Description

一种无轴放卷的换料机构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种材料生产领域,尤其涉及一种无轴放卷的换料机构。
背景技术
在进行复卷和分切设备的过程中,有时需要更换原材料,如果是成批量作业,由于管芯属于不同的规格和长度,每次重新进行上下原材料放料的话,放料轴都要左移、右移重新进行对边,如果对不齐材料浪费了,时间也浪费了,工作效率低。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种可以无轴更换管芯的换料机构,这样可以保证基材的基准边,节约时间,工作效率高,更具有产业上的利用价值。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供的无轴放卷的换料机构能够通过左右移动气胀夹头进行更换管芯,这样既操作方便,也节约人力,工作效率高。
本实用新型的无轴放卷的换料机构,包括气缸组件,所述气缸组件中气缸的固定端固定在轴承座上,所述气缸的伸缩端固定有第一气胀夹头,还包括与所述第一气胀夹头对称布置的第二气胀夹头,所述第二气胀夹头上远离所述第一气胀夹头的一端和磁粉制动器的活动端固定连接,所述第一气胀夹头和/或者第二气胀夹头外套设固定有用于卡住管芯的卡环。
进一步的,所述卡环可拆卸式套设固定在所述第一气胀夹头和/或者第二气胀夹头上。
更进一步的,所述卡环包括第一半圆环和第二半圆环,所述第一半圆环和第二半圆环的一端铰接,所述第一半圆环和第二半圆环的另一端通过卡扣连接。
进一步的,所述卡环的内壁铺设有缓冲垫。
更进一步的,所述缓冲垫为橡胶垫。
借由上述方案,本实用新型至少具有以下优点:
不需要放料轴就能进行基材的管芯的更换,既保证了基材的基准边,也节约了人力,工作效率得到了提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
图1至图3所示的一种无轴放卷的换料机构,包括气缸组件,气缸组件中气缸1的固定端固定在轴承座2上,气缸1的伸缩端固定有第一气胀夹头3,还包括与第一气胀夹头3对称布置的第二气胀夹头4,第二气胀夹头4上远离第一气胀夹头3的一端和磁粉制动器5的活动端固定连接,第一气胀夹头3和/或者第二气胀夹头4外套设固定有用于卡住管芯6的卡环7。
本实用新型提供的无轴放卷的换料机构的运行过程如下:
1、原材料中的基材8进行批量作业,其中,基材8套在管芯6外;
2、进行上下换料时,气缸1带动第一气胀夹头3往回退,当第一气胀夹 头3和第二气胀夹头4之间的距离大于要上料的管芯6的长度时,进行下料;
3、拿掉原材料中基材8的管芯6后,换上一卷新的原材料的基材8;
4、气缸1带动第一气胀夹头3往前靠近第二气胀夹头4,其中,第一气胀夹头3插入管芯6内,第一气胀夹头3和/或者第二气胀夹头4外套设固定的卡环7顶住管芯6,其中至少有一方的第一气胀夹头3或者第二气胀夹头4上套设固定有卡关,这样可以保证基材8的基准边,第一气胀夹头3和第二气胀夹头4进行充气,完成上料过程后,设备正常运行。
在本实施例中,为了方便卡环7的拆卸,在第一气胀夹头3或者第二气胀夹头4上移动进行不同大小管芯6的限位,卡环7可拆卸式套设固定在第一气胀夹头3和/或者第二气胀夹头4上。
在本实施例中,为了方便拆卸卡环7,卡环7包括第一半圆环和第二半圆环,第一半圆环和第二半圆环的一端铰接,第一半圆环和第二半圆环的另一端通过卡扣连接。
在本实施例中,为了防止破坏第一气胀夹头3或者第二气胀夹头4,卡环7的内壁铺设有缓冲垫,缓冲垫为橡胶垫。

  1. 一种无轴放卷的换料机构,其特征在于:包括气缸组件,所述气缸组件中气缸的固定端固定在轴承座上,所述气缸的伸缩端固定有第一气胀夹头,还包括与所述第一气胀夹头对称布置的第二气胀夹头,所述第二气胀夹头上远离所述第一气胀夹头的一端和磁粉制动器的活动端固定连接,所述第一气胀夹头和/或者第二气胀夹头外套设固定有用于卡住管芯的卡环。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无轴放卷的换料机构,其特征在于:所述卡环可拆卸式套设固定在所述第一气胀夹头和/或者第二气胀夹头上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的无轴放卷的换料机构,其特征在于:所述卡环包括第一半圆环和第二半圆环,所述第一半圆环和第二半圆环的一端铰接,所述第一半圆环和第二半圆环的另一端通过卡扣连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的无轴放卷的换料机构,其特征在于:所述卡环的内壁铺设有缓冲垫。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的无轴放卷的换料机构,其特征在于:所述缓冲垫为橡胶垫。
