衣物处理设备通常包括箱体和面板,面板与箱体之间容易产生噪音,以顶部面板为例,当箱体仅顶部有开口时,顶部面板设置在箱体顶部并与箱体共同构成衣物处理设备的外壳以保护衣物处理设备内部的零部件。现有的一些衣物处理设备,为实现在前侧对衣物处理设备维修(即无需移动后部靠墙摆放的衣物处理设备就可以直接将顶部面板和前面板从衣物处理设备上拆下以从前侧对衣物处理设备进行简单维修),衣物处理设备的顶部面板的后侧不采用螺钉来进行固定,这虽然能够便于从前侧对衣物处理设备进行维修,但这会导致衣物处理设备在运行过程中顶部面板与箱体之间频繁发生碰撞而产生噪音,使得用户体验不佳。
因此,本领域需要一种新的衣物处理设备来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有衣物处理设备中面板与箱体之间容易产生噪音,影响用户体验的问题,本发明提供了一种衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备包括箱体和面板,箱体的至少一侧具有开口,面板覆盖开口,箱体上设置有安装本体,安装本体上设置有弹性组件,面板的第一侧连接有能够被弹性组件弹性抵紧的安装构件,安装构件能够使面板与箱体保持间隙,面板的第二侧与箱体可拆卸式连接,其中,第一侧和第二侧为面板的相对侧。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,弹性组件包括弹性构件、导向构件和滑动构件,导向构件设置在安装本体上,滑动构件与导向构件滑动连接,在将面板安装到箱体上的过程中,安装构件伸入滑动构件与箱体之间以使滑动构件相对于导向构件滑动并因此使弹性构件 发生弹性形变,使得弹性构件产生弹性力来反作用于安装构件以将安装构件抵紧。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,导向构件为导向轴,弹性构件为弹簧,导向轴设置在安装本体上,弹簧套设在导向轴上,导向轴贯穿滑动构件,在面板与箱体组装完成的情形下,弹簧和安装构件分别位于滑动构件的两侧。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,安装构件包括相连的限位结构和连接结构,连接结构与面板连接,限位结构上形成有限位槽,导向轴与限位槽彼此限位配合,在将面板安装到箱体上的过程中,限位结构伸入滑动构件与箱体之间以使滑动构件相对于导向轴滑动并因此使弹簧压缩,使得弹簧产生弹性力来反作用于限位结构以将限位结构抵紧。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,滑动构件的与限位结构配合插入的一部分设置成第一导向斜坡结构,限位结构的与滑动构件配合插入的一部分设置成第二导向斜坡结构。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,面板的边沿向内翻折形成有翻边结构,连接结构包括相连的分隔部和连接部,分隔部与限位结构连接,连接部与翻边结构连接,分隔部设置在翻边结构与箱体之间以使翻边结构与箱体保持间隙,且限位结构与箱体之间也具有间隙。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,分隔部上设置有压边结构,翻边结构夹设在分隔部与压边结构之间。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,连接部与压边结构彼此错位设置,且连接部位于压边结构远离限位结构的一侧。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,安装本体上设置有防脱结构,防脱结构能够防止滑动构件脱离导向轴。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,安装本体上设置有第一限位轴和第二限位轴,箱体上设置有第一限位孔和第二限位孔,第一限位轴与第一限位孔限位配合,第二限位轴与第二限位孔限位配合。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过设置安装构件来使得面板与箱体保持间隙,并且在面板的第一册通过弹性组件弹性抵紧安装构件,面板的第二侧与箱体可拆卸式连接, 能够减少面板与箱体之间发生碰撞的几率,从而减少噪音,并且通过安装构件与安装本体、弹性组件的配合能够将面板的第一侧也可拆卸地安装在箱体上,在需要对衣物处理设备内部进行检修时,用户能够很方便地将面板从箱体上取下。
