线束在目前的工业生产中应用非常广泛,线束是电路中连接各电器设备的接线部件,由绝缘护套、接线端子、导线等组成,线束在汽车上的应用尤其重要。
汽车线束是汽车电路的网络主体,连接汽车的电气电子部件并使之发挥功能,没有线束也就不存在汽车电路。在目前,不管是高级豪华汽车还是经济型普通汽车,线束编成的形式基本上是一样的,都是由电线、联插件和包裹带组成,它既要确保传送电信号,也要保证连接电路的可靠性,向电子电气部件供应规定的电流值,防止对周围电路的电磁干扰,并要排除电器短路。
目前在汽车制造过程中,通常生产人员会将一些靠近的线束采用胶带与其他线束捆绑在一起进行简单的固定;这样的线束固定装置在长时间的使用过程中,会出现线束老化后线路故障问题,而且这样的线束固定装置固定的强度不高,常常会因为震动或其他原因出现拉扯断裂的现象,不能很好的保证汽车各电器部件的平稳安全使用。

本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车线束用夹持件,不仅能够实现汽车线束的快速固定和拆卸,有利于提高检修效率;还能有效避免线束发生松动,保证汽车各电器部的正常安全运行,提高汽车线束的使用寿命,便于广泛推广和使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:一种汽车线束用夹持件,包括线束架本体,所述线束架本体设有用于固定线束的固定部,所述线束架本体具有用于穿设线束的线束槽;
所述固定部包括固定片以及卡口,所述固定片的一端与所述线束架本体通过弹性片连接,所述固定片的另一端具有与所述卡口活动连接的卡爪;
所述卡口包括第一卡板、第二卡板、第三卡板和第四卡板,所述第一卡板、所述第二卡板、所述第三卡板和所述第四卡板之间形成有容纳所述卡爪的容纳口;所述第一卡板和所述第三卡板相互平行且等高,所述第二卡板与所述第四卡板相互平行且等高;
所述弹性片具有相对的上表面和下表面,所述上表面的一端与所述固定片的连接处形成第 一凹面,所述上表面的另一端与所述线束架本体的连接处形成第二凹面,所述下表面的一端与所述固定片的上端平面连接,所述下表面的另一端与所述线束架本体的侧壁的连接处形成第三凹面;

2、本实用新型的卡爪具有限位块,限位块利于避免卡爪与卡口发生松动脱离,且当卡爪插于卡口后,限位块的卡接凸点和第二卡板的卡接孔的结构设计进一步避免卡爪与卡口发生松动脱离,提高线束在线束槽内固定的稳定性。
