于步骤S220中,通过云端服务器140接收由电子装置110传送的商品订单并传送第一确认标签至电子装置110。其中商品订单包含多个商品信息,每一商品信息包含商品名称、店家代码以及商品数量。于一实施例中,当云端服务器140接收到商品订单后会传送第一确认标签至电子装置110以供使用者和配送员核对购买商品。举例而言,使用者传送的商品订单如《表一》所示。

于步骤S230中,根据店家代码将商品名称以及商品数量作为订单信息传送至商家电子装置130,云端服务器140将商品订单对应的订单状态修改为“准备中”。接续上方实施例,云端服务器140用以根据店家代码将使用者订购的商品名称及商品数量传送至对应的店家。举例而言,使用者订购的商品订单包含有店家A及店家B的商品,云端服务器140用以将商品A1及数量“1”的信息传送至店家A的商家电子装置130,云端服务器140用以将 商品B1及数量“1”以及商品B2及数量“1”的信息传送至店家B的商家电子装置130。
值得注意的是,当云端服务器140修改订单状态时,云端服务器140也会一并记录时间戳记,如此一来,使用者可以通过电子装置110查看商品订单对应的订单状态,并且也可以看到更新状态的时间,便于使用者追踪商品进度。
于步骤S240中,当云端服务器140接收到第一确认信息时,云端服务器140将订单状态修改为“准备配送”,云端服务器140传送配送标签至商家电子装置130。于一实施例中,当店家将使用者购买的商品准备完毕后,通过商家电子装置130传送第一确认信息至云端服务器140,此时,云端服务器140会修改订单状态并传送配送标签至商家电子装置130。
接着,当商家电子装置130接收到配送标签后,店家将配送标签贴附于需要配送的商品上。举例而言,当店家A将商品A1准备好后会通知云端服务器140,并将云端服务器140传送的配送标签贴附于商品A1的包装上,以等待配送员来领取商品。
于步骤S250中,通过电子装置120读取配送标签以取得配送位址,并传送第二确认信息至云端服务器140,云端服务器140根据第二确认信息将订单状态修改为“配送中”。接续上方的实施例,配送员可利用自身所持有的电子装置120读取配送标签来取得配送位址(即使用者的位址),当电子装置120读取配送标签后,云端服务器140会根据电子装置120传送的第二确认信息修改订单状态。值得注意的是,配送员所持有的电子装置120可预先登录配送员的接单平台,因此当电子装置120读取配送标签后,云端服务器140可以直接接收到确认信息以确认配送员的身份以及修改订单状态。
举例而言,当配送员到店家A后,可以利用电子装置120读取贴附于商品A1上的配送标签,如此一来,配送员可以取得使用者的位址(例如,B区第13排第20行)。
于步骤S260中,通过该云端服务器140接收由电子装置120传送的第二确认标签,比对第一确认标签与第二确认标签是否相同,如果相同,云端服务器140将订单状态修改为“已送达”。接续上方的实施例,当配送员将商品配送至配送位址后,配送员可利用自身所持有的电子装置120读取使用者于步骤S220中接收到的确认标签,并通过电子装置120将读取到的确认标签传送至云端服务器140。云端服务器140用以比对电子装置110接收到的确认标签(第一确认标签)与电子装置120读取到的确认标签(第二确认标签)两者是否相同,如果相同,云端服务器140修改订单状态。
举例而言,当配送员将商品A1送达配送位址后,可以利用电子装置120读取使用者的确认标签,以确认配送的商品是使用者购买的商品,以达到正确配送的功效。
承上述,如果电子装置110接收到的确认标签(第一确认标签)与电子装置120读取到的确认标签(第二确认标签)两者不相同,云端服务器140用以传送提示信息至电子装置120,以提醒配送员配送错误,需再重新配送。
于一实施例中,云端服务器140还用以产生配送清单,配送清单是用来提供给配送员其可领取的配送任务。于一实施例中,云端服务器140根据当前距离以及乘载量排序多个 配送订单以产生配送清单,接着提供配送清单至电子装置120。值得注意的是,配送订单包含商品信息的其中之一。
承上述,当前距离是根据电子装置120的位址、店家位址以及配送位址计算得知,乘载量是根据乘载基数以及商品数量计算得知。值得注意的是,乘载基数是店家在贩售商品时提供的信息,举例而言,贩售爆米花的店家在贩售爆米花的商品时需要提供贩售员一次可拿取爆米花的最大数量(例如5盒),因此配送员配送1盒爆米花的乘载量为1/5。然而,也可以利用其他方式计算乘载量,本公开不限于此。
