针对现有技术中纸质箱存在体积大、成本高、不环保且容易受环境影响而发生受潮、发霉、易松散的技术问题,本发明实施例提供体积小、成本低且不易受环境影响的用于冰箱的包装结构及方法。该用于冰箱的包装结构采用薄膜受热紧缩而形成一层外膜、无需采用全纸质覆盖的包装方式,从而节约成本、减少体积且避免了环境因素的影响。
本发明实施例中提供的一种用于冰箱的包装结构的具体方案如下:一种用于冰箱的包装结构,包括:底座,支撑于冰箱的底部;顶 座,盖设于冰箱的顶部;四个竖向侧棱,每个竖向侧棱的两端分别与底座和顶座连接,且所述四个竖向侧棱分别设置于所述底座和所述顶座的四个拐角处;所述底座、所述顶座和所述四个竖向侧棱形成用于容纳冰箱的容纳空间;其中,所述包装结构还包括薄膜层,所述薄膜层采用薄膜受热收缩的方式包裹于由所述底座、所述顶座和所述四个竖向侧棱所构成的轮廓主体的外表面。
优选地,所述包装结构还包括上盖板,所述上盖板覆盖于所述顶座外侧,所述薄膜层包裹于由所述上盖板、所述底座和所述四个竖向侧棱所构成的轮廓主体的外表面。
优选地,所述包装结构还包括下盖板,所述下盖板覆盖于所述底座外侧,所述薄膜层包裹于由所述上盖板、所述下盖板和所述四个竖向侧棱所构成的轮廓主体的外表面。
优选地,其特征在于,所述底座、所述顶座和所述四个竖向侧棱的材料均由减震材料构成。
优选地,所述底座的中部设有镂空,所述镂空的面积在底座面积的三分之一到三分之二之间,所述顶座的预设部位设有多个通孔,所述多个通孔均匀排布。
优选地,所述包装结构还包括打包带,所述打包带环绕于所述薄膜层的外侧。
优选地,所述薄膜层的材料包括聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯。
优选地,所述竖向侧棱朝向冰箱的内表面上设置有多个相互间隔的凸起,所述多个凸起抵接于冰箱的外表面。
本发明实施例还提供一种用于包装冰箱的包装方法,包括步骤:将冰箱放置于底座上;将四个竖向侧棱分别固定在所述底座的四个拐角处;将顶座放置在冰箱的顶部并与四个竖向侧棱相固定;将薄膜覆盖在由所述底座、所述顶座和所述四个竖向侧棱所形成的轮廓主体的外表面,对所述薄膜加热,所述薄膜受热紧缩而形成薄膜层。
优选地,所述包装方法还包括步骤:在所述薄膜层的外侧环绕打包带。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例具有以下优点:
本发明实施例提出的一种用于冰箱的包装结构包括顶座、底座和四个竖向侧棱,并采用薄膜受热紧缩而形成一层外膜,该外膜由于受热紧缩而紧紧包裹住顶座、底座和四个竖向侧棱,将其形成一个不易散架的整体,从而无需采用全纸质覆盖的包装方式,进而节约成本、减少体积。进一步地,本发明实施例提出的一种用于冰箱的包装结构中的薄膜层为透明材质,用户无需拆开包装箱即能观看冰箱的产品状态。进一步地,本发明实施例提出的一种用于冰箱的包装结构的薄膜层的化学稳定性好且具有耐水的特性,从而有效地避免因环境因素而导致包装结构受潮、发霉和易散架等问题。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没 有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。

如图1至图2所示,本发明实施例所提供的一种用于冰箱的包装结构的立体示意图。如图1所示,在该实施例中由于薄膜层为透明状的,因此,将薄膜层单独以最终状态的结构形式并列显示。在该实施例中,以冰箱位于包装结构100内状态时的冰箱的竖直方向为竖向,以靠近冰箱方向的表面为内表面,以远离冰箱方向的表面为外表面。
