背景技术
目前,在银行办理业务时,需要领取纸质条码排队,工作人员通过广播叫号,以便提醒客户去相应的窗口办理业务,纸质条码交回给窗口进行销毁。但是,为了便于不同位置的客户听到广播声音,广播叫号的音量较大,使得银行内的噪音较大,同时,用户等待过程中会自由移动,容易出现因未听到广播而错过叫号。

本公开实施方式的排号方法,可根据用户办理的业务类型,将用户加入对应的业务队列,并向用户发放提醒装置,在等待过程中,用户可随身携带提醒装置。在通过叫号装置叫号时,可通过提醒装置向每个用户直接进行提醒,对每个用户单独叫号,避免采用广播的方式向所有用户叫号,有利于降低广播造成的噪音。同时,由于可直接向每个用户发出提醒,从而可降低外界环境杂音对用户的干扰,防止错过叫号。
下面对本公开实施方式排号方法的各步骤进行详细说明:
如图1所示,在步骤S110中,获取用户办理的业务类型。
业务类型的数量为多个,具体视应用场景而定,以银行为例,业务类型可包括个人业务、对公业务,当然,还可以包括其他业务类型。此外,也可按照其他标准划分业务类型,例如,业务类型可包括个人现金业务、个人非现金业务、对公业务等。
可响应于用户在一排号设备上的操作,获取用户需要办理的业务类型,举例而言,该排号设备可具有触控显示面板,用户可在触控显示面板上显示不同业务类型的图标,以便用户选择。
如图1所示,步骤S120、更新所述业务类型对应的业务队列,并生成对应于所述用户的标识信息。
每个业务类型对应一个业务队列,即办理同一业务类型的用户在同一业务队列中排队。举例而言,个人业务对应个人业务队列,对公业务对应于对公业务队列。
更新业务队列是指,根据获取到的用户业务类型,将用户加入对应该业务类型的业务队列中。进一步的,更新所述业务类型对应的业务队列,包括:根据接收到业务类型的时间顺序更新对应的业务队列。在每个业务队列中,各个用户的顺序按照时间的先后顺序排列。举例而言,一个用户选择个人业务,则该用户被排列在个人业务队列的最后一位,从而实现对个人业务队列的更新。
标识信息的形式在此不做特殊限定,不同用户的标识信息不同,每个用户的标识信息是唯一的。标识信息可包括业务队列的业务类型和用户在该业务队列中的位置的信息。
如图1所示,步骤S130、控制发放设备发放提醒装置,并建立所述标识信息与所述提醒装置的对应关系。
发放设备可存放有多个提醒装置,发放提醒装置是指对提醒装置进行解锁,使用户可取走提醒装置。举例而言,发放设备可具有一壳体和控制器,壳体设有容置提醒装置的容置槽,各个提醒装置一一对应的放置于各个容置槽内。每个容置槽内设有能与提醒装置吸合和松脱的电磁铁,从而可通过控制器控制电磁铁实现对提醒装置的锁定和解锁。发放设备的具体结构在此不做特殊限定,只要能实现对提醒装置的解锁和锁定即可。
在生成上述的标识信息后,可控制发放设备发放提醒装置,即解锁提醒装置。同时,建立标识信息与被发放的提醒装置之间的对应关系,使得一个提醒装置仅对应于一个标识信息,从而将用户与提醒装置对应起来,每个用户对应的提醒装置是唯一的。举例而言,每个提醒装置具有唯一的编码,标识信息与提醒装置的对应关系可为标识信息与编码的一一对应的映射关系。

叫号通知可由叫号装置响应于工作人员的操作而生成。在接收到该叫号通知时,根据上述的标识信息与提醒装置的对应关系,根据业务队列顺序,向对应的向标识信息所对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作,提醒动作可包括振动,振动的方式可以是持续振动,也可以是间歇振动等;当然,提醒动作还可以包括发光,在此不其具体形式做特殊限定,只要能使用户感知到即可。

第一叫号通知可为第一叫号装置发出的叫号通知,其可用于呼叫第一子队列的用户。第一子队列为空是指第一子队列没有用户排队,第一子队列不为空是指第一子队列有用户排队。
步骤220、在所述第一子队列不为空时,按照所述第一子队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作;在所述第一子队列为空时,按照所述第二子队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作。
在接收到所述第一叫号通知,且第一子队列为空时,说明第一子队列无用户排队,此时,为了提高工作效率,可按照第二子队列的顺序通过提醒装置提醒对应的用户,使得第一叫号通知还可用于提醒第二子队列的用户,从而可充分利用空闲的柜台,避免资源浪费。具体而言,若第一子队列不为空,则可按照第一子队列的顺序通过提醒装置提醒对应的用户,而不通过第一叫号通知呼叫第二子队列的用户。也就是说,第一子队列的用户优先于第二子队列的用户,第一叫号装置所在的柜台或窗口可用于为第一子队列的用户服务,在第一子队列为空时,也可为第二子队列的用户服务。
步骤230、在接收到所述第二叫号通知时,按照所述第二子队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作。
第二叫号通知可为第二叫号装置发出的叫号通知,第二叫号装置与第一叫号装置位于不同的柜台,第二叫号通知可仅用于通过提醒装置提醒第二子队列的用户,不提醒第一子队列的用户,即第二叫号装置所在的柜台或窗口仅用于为第二子队列的用户服务,而不为第一子队列的用 户服务。
进一步的,步骤S230,可包括步骤S2310和步骤S2320,其中:
步骤S2310、判断所述第二子队列是否为空。
第二子队列为空是指第二子队列没有用户排队,第二子队列不为空是指第二子队列有用户排队。
