Description

一种干洗装置 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣技术领域,特别涉及一种干洗装置。
背景技术
现在普遍采用人工干洗的方式对衣服进行二次去渍处理,过程繁琐而且耗时长,在人工方式下,检查污渍的具体位置和去渍操作需要花费大量的时间和精力,从而导致干洗效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提供一种干洗装置,能够自动检查衣物上污渍的具体位置然后去除污渍,缩短了干洗衣物所需的时间,从而高效率地干洗衣物。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供一种干洗装置,包括:
支架,连接有第一旋转件;
机械臂,与所述第一旋转件连接;
第二旋转件,与所述机械臂连接;
洗涤组件,设置在所述第二旋转件上,包括洗涤部件和探测部件,所述探测部件用于对衣物成像并获取所述洗涤组件与衣物的距离,所述机械臂与所述探测部件控制连接。
有益效果:本发明采用的一种自动洗衣装置,通过支架、机械臂、第一旋转件、第二旋转件、洗涤组件能够准确查找衣物污渍的位置并去除污渍,从而大大缩短了干洗时间,提高干洗效率。
进一步,所述机械臂能够伸缩,所述第一旋转件和所述第二旋转件能够旋转,因此所述洗涤组件能够在所述第一旋转件、所述第二旋转件和所述机械臂的带动下移动到污渍位置。
进一步,所述探测部件包括以下之一:
双目摄像头;或者单目摄像头和红外摄像头,所述探测部件用于对衣物成像并获取所述洗涤组件与衣物的距离,将衣物的图像信息传输给人工智能嵌入式主板。
进一步,洗涤部件包括第一洗涤头,所述第一洗涤头内有连接洗涤剂的管道,且所述第一洗涤头连接有所述探测部件,第一洗涤头的管道用于喷射洗涤剂,人工智能嵌入式主板根据双摄像头传入的污渍数据,计算出污渍的具体位置、所需的洗涤剂量以及喷射力度数据并将计算结果输出至第一洗涤头,从而控制第一洗涤头喷射洗涤剂。
进一步,洗涤部件还包括第二洗涤头,所述第二洗涤头末端为刷子,且所述第二洗涤头连接有所述探测部件,第二洗涤头末端的刷子用于刷洗衣物上的污渍,在第二洗涤头刷洗污渍的过程中,所述探测部件用于拍摄污渍图像并将图像传送给人工智能嵌入式主板,人工智能嵌入式主板通过分析图像信息判断该污渍是否已经被刷洗掉,从而控制第二洗涤头的刷洗动作。
进一步,洗涤部件还包括第三洗涤头,所述第三洗涤头末端为吸盘,且所述第三洗涤头连接有所述探测部件,第三洗涤头末端的吸盘用于吸去洗涤泡沫,在第三洗涤头吸去洗涤泡沫的过程中,所述探测部件用于拍摄污渍图像并将图像传送给人工智能嵌入式主板,人工智能嵌入式主板通过分析图像信息判断该洗涤泡沫是否已经被吸取,从而控制第三洗涤头的吸取动作。
进一步,所述一种干洗装置还包括衣架,用于固定衣物,从而便于所述洗涤部件清洗衣物。
进一步,所述支架呈“冂”字型,结构简单,且开放式结构便于工作人员使用。
进一步,所述支架底部连接滑轮,因此所述一种干洗装置易于移动。