在一实施例中,一种用于冰箱的包装结构100包括支撑于冰箱底部的底座20、盖设于冰箱顶部的顶座10、,四个竖向侧棱和薄膜层40。每个竖向侧棱的两端分别与底座20和顶座10连接,且四个竖向侧棱分别设置于底座20和顶座10的四个拐角处。顶座10、底座20和四个竖向侧棱形成用于容纳冰箱的容纳空间。在该实施例中,薄膜层40采用薄膜受热收缩的方式包裹于由底座20、顶座10和四个竖向侧棱所构成的轮廓主体的外表面。底座20、顶座10、四个竖向侧棱和薄膜层40形成一个完整的包装结构100。
顶座10的形状与冰箱的顶部形状大致相同;底座20的形状与冰箱的底部形状大致相同。优选地,顶座10和底座20的形状大小相同。 在该实施例中,顶座10和底座20的形状都为规则的四边形,如正方形或长方形。顶座10和底座20分别存在四个拐角。
底座20的结构构型与冰箱底部的结构构型相互匹配,用于加强冰箱的固定效果。具体地,如冰箱底部的结构构型为平面上凸起四个滚轮的结构构型,则底座20的结构构型为平面上凹陷四个滚轮腔的结构构型,四个滚轮腔的大小和位置与滚轮的大小和位置相适应。当然,冰箱的底部结构构型有多种多样,相应的,底座20的结构构型也相适应地变化。底座20通过结构构型与冰箱底座的结构构型相互匹配,增强包装结构100对冰箱的固定效果。继续参考图2,在该实施例中,底座20的中部设有镂空201。镂空201的面积在底座20面积的三分之一到三分之二之间。底座20的镂空结构可以进一步地减少材料成本且也不会影响底座20的稳定度。
顶座10的预设部位设有多个通孔101,多个通孔101均匀排布。为了附图清晰简明,图2中仅示例性地标注出通孔101,并未对所有通孔101进行标注。
在该实施例中,底座20、顶座10、四个竖向侧棱的材料均由减震材料构成,如聚乙烯发泡棉(EPE)、发泡聚丙烯(EPP)、橡胶材料、绒纸等。通过采用减震材料,包装结构100的防震能力得到有效地提高,从而避免冰箱在运输过程中由于震动而造成的损伤。
薄膜层40采用薄膜受热收缩的方式包裹于底座20、顶座10和四个竖向侧棱的外侧。在将冰箱容纳于容纳空间内且底座20、顶座10和四个竖向侧棱组装在一起后,工人或工业机器将薄膜沿竖直方向覆盖由底座20、顶座10和四个竖向侧棱所构成的轮廓主体的外表面,再通过加热的方式使得薄膜受热收缩,从而在底座20、顶座10和四个竖向侧棱所构成的外轮廓表面形成一层透明的薄膜层40。薄膜层40将底座20、顶座10、四个竖向侧棱和冰箱包围并固定成一个整体。
薄膜层40的材料具有无色、无味、无毒、透明且易热收缩的特 性。在该实施例中,薄膜层40具体选用的材料包括聚乙烯(PE膜)或聚氯乙烯(PVC膜)。薄膜加热的方式可以采用热风枪加热或者加热装置系统性的加热。热风枪加热一般适用于少量生产的情况,加热装置加热一般适用于为批量生产的情况。薄膜层40具有透明的特性,用户无需打开包装既可以看到冰箱的产品状态。进一步地,薄膜层40具有成本低、体积小且紧致的特点,有效地降低生产、运输过程中的成本。进一步地,薄膜层40具有化学性质稳定和耐水的特性,从而有效地避免因环境因素而导致包装结构受潮、发霉和易散架等问题。
在一优选实施例中,包装结构100还包括上盖板15。上盖板15覆盖于所述顶座10外侧。上盖板15可以为半开放式的盒状,盒内腔体可容纳和安装顶座10,盒体的高度等于或略大于顶座10的高度。薄膜层40采用薄膜受热收缩的方式包裹于由底座20、上盖板15和四个竖向侧棱所构成的轮廓主体的外表面。底座20、上盖板15、顶座10、四个竖向侧棱和薄膜层40形成一个完整的包装结构100。优选地,包装结构100还包括下盖板25。下盖板25覆盖于所述底座20外侧。下盖板25可以为半开放式的盒状,盒内腔体可容纳和安装底座20,盒体的高度等于或略大于底座20的高度。薄膜层40采用薄膜受热收缩的方式包裹于由下盖板25、上盖板15和四个竖向侧棱所构成的轮廓主体的外表面。下盖板25、底座20、上盖板15、顶座10、四个竖向侧棱和薄膜层40形成一个完整的包装结构100。
