本发明实施例提供一种电子设备,该电子设备包括:壳体、屏幕模组、功能模组和控制机构;其中,所述功能模组和所述控制机构位于由所述壳体和所述屏幕模组构成的容置空间内;所述屏幕模组包括第一屏幕和可折叠的第二屏幕,所述控制机构与所述第二屏幕连接,并驱动所述第二屏幕在折叠状态和展开状态之间切换;在所述第二屏幕处于展开状态的情况下,所述第二屏幕遮挡所述功能模组;在所述第二屏幕处于折叠状态的情况下,所述功能模组从所述容置空间中露出。

技术领域
本发明实施例涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子设备。
背景技术
随着手机行业的发展,手机不断追求外观的极致,手机屏幕的显示区域屏占比也越来越高;尤其是在2017年下半年以后,手机屏幕的显示区域屏占比如何进一步提高成为各大手机厂商竞相发力的亮点。目前屏占比大的屏幕类型有刘海屏、水滴屏和挖孔屏等,但是都未实现真正的全面屏,这是因为手机上有部分功能的实现部件最合适的安装位置就是手机正面,例如需要采集手机正面图像的前置摄像头器件。因此,在不影响目前的手机功能和使用效果的前提下,进一步提高屏占比,实现真正的“全面屏”成为一个越来越大的挑战。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种电子设备,以解决现有电子设备因部分功能部件需前置安装而导致不能实现真正的全面屏的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的:
本发明实施例提供了一种电子设备,包括:壳体、屏幕模组、功能模组和控制机构;
其中,所述功能模组和所述控制机构位于由所述壳体和所述屏幕模组构成的容置空间内;
所述屏幕模组包括第一屏幕和可折叠的第二屏幕,所述控制机构与所述第二屏幕连接,并驱动所述第二屏幕在折叠状态和展开状态之间切换;
在所述第二屏幕处于展开状态的情况下,所述第二屏幕遮挡所述功能模组; 在所述第二屏幕处于折叠状态的情况下,所述功能模组从所述容置空间中露出。
在本发明实施例中,通过折叠和展开所述功能模组上方的部分屏幕,即第二屏幕,在保证实现所述功能模组的功能的前提下,实现了真正的全面屏。另外,在实现所述功能模组的功能时只对遮挡功能模组的部分屏幕,即第二屏幕进行折叠,其他部分屏幕,即第一屏幕,还可以正常显示。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发 明保护的范围。
相关技术中,为了实现更高的屏占比,出现了采用电机驱动升降摄像头的方案,摄像头不使用时隐藏在屏幕下方,使用时伸出手机。具体来说,可以通过驱动马达,也即驱动电机,以及丝杆机构和滑动机构等一些复杂的技术结构,实现摄像头的自动伸出与缩回。采用马达旋转驱动前摄像头的伸出方案或者说采用电机驱动升降摄像头的方案,往往有如下缺陷:1.由于伸出摄像头设计需要在金属中框设计一个开孔与伸出摄像头组件配合,存在的缝隙影响外观的精细精致,最终影响外观的美观;2.由于金属中框设计一个开孔与伸出摄像头组件配合,缝隙容易进入水汽和汗液等液体,导致手机内部的器件和主板腐蚀;3.由于金属中框设计一个开孔与伸出摄像头组件配合,缝隙容易进入粉尘等异物,导致摄像头无法有效伸出或伸出时卡顿,影响消费者使用体验;4.由于摄像头升降需要通过电机旋转带动前摄像头伸出,电机启动反应慢,前摄像头缓慢伸出,伸出耗时较长,消耗时间需要数秒;5.由于摄像头升降采用了电机、传递丝杠、弹簧等部件,占用整机很大的空间,不利于整机堆叠布局;6.