步骤S2320、在所述第二子队列不为空时,按照所述第二子队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作;在所述第二子队列为空时,按照所述第一子队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作。
在接收到所述第二叫号通知,且第二子队列为空时,说明第二子队列无用户排队,此时,为了提高工作效率并提高第一子队列的用户的优先级,可按照第一子队列的顺序通过提醒装置提醒对应的用户,使得第二叫号通知还可用于提醒第一子队列的用户。具体而言,若第二子队列不为空,则可按照第二子队列的顺序通过提醒装置提醒对应的用户,而不通过第二叫号通知呼叫第一子队列的用户。也就是说,第一子队列的用户优先于第二子队列的用户,第二叫号装置所在的柜台或窗口可用于为第一子队列的用户服务,在第二子队列为空时,也可为第一子队列的用户服务。
进一步的,上述的业务类型还可包括第二业务类型;业务队列还包括对应于第二业务类型的第二业务队列;叫号通知还包括第三叫号通知;
响应于来自叫号装置的叫号通知,根据所述业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作,即步骤S140,还可包括:
步骤S240、在接收到所述第三叫号通知时,按照所述第二业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作。
第三叫号通知可为第三叫号装置发出的叫号通知,第三叫号装置与第一叫号装置和第二叫号装置位于不同的柜台,第三叫号通知仅用于通过提醒装置提醒第二业务队列的用户,而不提醒第一业务队列的用户,即第三叫号装置所在的柜台或窗口仅用于为第二业务队列的用户服务,而不为第一业务队列的用户服务。
示例性的,第一业务类型为个人业务,第二业务类型为对公业务,第一用户类型为贵宾用户,第二用户类型普通用户。第一叫号装置为个人业务的贵宾用户专用柜台的叫号装置,第二叫号装置为个人业务的普通用户专用柜台的叫号装置,第三叫号装置为对公用业务专用柜台的叫号装置。
在工作时,对于办理个人业务的贵宾用户,可在第一叫号装置所在的柜台办理个人业务;对于办理个人业务的普通用户,可在第二叫号装置所在的柜台办理个人。同时,若贵宾用户的队列为空,第一叫号装置所在的柜台也可用于为普通用户办理个人业务;若普通用户的队列为空,第二叫号装置所在的柜台也可用户为贵宾用户办理个人业务,减少贵宾用户等待的时间。
对于办理对公业务的用户,可在第三叫号装置所在的柜台办理对公业务,与个人业务互不影响。
在本公开的一些实施方式中,在接收到所述第一叫号通知,且第一子队列为空时,按照所述第二业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作。在接收到所述第一叫号通知,且第一子队列和第二业务队列为空时,按照所述第二子队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作。使得第一子队列的用户的优先级高于第二业务队列的用户,第二业务队列的用户的优先级高于第二子队列的用户。举例而言,第一子队列的用户为办理个人业务的贵宾用户,第二业务队列的用户为办理对公业务的用户,第二子队列的用户为办理个人业务的普通用户。
进一步的,为了在提醒装置上显示更多的信息,以便向用户展示信息,在本公开的一些实施方式中,用户类型可包括目标特征,该目标特征可以是与身份信息对应的风险偏好(银行对用户进行风险评测的结果,并非客户的主观偏好)或其它特征,本公开实施方式的排号方法还可包括步骤S160和步骤S170,其中:
步骤S160、向所述业务队列的各用户对应的标识信息对应的提醒装置发送对应所述目标特征的展示信息,以使所述显示组件显示所述展示信息。
步骤S170、可根据目标特征向用户推送在提醒装置上显示的展示信息,该展示信息可以是理财产品信息等,可预先建立展示信息和目标特征的映射关系,从而可根据目标特征向提醒装置推送展示信息,以通过提醒装置的显示组件显示。
举例而言,目标特征为用户的风险偏好,例如“李X”的风险偏好为R3,其对应的理财产品的风险等级不高于R3,因此,可向“A”的提醒装置推送风险等级不高于R3的理财产品的信息作为展示信息,以供提醒装置的显示组件显示,便于用户阅览。
需要说明的是,尽管在附图中以特定顺序描述了本公开中方法的各个步骤,但是,这并非要求或者暗示必须按照该特定顺序来执行这些步骤,或是必须执行全部所示的步骤才能实现期望的结果。附加的或备选的,可以省略某些步骤,将多个步骤合并为一个步骤执行,以及/或者将一个步骤分解为多个步骤执行等。
本公开实施方式还提供一种排号设备,该排号设备用于执行上述任意实施方式的排号方法,具体而言,如图4所示,该排号设备100可包括获取电路1、队列电路2、发放电路3和控制电路4,其中:
获取电路1用于获取用户办理的业务类型。
队列电路2用于更新所述业务类型对应的业务队列,并生成对应于所述用户的标识信息。
发放电路3用于在接收到所述标识信息时,控制发放设备发放提醒装置,并建立所述标识信息与所述提醒装置的对应关系。
控制电路4用于响应来自叫号装置的叫号通知,根据所述业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作。
本公开实施方式的排号设备100的具体细节和有益效果可参考上文中排号方法的实施方式,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,如图5所示,在本公开的一些实施方式中,排号设备100还包括无线通信电路5,其可用于与发放设备和提醒装置无线通信。
