(4)、该基于自动化的食品包装封口装置,通过电动液压杆伸展,利用顶杆推动两个加热片向中间靠拢,将包装袋袋口夹紧,加热器对加热片加热,使袋口密封,可通过加热器控制加热片温度,密封效果较好,且不会因温度过高而烫坏包装袋。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种基于自动化的食品包装封 口装置,箱体1和启动装置3,箱体1内壁的左侧从上到下依次固定安装有机箱12和红外线传感器13,机箱12的内部从前到后依次固定安装有电机14和加热器15,电机14可正反转,通过电机14带动第一带轮17转动,利用皮带19带动第二带轮18转动,进而使螺杆16转动,螺纹套20顺着螺杆16向左移动,并带动推料杆23向左移动,利用推料板24将封口好的成品推到第一传送带9上,电机14再反转使螺纹套20回到原位,相对于机械臂,结构简单,成品不会掉落,效果较好,箱体1的内部且位于电机14的正下方转动连接有螺杆16,螺杆16的表面螺纹连接有螺纹套20,螺纹套20的底部固定连接有推料杆23,且推料杆23背面的底部固定安装有推料板24,进料斗2的表面固定安装有支撑架25,且支撑架25的底部与箱体1的顶部固定连接,螺纹套20的顶部固定连接有滑动杆21,滑动杆21的顶端固定安装有滑块22,且滑块22通过滑槽与箱体1的顶部滑动连接,电机14输出轴的左端固定安装有第一带轮17,螺杆16的表面且位于第一带轮17的正下方固定安装有第二带轮18,且第二带轮18的表面通过皮带19与第一带轮17传动连接,箱体1的顶部从左到右依次滑动连接有第一电磁铁26和第二电磁铁27,通过给第一电磁铁26和第二电磁铁27通反向电流,第一电磁铁26和第二电磁铁27相对的一端电极相同,使其在斥力下向两侧滑动分开,使食品可以落下进行包装,触碰开关34控制第一电磁铁26和第二电磁铁27通同向电流,使其在吸引力下向中间靠拢,堵住通孔,停止供料,结构简单,能及时停止供料,保证食品包装的质量,箱体1底部的左右两侧均固定连接有支腿28,且支腿28之间固定连接有置物板29,置物板29顶部可放置工具,也起到支撑支腿28的作用,启动装置3包括启动盒31,且启动盒31的左侧与垫板11右侧固定连接,启动盒31的内部滑动连接有顶板32,且顶板32的顶部与第二传送带10上部分的底部贴合,顶板32的底部通过弹簧33与启动盒31内表面的底部固定连接,启动盒31内表面的底部固定安装有触碰开关34,箱体1的顶 部连通有进料斗2,箱体1内壁的顶部且位于进料斗2的正下方连通有出料管4,箱体1内壁的顶部且位于出料管4的左侧固定连接有支撑板5,支撑板5的右侧与箱体1内壁的左侧均固定安装有电动伸缩杆6,通过电动液压杆6伸展,利用顶杆7推动两个加热片8向中间靠拢,将包装袋袋口夹紧,加热器15对加热片8加热,使袋口密封,可通过加热器15控制加热片8温度,密封效果较好,且不会因温度过高而烫坏包装袋,两个电动伸缩杆6相对的一端均固定连接有顶杆7,且顶杆7的一端固定安装有加热片8,加热器15通过电源线与顶杆7连接,间接给加热片8供电,箱体1的内部从左到右依次贯穿有第一传送带9和第二传送带10,通过第二传送带10将包装袋传送到出料管4下方,红外线传感器13感应到包装袋后,控制第二传送带10停止传送,利用出料管4向包装袋内加入食品,随着食品的加入,包装袋整体重量增加,带动顶板32下降,直至顶板32底部接触到触碰开关34,停止出料,并将包装袋封口推到第一传送带9上传送去下一个工序,结构简单,无需人工操作,且装置成本较低,适用于小型企业生产,箱体1内壁的左侧且位于第一传送带9之间固定连接有垫板11,且垫板11的顶部与第一传送带9上部分的底部贴合,垫板11既能固定启动盒31,也能支撑第一传送带9上部分。
工作时,向进料斗2中添加食品,第二传送带10将包装袋传送到出料管4下方,红外线传感器13感应到包装袋后,控制第二传送带10停止传送,同时给第一电磁铁26和第二电磁铁27通反向电流,第一电磁铁26和第二电磁铁27相对的一端电极相同,使其在斥力下向两侧滑动分开,使食品可以利用出料管4落入包装袋内,随着食品的加入,包装袋整体重量增加,带动顶板32下降,直至顶板32底部接触到触碰开关34,控制第一电磁铁26和第二电磁铁27通同向电流,使其在吸引力下向中间靠拢,堵住通孔,停止供料,然后电动液压杆6伸展,利用顶杆7推动两个加热片8向中间靠拢,将包装袋袋口夹紧,加热器15对加热片8加热,使袋口密封,电动液压杆6再回到原 位,再启动电机14,电机14带动第一带轮17转动,利用皮带19带动第二带轮18转动,进而使螺杆16转动,螺纹套20顺着螺杆16向左移动,并带动推料杆23向左移动,利用推料板24将封口好的成品推到第一传送带9上,电机14再反转使螺纹套20回到原位,第一传送带9将成品传送去下一个工序。