进一步地,弹性组件包括弹性构件、导向构件和滑动构件,导向构件设置在安装本体上,滑动构件与导向构件滑动连接,在将面板安装到箱体上的过程中,安装构件伸入滑动构件与箱体之间以使滑动构件相对于导向构件滑动并因此使弹性构件发生弹性形变,使得弹性构件产生弹性力来反作用于安装构件以将安装构件抵紧,通过这样的设置,使得将面板安装到箱体上的过程中,仅需移动面板使得安装构件伸入滑动构件与箱体之间即可完成面板第一侧的安装,类似地,在拆卸面板的过程中,也是仅需移动面板使得安装构件从滑动构件与箱体之间移出即可完成面板第一侧的拆卸,因此,该种衣物处理设备的面板安装步骤简单,便于拆装。
进一步地,导向构件为导向轴,弹性构件为弹簧,导向轴设置在安装本体上,弹簧套设在导向轴上,导向轴贯穿滑动构件,在面板与箱体组装完成的情形下,弹簧和安装构件分别位于滑动构件的两侧,通过这样的设置,使得导向轴不仅能够对滑动构件进行导向,还能够使得弹簧在压缩过程中不易沿导向轴的径向发生形变,从而避免弹簧因发生径向形变而无法有效地将安装构件抵紧。
进一步地,安装构件包括相连的限位结构和连接结构,连接结构与面板连接,限位结构上形成有限位槽,导向轴与限位槽彼此限位配合,在将面板安装到箱体上的过程中,限位结构伸入滑动构件与箱体之间以使滑动构件相对于导向轴滑动并因此使弹簧压缩,使得弹簧产生弹性力来反作用于限位结构以将限位结构抵紧,通过这样的设置,使得导向轴除了能够对滑动构件进行导向、使弹簧在压缩过程中不易发生沿导向轴的径向发生形变之外,导向轴还能在面板安装过程中辅助面板安装至正确的位置,从而保证面板安装完成后能够处于正确的安装位置。
进一步地,滑动构件的与限位结构配合插入的一部分设置成第一导向斜坡结构,限位结构的与滑动构件配合插入的一部分设置成第二导向斜坡结构,通过这样的设置,使得安装构件的限位结构易于伸入 滑动构件与箱体之间,便于面板的安装。
进一步地,面板的边沿向内翻折形成有翻边结构,连接结构包括相连的分隔部和连接部,分隔部与限位结构连接,连接部与翻边结构连接,分隔部设置在翻边结构与箱体之间以使翻边结构与箱体保持间隙,且限位结构与箱体之间也具有间隙,通过这样的设置,使得弹性组件、安装本体和安装构件不外露,衣物处理设备的外部更为美观,并且由于限位结构与箱体之间具有间隙,而隔部设置在翻边结构与箱体之间,使得弹性组件能够更好地抵紧限位结构。
进一步地,分隔部上设置有压边结构,翻边结构夹设在分隔部与压边结构之间,通过这样的设置,使得翻边结构能够与安装构件的连接更为可靠,即使在限位结构被抵紧时,翻边结构也不易与分隔部分离。
进一步地,连接部与压边结构彼此错位设置,且连接部位于压边结构远离限位结构的一侧,通过这样的设置,即压边结构与连接部错开设置,便于将翻边结构夹设于分隔部与压边结构之间,减小连接部对该操作的影响,同时,也便于翻边结构与连接部的连接,减小压边结构对该操作的影响。
进一步地,安装本体上设置有防脱结构,防脱结构能够防止滑动构件脱离导向轴,通过这样的设置,使得滑动构件不易与导向轴脱离,即使在安装构件未伸入滑动构件与箱体之间的情形下,滑动构件也不会脱离导向轴。
进一步地,安装本体上设置有第一限位轴和第二限位轴,箱体上设置有第一限位孔和第二限位孔,第一限位轴与第一限位孔限位配合,第二限位轴与第二限位孔限位配合,通过这样的设置,使得安装本体与箱体之间具有多重限位,只要使第一限位轴、第二限位轴分别与第二限位轴、第二限位配合,安装本体便能够在箱体上正确的定位。

基于背景技术指出的解决现有衣物处理设备中面板与箱体之间容易产生噪音,影响用户体验的问题,本发明提供了一种衣物处理设备,旨在减少面板与箱体之间发生碰撞的几率,从而减少噪音,提升用户体验。
具体地,本发明的衣物处理设备包括箱体和面板,箱体的至少一侧具有开口,面板覆盖开口。也就是说,箱体的一侧或多侧具有开口,当箱体的多侧具有开口时,相应地,面板也具有多个,且一个面板覆盖一个开口,所有面板与箱体共同构成衣物处理设备的外壳以保护衣物处理设备内部的零部件。当然,面板可以是前面板、左部面板、顶部面板和/或后部面板等,面板的具体设置方位的不同,不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。此外,衣物处理设备可以是洗衣机、干衣机、洗干一体机等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置衣物处理设备的具体种类,这种对于衣物处理设备的具体种类的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
下面以面板为顶部面板和前面板的情形为例来进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,当面板为顶部面板2和前面板(前面板图中未示出)时,在一种可能的情形中,前面板覆盖箱体1前侧的开口并与箱体1连接,具体连接方式可以采用与如下所述的顶部面板2与箱体1连接的方式,也可以完全通过螺接、焊接等方式与箱体1连接,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置前面板与箱体1的具体连接方式,这种对于前面板与箱体1具体连接方式的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
