Claims (8)

  1. 一种防腐耐用抛丸清理机,其特征在于:包括清理室和安装在清理室侧壁的多个抛丸器,所述抛丸器的出口和所述清理室的内腔相对应,所述抛丸器的安装座和所述清理室之间设有减震垫,所述清理室包括内外两层壁板,内外两层壁板之间设有衬板,所述清理室的内壁上设有一层耐磨板,所述耐磨板的背面沿四周设有若干个卡块,所述内壁上设有和所述卡块相适配的卡槽,所述抛丸器包括叶轮组件,所述叶轮组件包括护壳、主动轮、设置在所述主动轮上的叶片以及控制主动轮旋转的电机,所述叶片的表面设有护板,所述叶片和所述护板的接触面上均设有橡胶层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐用抛丸清理机,其特征在于:所述主动轮的外周设有固定部件,所述固定部件呈梯形,其较长的底边焊接在所述主动轮上,所述固定部件的顶部设有凹槽,所述叶片插入所述凹槽中并通过固定螺栓进行固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐用抛丸清理机,其特征在于:所述叶片沿边设有向上凸起的凸边,在叶片的上表面形成一凹腔,所述护板嵌入所述凹腔内,所述叶片上布有安装孔,所述护板上设有和安装孔对应的盲孔,所述护板和叶片之间通过螺栓连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐用抛丸清理机,其特征在于:所述耐磨板和所述内壁之间设有阻尼材料制成的缓冲层。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐用抛丸清理机,其特征在于:所述安装座通过安装法兰和螺栓连接在所述清理室的侧壁上,所述减震 垫设置在所述安装座和安装法兰之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐用抛丸清理机,其特征在于:所述主动轮的表面包覆有橡胶套。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐用抛丸清理机,其特征在于:所述卡块呈T字形,所述卡块倾斜设置且每个卡块倾斜的角度不同。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐用抛丸清理机,其特征在于:所述电机连接主动轮,所述护壳上设有供电机的电机轴穿过的穿孔,所述穿孔的外缘所述穿孔和所述电机轴的间隙处设有密封圈。