由于摄像头升降靠电机传动,摄像头伸出时一旦发生跌落,自由落体运动速度非常快,伸出的摄像头由于受到电机和丝杠的反向阻力,摄像头不能立刻缩回手机内部,容易导致伸出摄像头跌落变形后无法再正常伸降;7.由于摄像头升降靠电机传动,电机带动丝杠转动时,容易产生振动和异响,不利于消费者的使用体验;8.由于金属中框设计一个开孔,破坏金属中框的上端强度,整机跌落容易导致上端的屏幕破裂;9.由于金属中框设计一个开孔,破坏了金属中框的上端的完整性,对于天线采用金属中框作为天线辐射体的布局设计不利;10.由于前摄像头拍照时摄像头需要伸出,容易被周边人员发现消费者在自拍,不利于消费者的隐私被保护。
为避免上述采用电机驱动升降摄像头来实现真正全面屏的方案存在的缺陷,本发明实施例提供了一种基于柔性全面屏的方案,详见下述。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明实施例提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图,该电子设备,包括:壳体、屏幕模组1、功能模组2和控制机构3;
其中,所述功能模组2和所述控制机构3位于由所述壳体和所述屏幕模组1构成的容置空间内;
所述屏幕模组1包括第一屏幕11和可折叠的第二屏幕12,所述控制机构3与所述第二屏幕12连接,并驱动所述第二屏幕12在折叠状态和展开状态之间切换;
在所述第二屏幕12处于展开状态的情况下,所述第二屏幕12遮挡所述功能模组2;在所述第二屏幕12处于折叠状态的情况下,所述功能模组2从所述容置空间中露出。
举例来说,所述控制机构3,在接收到第一控制指令时,控制所述第二屏幕12向靠近所述第一屏幕11的方向移动使所述第二屏幕12处于折叠状态以露出所述功能模组2,在接收到第二控制指令时,控制所述第二屏幕12向远离所述第一屏幕11的方向移动使所述第二屏幕12处于展开状态以遮挡所述功能模组2。
其中,所述功能模组2可以为前置摄像头,也可以是光线传感器、距离传感器或听筒等,其可以固定在整机的中框6,中框6一般为金属材料,所以也可称为金属中框。
具体来说,当所述功能模组2为前置摄像头时,由于所述前置摄像头位于不透明的屏幕模组1下方,当屏幕模组1处于展开状态时,前置摄像头无法进行拍照。当用户需要拍照时,点击前拍功能后,可控制所述屏幕模组1上位于所述前置摄像头上方的第二屏幕12卷曲到电子设备内容,解除对所述前置摄像头的视角的遮挡,从而可以实现前置拍照功能。
可选的,所述第一屏幕11和所述第二屏幕12可以是一体化的所述屏幕模组1的两个不同区域的屏幕。
本发明实施例中,通过折叠和展开所述功能模组2上方的部分屏幕,即第二屏幕12,在保证实现所述功能模组的功能的前提下,实现了真正的全面屏。另外,在实现所述功能模组2的功能时只对遮挡功能模组2的部分屏幕,即第二屏幕12进行折叠,其他部分屏幕,即第一屏幕11,还可以正常显示。
具体的,当所述功能模组2为前置摄像头时,通过折叠和展开所述前置摄像头上方的部分屏幕,即第二屏幕12,在保证前置拍照功能的前提下,实现了真正的全面屏。而且与采用电机驱动升降摄像头的方案相比,具有以下优点:
1.相比伸出摄像头设计需要在金属中框开孔,本发明实施例不存在缝隙 影响外观的精细精致的问题,保留侧壁完整性,有利于提升侧壁外观的美观;2.相比伸出摄像头设计需要在金属中框开孔,本发明实施例不存在缝隙容易进入水汽和汗液等液体问题,降低手机内部的器件和主板腐蚀的风险;3.相比伸出摄像头设计需要在金属中框开孔,本发明实施例不存在缝隙容易进入粉尘等异物而导致摄像头无法有效伸出或伸出时卡顿等痛点问题,消费者切换自然;4.相比伸出摄像头设计的前摄像头缓慢伸出,本发明实施例的前摄像头拍照切换时间短,用户体验效果好;5.