如图1至6所示,顶部面板2覆盖箱体1顶侧的开口10a,箱体1上设置有安装本体3,安装本体3上设置有弹性组件4,顶部面板2的第一侧连接有能够被弹性组件4弹性抵紧的安装构件5,安装构件5能够使顶部面板2与箱体1保持间隙,顶部面板2的第二侧与箱体1可 拆卸式连接,其中,第一侧和第二侧为顶部面板2的相对侧。如图4所示,第一侧为顶部面板2的后侧,第二侧为顶部面板2的前侧,当然,第一侧也可以为顶部面板2的左侧,此时第二侧则为顶部面板2的右侧,第一侧与第二侧的具体方位的不同,不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。顶部面板2的第二侧与箱体1可拆卸式连接,比如:顶部面板2的第二侧可以是通过螺接、粘接等方式与箱体1连接,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置顶部面板2与箱体1的具体连接方式,这种对于顶部面板2与箱体1具体连接方式的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。此外,上述中的安装本体3可以采用安装板、安装块等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置安装本体3的具体结构,这种对于安装本体3具体结构的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选地,如图4至6所示,弹性组件4包括弹性构件41、导向构件42和滑动构件43,导向构件42设置在安装本体3上,滑动构件43与导向构件42滑动连接,在将顶部面板2安装到箱体1上的过程中,安装构件5伸入滑动构件43与箱体1之间以使滑动构件43相对于导向构件42滑动并因此使弹性构件41发生弹性形变,使得弹性构件41产生弹性力来反作用于安装构件5以将安装构件5抵紧。滑动构件43相对于导向构件42滑动并因此使弹性构件41发生弹性形变,既可以是在滑动构件43滑动之前弹性构件41处于自然状态,在滑动构件43滑动开始滑动时弹性构件41才开始发生弹性形变,也可以是在滑动构件43滑动之前,弹性构件41已经发生形变,在滑动构件43滑动的过程中弹性构件41进一步发生弹性形变。此外,安装构件5被抵紧使得安装构件5连接的顶部面板2的第一侧被固定。其中,弹性构件41可以采用弹簧、橡胶等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置弹性构件41的具体结构,只要弹性构件41能够发生弹性形变并产生弹性力来反作用于安装构件5以将安装构件5抵紧即可。导向构件42可以采用导向轴、导向槽等,相应地,滑动构件43可以采用滑动板、滑动块等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置导向构件42、滑动构件43的具体结构,只要在安装构件5伸入滑动构件43与箱体1之间的过程中滑动构件43 能够相对于导向构件42滑动即可。当然,弹性组件4也可以是仅包括弹性构件41,在将顶部面板2安装到箱体1上的过程中,安装构件5伸入弹性构件41与箱体1之间以使弹性构件41发生弹性形变,使得弹性构件41产生弹性力来反作用于安装构件5以将安装构件5抵紧。
优选地,如图4和5所示,导向构件42为导向轴,弹性构件41为弹簧,导向轴设置在安装本体3上,弹簧套设在导向轴上,导向轴贯穿滑动构件43,在顶部面板2与箱体1组装完成的情形下,弹簧和安装构件5分别位于滑动构件43的两侧。也就是说,在将顶部面板2安装到箱体1上的过程中,安装构件5伸入滑动构件43与箱体1之间能够最终使弹性构件41发生被压缩,被压缩的弹性构件41产生弹性力来反作用于安装构件5以将安装构件5抵紧。
优选地,如图4、5和7所示,安装构件5包括相连的限位结构51和连接结构52,连接结构52与顶部面板2连接,限位结构51上形成有限位槽510a,导向轴与限位槽510a彼此限位配合,在将顶部面板2安装到箱体1上的过程中,限位结构51伸入滑动构件43与箱体1之间以使滑动构件43相对于导向轴滑动并因此使弹簧压缩,使得弹簧产生弹性力来反作用于限位结构51以将限位结构51抵紧。限位结构51伸入滑动构件43与箱体1之间的过程中,导向轴进入限位槽510a,并实现导向轴与限位槽510a彼此的限位配合,也就是说,导向轴能够在顶部面板2安装过程中辅助顶部面板2安装至正确的位置,从而保证顶部面板2安装完成后能够处于正确的安装位置。