接续上文的实施例,当配送员配送完商品A1后,云端服务器140用以根据配送员当前的位置、店家位址以及配送任务的位址计算配送员的移动距离(即当前距离)。接着,云端服务器140会根据当前距离以及乘载量排序多个配送订单以产生配送清单,如此一来,配送员即可根据自身情况自由选择配送任务。
综上所述,本公开的订单管理及配送方法、系统以及非暂态电脑可读取媒体主要是供使用者无须登录平台即可购买多个店家的商品,并且在特定场域内可以自动定位使用者的位置并将商品配送至使用者。如此,可提供更便利的服务,达到提升使用者购买意愿以及提升特定场域的娱乐价值。
在说明书及权利要求书中使用了某些词汇来指称特定的元件。然而,所属技术领域中的普通技术人员应可理解,同样的元件可能会用不同的名词来称呼。说明书及权利要求书并不以名称的差异做为区分元件的方式,而是以元件在功能上的差异来做为区分的基准。在说明书及权利要求书中所提及的“包含”为开放式的用语,故应解释成“包含但不限定于”。另外,“耦接”在此包含任何直接及间接的连接手段。因此,若文中描述第一元件耦接于第二元件,则代表第一元件可通过电性连接或无线传输、光学传输等信号连接方式而直接地连接于第二元件,或者通过其他元件或连接手段间接地电性或信号连接至该第二元件。
另外,除非说明书中特别指明,否则任何单数格的用语都同时包含复数格的涵义。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡是依本发明权利要求所做的均等变化与修改,均应属本发明的涵盖范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种订单管理及配送方法,其特征在于,包含:
    通过一云端服务器接收一商品订单并传送一第一确认标签至一第一电子装置,其中该商品订单包含多个商品信息,每一商品信息包含一商品名称、一店家代码以及一商品数量;
    根据该店家代码将该商品名称以及该商品数量作为一订单信息传送至一商家电子装置,该云端服务器将该商品订单对应的一订单状态修改为一第一状态;
    当该云端服务器接收到一第一确认信息时,该云端服务器将该订单状态修改为一第二状态,该云端服务器传送一配送标签至该商家电子装置;以及
    通过该云端服务器接收由一第二电子装置传送的一第二确认标签,比对该第一确认标签与该第二确认标签是否相同,如果相同,该云端服务器将该订单状态修改为一第三状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的订单管理及配送方法,其特征在于,当该云端服务器修改该订单状态时,该云端服务器用以记录一时间戳记。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的订单管理及配送方法,其特征在于,该方法还包含:
    通过该第一电子装置读取一定位标签以传送一识别码至该云端服务器,该云端服务器提供一商品清单至该第一电子装置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的订单管理及配送方法,其特征在于,该方法还包含:
    该云端服务器根据一当前距离以及一乘载量排序多个配送订单以产生一配送清单;以及
    提供该配送清单至该第二电子装置,其中,所述多个配送订单包含所述多个商品信息的其中之一。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的订单管理及配送方法,其特征在于,该方法还包含:
    通过该第二电子装置读取该配送标签以取得一配送位址,并传送一第二确认信息至该云端服务器,该云端服务器根据该第二确认信息将该订单状态修改为一第四状态。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的订单管理及配送方法,其特征在于,该商品名称对应一乘载基数,该云端服务器用以根据该乘载基数以及该商品数量计算该乘载量。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的订单管理及配送方法,其特征在于,该云端服务器用以根据该第二电子装置的位址、一店家位址以及该配送位址计算该当前距离。
