背景技术
包装袋是指用于包装各种用品的袋子,使货物在生产流通过程中方便运输,容易存储,广泛用于日常生活和工业生产中。为了符合环境保护的理念,减少白色污染,包装袋的制备材料越来越多的采用环保材料制备,例如聚乙烯(Polyethylene,简称PE)、流延聚丙烯薄膜(简称CPP薄膜)、定向聚丙烯(Oriented polypropylene,简称OPP)等,而这些制备包装袋的环保材料通常拉伸性能较差,以传统包装袋使用聚乙烯(Polyethylene,简称PE)制备为例,其本身拉伸强度较低,而传统制袋机在制备包装袋的过程中,牵引和烫压是必不可少的步骤,制袋机的牵引机构牵引PE材料到烫压机构的位置,由于包装袋的烫压需要一定的烫压时长,制袋机的烫压机构需要停顿烫压到该时长结束,完成烫压作业;在烫压完成后,牵引机构牵引包装袋材料继续行进到下一个工位,这就使得烫压后的包装袋材料会经历一个由静止到运动的过程,产生牵引拉伸,极易造成PE材料发生拉伸形变,特别是在烫压部分形成褶皱,影响包装袋的正常加工和使用,这是拉伸性能较差的包装袋薄膜在制备的时候必然面临的问题。
为了防止包装袋在制备过程中因为牵引、烫压造成的形变问题,通常会在环保材料外层贴附一层抗拉伸材料,形成复合型的包装袋膜材。但是贴附的抗拉伸材料由于与内层材料属于非同族材料,通常不利于回收再利用,造成严重的资源浪费和环境污染,不符合环境保护理念。
现有的制袋机无法对拉伸性能差的环保型材料及同族的环保复合材料进行制备,因此,本领域的技术人员致力于开发一种制袋机用随动烫压机构及制袋机,以解决前述问题。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种制袋机用随动烫压机构及制袋机,以解决拉伸性能较差的环保型包装袋膜材在烫压过程中拉伸形变问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种制袋机用随动烫压机构,至少包括:
牵引装置,持续不间断的牵引包装袋膜材输送到烫压装置;
烫压装置,对输送到其上的包装袋膜材进行烫压,并随从包装袋膜材的输送方向进行移动烫压,且烫压完成后返回到原烫压位置;
驱动装置,驱动牵引装置牵引包装袋膜材,以及驱动烫压装置完成随动烫压及返回原烫压位置;
监测系统,监测烫压位置,当驱动装置驱动牵引装置将包装袋膜材移动到该烫压位置时,驱动烫压装置进行烫压;
控制系统,获取监测系统监测结果,并控制驱动装置完成牵引装置对包装袋膜材的牵引和烫压装置的随动烫压。

(4)本技术方案机械化程度高,提高包装袋烫压效率和质量;
(5)本技术方案通过控制系统设定控制程序,将烫压的速度、时间进行设定,并且将随动烫压机构的烫压时间与速度与制袋机整机的速度和作业时间进行统一调配,有效实现包装袋制作的统一性和协调性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下面采用实施例详细描述本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示的一种制袋机,至少包括了机架10,该机架10作为制袋机1的支撑机构,其上安装有膜材输送装置、各折角机构16、纵封烫压机构11、随动烫压机构12、裁断机构13等,包装袋膜材15通过膜材输送机构沿其长度或宽度方向进行连续输送,在各折角机构16进行底部、侧风琴部分的折角后被输送到纵封烫压机构11烫压,在包装袋膜材15完成纵封热封烫压工序后,被引导到随动烫压机构12进行烫压,随动烫压机构12烫压完成的包装袋膜材15被输送到裁断机构13 沿烫压部分裁断成各个包装袋,最后通过收拢机构进行收拢,完成一次包装袋的制作工艺。
制袋机除了上述设备外,还具有控制系统14,该控制系统14内部具有程序,总体控制各个设备、机构的运行状态。
在上述工艺及设备中,机架10为传统机架10结构;膜材输送装置通常采用牵引胶辊,包装袋膜材15位于一对牵引胶辊之间,被引导输送,实际使用中其他可以实现将包装袋膜材15进行持续不间断输送的装置;各折角机构16在申请人已经申请并公开的技术文件CN110435227A、CN110435226A、CN110406168A、CN110435218A、CN109955532A的技术内容中详细记载了各折角机构16的设备及使用方法,此处不做过多赘述,在前述文件当中的折角机构均适用在本技术方案的设备当中;此外,现有的各折角机构16也同样适用在本制袋机中。