上述的限位结构51可以是限位板、限位块等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置限位结构51的具体结构,只要限位结构51上形成有限位槽510a并且限位槽510a能够与导向轴彼此限位配合即可。当然,安装构件5也可以是包括安装板和设置在安装板上的分隔块,安装板远离安装本体3的一端与顶部面板2连接,在将顶部面板2安装到箱体1上的过程中,安装板能够伸入滑动构件43与箱体1之间以使滑动构件43相对于导向轴滑动并因此使弹簧压缩,使得弹簧产生弹性力来反作用于限位结构51以将限位结构51抵紧,在顶部面板2安装完成的情形下,分隔块位于安装板与箱体1之间能够使顶部面板2与箱体1保持间隙。本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置安装构件5的具体结构,这种对于安装构件5具体结构的 调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内
直接采用平板状结构,安装构件5靠近顶部面板2的一端直接与顶部面板2相连,在将顶部面板2安装到箱体1上的过程中,安装构件5整体伸入滑动构件43与箱体1之间以使滑动构件43相对于导向轴滑动并因此使弹簧压缩,使得弹簧产生弹性力来反作用于安装构件5以将安装构件5抵紧。
优选地,如图4至7所示,滑动构件43的与限位结构51配合插入的一部分设置成第一导向斜坡结构430a,限位结构51的与滑动构件43配合插入的一部分设置成第二导向斜坡结构510b。在限位结构51伸入滑动构件43与箱体1的过程中,第一导向斜坡结构430a与第二导向斜坡结构510b能够相互配合使得安装构件5的限位结构51易于伸入滑动构件43与箱体1之间,便于面板的安装。
优选地,如图4、5、7至9所示,顶部面板2的边沿向内翻折形成有翻边结构21,连接结构52包括相连的分隔部521和连接部522,分隔部521与限位结构51连接,连接部522与翻边结构21连接,分隔部521设置在翻边结构21与箱体1之间以使翻边结构21与箱体1保持间隙,且限位结构51与箱体1之间也具有间隙。其中,分隔部521可以采用分隔板、分隔块、分隔架等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置分隔部521的具体结构,只要分隔部521能够设置在翻边结构21与箱体1之间使翻边结构21与箱体1保持间隙即可。此外,连接部522与翻边结构21的具体连接方式可以是卡接(比如:连接部522为卡勾、卡爪等,并且翻边结构21相应于连接部522的位置设置有卡口、卡扣等),也可以是插接(比如:如图5和9所示,连接部522为插接块,并且翻边结构21相应于连接部522的位置插接口212等),还可以是吸附连接(比如:连接部522和翻边结构21的材料均采用磁铁,二者能够通过磁性吸附力连接)等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置连接部522和翻边结构21的具体结构、材料,只要连接部522与翻边结构21能够实现连接即可。当然,连接结构52也可以仅包括分隔部521而不包括连接部522,分隔部521除与限位结构51连接外,还与翻边结构21直接连接(例如:分隔部521直接与翻边结构21粘接在一起)。本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置连接结构52的具体结构, 这种对于连接结构52具体结构的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选地,如图4、5、7至9所示,分隔部521上设置有压边结构523,翻边结构21夹设在分隔部521与压边结构523之间。需要说明的是,翻边结构21夹设在分隔部521与压边结构523之间既可以是翻边结构21外轮廓的边沿夹设在分隔部521与压边结构523之间,也可以是形成在翻边结构21上的开口的边沿211夹设在分隔部521与压边结构523之间(图8和9中所示的正是此种情形)。此外,压边结构523可以采用压边板、压边块、压边条等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置压边结构523的具体结构,这种对于压边结构523具体结构的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。压边结构523能够压住翻边结构21,即使在限位结构51被抵紧时,翻边结构21也不易与分隔部521分离。
优选地,如图5和7所示,连接部522与压边结构523彼此错位设置,且连接部522位于压边结构523远离限位结构51的一侧。这样的设置能够便于将翻边结构21夹设于分隔部521与压边结构523之间,减小连接部522对该操作的影响,同时,也便于翻边结构21与压边结构523的连接,减小压边结构523对该操作的影响。
