一种舰用压力及异形管路堵漏装置 技术领域
本发明涉及堵漏装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种舰用压力及异形管路堵漏装置。
背景技术
在目前舰艇使用过程中,不能在管道泄露的位置快速堵漏,特别是一些弯头、法兰根部等有难度的位置,并且在封堵之后无法确保是否还会再次发生泄漏,为满足这些要求提供一种封堵快速、适用性强且可检测封堵泄漏部位压力以及装有定位装置的舰用压力及异形管路堵漏器材。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种舰用压力及异形管路堵漏装置,解决现在封堵慢、适用性差且安全性能低的技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种舰用压力及异形管路堵漏装置,包括密封拉紧装置、前索具、后索具、索具带,所述密封拉紧装置包括第一便携式高压油泵、第一快装接头、第一高压胶管、索具拉紧器;所述索具带围绕成环形且用于围绕在泄露管路的管体外壁上,所述索具带两端连接在同一个前索具中,所述前索具的尾部设有索具拉紧器,所述索具拉紧器的尾部设有后索具,所述前索具、索具拉紧器、后索具均穿套在索具带上,所述索具拉紧器通过第一快装接头连接有第一高压胶管,所述第一高压胶管的另一端与第一便携式高压油泵的出液口相连;所述索具带上穿套有封堵滑块,所述封堵滑块用于抵接在泄露管路的管体泄漏处。
进一步的,所述堵漏装置还包括定位板,所述定位板位于索具带的侧面,所述定位板用于固定在管体上对索具带进行定位。
进一步的,所述堵漏装置还包括注胶装置,所述注胶装置包括第二便携式高压油泵、第二快装接头、第二高压胶管、高压注胶枪;所述第二便携式高压油泵的出液口与第二高压胶管固定连接,所述第二高压胶管的另 一端通过第二快装接头与高压注胶枪相连,所述高压注胶枪的出液口位于索具带的内圈中并用于向索具带围合圈中注入封堵胶体。
进一步的,所述第一便携式高压油泵的出液口安装有第一压力表。
进一步的,所述第二便携式高压油泵的出液口安装有第二压力表。
本发明提供的一种舰用压力及异形管路堵漏装置,具有以下有益效果:在带温、带压系统装置发生泄漏的状况下,用专用柔性施压密封拉紧装置将专用索具带紧密贴合在泄漏部位上,形成新的密封结构即新的密封空腔,通过压紧封堵滑块、注胶点将专用密封剂注入到孔洞和缝隙中等方式,堵塞泄漏孔洞和通道,直至泄漏点无泄漏,从而达到消除介质泄漏的目的;封堵快速、适用性强且可检测封堵泄漏部位压力。

如图1所示,一种舰用压力及异形管路堵漏装置,包括密封拉紧装置1、前索具2、后索具3、索具带4、封堵滑块5,所述密封拉紧装置1包括第一便携式高压油泵11、第一快装接头12、第一高压胶管13、索具拉紧器14;所述索具带4围绕成环形且用于围绕在泄露管路的管体外壁上,所述索具带4两端连接在同一个前索具2中,所述前索具2的尾部设有索具拉紧器14,所述索具拉紧器14的尾部设有后索具3,所述前索具2、索具拉紧器14、后索具3均穿套在索具带4上,所述索具拉紧器14通过第一快装接头12连接有第一高压胶管13,所述第一高压胶管13的另一端与第一便携式高压油泵11的出液口相连;所述索具带4上穿套有封堵滑块5,所述封堵滑块5用于抵接在泄露管路的管体泄漏处。
本发明的一个更优实施例中,如图2所示,堵漏装置还包括定位板6,所述定位板6位于索具带4的侧面,所述定位板6用于固定在管体上对索具带4进行定位。
本发明的另一个实施例中,如图3所示,堵漏装置还包括注胶装置7,所述注胶装置7包括第二便携式高压油泵71、第二快装接头72、第二高压胶管73、高压注胶枪74;所述第二便携式高压油泵71的出液口与第二高压胶管73固定连接,所述第二高压胶管73的另一端通过第二快装接头72与高压注胶枪74相连,所述高压注胶枪74的出液口位于索具带4的内圈中并用于向索具带4围合圈中注入封堵胶体。
具体的,所述第一便携式高压油泵11的出液口安装有第一压力表15。
具体的,所述第二便携式高压油泵71的出液口安装有第二压力表75。
采用上述技术方案,在带温、带压系统装置发生泄漏的状况下,用专用柔性施压密封拉紧装置将专用索具带紧密贴合在泄漏部位上,形成新的密封结构即新的密封空腔,通过压紧封堵滑块、注胶点将专用密封剂注入到孔洞和缝隙中等方式,堵塞泄漏孔洞和通道,直至泄漏点无泄漏,从而 达到消除介质泄漏的目的。本发明提供的舰用压力及异形管路堵漏器材在实施泄漏点封堵最快可在60秒内完成。

  1. 一种舰用压力及异形管路堵漏装置,其特征在于:包括密封拉紧装置(1)、前索具(2)、后索具(3)、索具带(4)、封堵滑块(5),所述密封拉紧装置(1)包括第一便携式高压油泵(11)、第一快装接头(12)、第一高压胶管(13)、索具拉紧器(14);所述索具带(4)围绕成环形且用于围绕在泄露管路的管体外壁上,所述索具带(4)两端连接在同一个前索具(2)中,所述前索具(2)的尾部设有索具拉紧器(14),所述索具拉紧器(14)的尾部设有后索具(3),所述前索具(2)、索具拉紧器(14)、后索具(3)均穿套在索具带(4)上,所述索具拉紧器(14)通过第一快装接头(12)连接有第一高压胶管(13),所述第一高压胶管(13)的另一端与第一便携式高压油泵(11)的出液口相连;所述索具带(4)上穿套有封堵滑块(5),所述封堵滑块(5)用于抵接在泄露管路的管体泄漏处。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种舰用压力及异形管路堵漏装置,其特征在于:还包括定位板(6),所述定位板(6)位于索具带(4)的侧面,所述定位板(6)用于固定在管体上对索具带(4)进行定位。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种舰用压力及异形管路堵漏装置,其特征在于:还包括注胶装置(7),所述注胶装置(7)包括第二便携式高压油泵(71)、第二快装接头(72)、第二高压胶管(73)、高压注胶枪(74);所述第二便携式高压油泵(71)的出液口与第二高压胶管(73)固定连接,所述第二高压胶管(73)的另一端通过第二快装接头(72)与高压注胶枪(74)相连,所述高压注胶枪(74)的出液口位于索具带(4)的内圈中并用于向索具带(4)围合圈中注入封堵胶体。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种舰用压力及异形管路堵漏装置,其特征在于:所述第一便携式高压油泵(11)的出液口安装有第一压力表(15)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种舰用压力及异形管路堵漏装置,其特征在于:所述第二便携式高压油泵(71)的出液口安装有第二压力表(75)。