在本公开的一些实施方式中,无线通信电路5包括射频电路和通信控制电路,该控制电路可控制射频电路与发放设备和提醒装置通过射频 通信的方式通信,进一步的可采用串口通信的方式实现通信。当然,也可以通过通信方式进行无线或有线通信,在此不做特殊限定。进一步的,无线通信电路5还可包括通信电源,为通信控制电路和射频电路供电。
此外,还可通过无线通信电路5与识别设备进行通信。
无线通信电路5可采用微处理器架构,从而可在发出信号的同时,接收反馈信号,并可传输文字、图片等信息,且可同时与多个提醒装置201进行通信。
无线通信电路5可与获取电路1、队列电路2、发放电路3和控制电路4集成于同一电路板,也可分别独立设置,在此不做特殊限定。
本公开实施方式还提供一种排号系统,如图6所示,该排号系统可包括排号设备100、发放设备200和叫号装置300,其中:
排号设备100用于执行上述任意实施方式的排号方法。
发放设备200具有多个提醒装置201,用于在排号设备100的控制下发放提醒装置201。
叫号装置300用于向排号设备100发送叫号通知。
本公开实施方式的排号系统的有益效果可参考排号方法的实施方式,在此不再详述。
下面对本公开实施方式排号系统的各部分进行详细说明:
排号设备100具体可参考上述排号方法的实施方式,在此不再详述。
如图6所示,发放设备200的多个提醒装置201均可锁定和解锁。举例而言,发放设备200可具有一壳体和控制器,壳体设有容置提醒装置201的容置槽,各个提醒装置201一一对应的放置于各个容置槽内。每个容置槽内设有能与提醒装置201吸合和松脱的电磁铁,从而可通过控制器控制电磁铁实现对提醒装置201的锁定和解锁。发放设备的具体结构在此不做特殊限定,只要能实现对提醒装置的解锁和锁定即可。
在本公开的一些实施方式中,如图7所示,提醒装置201包括振动机构2011,执行提醒动作包括执行振动动作。举例而言,振动机构可包括振动电机,可通过控制振动电机振动的方式实现提醒装置201的振动。
在本公开的一些实施方式中,如图7所示,排号设备100可包括编号装置,编号装置可用于确定发出叫号通知的叫号装置,并生成叫号装置的编号;并可根据业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序向对应的提醒装置发送所述编号。
进一步的,排号设备100可包括推送装置,该推送装置用于向业务队列的各用户对应的标识信息对应的提醒装置发送对应所述用户类型的目标特征的展示信息。
提醒装置201还可包括显示组件2012,其可用于显示叫号装置300的编号和排号设备100发送的展示信息。显示编号和展示信息的具体细节可参考排号方法的实施方式,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,为了便于及时回收提醒装置210,发放设备200还可包括计数电路、比较电路和报警单元,其中:
计数电路可确定发放出的提醒装置201的数量。
举例而言,每个容置槽内可设置用于感应提醒装置201的传感器,以便确定提醒装置201的数量。
比较电路可将发放出的提醒装置201的数量与一阈值进行比较,并在发放出的提醒装置201的数量大于该阈值时,输出报警信号。
报警单元可响应报警信号发出警报。
发出警报的方式可包括发出报警音或发光,举例而言,报警单元可包括蜂鸣器和报警灯中至少一个,当然,也是其它能够发出声、光的装置。报警灯可以是LED灯或其它能发光的装置。
在报警单元发出警报时,说明发放设备200中的提醒装置201的数量较少,此时,工作人员可回收使用后的提醒装置201,将其重新放入发放设备200中。当然,在报警单元未发出警报时,也可进行回收。
如图6所示,叫号装置300用于向排号设备100发送叫号通知,排号设备100接收到叫号通知后的工作过程可参考排号方法的实施方式,在此不再详述。举例而言,叫号装置300可具有叫号按钮,每按压一次该叫号按钮,则发出一叫号通知,按照业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置201执行提醒动作。
在本公开的一些实施方式中,如图6所示,排号设备100的获取电 路1还用于获取用户的身份信息。排号系统还可包括识别设备400,其可用于根据身份信息识别出用户的用户类型,并发送给获取电路1。举例而言,该识别设备400可以银行的客户关系管理系统。识别设备400和排号设备100的工作原理可参考排号方法的实施方式,在此不再赘述。
下面以用户“李X”在银行办理业务的过程为例,对本公开实施方式的排号系统进行示例性说明:
步骤S200、用户“李X”到达银行网点的营业大厅;
步骤S210、“李X”在排号设备100上刷身份证或银行卡;
步骤S220、“李X”在排号设备100上选择业务类型,从而进入一业务队列;
步骤S230、发放设备200发放一与“李X”对应的提醒装置200;
步骤S240、“李X”取走提醒装置200;
步骤S250、柜员在每办理一位用户的业务前,操作叫号装置300发出叫号通知;
步骤S260、“李X”的提醒装置201执行提醒动作时,到提醒装置201显示编号信息所对应的柜台或窗口办理业务,并交回提醒装置201。
步骤S270、银行工作人员回收“李X”交回的提醒装置201,并放回发放设备200。
本公开实施方式还提供一种可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被执行时实现上述任意实施方式的排号方法。在一些实施方式中,本发明的各个方面还可以实现为一种程序产品的形式,其包括程序代码,当所述程序产品在终端设备上运行时,所述程序代码用于使所述终端设备执行本说明书上述排号方法中描述的根据本发明各种示例性实施方式的步骤。
