一种汽车车门锁扣 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车车门锁扣。
背景技术
随着经济发展,人们生活水平的提高,汽车在人们日常生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。随着购买人群的增加,对汽车外形设计提出了更大的挑战,多样化的汽车外形设计也就变得更加不可或缺。
现有技术中,锁扣安装在车身钣金上,锁扣与钣金外面的塑料侧围外板相配合,锁扣与塑料侧围外板之间存在间隙,影响美观,且容易堆积灰尘,会出现水分、污垢沉积,严重的会导致腐蚀锁扣,存在一定的安全隐患。且现有的锁扣螺母安装板与车身一体成型,由于锁扣与车门锁长期配合使用,两者之间会产生摩擦,长时间使用,容易导致锁好后存在间隙,导致门有异响,一体成型不容易更换锁扣螺母安装板。
因此,上述问题是在对汽车锁扣的设计和应用过程中应当予以考虑并解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种克服现有技术中的缺陷,结构合理的汽车车门锁扣。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种汽车车门锁扣,包括锁扣本体,所述锁扣本体包括开有安装孔的基座和固定在所述基座上的锁销,沿 所述基座的外周套设有密封圈,所述基座下表面设有安装板,所述安装板的四周边沿向上弯起和所述基座侧边之间形成平滑的过渡弧面,所述锁销内部设有一隔杆,将锁扣分割成第一扣环和第二扣环。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述密封圈的形状和所述基座的的外轮廓相同,所述基座沿外周设有凸棱,所述密封圈内设有和所述凸棱相适配的凹槽,所述凸棱插入所述凹槽中。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述安装孔至少两个,一字排开,相邻两个安装孔之间具有相交面。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述锁销为弯折成型,呈U型,所述锁销的外表面和所述隔杆的外表面上包覆缓冲橡胶。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述锁销和所述基座为一体成型,所述锁销和所述基座的连接处设有肋筋,形成三角支撑面。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述安装板的安装面上设有弹性保护层。
本发明提供了一种汽车车门锁扣,密封圈将锁扣本体的基座周围包裹并采用设置凸棱将其限位在密封圈内,防止灰尘,水等落入汽车门锁扣内从而影响门锁扣的正常使用;设置过渡弧面,能够实现防止漆面被划伤;同时,设置缓冲橡胶,进一步实现了防止漆面被划伤的功能;设置相连通的多个安装孔,可以根据车门钣金上锁孔的安装位置灵活选择安装孔,以适应不同车门钣金上锁孔的安装位置;在锁销和基座的连接处设置肋筋,并在锁销内部设置隔杆,形成两个锁扣空间,有效提高锁扣强度。
本发明的有益效果是:其结构简单,制造成本低,通过设置密封圈,提高了密封性能,能更好防水、防尘,保护锁扣,防止酸雨、水等腐蚀锁扣,提高了使用的安全性,设置多个安装孔,能够适应有偏差的安装孔位置,具有更好的适应性,而且锁扣上设置缓冲橡胶,可以降低关门时的异响使用效果好,符合市场需求。

如图,本实施例提供的一种汽车车门锁扣,包括锁扣本体,所述锁扣本体包括开有安装孔3的基座1和固定在所述基座1上的锁销2,所述安装孔3为三个,一字排开,相邻两个安装孔之间具有相交面。沿所述基座1的外周套设有密封圈4,所述基座1下表面设有安装板5,所述安装板5的边沿向上弯起和所述基座2侧边之间形成平滑的过渡弧面6,所述锁销2内部设有一隔杆7,将锁扣分割成第一扣环8和第二扣环9。
所述密封圈4的形状和所述基座1的的外轮廓相同,所述基座1沿外周设有凸棱10,所述密封圈4内设有和所述凸棱10相适配的凹槽,所述凸棱10插入所述凹槽中。
所述锁销2和所述基座1为一体成型,所述锁销2和所述基座1的连接处设有肋筋11,形成三角支撑面,所述锁销为2弯折成型,呈U型,包括第一支撑部21、连接部22和第二支撑部23,其中第二支撑部23向外倾斜,且宽度大于所述第一支撑部21,所述锁销2的外表面和所述隔杆7的外表面上包覆缓冲橡胶12。所述安装板5的安装面上设有弹性保护层13。
本实施例提供了一种汽车车门锁扣,密封圈4将锁扣本体的基座1周围包裹并采用设置凸棱10将其限位在密封圈4内,防止灰尘,水等落入汽车门锁扣内从而影响门锁扣的正常使用;设置过渡弧面6,能够实现防止漆面被划伤;同时,设置缓冲橡胶12,进一步实现了防止漆面被划伤的功能;设置相连通的多个安装孔3,可以根据车门钣金上锁孔的安装位置灵活选择安装孔,以适应不同车门钣金上锁孔的安装位置;在锁销2和基座1的连接处设置肋筋11,并在锁销2内部设置隔杆7,形成两个锁扣空间,有效提高锁扣强度。

  1. 一种汽车车门锁扣,其特征在于:包括锁扣本体,所述锁扣本体包括开有安装孔的基座和固定在所述基座上的锁销,沿所述基座的外周套设有密封圈,所述基座下表面设有安装板,所述安装板的四周边沿向上弯起和所述基座侧边之间形成平滑的过渡弧面,所述锁销内部设有一隔杆,将锁扣分割成第一扣环和第二扣环。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车车门锁扣,其特征在于:所述密封圈的形状和所述基座的的外轮廓相同,所述基座沿外周设有凸棱,所述密封圈内设有和所述凸棱相适配的凹槽,所述凸棱插入所述凹槽中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车车门锁扣,其特征在于:所述安装孔至少两个,一字排开,相邻两个安装孔之间具有相交面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车车门锁扣,其特征在于:所述锁销为弯折成型,呈U型,所述锁销的外表面和所述隔杆的外表面上包覆缓冲橡胶。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车车门锁扣,其特征在于:所述锁销和所述基座为一体成型,所述锁销和所述基座的连接处设有肋筋,形成三角支撑面。