相比伸出摄像头设计采用了电机、传递丝杠、弹簧等占用空间大的部件,本发明实施例占用整机空间相对较小,有利于整机堆叠布局;6.相比伸出摄像头设计的前摄像头伸出后跌落存在摄像头失效风险,本发明实施例的功能模组2,例如前置摄像头,位于整机内部,跌落时不容易损坏;7.相比伸出摄像头设计的前摄像头在伸缩时产生振动和异响,本发明实施例不容易产生异响,有利于消费者的使用体验;8.相比伸出摄像头设计需要在金属中开孔破坏金属中框的上端强度,本发明实施例保留中框的完整性,整机跌落时不容易导致上端的屏幕破裂;9.相比伸出摄像头设计需要在金属中框开孔破坏了金属中框的上端的完整性,本发明实施例保留中框的完整性,对于天线采用金属中框作为天线辐射体的布局设计有利;10.相比伸出摄像头设计,本发明实施例不容易被周边人员发现消费者在自拍,有利于保护消费者的隐私。
另外,本发明实施例提供的电子设备,在拍照时只对遮挡前置摄像头的部分屏幕,即第二屏幕12,进行折叠,其他部分屏幕,即第一屏幕11,还可以正常显示,从而可以实现拍照预览、滤镜调节等功能。
下面举例说明上述电子设备。
可选的,请参阅图2和图3,所述电子设备,还包括:设置于所述屏幕模组1上方的透明盖板4。该透明盖板4具体可以是玻璃盖板。所述透明盖板4也可以称为触摸屏(Touch Panel,TP)盖板。
本发明实施例中,所述透明盖板4不仅可以保护所述功能模组2和所述屏幕模组1,还可以保护所述电子设备内部的其他部件。
进一步可选的,所述第一屏幕11与所述透明盖板4固定连接。
本发明实施例中,通过将所述屏幕模组1的第一屏幕11固定连接,可以对整个屏幕模组1起到固定作用,防止所述屏幕模组1在透明盖板4内移动、 折叠影响显示效果。
其中,所述屏幕模组1的第二屏幕12没有与所述透明盖板4固定,局部可以折弯弯曲。
可选的,请参阅图2至图4,所述控制机构3包括:支撑滚筒31和滚筒驱动机构;
所述支撑滚筒31与所述第二屏幕12的一部分固定连接;
在所述滚筒驱动机构驱动所述支撑滚筒31朝第一方向转动的情况下,所述支撑滚筒31带动所述第二屏幕12向靠近所述第一屏幕11的方向移动,用于折叠所述第二屏幕12;在所述滚筒驱动机构驱动所述支撑滚筒31朝第二方向转动的情况下,所述支撑滚筒31带动所述第二屏幕12向远离所述第一屏幕11的方向移动,用于展开所述第二屏幕12。
具体的,在所述第二屏幕12处于展开状态时,所述第二屏幕12位于所述支撑滚筒31上方,且与所述支撑滚筒31接触,该接触部分与所述支撑滚筒31固定连接,例如可以是粘接。
本发明实施例中,所述支撑滚筒31所占的空间较小,而且在所述支撑滚筒31转动时也不需要占用额外的空间,有利于整机堆叠布局,有利于整机的尺寸设计。
在其他的可选具体实施方式中,所述控制机构3还可以是其他的形式,例如伸缩机构、丝杆传动机构等。
进一步可选的,请参阅图2至图4,所述电子设备,还包括:滚筒支架5,所述滚筒支架5包括支撑板51,所述支撑板51与所述支撑滚筒31并列排布,在所述第二屏幕12处于展开状态时,所述第二屏幕12上远离所述第一屏幕11的边缘平铺于所述支撑板51上。
具体的,所述支撑板51的上表面与所述支撑滚筒31平齐,从而使得所述第二屏幕12处于展开状态时能够平整不弯曲,保证用户的观感。
其中,所述滚筒支架5可以固定在整机。
具体来说,所述支撑板51可以设置于所述电子设备的边缘,与边框紧邻。所述支撑滚筒31设置于所述支撑板51与所述第一屏幕11之间且距离所述第一屏幕11预设距离处。
