汽车的车轮包括轮毂以及套设于轮毂周向面上的轮胎。在汽车维修或检测的过程中,工作人员经常需要在轮毂上安装各种辅助设备。一般地,工作人员先将车轮夹持装置夹持固定于车轮上,然后再借助该车轮夹持装置将所需的辅助设备安装于轮毂即可。目前,车轮夹持装置一般通过其多个夹爪夹持于轮毂的圆柱面。由于轮毂的加工精度较高,故该夹持方式能够保证车轮夹持装置较高的安装精度,从而确保上述辅助设备的安装精度。
本发明的发明人在实现本发明的过程中发现:由于夹爪与轮毂一般均为金属材料制成,则车轮夹持装置产生的夹紧力可能损伤轮毂的圆柱面。
发明内容
本发明实施例旨在提供一种车轮夹持装置,以解决目前车轮夹持装置夹持于轮胎时,车轮夹持装置产生的夹紧力容易损伤轮毂的技术问题。
本发明实施例解决其技术问题采用以下技术方案:
一种车轮夹持装置,包括:
移动模块,包括两移动单元;
驱动模块,与所述两移动单元连接,用于驱动两所述移动单元相互靠近或者远离,且两所述移动单元的移动距离相同;
夹持模块,包括相对设置的两夹爪,一所述夹爪对应安装于一所述移动单元,所述夹爪包括夹持部;以及
装夹部,与所述驱动模块连接,所述装夹部位于所述两夹爪之间的中心位置;
其中,所述两夹爪用于共同配合夹持外部的车轮的轮胎,以使所述装夹部与所述车轮的轮毂中心对齐。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,所述夹爪还包括连接部,所述连接部安装于所述移动单元,所述连接部用于连接所述夹持部与所述移动单元。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,还包括隔离件,所述隔离件安装于所述移动单元,所述隔离件用于在所述两夹爪共同夹持所述轮胎时,阻止所述连接部与所述轮毂接触。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,至少一夹爪的连接部于朝向对应的夹持部的侧面设有所述隔离件,所述隔离件为弹性胶垫;
所述隔离件用于在所述两夹爪共同配合夹持所述轮胎时,与所述轮毂的端面抵接,以避免所述连接部与所述轮毂接触。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,至少一夹爪的连接部于朝向对应的夹持部的侧面设有所述隔离件;
所述隔离件用于在所述两夹爪共同配合夹持所述轮胎时,与所述轮胎的端面抵接,以使所述连接部与所述轮毂之间具有间隙。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,所述隔离件与所述至少一夹爪的连接部一体成型。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,所述夹持部朝向另一夹爪的一端设有至少两个锯齿,所述至少两个锯齿沿所述夹持部延伸的方向平行排列。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,至少一个夹爪与对应的移动单元枢转连接,以使所述至少一个夹持部可沿所述轮胎的周向面滑动。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,所述至少一个夹爪通过第一连接轴组件与所述对应的移动单元转动连接;
所述至少一个夹爪的连接部与所述对应的移动单元中的一个与所述第一连接轴组件固定,所述至少一个夹爪的连接部与所述对应的移动单元中的另一个设有与所述第一连接轴组件相适配的第一连接孔,所述第一连接轴组件插入所述第一连接孔。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,所述第一连接轴组件包括第一连接轴与第一弹性胶圈,所述第一弹性胶圈套设于所述第一连接轴并与所述第一连接孔过盈配合。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,还包括第二连接轴组件,所述第二连接轴组件包括第二连接轴,所述第二连接轴的轴线与所述至少一个夹爪的转动轴线平行;
所述至少一个夹爪的连接部与所述对应的移动单元中的一个设有所述第二连接轴,所述至少一个夹爪的连接部与所述对应的移动单元中的另一个设有第二连接孔,所述第二连接孔的直径大于所述第二连接轴的直径,所述第二连接轴插入所述第二连接孔。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,所述第二连接轴组件还包括第二弹性胶圈,所述第二弹性胶圈套设于所述第二连接轴且与所述第二连接孔过盈配合。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,同一所述夹爪的连接部与夹持部之间的夹角小于90度。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,所述驱动模块包括:
导杆,两所述移动单元均与所述导杆滑动配合;以及
丝杆,包括第一螺纹部与第二螺纹部,所述第一螺纹部与所述第二螺纹部 的旋向相反且螺距相等,一所述移动单元与所述第一螺纹部螺纹配合,另一所述移动单元与所述第二螺纹部螺纹配合。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进方案,所述夹爪可拆卸地安装于所述移动单元。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明实施例提供的车轮夹持装置移动模块包括移动模块、驱动模块、夹持模块以及装夹部。其中,移动模块包括相对设置的两移动单元。驱动模块与两移动单元连接,其用于驱动两移动单元相互靠近或者远离,并且两移动单元的移动距离相同。夹持模块包括相对设置的两夹爪,一夹爪对应安装于一移动单元,该夹爪包括夹持部。装夹部与驱动模块连接,沿移动单元的运动方向,该装夹部位于两夹爪的夹持部之间的中心位置。两夹爪用于共同配合夹持外部的车轮轮胎,以使装夹部与车轮的轮毂的中心对齐。通过上述方式,夹爪仅需夹持在轮胎的周向面,其能够有效避免车轮夹持装置产生的夹紧力损伤轮毂的弊端。此外,亦能够保证两夹爪夹持到位后,装夹部与轮毂中心对齐。

请一并参阅图1及图2,其分别示出了本发明其中一实施例提供的车轮夹持装置夹持有车轮600的立体示意图,以及该车轮夹持装置的一个方向的立体示意图,该车轮夹持装置包括移动模块100、驱动模块200、夹持模块300以及装夹部400。其中,移动模块100包括相对设置的两移动单元110。驱动模块与两移动单元110连接,其用于驱动两移动单元110相互靠近或者远离,并且两移动单元110的移动距离相同。夹持模块300包括相对设置的两夹爪310,一夹爪310对应安装于一移动单元110,该夹爪310包括夹持部312。装夹部400与驱动模块200连接,沿移动单元110的运动方向,该装夹部400位于两夹爪310的夹持部312之间的中心位置。两夹爪310用于共同配合夹持外部的车轮600的轮胎610,以使装夹部与车轮600的轮毂620的中心对齐。
对于上述移动模块100,请参照图2,同时结合图1,其包括相对设置的两移动单元110。其中,一移动单元110包括一移动主体111,以及与移动主体111连接的两翼部112,该两翼部112的一端与移动主体111连接,另一端向远离另一移动单元110的方向延伸。
对于上述驱动模块200,请参照图2,同时结合图1,其包括两导杆210与丝杆220。其中,两导杆210之间平行设置,两导杆210的一端通过一连接板230固定,两导杆210的另一端通过另一连接板230固定。两移动单元110均设有彼此平行且分别与两导杆210相适配的两导孔(未示出),该两导杆210分别插入两导孔,以使每一移动单元110均与该两导杆滑动配合。丝杆220与导杆210平行设置且位于两导杆210之间的中心位置,即是:两导杆210相对丝杆220呈轴对称;沿丝杆220的轴向,其两端分别与两连接板230相对固定,丝杆220仅可绕周向转动。丝杆220包括第一螺纹部与第二螺纹部,第一螺纹部与第二螺纹部的旋向相反且螺距相等,一移动单元110与第一螺纹部之间螺纹配合,另一移动单元110与第二螺纹部之间螺纹配合。则,通过转动丝杆220,可驱动两移动单元110同时相向运动或背向运动,以使两移动单元110之间彼此靠近或者远离,同时两移动单元110的移动距离相同。可以理解的是,在本发明的其他实施例中,导杆的数量还可以为一个以上的其他数量。
对于上述夹持模块300,请继续参照图2,其包括相对设置的两夹爪310,一夹爪310对应安装于一移动单元110。夹爪310包括连接部311与夹持部312。其中,连接部311安装于移动单元110的翼部112,其用于连接夹持部312与移动单元110。连接部311整体呈一扁平的板状结构,其一端与夹持部312靠 近移动单元110的一端连接,另一端向靠近另一夹爪310的方向延伸。夹持部312的一端与连接部311远离另一夹爪310的一端连接,另一端向远离移动单元110的方向延伸,则夹持部312与连接部311之间形成一预设夹角。本实施例中,夹持模块300的数量为两组,该两组夹持模块300分别设于上述丝杆220的两侧,且相对丝杆220呈轴对称。
