随着人们对自身的健康越来越重视,更多的人选择用电子烟帮助自己戒烟。与传统的燃烧型香烟不同,电子烟是利用发热不燃烧原理,通过电子发热元件加热特制的气溶胶发生制品(烟草或烟液)而使其挥发出气溶胶,从而达到同样的吸烟感受的目的。
现有的电子烟通常包括雾化组件及与雾化组件可拆卸连接的电池组件,雾化组件包括用于雾化气溶胶基质材料的雾化部件及用于传输电能的第一电极,第一电极与雾化部件电连接。电池组件包括电池及与电池电连接的第二电极,当雾化组件与电池组件插接相连时,电池组件的第二电极对准雾化组件的第一电极并相互抵接,从而实现电连接。然而,当雾化组件中第一电极及与第一电极相关的部件具有加工误差或装配误差时,可能会出现本应接触的第一电极与第二电极之间仍然存在间隙,却无法根据不同的间隙量进行灵活补偿,从而导致接触不良的情况。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本申请提供一种能够确保雾化组件的 第一电极能够与电池组件的第二电极接触良好的电子烟。
第一方面,本申请提供一种电子烟,包括:雾化组件及用于为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件,所述雾化组件包括雾化部件及第一电极,所述第一电极包括基体部及连接部,所述连接部沿电子烟的第一方向延伸设置,所述连接部的第一端与所述基体部相连,所述连接部的第二端与所述雾化部件电连接,所述基体部沿基本垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向延伸设置;所述电池组件包括第二电极,所述第二电极抵接于所述基体部上,所述第二电极沿电子烟的第一方向延伸设置并且与所述连接部相偏离。
优选地,所述连接部在所述基体部面向所述电池组件的表面的正投影中心位于所述基体部面向所述电池组件的表面的几何中心上。
优选地,所述连接部在所述基体部面向所述电池组件的表面的正投影中心与所述基体部面向所述电池组件的表面的几何中心相互间隔。
优选地,所述第一电极的数量至少为两个,相邻的所述第一电极的连接部之间沿第二方向的距离为第一预设距离;所述第二电极的数量至少为两个,相邻的所述第二电极之间沿第二方向的距离为第二预设距离,所述第二预设距离大于所述第一预设距离。
优选地,所述基体部具有位置相对设置的第一端及第二端;在第二方向上,所述连接部与所述基体部的第一端端部边缘的距离大于所述连接部与所述基体部的第二端端部边缘的距离。
优选地,所述基体部与所述连接部为一体成型结构,或者所述基体部与所述连接部铆接相连。
优选地,所述电池组件还包括磁性件,所述磁性件与所述基体部磁性相吸。
优选地,所述磁性件套设在所述第二电极上。
优选地,所述磁性件与所述基体部之间形成有间隙。
优选地,所述第二电极与所述基体部弹性抵接。
优选地,所述第二电极包括电极套、电极柱及弹性件,所述电极柱贯穿所述电极套并与所述基体部相抵接,所述弹性件的第一端与所述电极柱相抵接,所述弹性件的第二端与所述电极套相抵接,所述弹性件用于向所述电极柱施加朝所述基体部方向的弹力。
优选地,所述雾化组件还包括第一容纳部件,所述第一容纳部件用于容纳气溶胶基质材料;所述雾化部件收容在所述第一容纳部件内,用于雾化所述气溶胶基质材料;所述第一电极与所述第一容纳部件相连,所述连接部的外周面处设置有扣接凸起,所述扣接凸起与所述第一容纳部件扣接相连。
优选地,所述连接部与所述雾化部件相抵接。
优选地,所述雾化部件包括多孔体及电热元件,所述多孔体用于吸附所述气溶胶基质材料,所述电热元件附着在所述多孔体上以雾化所述气溶胶基质材料,所述连接部与所述电热元件相抵接。
优选地,所述第一容纳部件包括储液套、第一密封座及固定座,所述储液套包括套体部及通气管部,所述套体部内形成有用于容纳所述气溶胶基质材料的储液腔,所述通气管部收容在所述储液腔内并与所述套体部相连;所述第一密封座收容在所述储液套内并与所述通气管部相连,以阻碍所述气溶胶基质材料流入所述通气管部内;所述固定座位于所述储液套的端部并与所述套体部相连,所述雾化部件位于所述第一密封座与所述固定座之间,所述第一电极固定在所述固定座上。
第二方面,本申请还提供一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,包括雾化部件及第一电极,所述第一电极包括基体部及连接部,所述连接部沿电子烟的第一方向延伸设置,所述连接部的第一端与所述 基体部相连,所述连接部的第二端与所述雾化部件电连接,所述基体部沿基本垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向延伸设置并具有至少一表面,所述连接部在所述表面的正投影的中心与该表面的几何中心相互间隔。