如图8所示,描述了根据本发明的实施方式的用于实现上述方法的程序产品600,其可以采用便携式紧凑盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)并包括程序代码,并可以在终端设备,例如个人电脑上运行。然而,本发明的程序产品不限于此,在本文件中,可读存储介质600可以是任何包含或 存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。
所述程序产品可以采用一个或多个可读介质的任意组合。可读介质可以是可读信号介质或者可读存储介质。可读存储介质例如可以为但不限于电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。可读存储介质的更具体的例子(非穷举的列表)包括:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式盘、硬盘、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。
计算机可读信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了可读程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。可读信号介质还可以是可读存储介质以外的任何可读介质,该可读介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。
可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于无线、有线、光缆、RF等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言的任意组合来编写用于执行本发明操作的程序代码,所述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、C++等,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算设备上执行、部分地在用户设备上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算设备上部分在远程计算设备上执行、或者完全在远程计算设备或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算设备的情形中,远程计算设备可以通过任意种类的网络,包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN),连接到用户计算设备,或者,可以连接到外部计算设备(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员易于理解,这里描述的示例实施方式可以通过软件实现,也可以通过软件结合必要的硬件 的方式来实现。因此,根据本公开实施方式的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该软件产品可以存储在一个非易失性存储介质(可以是CD-ROM,U盘,移动硬盘等)中或网络上,包括若干指令以使得一台计算设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、移动终端、或者网络设备等)执行根据本公开实施方式的方法。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种排号方法,其中,包括:
    获取用户办理的业务类型;
    更新所述业务类型对应的业务队列,并生成对应于所述用户的标识信息;
    控制发放设备发放提醒装置,并建立所述标识信息与所述提醒装置的对应关系;
    响应于来自叫号装置的叫号通知,根据所述业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的排号方法,其中,在更新所述业务类型对应的业务队列前,所述排号方法还包括:
    获取用户的用户类型;
    更新所述业务类型对应的业务队列;包括:
    更新所述业务类型对应的业务队列中对应所述用户类型的子队列。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的排号方法,其中,获取用户的用户类型,包括:
    获取用户的身份信息;
    向识别设备发送所述身份信息;
    接收所述识别设备根据所述身份信息识别出的所述用户的用户类型。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的排号方法,其中,所述业务类型包括第一业务类型;所述业务队列包括对应于所述第一业务类型的第一业务队列;所述用户类型包括第一用户类型和第二用户类型;所述第一业务队列包括对应于所述第一用户类型的第一子队列和对应于所述第二用户类型的第二子队列;所述叫号通知包括第一叫号通知和第二叫号通知;
    响应于来自叫号装置的叫号通知,根据所述业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作,包括:
    在接收到所述第一叫号通知时,判断所述第一子队列是否为空;
