Abstract
L'invention concerne une émulsion autoémulsifiante de résine époxy, un procédé de préparation associé et une application correspondante. Les matières premières de l'émulsion comprennent 100-150 parties de résine époxy, 10-20 parties d'ester d'acide gras de polyoxyéthylène-éther de sorbitane, 10-20 parties de polyétherphosphate d'alcool gras, 1-5 parties d'un accélérateur à base d'amine et 100-10.000 parties d'eau. Les rapports des masses d'alimentation de la résine époxy et de l'ester d'acide gras de polyoxyéthylène-éther de sorbitane et du polyétherphosphate d'alcool gras sont respectivement de 1:0,075-0,18 et de 1:0,07-0,2. La préparation correspondante comprend : la résine époxy subit une première réaction avec l'ester d'acide gras de polyoxyéthylène-éther de sorbitane en présence de l'accélérateur à base d'amine, puis subit une deuxième réaction avec le polyétherphosphate d'alcool gras et est ensuite mélangée avec de l'eau et est préparée ; et une application correspondante dans des revêtements époxy. Dans la présente invention, une émulsion uniforme et stable peut être auto-émulsifiée sans ajout d'un cosolvant. L'émulsion présente une longue période de stockage, une absence d'émissions de COV et une excellente ténacité de film et une excellente résistance à la rouille après la formation de film.