本申请具有如下有益效果:由于所述第一电极包括基体部及柱状的连接部,所述连接部沿电子烟的第一方向延伸设置,所述连接部的第一端与所述基体部相连,所述连接部的第二端与所述雾化部件电连接,所述基体部沿基本垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向延伸设置,所述第二电极与所述连接部在第二方向上偏离设置,也就是说,所述基体部在所述第二方向的面积较大,因而确保雾化组件的第一电极能够与电池组件的第二电极接触良好,而且此种设计也降低了设计难度,便于生产制造,雾化组件能够适配多种不同规格的电池组件,也增强了雾化部件设计的灵活性。此外,通过所述连接部对所述第一电极进行连接固定,因而整体结构稳固,电连接较可靠。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本申请,下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本申请进行更详细的说明。
请参阅图1至图3,本申请提供一种电子烟,包括:雾化组件10及用于为所述雾化组件10供电的电池组件20,所述雾化组件10包括第一容纳部件1、雾化部件2及第一电极3,所述第一容纳部件1用于容纳气溶胶基质材料,所述气溶胶机质材料可以为固体或者液体等,在本实施例中,所述容纳气溶胶基质材料为液体。
所述第一容纳部件1包括储液套11、第一密封座12、第二密封座13、固定座14、定位座15及阻挡板16,所述储液套11包括套体部111及通气管部112,所述套体部111内形成有用于容纳所述气溶胶基质材料的储液腔113,所述通气管部112收容在所述储液腔113内并与所述套体部111相连,所述通气管部112内形成烟雾通道114,所述气溶胶基质材料雾化形成的烟雾通过所述烟雾通道114排出。在本实施例中,所述套体部111与所述通气管部112为一体成型结构。在某些实施例中,所述套体部111与所述通气管部112可以为可拆卸连接或者间接相连。
请参阅图3至图5,所述第一密封座12收容在所述储液套11内并与所述通气管部112相连,以阻碍所述气溶胶基质材料流入所述通气管部112内,其包括盖体部121及密封环部122,所述盖体部121朝所述固定座14方向延伸形成所述密封环部122,所述盖体部121盖设在所述储液腔113的腔口上,所述密封环部122套设在所述定位座15的外周面上并与所述套体部111的内壁面弹性抵接。
所述盖体部121设置有第一穿孔123、第二穿孔124及第三穿孔125,所述第一穿孔123及所述第三穿孔125分别位于所述第二穿孔124位置相对的两侧,所述第一穿孔123及所述第三穿孔125均与所述储液腔113相连通。所述第二穿孔124的位置与所述通气管部112的位置相对应,所述通气管部112的端部插设在所述第二穿孔124内并与所述第二穿孔124的孔壁过盈配合。所述第二密封座13设置有与所述储液腔113相连通的导液孔,所述导液孔包括第一导液孔131及第二导液孔132,所述第一导液孔131与所述第一穿孔123的位置相对应,所述第二导液孔132与所述第三穿孔125的位置相对应,以通过所述第一穿孔123及第三穿孔125与所述储液腔113相连通。所述第二密封座13还设置有通孔,所述通孔位于所述第一导液孔131与所述第二导液孔132之间。
请参阅图5及图6,所述固定座14位于所述储液套11的端部并与所述套体部111相连,所述固定座14内设置有容纳槽141,所述第二密封座13套设在所述雾化部件2上并位于所述容纳槽141内。所述容纳槽141的底壁设置有进气孔142,所述进气孔142与所述电子烟的外表面及所述烟雾通道114相连通,用于将电子烟的外部空气导入所述电子烟内。所述容纳槽141的侧壁处设置有扣接孔143,所述扣接孔143的数量为两个,两个所述扣接孔143位置相对设置。所述固定座14背向所述储液腔113的一端端面设置有定位槽144。所述固定座14外周面处套设置有弹性圈18,所述弹性圈18与所述套体部111的内壁面弹性抵接,因而可较好地防止烟油泄露。
所述定位座15位于所述第一密封座12与所述固定座14之间并与所述固定座14相连,所述定位座15设置有收纳槽151、第一过液孔152、第二过液孔153及对接插槽154,所述收纳槽151位于所述定位座15背向所述储液腔113的一侧,所述第二密封座13插设在所述收纳槽151 内,所述定位座15的外表面处设置有扣接钩155,所述扣接钩155与所述扣接孔143扣接相连。