本发明实施例中,所述滚筒支架5不仅可以对所述支撑滚筒31起支撑固定作用,其上的支撑板51还可以在所述第二屏幕12处于展开状态时对所述第二屏幕12起支撑作用,以使得所述第二屏幕12更加平整,防止所述第二屏幕12因重力之类的作用而弯曲影响显示效果。
在其他的可选具体实施方式中,所述滚筒支架5也可以不包括所述支撑板51,所述支撑滚筒31设置于所述电子设备的边缘,与边框紧邻。
可选的,请参阅图2至图4,所述滚筒驱动机构包括:驱动电机321、主动齿轮322和从动齿轮323;
所述主动齿轮322与所述驱动电机321同轴固定连接;
所述从动齿轮323与所述主动齿轮322啮合;
所述从动齿轮323与所述支撑滚筒31同轴固定连接。
本发明实施例中,请参阅图5和图6,所述驱动电机321通正向电流后带动主动齿轮322正向旋转,经从动齿轮323最后带动屏幕模组1下方的支撑滚筒31朝第一方向旋转,可选的,第一方向可以是顺时针。由于支撑滚筒31局部,具体是表面部分C与所述屏幕模组1中的第二屏幕12粘接,当从动齿轮323朝第一方向旋转时,支撑滚筒31转动带动所述屏幕模组1中的部分,具体是所述第二屏幕12的部分或全部,卷曲到电子设备内部,功能模组2,具体为前置摄像头的视角的遮挡解除,可以接到透明盖板4的光线,实现前置摄像头拍照。当前置摄像头拍照完成时,请参阅图7和图8,驱动电机321通负向电流,可以带动从动齿轮323朝第二方向旋转,支撑滚筒31相应地也朝第二方向旋转,可选的,第二方向可以是逆时针。由于所述屏幕模组1中的第二屏幕12与支撑滚筒31的表面部分C粘接,支撑滚筒31转动时带动屏幕模组1,具体是所述屏幕模组1中的第二屏幕12展开到功能模组2,即前置摄像头的正上方,并延伸到所述滚筒支架5的支撑板51表面,屏幕模组1完全展开,此时从上方看不到功能模组2,屏幕模组1完全展开后恢复到全面屏幕显示状态,可以实现正常的全面屏幕显示,用户可以正常浏览和观看。
在其他的可选具体实施方式中,所述从动齿轮323可以与所述支撑滚筒31一体设置,也即,可以在所述支撑滚筒31的外侧壁上设置一圈齿轮作为所述从动齿轮323。
可选的,所述驱动电机321设置于所述支撑板51下方。
本发明实施例中,所述支撑板51可以对所述驱动电机321形成遮挡,防止驱动电机321外露,影响美观。
可选的,所述滚筒支架5包括两个支架组件52,所述功能模组2设置于所述两个支架组件52之间。
本发明实施例中,通过将滚筒支架5拆分为两个支架组件52,从而可以将功能模组2设置在所述电子设备一侧的中间位置。当所述功能模组2为前置摄像头时,方便用户拍照,提高外观设计的美感。
当然,在其他的可选具体实施方式中,所述功能模组2也可以设置在所述电子设备的一角。
进一步可选的,每一所述支架组件52包括一连接件53和一所述支撑板51,所述连接件53与所述支撑滚筒31一端枢轴连接。从而,所述支撑滚筒31可以相对所述滚筒支架5旋转。
可选的,所述功能模组2可以设置于两个所述支架组件52的两个所述支撑板51之间,从而可以避免所述功能模组2与所述支撑滚筒31之间相互干涉。
另外,所述驱动电机321可以设置于其中一个所述支撑板51下方远离另一个所述支撑板51的一侧,或者靠近另一个所述支撑板51的一侧。
其他可选的具体实施方式中,所述支撑滚筒31上设有开口,所述开口的横截面为U形。请参阅图9,在所述支撑滚筒31带动所述第二屏幕12处于折叠状态时,所述开口朝向远离所述第一屏幕11的方向,所述功能模组2位于所述开口内且未被遮挡;请参阅图10,在所述支撑滚筒31带动所述第二屏幕12处于展开状态时,所述开口朝向下方,即所述电子设备的背面,所述功能模组2位于所述开口内且至少部分被遮挡。所述支撑滚筒31的D区域与所述第二屏幕12固定连接。