进一步地,由于大多数轮胎610的周向面设有绕轮胎610轴线呈圆周阵列分布的若干个防滑凹槽,为便于夹持模块300能够更好地夹持轮胎610,从而避免一夹爪310夹持在凹槽内,而另一夹爪310夹持于凹槽外的情形,至少一夹爪310与对应的移动单元110之间枢转连接,以使上述至少一个夹爪310的夹持部可沿轮胎610的周向面(即是轮胎的柱状侧面)滑动,从而适应轮胎610周向面上的凹槽结构。值得注意的是:本段落中所述的“至少一个夹爪”应当理解为该车轮夹持装置中的至少一个夹爪,即是:当夹持模块300的数量为一组时,两夹爪中至少一个夹爪与对应的移动单元枢转连接,当夹持模块300的数量为两组以上时,该四个以上的夹爪中至少一个与对应的移动单元枢转连接。此外,本段落中的“枢转连接”意为相互连接的两部件之间通过一轴类零件实现的转动连接。
请参照图3与图4,其分别示出了该车轮夹持装置的局部分解示意图,以及A处的局部放大示意图,请同时结合图1与图2;在本实施例中,上述各个夹爪310分别通过第一连接轴组件320与对应的移动单元110转动连接。具体地,对每一夹爪310而言,第一连接轴组件320的一端固定于其连接部311靠近对应的移动单元110的一端,另一端向背离对应的夹持部312的一端延伸;上述对应的移动单元110于靠近该连接部311的一端设有与第一连接轴组件320相适配的的第一连接孔113;上述第一连接轴组件320插入第一连接孔113,以使夹爪310与对应的移动单元110转动连接。可以理解的是,在本发明的其他实施例中,第一连接孔113也可以设于夹爪310的连接部,相应地,第一连接轴组件320设于对应的移动单元110;此外,移动单元110与夹爪310之间还可以通过铰接、轴承连接等其他方式枢转连接,在此不一一限定。
进一步地,为方便夹爪310的拆装,同时确保沿第一连接轴组件320的轴向,处于非工作状态下(不处于夹持轮胎的状态)的夹爪310固定,上述第一连接轴组件320包括第一连接轴(未示出)与第一弹性胶圈(未示出)。其中,第一连接轴的一端固定于连接部311靠近移动单元110的一端,另一端朝背离对应的夹持部312的方向延伸,第一连接轴插入第一连接孔113,第一弹性胶圈套设于第一连接轴并与第一连接孔113过盈配合。由于第一弹性胶圈具有弹性的特点,一方面,其能够通过与第一连接孔113之间过盈配合将夹爪310安装于移动单元,另一方面,其还能够通过弹性形变从第一连接孔113中离开。
在一些实施例中,为使夹爪310仅能够在小角度范围内发生转动,从而避免夹爪310过度自由而不方便调节其位置,该车轮夹持装置还包括第二连接轴组件330。具体地,第二连接轴组件330的轴线与夹爪410的转动轴线平行设 置,其具体包括第二连接轴(未示出),即是:第二连接轴与第一连接轴组件320平行设置。第二连接轴亦固定于连接部311靠近翼部112的一端,并向于背离夹持部312的方向延伸;对应的移动单元110于靠近连接部311的一端设有第二连接孔114,该第二连接孔114的直径略大于第二连接轴的直径,上述第二连接轴插入第二连接孔114,由于第二连接孔的内壁与第二连接轴之间存在一定余量,该余量能够使夹爪仅能够轻微转动,从而使两夹爪310同时夹持于轮胎610周向面的表面或同时夹持于轮胎610周向面的凹槽。可以理解的是,在本发明的其他实施例中,第二连接孔还可以是设置在连接部311,相应地,第二连接轴设于对应的移动单元。
进一步地,为避免夹爪310处于非工作状态时第二连接轴频繁地转动,从而造成第二连接轴和/或第二连接孔的损伤,第二连接轴组件还包括第二弹性胶圈(未示出)。该第二弹性胶圈套设于第二连接轴,并且与第二连接孔过盈配合。第二弹性胶圈的设置,一方面将第二连接轴束缚为一稳定状态,以避免第二连接轴自由转动;另一方面,当第二连接轴在外力的作用下具有转动趋势时,第二弹性胶圈可在外力的作用下受挤压形变,进而使第二连接轴发生位移,从而使夹爪310在微小的角度范围内相对第一连接轴组件320转动。此外,第二弹性胶圈与第二连接孔的过盈配合也能方便夹爪310的拆装,便于用户更换不同规格的夹爪。
在一些实施例中,为保证夹爪310对轮胎610更好的夹持效果,夹持部312朝向另一夹爪310的一端设有至少两个锯齿313,该至少两个锯齿313沿夹持部312延伸的方向平行排列。在两夹爪310共同夹持轮胎610的过程中,由于轮胎为弹性材料,锯齿313的尖部能够挤压轮胎610表面,以使轮胎610与夹持部312的接触面呈锯齿状,进而能够有效避免夹爪310与轮胎610之间发生打滑。