所述第一过液孔152与所述第一导液孔131的位置相对应,所述第二过液孔153与所述第二导液孔132的位置相对应,所述定位座15在位于所述第一过液孔152与所述第二过液孔153之间设置有支撑部156。所述通气管部112的端部插设在所述对接插槽154内,所述对接插槽154面向所述通气管部112的槽壁设置有导流面157,所述导流面157与所述通气管部112的延伸方向形成的角度为钝角,因而利于引导空气流入所述通气管部内,吸烟时感觉较顺畅,用户体验好。
所述阻挡板16安装在所述容纳槽141内,并位于所述雾化部件2与所述固定座14之间。所述阻挡板16与所述雾化部件2之间形成有空气流通间隙17,所述阻挡板16上设置有通气孔161,所述通气孔161与所述进气孔142及所述空气流通间隙17相连通,以将从所述进气孔142流入的空气引导至所述雾化部件2的底面,因而,当用户吸烟时,外部气流能够较好地将气溶胶机质材料雾化形成的烟雾带走,较好地保证了烟雾浓度。可以理解的是,所述第一容纳部件1的结构在此不做具体限定,只要能够容纳所述雾化部件2及固定所述第一电极3即可。例如,在某些实施例中,可以无需设置所述阻挡板16。当然,在某些实施例中,也可以无需设置所述第一容纳部件1,吸烟时,通过将气溶胶机质材料直接滴在雾化部件2上进行雾化。
所述雾化部件2设置在所述第一容纳部件1内,用于雾化所述气溶胶基质材料。具体地,所述雾化部件2位于所述第一密封座12与所述固定座14之间,所述雾化部件2包括多孔体21及电热元件22,所述多孔体21用于吸附气溶胶基质材料,所述多孔体21为多孔陶瓷体,所述第二密封座13及所述多孔陶瓷体收容在所述定位座15内。可以理解的 是,所述多孔体21也可以由纤维等材料制成,在此不做具体限定。
所述多孔陶瓷体包括本体部211及加强臂部212,所述本体部211设置有储液槽213,所述加强臂部212位于所述储液槽213的槽口处并与所述本体部211相连,所述加强臂部212将所述槽口分隔成第一进液口214及第二进液口215。通过设置所述加强臂部212,因而提高了所述多孔陶瓷体的结构强度,以在装配时所述多孔陶瓷体不容易损坏,提高了产品的良率。所述第一进液口214与所述第一导液孔131相连通,所述第二进液口215与所述第二导液孔132相连通。所述支撑部156与所述加强臂部212夹持在所述第二密封座13上。所述通孔位于所述支撑部156及所述加强臂部212对应的位置处,因而所述第二密封座13在所述支撑部156与所述加强臂部212之间有较大的变形空间,所述加强臂部212不容易被压损坏。
所述电热元件22附着在所述多孔体21上以雾化所述气溶胶基质材料,所述电热元件22可以是电热丝、电热片或者印刷在所述多孔体21上的导电层等,在此不做具体限定。所述第二密封座13套设在所述多孔体21上,所述储液腔113内的气溶胶基质材料通过所述导液孔导入所述多孔体21内。
请参阅图3及图7,所述第一电极3固定在所述固定座14上,以实现与所述第一容纳部件1相连。所述第一电极3包括基体部31及柱状的连接部32,所述连接部32沿电子烟的第一方向延伸设置,所述连接部32的第一端与所述基体部31相连,所述连接部32的第二端与所述雾化部件2电连接,所述基体部31沿基本垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向延伸设置,并插设在所述定位槽144内,即所述基体部31与所述连接部32可以相互垂直,也可以形成一个接近90°的角度。
所述连接部32的外周面处设置有扣接凸起321,所述扣接凸起321 与所述第一容纳部件1扣接相连,因而较好地避免所述第一电极3脱落。所述连接部32与所述雾化部件2相抵接,具体地,所述连接部32与所述电热元件22相抵接,无需进行焊接等,因而较便于生产及维修。较佳地,所述基体部31与所述连接部32为一体成型结构,或者所述基体部31与所述连接部32铆接相连,因而连接较稳固可靠。
所述基体部31具有位置相对设置的第一端及第二端,所述连接部32在所述基体部31面向所述电池组件20的表面的正投影中心与所述基体部31面向所述电池组件20的表面的几何中心相互间隔。在第二方向上,所述连接部32与所述基体部31的第一端端部边缘的距离大于所述连接部32与所述基体部31的第二端端部边缘的距离,也就是说,所述连接部32偏离所述基体部31的中心设置。在本实施例中,所述第一方向为所述电子烟的纵向,所述第二方向为所述电子烟的横向,所述第一电极3的数量为两个,两个所述第一电极3关于所述电子烟的中心线呈中心对称,所述第一电极3的连接部32之间沿第二方向的距离为第一预设距离。