可选的,每一所述支架组件52还包括一挡板,所述挡板与所述支撑板51形成台阶结构,所述挡板位于所述支撑滚筒31下方。
可选的,所述支撑滚筒31包括两个滚筒组件311以及一连接轴312,所述两个滚筒组件311通过所述连接轴312同轴连接,所述从动齿轮323与所述连接轴312同轴固定连接。
本发明实施例中,从动齿轮323可以设置在所述支撑滚筒31的两个所述滚筒组件311之间,与设置在支撑滚筒31的一侧相比,可以更好地进行部件的布局,而且在整机跌落时,不易损坏。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子设备,包括:壳体、屏幕模组、功能模组和控制机构;
    其中,所述功能模组和所述控制机构位于由所述壳体和所述屏幕模组构成的容置空间内;
    所述屏幕模组包括第一屏幕和可折叠的第二屏幕,所述控制机构与所述第二屏幕连接,并驱动所述第二屏幕在折叠状态和展开状态之间切换;
    在所述第二屏幕处于展开状态的情况下,所述第二屏幕遮挡所述功能模组;在所述第二屏幕处于折叠状态的情况下,所述功能模组从所述容置空间中露出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,还包括:设置于所述屏幕模组上方的透明盖板。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述控制机构包括:支撑滚筒和滚筒驱动机构;
    所述支撑滚筒与所述第二屏幕的一部分固定连接;
    在所述滚筒驱动机构驱动所述支撑滚筒朝第一方向转动的情况下,所述支撑滚筒带动所述第二屏幕向靠近所述第一屏幕的方向移动,用于折叠所述第二屏幕;在所述滚筒驱动机构驱动所述支撑滚筒朝第二方向转动的情况下,所述支撑滚筒带动所述第二屏幕向远离所述第一屏幕的方向移动,用于展开所述第二屏幕。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,还包括:滚筒支架,所述滚筒支架包括支撑板,所述支撑板与所述支撑滚筒并列排布,在所述第二屏幕处于展开状态时,所述第二屏幕上远离所述第一屏幕的边缘平铺于所述支撑板上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其中,所述滚筒驱动机构包括:驱动电机、主动齿轮和从动齿轮;
    所述主动齿轮与所述驱动电机同轴固定连接;
    所述从动齿轮与所述主动齿轮啮合;
    所述从动齿轮与所述支撑滚筒同轴固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其中,所述驱动电机设置于所述支撑板下方。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其中,所述滚筒支架包括两个支架组件,所述功能模组设置于所述两个支架组件之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,每一所述支架组件包括一连接件和一所述支撑板,所述连接件与所述支撑滚筒一端枢轴连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其中,每一所述支架组件还包括一挡板,所述挡板与所述支撑板形成台阶结构,所述挡板位于所述支撑滚筒下方。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其中,所述支撑滚筒包括两个滚筒组件以及一连接轴,所述两个滚筒组件通过所述连接轴同轴连接,所述从动齿轮与所述连接轴同轴固定连接。