  8. 如权利要求1~7任一项所述的订单管理及配送方法,其特征在于,该方法还包含:
    通过该云端服务器比对该第一确认标签与该第二确认标签是否相同,如果不相同,该云端服务器用以传送一提示信息至该第二电子装置。
  9. 一种订单管理及配送系统,其特征在于,包含:
    一第一电子装置;
    一第二电子装置;
    一商家电子装置;以及
    一云端服务器,与该第一电子装置、该第二电子装置以及该商家电子装置通信连接, 该云端服务器用以执行:
    接收一商品订单并传送一第一确认标签至该第一电子装置,其中该商品订单包含多个商品信息,每一商品信息包含一商品名称、一店家代码以及一商品数量;
    根据该店家代码将该商品名称以及该商品数量作为一订单信息传送至该商家电子装置,该云端服务器将该商品订单对应的一订单状态修改为一第一状态;
    当该云端服务器接收到一第一确认信息时,该云端服务器将该订单状态修改为一第二状态,该云端服务器传送一配送标签至该商家电子装置;以及
    通过该云端服务器接收由该第二电子装置传送的一第二确认标签,比对该第一确认标签与该第二确认标签是否相同,如果相同,该云端服务器将该订单状态修改为一第三状态。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的订单管理及配送系统,其特征在于,当该云端服务器修改该订单状态时,该云端服务器用以记录一时间戳记。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的订单管理及配送系统,其特征在于,该第一电子装置用以读取一定位标签以传送一识别码至该云端服务器,以及该云端服务器用以提供一商品清单至该第一电子装置。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的订单管理及配送系统,其特征在于,该云端服务器还用以根据一当前距离以及一乘载量排序多个配送订单以产生一配送清单;以及用以提供该配送清单至该第二电子装置,其中,所述多个配送订单包含所述多个商品信息的其中之一。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的订单管理及配送系统,其特征在于,该第二电子装置用以读取该配送标签以取得一配送位址,并传送一第二确认信息至该云端服务器,以及该云端服务器用以根据该第二确认信息该订单状态修改为一第四状态。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的订单管理及配送系统,其特征在于,该商品名称对应一乘载基数,该云端服务器用以根据该乘载基数以及该商品数量计算该乘载量。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的订单管理及配送系统,其特征在于,该云端服务器用以根据该第二电子装置的位址、一店家位址以及该配送位址计算该当前距离。
  16. 如权利要求9~15任一项所述的订单管理及配送系统,其特征在于,该云端服务器还用以比对该第一确认标签与该第二确认标签是否相同,如果不相同,该云端服务器用以传送一提示信息至该第二电子装置。
  17. 一种非暂态电脑可读取媒体,其特征在于,包含至少一指令程序,由一处理器执行该至少一指令程序以实行一订单管理及配送方法,该方法包含:
    通过一云端服务器接收一商品订单并传送一第一确认标签至一第一电子装置,其中该商品订单包含多个商品信息,每一商品信息包含一商品名称、一店家代码以及一商品数量;
    根据该店家代码将该商品名称以及该商品数量作为一订单信息传送至一商家电子装置,该云端服务器将该商品订单对应的一订单状态修改为一第一状态;
    当该云端服务器接收到一第一确认信息时,该云端服务器将该订单状态修改为一第二状态,该云端服务器传送一配送标签至该商家电子装置;以及
    通过该云端服务器接收由一第二电子装置传送的一第二确认标签,比对该第一确认标签与该第二确认标签是否相同,如果相同,该云端服务器将该订单状态修改为一第三状态。
