如图5所示,实施例三与实施例一的区别之处在于,壶盖悬挂装置2中直接设置有第二磁性件24来替代旋转驱动装置和第一磁性件,壶盖31的顶部磁性连接在第二磁性件24上,壶盖31的底部沿开口边缘设有一圈磁环,磁环磁性连接在过滤盖32的开口外侧。其中,壶盖31的顶部与第二磁性件24之间的磁力大于其底部磁环与过滤盖32之间的磁力。工作时,直线驱动装置带动过滤盖32盖合在壶体33的开口上,接着机械臂带动过滤盖32及壶体33移动到壶盖悬挂装置2的正下方,此时壶盖31底部的磁环与过滤盖32的开口外侧磁性连接,壶盖31密封套设在过滤盖32的开口上。此时机械臂再带动过滤盖32及壶体33左右移动,使得壶盖31的顶部逐渐脱离第二磁性件24,完成壶盖31在调酒壶上的安装。当需要移除壶盖31时,只需再将壶盖31移动至第二磁性件24的下方,使得两者之间磁性吸附,然后机械臂带动过滤盖32及壶体33向下移动,由于壶盖31的顶部与第二磁性件24之间的磁力大于其底部磁环与过滤盖32之间的磁力,壶盖31即可脱离过滤盖32。
综上所述,本发明的有益之处在于:通过设置固定安装的壶盖悬挂装置,完成壶盖与过滤盖的自动、密封可拆卸连接,同时辅以直线驱动装置驱动过滤盖与壶体的盖合,从而提升整个调酒装置的密封性和自动化程度。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动调酒装置,包括与机械臂(1)相连接的夹持装置(4),所述夹持装置(4)上连接有壶体(33),其特征在于,所述夹持装置(4)中设有直线驱动装置(41),所述直线驱动装置(41)的输出端通过连接件(42)与过滤盖(32)相连接,带动所述过滤盖(32)盖合或离开所述壶体(33)的开口;还包括固定安装的壶盖悬挂装置(2),其中可拆卸连接有壶盖(31),所述壶盖(31)与过滤盖(32)之间可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动调酒装置,其特征在于,所述壶盖悬挂装置(2)与壶盖(31)之间磁性连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自动调酒装置,其特征在于,所述壶盖悬挂装置(2)中设有旋转驱动装置(21),所述旋转驱动装置(21)的输出轴上固定连接有第一磁性件(23),所述壶盖(31)的顶部磁性连接在所述第一磁性件(23)上,所述壶盖(31)与所述过滤盖(32)之间螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自动调酒装置,其特征在于,所述第一磁性件(23)上设有凹陷部(231),所述壶盖(31)的顶部设有与所述凹陷部(231)相匹配的凸出部(311),所述凹陷部(231)与凸出部(311)之间磁性连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的自动调酒装置,其特征在于,所述壶盖悬挂装置(2)中设有第二磁性件(24),所述壶盖(31)的顶部磁性连接在所述第二磁性件(24)上;所述壶盖(31)的底部沿开口边缘设有一圈磁环,所述磁环磁性连接在所述过滤盖(32)的开口外侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自动调酒装置,其特征在于,所述夹持装置(4)与壶体(33)之间固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的自动调酒装置,其特征在于,所述夹持装置(4)与壶体(33)之间活动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的自动调酒装置,其特征在于,所述夹持装置(4)包括一对可相对移动的夹持部(44),用于夹持所述壶体(33)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自动调酒装置,其特征在于,所述壶体(33)的外周还设有一圈卡槽(331),所述卡槽(331)与夹持部(44)相配合。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的自动调酒装置,其特征在于,所述连接件(42)呈L型,其一端与所述直线驱动装置(41)的输出端相连接,另一端与所述过滤盖(32)固定连接,中部铰接在所述夹持装置(4)的顶部。