在一些实施例中,在两夹爪310在夹持轮胎610的过程中,为保证两夹爪310与轮胎610之间的夹紧力尽可能大,夹持部312可能会在轮胎610的反作用力下发生变形:沿夹持部312延伸的方向,夹持部312靠近连接部311的一端可能会相对其远离连接部311的一端,向靠近移动单元110的方向移动,则连接部311与夹持部312之间的夹角会张大。当该夹角张开至大于90度之后,两夹爪310的夹持效果相对较差。为克服上述不足,本发明将自由状态下的预设夹角设计为小于90度。即,当夹持部312变形至与连接部311垂直时,夹持部312与轮胎610之间已经具有足够大的夹持力,该夹持力大于该车轮夹持装置所需的夹持力;从而使两在夹持车轮600的过程中,连接部与夹持部之间的夹角始终不超过90度。
对于上述隔离件500,请参照图2,同时结合其他附图,其安装于移动单元110,用于在两夹爪310共同夹持外部的轮胎610的过程中,阻止连接部311与外部的轮毂620接触。本实施例中,隔离件500为弹性胶垫,各夹爪310的连接部311于朝向对应的夹持部的侧面设有隔离件500,隔离件500自夹爪 310的连接部311远离对应的夹持部312的一端向靠近上述对应的夹持部312的一端延伸,即是:弹性胶垫通过夹爪310间接安装于移动单元110。当车轮600的轮毂620的端面突出轮胎610的端面之外时,隔离件500用于在夹持模块的两夹爪共同配合夹持轮胎610时,与轮毂620的端面抵接,从而避免连接部311与轮毂620端面的接触。可选地,上述弹性胶垫(隔离件)为橡胶胶垫或者硅胶胶垫,可以理解的是,在本发明的其他实施例中,上述弹性胶垫(隔离件)还可以是其他具有弹性的胶垫,在此不一一详举;隔离件还可以直接安装于移动单元的移动主体或翼部,只要其能够阻止第一连接部与轮毂接触即可;此外,同一车轮夹持装置内,还可以是仅有一个夹爪的连接部设有上述隔离件。
应当理解,隔离件500并不局限于设于上述位置的弹性胶垫,只隔离件500能够保证在两夹爪310夹持轮胎610的过程中,阻止连接部311与轮毂620接触即可。例如:图5及图6分别示出了带有另一种隔离件500'的车轮夹持装置的立体示意图,以及B处的局部放大示意图,请同时结合图1至图4;其中,各夹爪310的连接部311于朝向对应的夹持部312的侧面设有隔离件500',隔离件500'自连接部311靠近对应的夹持部312的一端向远离上述对应的夹持部312的一端延伸。隔离件500'用于在两夹爪共同配合夹持轮胎610时,与轮胎610的端面抵接,以使连接部311与轮毂620之间具有间隙,从而避免连接部311与轮毂620的接触。可选地,隔离件500'与连接部311一体成型,其材料为金属材料;当然,本发明对隔离件500'的材料并不作具体限定,其材料还可以是橡胶、硅胶等其他材料。值得一提的是,隔离件500'本身仅与轮胎610的端面接触,而不与轮毂620接触。第一实施方式提供的隔离件500与轮毂620抵接时,该隔离件500与轮毂620之间仍存在摩擦,隔离件500'采用的弹性胶垫虽不会损伤轮毂620,但上述摩擦仍可能对两夹爪的运动过程造成一定影响;与之相比,本实施方式提供的隔离件500'不仅能够使两夹整体避开轮毂620,其本身亦不与轮毂620接触,故隔离件500'的隔离效果更佳。
对于上述装夹部400,请参照图2,其通过上述两导杆210固定安装于驱动模块200且位于两移动单元110之间。沿移动单元110延伸的方向,该装夹部位于同一夹持模块300的两夹爪的夹持部312之间的中心位置,该装夹部用以安装激光器、标靶等检测元件。则,在两移动单元110同时向中心靠拢至同一夹持模块300的两夹爪310夹持于轮胎610表面时,装夹部恰好与轮毂中心对齐。
本发明实施例提供的车轮夹持装置包括移动模块100、驱动模块200、夹持模块300以及装夹部400。其中,移动模块100包括相对设置的两移动单元110。驱动模块与两移动单元110连接,其用于驱动两移动单元110相互靠近或者远离,并且两移动单元110的移动距离相同。夹持模块300包括相对设置的两夹爪310,一夹爪310对应安装于一移动单元110,该夹爪310包括夹持 部312。装夹部400与驱动模块200连接,沿移动单元110的运动方向,该装夹部位于两夹爪310的夹持部312之间的中心位置。两夹爪310用于共同配合夹持外部的车轮600的轮胎610,以使装夹部与车轮600的轮毂620的中心对齐。通过上述设置,夹爪310仅需夹持在轮胎610的周向面,则该车轮夹持装置产生的夹紧力不再损伤轮毂620。此外,该车轮夹持装置亦能够保证两夹爪310夹持到位后,装夹部与轮毂中心对齐。