本发明的一个实施例中,提供一种干洗装置,包括支架,连接有第一旋转件;
机械臂,与所述第一旋转件连接;
第二旋转件,与所述机械臂连接;
洗涤组件,设置在所述第二旋转件上,包括洗涤部件和探测部件,所述探测部件用于对衣物成像并获取所述洗涤组件与衣物的距离,所述机械臂与所述探测部件控制连接。
参照图1,其中具体功能实施过程为:工作人员先将待洗衣物固定在衣架300上。
在其中一些实施例中,所述机械臂能够伸缩,所述第一旋转件和所述第二旋转件能够旋转,因此所述洗涤组件能够在所述第一旋转件、所述第二旋转件和所述机械臂的带动下移动到污渍位置,所述机械臂、第一旋转件和第二旋转件由气缸或者电机带动。
本发明实施例一种干洗装置中,在人工智能嵌入式主板rk3399的控制下,所述机械臂在标准气缸的带动下伸缩,所述第一旋转件和第二旋转件在旋转气缸的带动下旋转,使第一洗涤头210末端对准待洗衣物。
在其中一些实施例中,所述探测部件包括以下之一:双目摄像头;或者单目摄像头和红外摄像头。所述探测部件用于对衣物成像并获取所述洗涤组件与衣物的距离,将衣物的图像信息传输给人工智能嵌入式主板rk3399。
本发明实施例一种干洗装置中,固定在第一洗涤头210上的双目摄像头260拍摄待洗衣物并将拍摄图像传送到人工智能嵌入式主板rk3399,人工智能嵌入式主板rk3399通过分析待洗衣物的图像数据,计算出待去除污渍的具体位置数据、所需的洗涤剂量以及喷射力度数据并将计算结果输出至第一洗涤头210,第一洗涤头210内有连通洗涤剂的管道,第一洗涤头210在人工智能嵌入式主板rk3399的控制下移动到待去除污渍位置并喷射对应剂量的洗涤剂。
第一洗涤头210喷射洗涤剂后,人工智能嵌入式主板rk3399控制第一旋转件240、第二旋转件250和机械臂200运行旋转与移动,从而使第二洗涤头220末端对准待去除污渍,第二洗涤头220末端的刷子在人工智能嵌入式主板rk3399的控制下刷洗污渍,同时,第二洗涤头220上固定的双目摄像头260将污渍图像拍摄下来并传送给人工智能嵌入式主板rk3399,人工智能嵌入式主板rk3399判断污渍是否已经被刷洗掉,如果该污渍已经被刷洗掉,人工智能嵌入式主板rk3399则控制第二洗涤头停止刷洗动作,否则控制其继续刷洗污渍。
第二洗涤头220刷掉污渍后,人工智能嵌入式主板rk3399控制第一旋转件240、第二旋转件250和机械臂200运行旋转与移动,从而使第三洗涤头230末端对准待去除污渍,同时,第三洗涤头230上固定的双目摄像头260将污渍图像 拍摄下来并传送给人工智能嵌入式主板rk3399,人工智能嵌入式主板rk3399判断洗涤泡沫是否已经被吸取,如果该洗涤泡沫已经被吸取,人工智能嵌入式主板rk3399则控制第三洗涤头230停止吸取动作,否则控制其继续吸取洗涤泡沫。
在其中一些实施例中,所述支架底部连接滑轮,因此所述一种干洗装置易于移动。
本发明实施例一种干洗装置中,洗涤操作人员通过推动支架100,使支架100下连接的万向轮滚动,从而使所述一种干洗装置在平台上移动。

  1. 一种干洗装置,其特征在于,包括:
    支架,连接有第一旋转件;
    机械臂,与所述第一旋转件连接;
    第二旋转件,与所述机械臂连接;
    洗涤组件,设置在所述第二旋转件上,包括洗涤部件和探测部件,所述探测部件用于对衣物成像并获取所述洗涤组件与衣物的距离,所述机械臂与所述探测部件控制连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干洗装置,其特征在于,所述机械臂能够伸缩,所述第一旋转件和所述第二旋转件能够旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干洗装置,其特征在于,所述探测部件包括以下之一:
    双目摄像头;或者
    单目摄像头和红外摄像头。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干洗装置,其特征在于,洗涤部件包括第一洗涤头,所述第一洗涤头内有连接洗涤剂的管道,且所述第一洗涤头连接有所述探测部件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种干洗装置,其特征在于,洗涤部件还包括第二洗涤头,所述第二洗涤头末端为刷子,且所述第二洗涤头连接有所述探测部件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种干洗装置,其特征在于,洗涤部件还包括第三洗涤头,所述第三洗涤头末端为吸盘,且所述第三洗涤头连接有所述探测部件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干洗装置,其特征在于,所述一种干洗装置还包括衣架,用于固定衣物。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干洗装置,其特征在于,所述支架呈“冂”字型。