纵封烫压装置121可以为传统的烫压装置121,也可以采用如申请人已经申请的技术文件20192079768.X一种包装袋纵封上下伺服烫压装置及制袋机中所记载的技术方案,此处不做过多赘述。
制袋机用随动烫压机构12,如图1-图3所示,至少包括:
牵引装置120,持续不间断的牵引包装袋膜材15输送到烫压装置121,实际使用中通常采用一对牵引胶辊完成牵引作业,包装袋膜材15被引导进一对牵引胶辊之间,该牵引胶辊由驱动电机驱动,使其旋转,从而使包装袋膜材15沿其长度或宽度方向以持续不间断的输送;在本技术方案中,牵引装置120牵引包装袋膜材15输送时采用匀速牵引,在经过烫压装置121时,持续不间断的走料。
烫压装置121,对输送到其上的包装袋膜材15进行烫压,并随从包装袋膜材15的输送方向进行移动烫压,且烫压完成后返回到原烫压位置;烫压装置121至少包括了烫压头的垂直方向实现烫压的移动和烫压装置121水平方向的随从及返回循环移动两个动作(如图1-3中细箭头所示)。
其中,在本实施例中,垂直方向烫压头的设置采用申请人已申请的公开号为CN110328898A的旋转式烫压装置,如图3所示,该烫压装置121包括上烫压机构1210和下烫压机构1211,上烫压机构1210与下烫压机构1211以包装袋膜材15输送所在平面为基准,上下设置,同时进行包装袋膜材15的上下烫压;上烫压机构1210和下烫压机构1211均包括两个烫刀1212、连接两个烫刀1212的旋转结构1213以及调整烫刀1212压力的弹力结构1214;弹力结构1214设置于烫刀1212与旋转结构1213之间;上烫压机构1210和下烫压机构1211均与伺服电机连接,控制上烫压机构1210和下烫压机构1211的旋转烫压;上烫压机构1210和下烫压机构1211的两个烫刀1212呈180°设置,且两个烫刀1212的刀头以旋转轴心为中心向外呈180°分布,伺服电机控制上烫压机构1210和下烫压机构1211的旋转速度与包装袋膜材15的走料速度相适应,使得包装袋膜材15按照走膜的速度到达 相对应的烫压位置时,上下烫刀1212旋转可以烫压到对应位置,而不需要走膜间断,对于该结构的具体表述可见专利申请文件中记载内容。当然,在其他实施例中也可以采用其他形势的烫压结构,只需要保障包装袋膜材15在上下烫压头之间持续走料,部停顿烫压即可。
其中,水平方向的随从和返回循环的动作是对烫封头整体位置的移动,可以采用辅助的移动机构实现烫封头整体结构由起始端到烫封结束端的循环往复移动。
随动烫压装置121在水平方向的移动和垂直方向的移动均通过伺服电机控制,保障控制精度,两者可以使用两套伺服电机分别控制,或通过一套伺服电机控制,若采用两套伺服电机控制,则需要通过控制系统14设定程序,统一调配控制时间和速度。
烫压装置121烫压时,其水平方向随从移动的速度与包装袋膜材15的移动速度相同,避免两者不同步造成牵拉,形成材料拉伸;烫压装置121水平方向返回的速度大于牵引装置120牵引包装袋膜材15的移动速度,以实现当下一个包装袋膜材15的烫压位置移动到烫压装置121时,烫压装置121可以进行新的一轮随动烫压;而烫压装置121随动烫压的时间长短由跟随包装袋膜材15移动的距离及膜材移动的速度决定。
此外,包装袋膜材15上具有烫压位置标定,一般采用光标标定,监测系统监测该标定位置后反馈给控制系统14控制驱动装置完成牵引装置120对包装袋膜材15的牵引和烫压装置121的随动烫压,监测系统至少包括可获取和感应光标位置的光电设备122,例如采用CCD相机等,获取包装袋膜材15上的光标位置后,通过信号传输到控制系统14当中,由控制系统14根据光标位置信息控制伺服电机驱动各机构运行,若出现位置偏移,可控制烫封装置移动到偏移后的烫压位置进行烫压。
控制系统14内部设定程序,通过执行该程序控制牵引装置120的牵引速度以及驱动装置驱动速度和时间,并与制袋机整机的控制相匹配。
裁断机构13为随动烫压后的程序装置,牵引胶辊在包装袋膜材15烫压结束后引导包装袋膜材15进入裁断机构13当中,裁断机构13上安装有切刀,传统的裁断机构13的切刀一般为双切刀结构,包括上切刀和下切刀,上切刀与下切刀位于同一垂直切割面上裁切,但这样的方式会造成包装袋膜材15的停顿,在本实施例中采用旋转式切刀装置,结构与烫压结构中的旋转烫压装置121基本相同,不同之处在于其靠近包装袋膜材15的位置设置切刀,切刀的刀型不再是弧线型切面,而是倾斜的坡面结构,上下切刀旋转到同一垂直面上时,切刀倾斜面的凸起部分相接完成裁断,裁断后切刀旋转,坡面结构的凸起部分分离,不影响牵引装置120的不间断输送。
