Un procédé de fabrication de matériau composite de bois de bambou résistant aux intempéries, à haute résistance et de grande largeur est divulgué, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : le placement d'unités de rideau de bambou séché et de placages de bois séché dans un réservoir de traitement d'imprégnation haute pression ; l'ajout d'un liquide de traitement pour le traitement d'imprégnation, le liquide de traitement comprenant un adhésif phénolique et un conservateur anti-mildiou ; le séchage et l'équilibrage des unités de rideau de bambou imprégnées et des placages de bois imprégnés, puis le placement de ceux-ci sur une bande transporteuse pour un raccordement continu en longueur et un traitement d'assemblage d'ébauche pour obtenir une structure intérieure d'une ébauche de plaque ayant du bambou disposé longitudinalement et du bois disposé transversalement et ayant une couche supérieure et une couche inférieure qui sont décalées d'une manière superposée, et la réalisation d'une découpe lorsqu'une épaisseur prédéfinie et une longueur prédéfinie sont atteintes de façon à obtenir des ébauches de plaque ; et la réalisation séquentielle d'un moulage par pressage à chaud et d'un post-traitement sur les ébauches de plaque pour obtenir le matériau composite de bois de bambou résistant aux intempéries, à haute résistance et de grande largeur. Le matériau composite de bois de bambou fabriqué au moyen de ce procédé peut être épissé sans limite dans le sens de la longueur, et présente une grande force de liaison transversale et une grande capacité de résistance au mildiou et à la corrosion.