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于自动化的食品包装封口装置,包括箱体(1)和启动装置(3),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的顶部连通有进料斗(2),所述箱体(1)内壁的顶部且位于进料斗(2)的正下方连通有出料管(4),所述箱体(1)内壁的顶部且位于出料管(4)的左侧固定连接有支撑板(5),所述支撑板(5)的右侧与箱体(1)内壁的左侧均固定安装有电动伸缩杆(6),两个所述的电动伸缩杆(6)相对的一端均固定连接有顶杆(7),且顶杆(7)的一端固定安装有加热片(8),所述箱体(1)的内部从左到右依次贯穿有第一传送带(9)和第二传送带(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于自动化的食品包装封口装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)内壁的左侧且位于第一传送带(9)之间固定连接有垫板(11),且垫板(11)的顶部与第一传送带(9)上部分的底部贴合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于自动化的食品包装封口装置,其特征在于:所述启动装置(3)包括启动盒(31),且启动盒(31)的左侧与垫板(11)右侧固定连接,所述启动盒(31)的内部滑动连接有顶板(32),且顶板(32)的顶部与第二传送带(10)上部分的底部贴合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种基于自动化的食品包装封口装置,其特征在于:所述顶板(32)的底部通过弹簧(33)与启动盒(31)内表面的底部固定连接,所述启动盒(31)内表面的底部固定安装有触碰开关(34)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于自动化的食品包装封口装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)内壁的左侧从上到下依次固定安装有机箱(12)和红外线传感器(13),所述机箱(12)的内部从前到后依次固定安装有电机(14)和加热器(15)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于自动化的食品包装封口装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的内部且位于电机(14)的正下方转动连接有螺杆(16),所述电机(14)输出轴的左端固定安装有第一带轮(17),所述螺杆(16) 的表面且位于第一带轮(17)的正下方固定安装有第二带轮(18),且第二带轮(18)的表面通过皮带(19)与第一带轮(17)传动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种基于自动化的食品包装封口装置,其特征在于:所述螺杆(16)的表面螺纹连接有螺纹套(20),所述螺纹套(20)的顶部固定连接有滑动杆(21),所述滑动杆(21)的顶端固定安装有滑块(22),且滑块(22)通过滑槽与箱体(1)的顶部滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种基于自动化的食品包装封口装置,其特征在于:所述螺纹套(20)的底部固定连接有推料杆(23),且推料杆(23)背面的底部固定安装有推料板(24),所述进料斗(2)的表面固定安装有支撑架(25),且支撑架(25)的底部与箱体(1)的顶部固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于自动化的食品包装封口装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的顶部从左到右依次滑动连接有第一电磁铁(26)和第二电磁铁(27)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于自动化的食品包装封口装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)底部的左右两侧均固定连接有支腿(28),且支腿(28)之间固定连接有置物板(29)。