应当理解,即使上述实施例中夹爪与对应的移动单元之间是通过第一连接轴组件及第二连接轴组件连接,但本发明并不局限于此,在本发明的其他实施例中,夹爪310还可以通过其他方式可拆卸地安装于对应的移动单元110,从而方便替换不同规格的夹爪310。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,包括:
    移动模块,包括两移动单元;
    驱动模块,与所述两移动单元连接,用于驱动两所述移动单元相互靠近或者远离,且两所述移动单元的移动距离相同;
    夹持模块,包括相对设置的两夹爪,一所述夹爪对应安装于一所述移动单元,所述夹爪包括夹持部;以及
    装夹部,与所述驱动模块连接,所述装夹部位于所述两夹爪的夹持部之间的中心位置;
    其中,所述两夹爪用于共同配合夹持外部的车轮的轮胎,以使所述装夹部与所述车轮的轮毂中心对齐。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,所述夹爪还包括连接部,所述连接部安装于所述移动单元,所述连接部用于连接所述夹持部与所述移动单元。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,还包括隔离件,所述隔离件安装于所述移动单元,所述隔离件用于在所述两夹爪共同夹持所述轮胎时,阻止所述连接部与所述轮毂接触。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,至少一夹爪的连接部于朝向对应的夹持部的侧面设有所述隔离件,所述隔离件为弹性胶垫;
    所述隔离件用于在所述两夹爪共同配合夹持所述轮胎时,与所述轮毂的端面抵接,以避免所述连接部与所述轮毂接触。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,至少一夹爪的连接部于朝向对应的夹持部的侧面设有所述隔离件;
    所述隔离件用于在所述两夹爪共同配合夹持所述轮胎时,与所述轮胎的端面抵接,以使所述连接部与所述轮毂之间具有间隙。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,所述隔离件与所述至少一夹爪的连接部一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,所述夹持部朝向另一夹爪的一端设有至少两个锯齿,所述至少两个锯齿沿所述夹持部延伸的方向平行排列。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,至少一个夹爪与对应的移动单元枢转连接,以使所述至少一个夹爪的夹持部可沿所述轮胎的周向面滑动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个夹爪通过第一连接轴组件与所述对应的移动单元转动连接;
    所述至少一个夹爪的连接部与所述对应的移动单元中的一个与所述第一连接轴组件固定,所述至少一个夹爪的连接部与所述对应的移动单元中的另一 个设有与所述第一连接轴组件相适配的第一连接孔,所述第一连接轴组件插入所述第一连接孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接轴组件包括第一连接轴与第一弹性胶圈,所述第一弹性胶圈套设于所述第一连接轴并与所述第一连接孔过盈配合。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,还包括第二连接轴组件,所述第二连接轴组件包括第二连接轴,所述第二连接轴的轴线与所述至少一个夹爪的转动轴线平行;

  12. 根据权利要求11所述的车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,所述第二连接轴组件还包括第二弹性胶圈,所述第二弹性胶圈套设于所述第二连接轴且与所述第二连接孔过盈配合。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,同一所述夹爪的连接部与夹持部之间的夹角小于90度。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,所述驱动模块包括:
    导杆,两所述移动单元均与所述导杆滑动配合;以及
    丝杆,包括第一螺纹部与第二螺纹部,所述第一螺纹部与所述第二螺纹部的旋向相反且螺距相等,一所述移动单元与所述第一螺纹部螺纹配合,另一所述移动单元与所述第二螺纹部螺纹配合。
  15. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的车轮夹持装置,其特征在于,所述夹爪可拆卸地安装于所述移动单元。
