢收集表面5,由于冷却液通道6的降温效应,模垢收集表面5的气体温度下降,使得气体中的多数物质在低温下变黏,并沉积附着在模垢收集表面5上,实现对模垢的收集。由此,可通过真实注塑过程收集模垢,一方面模垢与实际注塑工艺、产品成分之间关联性更强。另一方面,可直接在用于生产的模具上收集模垢,无需额外设置专门的实验装置,既简化结构、节省成本,收集的样本也更真实。
如图1、图2所示,动模10上还设置有隔热结构7,隔热结构7位于 模腔4和冷却液通道6之间,用于在动模10的设置模腔4的部分和动模10的设置冷却液通道6的部分之间提供热隔断。
在一个实施方式中,隔热结构7包括隔断槽,隔断槽内具有空气层。一个实施方式中,隔热结构7包括隔断槽,隔断槽内具有真空层。在一个实施方式中,隔热结构7包括埋设在模具本体内的隔热材料层,例如隔热陶瓷、隔热棉等。
由于做有隔热设计,隔热结构7位于模腔4和冷却液通道6之间,使得冷却液通道6不会对模具本体上与模腔4对应区域产生影响,可避免模腔4温度下降,使得模腔4与模垢收集表面5与整个模具的模温互不影响。
优选地,流道包括主流道1和分流道2,主流道1连接多个分流道2,分流道2与各浇口3一一对应连接。
如图4所示,本实施例还提供了一种模垢收集系统,包括前述的模垢收集用注塑模具,还包括:
冷却液循环系统,冷却液循环系统包括泵送装置、冷却液管12,冷却液管12连接冷却液通道6,泵送装置设置在冷却液管12中,用于使冷却液在冷却液管12和冷却液通道6之间。优选地,还具有冷却液槽,冷却液可存储在冷却液槽中,并在冷却液槽能释放热量。
浇筑系统,浇筑系统配置为将熔体输送给流道。
顶出机构,用于顶开模具本体。其中,顶出机构可以是顶杆,动模10的顶出位置9与顶杆配合并由顶杆顶出。
本实施例还提供了一种模垢收集方法,使用前述模垢收集系统进行以下操作:
合紧模具本体,浇筑系统将熔体输送给流道,从浇口3往模腔4内浇注熔体,熔体挥发的气体溢出到模垢收集表面5;
启动冷却液循环系统以冷却模具本体上与模垢收集表面5对应的位置,使气体在模垢收集表面5沉降吸附形成模垢。
如本领域技术人员可以理解附图只是一个优选实施场景的示意图,附图中的模块或流程并不一定是实施本发明所必须的。
本领域技术人员可以理解实施场景中的装置中的模块可以按照实施场景描述进行分布于实施场景的装置中,也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实施场景的一个或多个装置中。上述实施场景的模块可以合并为一个模块,也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
上述本发明序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施场景的优劣。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施场景,但是,本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (11)
- 一种模垢收集用注塑模具,其特征在于,包括模具本体,所述模具本体内设置有用于注塑的模腔、用于往所述模腔内浇筑熔体的浇口和用于将熔体引导到所述浇口的流道;所述模具本体上还设置有模垢收集表面,所述模垢收集表面连通所述模腔使气体从所述模腔排溢到所述模垢收集表面,所述模具本体上在与所述模垢收集表面对应的位置设置有用于为所述模垢收集表面提供冷却作用的冷却液通道。
- 根据权利要求1所述的模垢收集用注塑模具,其特征在于,所述模垢收集表面具有多个凸起。
- 根据权利要求2所述的模垢收集用注塑模具,其特征在于,所述模垢收集表面还具有多个凹陷。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的模垢收集用注塑模具,其特征在于,所述模具本体包括扣合在一起的定模和动模;所述动模和所述定模中的其中一个上或者二者共同设置所述模腔、所述浇口、所述流道、所述模垢收集表面和所述冷却液通道;所述定模和所述动模之间的扣合面上设置有密封结构,所述密封结构从外围围绕所述模腔设置形成对所述模腔的密封,所述密封结构的两端分别具有一个中断处,所述浇口和所述流道位于所述密封结构一端的中断处,所述模垢收集表面位于所述密封结构另一端的中断处。
- 根据权利要求4所述的模垢收集用注塑模具,其特征在于,所述浇口、所述流道形成在所述动模的一端,所述模腔形成在所述动模的中部,所述模垢收集表面形成在所述动模的另一端,所述动模上内置有所述冷却液通道,所述冷却液通道延伸到与所述模垢收集表面对应的位置,所述定模配置为扣合在所述动模上并压紧所述密封结构。
- 根据权利要求4所述的模垢收集用注塑模具,其特征在于,所述密封结构包括软质金属条和/或胶条。
- 根据权利要求1所述的模垢收集用注塑模具,其特征在于,所述模具本体上还设置有隔热结构,所述隔热结构位于所述模腔和所述冷却液通道之间,用于在所述模具本体的设置所述模腔的部分和所述模具本体的设置所述冷却液通道的部分之间提供热隔断。
- 根据权利要求7所述的模垢收集用注塑模具,其特征在于,所述隔热结构包括隔断槽,所述隔断槽内具有空气层或真空层;和/或,所述隔热结构包括埋设在所述模具本体内的隔热材料层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的模垢收集用注塑模具,其特征在于,所述流道包括主流道和分流道,所述主流道连接多个所述分流道,所述分流道与各所述浇口一一对应连接。
- 一种模垢收集系统,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的模垢收集用注塑模具,还包括:冷却液循环系统,所述冷却液循环系统包括泵送装置、冷却液管,所述冷却液管连接所述冷却液通道,所述泵送装置设置在所述冷却液管中,用于使冷却液在所述冷却液管和所述冷却液通道之间;浇筑系统,所述浇筑系统配置为将熔体输送给所述流道;顶出机构,用于顶开所述模具本体。
- 一种模垢收集方法,其特征在于,使用权利要求10所述的模垢收集系统进行以下操作:合紧所述模具本体,浇筑系统将熔体输送给所述流道,从所述浇口往所述模腔内浇注熔体,熔体挥发的气体溢出到所述模垢收集表面;启动所述冷却液循环系统以冷却所述模具本体上与所述模垢收集表面对应的位置,使气体在所述模垢收集表面沉降吸附形成模垢。