在图1至图2所示实施例中,包装结构100包括上盖板15、顶座10、四个竖向侧棱、底座20、下盖板25和薄膜层40。如上所述,包装结构100中的上盖板15和下盖板25可以不设置、或者只设置一个,或者都设置。
继续参考图1和图2,四个竖向侧棱分别为第一竖向侧棱31、第二竖向侧棱32、第三竖向侧棱31、第四竖向侧棱34,每个竖向侧棱的两端分别与底座20和顶座10连接。第一竖向侧棱31、第二竖向侧 棱32、第三竖向侧棱31、第四竖向侧棱34分别设置于底座20和顶座10的四个拐角处。底座20、顶座10和四个竖向侧棱形成用于容纳冰箱的容纳空间。
继续参考图3,在该实施例中,以第三竖向侧棱33为例阐述一个竖向侧棱的具体结构。第三竖向侧棱33包括两个边,分别为第一边331和第二边332。第一边331和第二边332分别与竖直方向垂直,且沿顶座10和底座20的拐角处具有预设的延伸长度(即横向的宽度)。优选地,第三竖向侧棱33朝向冰箱的内表面上设置有多个相互间隔的凸起330,即第一边331和第二边332的内表面上设置有多个相互间隔的凸起330,凸起330抵接于冰箱的外表面。为了附图清晰简明,图3中仅示例性地标注出两个凸起330,并未对所有凸起330进行标注。在该实施例中,凸起330为横向的长条状凸起。在其他实施例中,凸起330的形状也可以为其他形状,如具有预设半径的圆环状凸起、或者点状的球形凸起等。凸起330进一步地提高包装结构100的防震性能。
优选地,四个竖向侧棱的形状可以存着差异。如图1至图2所示,在该实施例中,第一竖向侧棱31和第四竖向侧棱34的形状相同,包括一长边和一短边,即两个边沿竖直方向的长度不同;第二竖向侧棱32和第三竖向侧棱33的形状相同,包括两个沿竖直方向的长度相同的边。
在一优选实施例中,包装结构100还包括打包带(图中未示出)。打包带环绕于薄膜层的外侧。打包带具体可以沿竖直方向环绕包装结构100的轮廓主体的外侧一圈。包装结构100可以包括多个间隔设置的打包带。打包带不仅可以进一步地加强整个包装结构的稳固性,也可以作为工人搬运时的抓握处,从而方便工人搬运。
如图4所示,本发明实施例还提供一种用于包装冰箱的包装方法。在该实施例中,包装方法包括四个步骤,每个步骤的具体内容如 下所述。
步骤S1:将冰箱放置于底座上。如上文所述,当包装结构还包括下盖板时,可以先将底座放置于下盖板内,然后再将冰箱放置于底座上。
步骤S2:将四个竖向侧棱分别固定在底座的四个拐角处。
步骤S3:将顶座放置在冰箱的顶部并与四个竖向侧棱相固定。如上文所述,当包装结构还包括上盖板时,在顶座放置在冰箱的顶部并与四个竖向侧棱相固定后,再将上盖板盖设于顶座上。或者,先将顶座与上盖板固定成一体,再将一体结构放置在冰箱顶部并与四个竖向侧棱相固定。
步骤S4:将薄膜覆盖在由底座、顶座和四个竖向侧棱所形成的轮廓主体的外表面,对所述薄膜加热,所述薄膜受热紧缩而形成薄膜层。薄膜层将底座、顶座、四个竖向侧棱和冰箱包围并固定成一个整体。薄膜加热的方式可以采用热风枪加热或者加热装置系统性的加热。热风枪加热一般适用于少量生产的情况,加热装置加热一般适用于为批量生产的情况。
在一优选实施例中,包装方法还包括步骤S5:在薄膜层的外侧环绕打包带。打包带具体可以沿竖直方向环绕包装结构100的轮廓主体的外侧一圈。在步骤S5中可以在薄膜层的外侧环绕多个相互间隔的打包带。打包带进一步地加强整个包装结构100的稳固性,也可以作为工人搬运时的抓握处,从而方便工人搬运。