    在所述第一子队列不为空时,按照所述第一子队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作;在所述第一子队列为空时,按照所述第二子队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动 作;
    在接收到所述第二叫号通知时,按照所述第二子队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的排号方法,其中,按照所述第二子队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作,包括:
    判断所述第二子队列是否为空;
    在所述第二子队列不为空时,按照所述第二子队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作;在所述第二子队列为空时,按照所述第一子队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的排号方法,其中,所述业务类型还包括第二业务类型;所述业务队列还包括对应于所述第二业务类型的第二业务队列;所述叫号通知还包括第三叫号通知;
    响应于来自叫号装置的叫号通知,根据所述业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作,还包括:
    在接收到所述第三叫号通知时,按照所述第二业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的排号方法,其中,根据所述业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作,包括:
    根据所述业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序向对应的提醒装置发送执行信号,以使所述提醒装置执行提醒动作;以及接收所述提醒装置响应所述执行信号而生成的反馈信号。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的排号方法,其中,所述提醒装置包括显示组件;
    根据所述业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序使对应的提醒装置执行提醒动作,还包括:
    确定发出所述叫号通知的叫号装置,并生成所述叫号装置的编号;
    根据所述业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序向对应的提醒装置发送所述编号,以使所述显示组件显示所述叫号装置的编号。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的排号方法,其中,所述提醒装置包括显示 组件,所述用户类型包括目标特征;所述排号方法还包括:
    向所述业务队列的各用户对应的标识信息对应的提醒装置发送对应所述目标特征的展示信息,以使所述显示组件显示所述展示信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的排号方法,其中,更新所述业务类型对应的业务队列,包括:
    根据接收到所述业务类型的时间顺序更新对应的业务队列。
  11. 一种排号系统,其中,包括:
    排号设备,用于执行权利要求1-10任一项所述的排号方法;
    发放设备,具有多个提醒装置,用于在所述排号设备的控制下发放所述提醒装置;
    叫号装置,用于向所述排号设备发送叫号通知。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的排号系统,其中,所述排号设备包括获取电路,所述获取电路用于获取用户的身份信息;
    所述排号系统还包括:
    识别设备,用于根据所述身份信息识别出所述用户的用户类型,并发送给所述获取电路。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的排号系统,其中,所述提醒装置包括:
    振动机构,所述提醒动作包括执行振动动作。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的排号系统,其中,所述排号设备包括:
    编号装置,用于确定发出所述叫号通知的叫号装置,并生成所述叫号装置的编号;以及根据所述业务队列对应的标识信息的顺序向对应的提醒装置发送所述编号;
    推送装置,用于向所述业务队列的各用户对应的标识信息对应的提醒装置发送对应所述用户类型的目标特征的展示信息;
    所述提醒装置包括:
    显示组件,用于显示所述编号和所述展示信息。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的排号系统,其中,所述发放设备包括:
    计数电路,用于确定发放出的所述提醒装置的数量;
    比较电路,用于将发放出的所述提醒装置的数量与一阈值进行比较,并在发放出的所述提醒装置的数量大于所述阈值时输出报警信号;
    报警单元,用于响应所述报警信号发出警报。
  16. 一种可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被执行时实现权利要求1-10任一项所述的排号方法。