在实际使用中旋转式的裁切装置只是一种形式,在其他实施例中可以选择其他 形式,只需要保证包装袋膜材15持续输送的情况下,完成单个包装袋的裁断即可。
需要补充说明的是,除非另作定义,此处使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本发明专利申请说明书以及权利要求书中使用的“连接”或者“相连”等类似的词语并非限定于物理的或者机械的连接,而是可以包括电性的连接,不管是直接的还是间接的。“上”、“下”“端”、“侧”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相对位置关系也相应地改变。
本领域技术人员在考虑说明书及实践这里的发明后,将容易想到本发明的其它实施方案。本申请旨在涵盖本发明的任何用途或者适应性变化,这些用途或者适应性变化遵循本发明的一般性原理并包括本发明未公开的本技术领域中的公知常识或惯用技术手段。说明书和实施例仅被视为示例性的,本发明的真正范围和精神由权利要求书指出。
应当理解的是,本发明并不局限于上面已经描述并在附图中示出的结构,并且可以在不脱离其范围的前提下进行各种修改和改变。本发明的范围仅由所附的权利要求书来限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种制袋机用随动烫压机构,其特征在于,至少包括:
    牵引装置,持续不间断的牵引包装袋膜材输送到烫压装置;
    烫压装置,对输送到其上的包装袋膜材进行烫压,并随从包装袋膜材的输送方向进行移动烫压,且烫压完成后返回到原烫压位置;
    驱动装置,驱动牵引装置牵引包装袋膜材,以及驱动烫压装置完成随动烫压及返回原烫压位置;
    监测系统,监测烫压位置,当驱动装置驱动牵引装置将包装袋膜材移动到该烫压位置时,驱动烫压装置进行烫压;
    控制系统,获取监测系统监测结果,并控制驱动装置完成牵引装置对包装袋膜材的牵引和烫压装置的随动烫压。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的随动烫压机构,其特征在于,牵引装置牵引包装袋膜材输送时采用匀速牵引,在经过烫压装置时,持续不间断的走料。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的随动烫压机构,其特征在于,烫压装置至少包括了烫压头的垂直方向实现烫压的移动和烫压装置水平方向的随从及返回循环移动两个动作。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的随动烫压机构,其特征在于,烫压装置随动烫压的时间长短由跟随包装袋膜材移动的距离及膜材移动的速度决定。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的随动烫压机构,其特征在于,烫压装置烫压时,其水平方向随从移动的速度与包装袋膜材的移动速度相同,避免两者不同步造成牵拉,形成材料拉伸。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的随动烫压机构,其特征在于,烫压装置水平方向返回的速度大于牵引装置牵引包装袋膜材的移动速度,以实现当下一个包装袋膜材的烫压位置移动到烫压装置时,烫压装置可以进行新的一轮随动烫压。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的随动烫压机构,其特征在于,包装袋膜材上具有烫压位置标定,监测系统监测该标定位置后反馈给控制系统控制驱动装置完成牵引装置对包装袋膜材的牵引和烫压装置的随动烫压。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的随动烫压机构,其特征在于,控制系统内部设定程序,通过执行该程序控制牵引装置的牵引速度以及驱动装置驱动速度和时间,并与制袋机整机的控制相匹配。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的随动烫压机构,其特征在于,驱动机构采用伺服电机。
  10. 一种制袋机,其特征在于,该制袋机的烫压装置具有前述任一项权利要求1-9所述随动烫压机构,以实现拉伸性能较差的环保型包装袋膜材可以在烫压过程中减少拉伸形变。