本发明实施例提出的一种用于冰箱的包装结构包括顶座、底座和四个竖向侧棱,并采用薄膜受热紧缩而形成一层外膜,该外膜由于受热紧缩而紧紧包裹住顶座、底座和四个竖向侧棱,将其形成一个不易散架的整体,从而无需采用全纸质覆盖的包装方式,进而节约成本、减少体积。
本发明实施例提出的一种用于冰箱的包装结构中的薄膜层为透 明材质,用户无需拆开包装箱即能观看冰箱的产品状态。
本发明实施例提出的一种用于冰箱的包装结构的薄膜层的化学稳定性好且具有耐水的特性,从而有效地避免因环境因素而导致包装结构受潮、发霉和易散架等问题。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的包装结构,所述包装结构包括:
    底座,支撑于冰箱的底部;
    顶座,盖设于冰箱的顶部;
    四个竖向侧棱,每个竖向侧棱的两端分别与所述底座和所述顶座连接,且所述四个竖向侧棱分别设置于所述底座和所述顶座的四个拐角处;所述底座、所述顶座和所述四个竖向侧棱形成用于容纳冰箱的容纳空间;
    其特征在于,所述包装结构还包括薄膜层,所述薄膜层采用薄膜受热收缩的方式包裹于由所述底座、所述顶座和所述四个竖向侧棱所构成的轮廓主体的外表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的包装结构,其特征在于,所述包装结构还包括上盖板,所述上盖板覆盖于所述顶座外侧,所述薄膜层包裹于由所述上盖板、所述底座和所述四个竖向侧棱所构成的轮廓主体的外表面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于冰箱的包装结构,其特征在于,所述包装结构还包括下盖板,所述下盖板覆盖于所述底座外侧,所述薄膜层包裹于由所述上盖板、所述下盖板和所述四个竖向侧棱所构成的轮廓主体的外表面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的包装结构,其特征在于,所述底座、所述顶座和所述四个竖向侧棱的材料均由减震材料构成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的包装结构,其特征在于,所述底座的中部设有镂空,所述镂空的面积在底座面积的三分之一到三分之二之间,所述顶座的预设部位设有多个通孔,所述多个通孔均匀排布。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的包装结构,其特征在于,所述包装结构还包括打包带,所述打包带环绕于所述薄膜层的外侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的包装结构,其特征在于,所述薄膜层的材料包括聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的包装结构,其特征在于,所述竖向侧棱朝向冰箱的内表面上设置有多个相互间隔的凸起,所述多个凸起抵接于冰箱的外表面。
  9. 一种冰箱的包装方法,其特征在于,所述包装方法包括以下步骤:
    将冰箱放置于底座上;
    将四个竖向侧棱分别固定在所述底座的四个拐角处;
    将顶座放置在冰箱的顶部并与四个竖向侧棱相固定;
    将薄膜覆盖在由所述底座、所述顶座和所述四个竖向侧棱所形成的轮廓主体的外表面,对所述薄膜加热,所述薄膜受热紧缩而形成薄膜层。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种包装冰箱的包装方法,其特征在于,所述包装方法还包括步骤:在所述薄膜层的外侧环绕打包带。