优选地,如图5和6所示,安装本体3上设置有防脱结构6,防脱结构6能够防止滑动构件43脱离导向轴。防脱结构6可以通过止挡的方式来防止滑动构件43脱离导向轴(图5和6中所示的正是此种情形),此时防脱结构6可以采用防脱块、防脱板等,当然,防脱结构6还可以通过磁性吸附的方式来防止滑动构件43脱离导向轴,比如:防脱结构6和滑动构件43的材料均采用磁铁,在磁性吸附力的作用下,防脱结构6能够防止滑动构件43脱离导向轴,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置防脱结构6的具体结构以及材料,只要防脱结构6能够防止滑动构件43脱离导向轴即可。
优选地,如图1、2和6所示,安装本体3上设置有第一限位轴30a和第二限位轴30b,箱体1上设置有第一限位孔10b和第二限位孔10c,第一限位轴30a与第一限位孔10b限位配合,第二限位轴30b与第二限位孔10c限位配合。在将安装本体3安装到箱体1上的过程中,仅 需将第一限位轴30a、第二限位轴30b分别插入第一限位孔10b、第二限位孔10c即可完成安装本体3在箱体1上的定位。上述两个限位轴可以设置为分别与两个限位孔过盈连接,分别插入两个限位孔后便能够完成安装本体3的安装,操作简单,无需复杂步骤。当然,也可以是安装本体3通过上述限位轴和限位孔的配合定位后,通过螺接、粘接等方式使得安装本体3固定在箱体1上从而完成安装本体3的安装,比如:图5和6中位于安装本体3上位于两个限位轴后侧的孔以及箱体上与该孔对应的孔即可用于螺接。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括箱体和面板,所述箱体的至少一侧具有开口,所述面板覆盖所述开口,所述箱体上设置有安装本体,所述安装本体上设置有弹性组件,所述面板的第一侧连接有能够被所述弹性组件弹性抵紧的安装构件,所述安装构件能够使所述面板与所述箱体保持间隙,所述面板的第二侧与所述箱体可拆卸式连接,
    其中,所述第一侧和所述第二侧为所述面板的相对侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述弹性组件包括弹性构件、导向构件和滑动构件,所述导向构件设置在所述安装本体上,所述滑动构件与所述导向构件滑动连接,
    在将所述面板安装到所述箱体上的过程中,所述安装构件伸入所述滑动构件与所述箱体之间以使所述滑动构件相对于所述导向构件滑动并因此使所述弹性构件发生弹性形变,使得所述弹性构件产生弹性力来反作用于所述安装构件以将所述安装构件抵紧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述导向构件为导向轴,所述弹性构件为弹簧,所述导向轴设置在所述安装本体上,所述弹簧套设在所述导向轴上,所述导向轴贯穿所述滑动构件,在所述面板与所述箱体组装完成的情形下,所述弹簧和所述安装构件分别位于所述滑动构件的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述安装构件包括相连的限位结构和连接结构,所述连接结构与所述面板连接,所述限位结构上形成有限位槽,所述导向轴与所述限位槽彼此限位配合,

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述滑动构件的与所述限位结构配合插入的一部分设置成第一导向斜坡结构,所述限位结构的与所述滑动构件配合插入的一部分设置成第二导向斜坡结构。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述面板的边沿向内翻折形成有翻边结构,所述连接结构包括相连的分隔部和连接部,所述分隔部与所述限位结构连接,所述连接部与所述翻边结构连接,所述分隔部设置在所述翻边结构与所述箱体之间以使所述翻边结构与所述箱体保持间隙,且所述限位结构与所述箱体之间也具有间隙。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述分隔部上设置有压边结构,所述翻边结构夹设在所述分隔部与所述压边结构之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述连接部与所述压边结构彼此错位设置,且所述连接部位于所述压边结构远离所述限位结构的一侧。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述安装本体上设置有防脱结构,所述防脱结构能够防止所述滑动构件脱离所述导向轴。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述安装本体上设置有第一限位轴和第二限位轴,所述箱体上设置有第一限位孔和第二限位孔,所述第一限位轴与所述第一限位孔限位配合,所述第二限位轴与所述第二限位孔限位配合。