在第二方向上,所述连接部32与所述基体部31的第一端端部边缘的距离为L1,所述连接部32与所述基体部31的第二端端部边缘的距离为L2。当然,所述第一方向与所述第二方向可根据需要进行定义,在此不做具体限定,只要所述第一方向为所述雾化组件10与所述电池组件20相互对接以实现电连接的方向即可。可以理解的时,所述基体部31可以呈圆形、椭圆形或方形等,其形状在此不做具体限定。
由于在第二方向上,所述连接部32与所述基体部31的第一端端部边缘的距离大于所述连接部32与所述基体部31的第二端端部边缘的距离,因此,所述雾化组件10可以适配多种不同规格的电池组件20。
在某些实施例中,所述基体部31呈圆形,所述连接部32在所述基 体部31面向所述电池组件20的表面的正投影中心位于所述基体部31面向所述电池组件20的表面的几何中心上,因而可降低设计和制造的难度。
请参阅图1,所述电池组件20包括第二容纳部件41、电池42、第二电极43及磁性件44,所述电池42收容在所述第二容纳部件41内,所述第二电极43与所述第二容纳部件41相连并与所述电池42电连接,所述第二电极43在所述基体部31面向所述电池组件20的表面的正投影中心与所述连接部32在所述基体部31面向所述电池组件20的表面的正投影中心相互间隔,所述第二电极43与所述连接部32在第二方向上偏离设置,即所述第二电极43与所述连接部32不在同一直线上。所述磁性件44套设在所述第二电极43上,因而使所述第一电极3与所述第二电极43连接更可靠。所述磁性件44与所述基体部31磁性相吸,所述磁性件44与所述基体部31之间形成有间隙,因而较好地避免所述磁性件44受到第一电极3的撞击,提高了使用寿命。
所述第二电极43包括电极套431、电极柱432及弹性件433,所述电极套431固定在所述第二容纳部件41上,所述电极柱432贯穿所述电极套431并与所述基体部31相抵接,所述弹性件433的第一端与所述电极柱432相抵接,所述弹性件433的第二端与所述电极套431相抵接,所述弹性件433用于向所述电极柱432施加朝所述基体部31方向的弹力。所述第二电极43与所述基体部31弹性抵接,因而电连接较可靠。
在本实施例中,所述弹性件433为弹簧,所述弹簧套设在所述电极柱432上。所述第二电极43的数量为两个,所述第二电极43之间沿第二方向的距离为第二预设距离,所述第二预设距离大于所述第一预设距离,该种设计可以适配多种雾化部件2,因而增强了雾化部件2设计的 灵活性,即在设计时,雾化部件2的形状及结构不容易受到所述第一电极3的影响。可以理解的是,所述第一电极3与所述第二电极43的数量可根据需要进行设置,其数量在此不做具体限定。
综上所述,由于所述第一电极3包括基体部31及柱状的连接部32,所述连接部32沿电子烟的第一方向延伸设置,所述连接部32的第一端与所述基体部31相连,所述连接部32的第二端与所述雾化部件2电连接,所述基体部31沿基本垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向延伸设置,所述第二电极43与所述连接部32在第二方向上偏离设置,也就是说,所述基体部31在所述第二方向的面积较大,因而确保雾化组件10的第一电极3能够与电池组件20的第二电极43接触良好,而且此种设计也降低了设计难度,便于生产制造,雾化组件10能够适配多种不同规格的电池组件20,也增强了雾化部件2设计的灵活性。此外,通过所述连接部32对所述第一电极3进行连接固定,因而整体结构稳固,电连接较可靠。
需要说明的是,本申请的说明书及其附图中给出了本申请的较佳的实施例,但并不限于本说明书所描述的实施例,进一步地,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本申请所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括雾化组件及用于为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括雾化部件及第一电极,所述第一电极包括基体部及连接部,所述连接部沿电子烟的第一方向延伸设置,所述连接部的第一端与所述基体部相连,所述连接部的第二端与所述雾化部件电连接,所述基体部沿基本垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向延伸设置;
