- 컬러 필터 기판; 및상기 컬러 필터 기판의 하부 상에 배치되고 일측에서 상기 컬러 필터 기판보다 외측으로 연장된 외측 영역을 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터 기판을 포함하고,상기 컬러 필터 기판, 및 상기 박막 트랜지스터 기판의 테두리를 따라 연장된 돌출 영역, 및 평면상 상기 돌출 영역에 의해 둘러싸이고 상기 돌출 영역보다 두께가 작은 함몰 영역을 포함하고,상기 돌출 영역은 상기 외측 영역과 인접하고 제1 방향을 따라 연장된 제1 돌출 영역, 상기 제1 방향을 따라 연장되고 상기 제1 돌출 영역의 맞은 편에 위치하는 제2 돌출 영역, 상기 제1 방향과 교차하는 제2 방향을 따라 연장되고 상기 제1 돌출 영역과 상기 제2 돌출 영역을 연결하는 제3 돌출 영역, 및 상기 제2 방향을 따라 연장되고 상기 제3 돌출 영역의 맞은 편에 위치하는 제4 돌출 영역을 포함하고,상기 제1 돌출 영역은 서로 표면 높이가 상이한 복수의 돌출부를 포함하는 표시 장치.
- 제12 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 돌출부는 제1-1 돌출 영역을 포함하고, 상기 제1-1 돌출 영역은 제1-1-1 돌출 영역, 및 상기 제1-1-1 돌출 영역과 상기 함몰 영역의 사이에 배치되고 표면 높이가 상기 제1-1-1 돌출 영역의 표면 높이와 상기 함몰 영역의 표면 높이 사이의 크기를 갖는 제1-1-2 돌출 영역을 포함하는 표시 장치.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 제1-1 돌출 영역은 상기 제3 돌출 영역, 및 상기 제4 돌출 영역에 인접 배치된 표시 장치.
- 제14 항에 있어서,상기 제1 돌출 영역은 상기 제3 돌출 영역에 인접 배치된 제1-1 돌출 영역과 상기 제4 돌출 영역에 인접 배치된 제1-1 돌출 영역의 사이에 배치된 제1-2 돌출 영역을 더 포함하고, 상기 제1-2 돌출 영역의 두께는 상기 제1-1-1 돌출 영역의 두께보다 작으며, 상기 제1-1-1 돌출 영역에서, 상기 컬러 필터 기판의 두께는 상기 박막 트랜지스터 기판의 두께보다 큰 표시 장치.
