Description

一种多层车辆自动存取车库 技术领域
本发明涉及车辆存取车库,特别是一种公共车辆自动存取车库。
背景技术
随着社会经济快速发展,城市交通压力增大,道路拥堵现象越来越严重,自行车或者电动车由于其经济环保,便捷节能等优势逐渐引起了大家的关注,成为人们出行代步的首选。但现有城市公共车辆存取车库多为单层结构,占地面积大,土地利用率低,一定程度造成资源和财力的浪费,即使少数城市出现了多层公共车辆存取车库,也都需要借助机械手或升降梯完成存取过程,结构复杂,成本较高,不利于大面积推广。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种多层车辆自动存取车库。
本发明所述公共车辆自动存取车库,包括停车库、机架、若干挂臂、用于存放自行车的若干车辆定位架和旋转升降机构;
所述停车库设有存取车定位口;
所述机架竖直安装在停车库内,机架上设有若干水平环形导轨,各水平环形导轨相互平行且沿机架竖直方向排布,所述机架上设有至少一条垂直导轨,所述垂直导轨与各水平环形导轨相衔接;
所述各挂臂的一端与水平环形导轨滑动连接;所述各挂臂的另一端与车辆定位架连接,通过挂臂在导轨上的移动实现车辆定位架的位置变换;
所述旋转升降机构固定装设在机架上,用于驱动各挂臂沿水平环形导轨和垂直导轨移动。从而将车辆定位架运输至存取车定位口。
整个移动过程直接依靠机架上的水平环形导轨和垂直导轨完成,不需要借助机械手或升降梯,降低成本,利于推广;机架上设有的若干水平环形导轨可以实现车辆的分层存放,提高了车库空间利用率。
所述车辆定位架为自行车存放提供了独立空间,避免存取车辆过程中发生交错碰撞或损坏。
进一步的,所述的公共车辆自动存取车库还包括车辆存取操作装置,所述车辆存取操作装置与旋转升降机构控制连接,用于控制旋转升降机构运行,使旋转升降机构根据使用者输入的指令对挂臂进行相应移动。
进一步的,所述车辆存取操作装置包括存车操作界面和取车操作界面,所述存取车定位口包括存车定位口和取车定位口;所述存车操作界面和取车操作界面分别与存车定位口和取车定位口相对应,此结构便于存车和取车过程同时进行,提高工作效率。
进一步的,所述机架上的水平环形导轨内设有若干滑块,所述挂臂的一端与滑块连接,所述滑块可沿各水平环形导轨和垂直导轨滑动;所述旋转升降机构用于驱动滑块沿各水平环形导轨和垂直导轨滑动。
进一步的,所述车辆定位架上安装有车辆检测器,所述车辆检测器用于检测车辆定位架上是否停放车辆,从而根据车辆存取操作装置输入的指令,选择符合条件的车辆定位架作为运行对象。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)车辆存取过程不需要依靠机械手或者升降梯完成,整个存取过程直接依靠机架上的水平环形导轨和垂直导轨进行,结构简单,降低成本;
(2)与水平环形导轨相连接的挂臂设置为多层,提高了车库空间利用率。
(3)车辆定位架为车辆存放提供了独立空间,避免存取车辆过程中发生交错碰撞或损坏,且车辆定位架内装有车辆检测器,可以更准确的实现输入指令。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本实用新型限制的依据。
实施例:
一种多层车辆自动存取车库,构成如图1所示,包括停车库101、机架102、挂臂103、车辆定位架104、车辆检测器105、取车操作界面106、存车操作界面107、存车定位口108、 取车定位口109、旋转升降机构110。存车定位口108和取车定位口109分别设置在停车库101两侧,存车操作界面107和取车操作界面106分别与存车定位口108和取车定位口109相对应,位于存车定位口108和取车定位口109的上方。所述机架102竖直安装停车库101内,机架102上设有3个水平环形导轨201,每个水平环形导轨201与6个挂臂103连接,各水平环形导轨201相互平行且沿机架102竖直方向排布,所述机架102上设有2条垂直导轨202,两条垂直导轨202的位置分别与取车定位口109和存车定位口108相对应,所述垂直导轨202与各水平环形导轨201相衔接;车辆定位架104内安装有车辆检测器105,用于检测定位架104内是否停放车辆。机架102、水平环形导轨201、垂直导轨202、挂臂103及车辆定位架104的位置关系如图2所示,各挂臂103的一端与水平环形导轨201滑动连接,各挂臂103的另一端与车辆定位架104连接,以机架102为中心呈环状排列,整个公共车辆自动存取车库的车容量为18。
工作原理:
取车过程:由欲取车的使用者在取车操作界面106进行取车确认,通过车辆检测器105对车辆定位架104是否装有车辆进行识别,再由旋转升降机构110将装有车辆的定位架104沿机架102上的水平环形导轨201及垂直导轨202运输至取车定位口109,装有车辆的定位架104打开,使用者将车辆取出,并再次于取车操作界面106进行确认,由旋转升降机构110将空车辆定位架104沿机架102的垂直导轨202及水平环形导轨201运输至原位,取车过程完成。
存车过程:由欲存车的使用者将车辆牵至存车定位口108,再于存车操作界面107完成存车确认,通过车辆检测器105对车辆定位架104是否装有车辆进行识别,然后由旋转升降机构110将空车辆定位架104沿机架102上水平环形导轨201及垂直导轨202运输至存车定位口108,由使用者将欲存车辆放入定位架104内,在存车操作界面107再次确认,由旋转升降机构110将车辆定位架104沿机架102上的垂直导轨202及水平环形导轨201运输至原位,存车过程完成。

  1. 一种多层车辆自动存取车库,其特征在于,包括停车库(101)、机架(102)、若干挂臂(103)、用于存放自行车的若干车辆定位架(104)和旋转升降机构(110);
    所述停车库(101)设有存取车定位口;
    所述机架(102)竖直安装停车库(101)内,所述机架(102)上设有若干水平环形导轨(201),各水平环形导轨(201)相互平行且沿机架(102)竖直方向排布,所述机架(102)上设有至少一条垂直导轨(202),所述垂直导轨(202)与各水平环形导轨(201)相衔接;各挂臂(103)的一端与水平环形导轨(201)滑动连接;各挂臂(103)的另一端与车辆定位架(104)连接;
    所述旋转升降机构(110)固定装设在机架(102)上,用于驱动各挂臂(103)沿水平环形导轨(201)和垂直导轨(202)移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的多层车辆自动存取车库,其特征在于,还包括车辆存取操作装置,所述车辆存取操作装置与旋转升降机构(110)控制连接,用于控制旋转升降机构(110)运行。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的多层车辆自动存取车库,其特征在于,所述车辆存取操作装置包括存车操作界面(107)和取车操作界面(106),所述存取车定位口包括存车定位口(108)和取车定位口(109);所述存车操作界面(107)和取车操作界面(106)分别与存车定位口(108)和取车定位口(109)相对应。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的多层车辆自动存取车库,其特征在于,水平环形导轨(201)内设有若干滑块,所述挂臂(103)的一端与滑块连接;所述滑块可沿各水平环形导轨(201)和垂直导轨(202)滑动。