    所述电池组件包括第二电极,所述第二电极抵接于所述基体部上,所述第二电极沿电子烟的第一方向延伸设置并且与所述连接部相偏离。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接部在所述基体部面向所述电池组件的表面的正投影中心位于所述基体部面向所述电池组件的表面的几何中心上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接部在所述基体部面向所述电池组件的表面的正投影中心与所述基体部面向所述电池组件的表面的几何中心相互间隔。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一电极的数量至少为两个,相邻的所述第一电极的连接部之间沿第二方向的距离为第一预设距离;所述第二电极的数量至少为两个,相邻的所述第二电极之间沿第二方向的距离为第二预设距离,所述第二预设距离大于所述第一预设距离。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述基体部具有位置相对设置的第一端及第二端;在第二方向上,所述连接部与所述基体部的第一端端部边缘的距离大于所述连接部与所述基体部的第二端端部边缘的距离。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述基体部与所述连接部为一体成型结构,或者所述基体部与所述连接部铆接相连。
  7. 如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池组件还包括磁性件,所述磁性件与所述基体部磁性相吸。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述磁性件套设在所述第二电极上。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述磁性件与所述基体部之间形成有间隙。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二电极与所述基体部弹性抵接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二电极包括电极套、电极柱及弹性件,所述电极柱贯穿所述电极套并与所述基体部相抵接,所述弹性件的第一端与所述电极柱相抵接,所述弹性件的第二端与所述电极套相抵接,所述弹性件用于向所述电极柱施加朝所述基体部方向的弹力。
  12. 如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括第一容纳部件,所述第一容纳部件用于容纳气溶胶基质材料;所述雾化部件收容在所述第一容纳部件内,用于雾化所述气溶胶基质材料;所述第一电极与所述第一容纳部件相连,所述连接部的外周面处设置有扣接凸起,所述扣接凸起与所述第一容纳部件扣接相连。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接部与所述雾化部件相抵接。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化部件包括多孔体及电热元件,所述多孔体用于吸附所述气溶胶基质材料,所述电热元件附着在所述多孔体上以雾化所述气溶胶基质材料,所述连接部 与所述电热元件相抵接。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一容纳部件包括储液套、第一密封座及固定座,所述储液套包括套体部及通气管部,所述套体部内形成有用于容纳所述气溶胶基质材料的储液腔,所述通气管部收容在所述储液腔内并与所述套体部相连;所述第一密封座收容在所述储液套内并与所述通气管部相连,以阻碍所述气溶胶基质材料流入所述通气管部内;所述固定座位于所述储液套的端部并与所述套体部相连,所述雾化部件位于所述第一密封座与所述固定座之间,所述第一电极固定在所述固定座上。
  16. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,其特征在于,包括雾化部件及第一电极,所述第一电极包括基体部及连接部,所述连接部沿电子烟的第一方向延伸设置,所述连接部的第一端与所述基体部相连,所述连接部的第二端与所述雾化部件电连接,所述基体部沿基本垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向延伸设置并具有至少一表面,所述连接部在所述表面的正投影的中心与该表面的几何中心相互间隔。
