本实施例的保湿补水面膜组合物,包括如下原料制成:突厥蔷薇花水80kg、马齿苋提取物0.07kg、铁皮石斛提取物1.6kg、白松露菌提取物1.5kg、雪莲花提取物1.6kg、银耳子实体提取物1.9kg、积雪草提取物1.5kg、大豆籽提取物1.5kg、茶叶提取物1.6kg、粉防己提取物0.12kg、阿尔泰柴胡根提取物2.0kg、苹果果实细胞培养物提取物0.6kg、依兰花提取物1.9kg、春榆根提取物1.8kg、假叶树根提取物1.2kg、紫松果菊提取物1.5kg、牡丹根皮提取物0.12kg、丁二醇1.0kg、水20kg、海藻糖0.6kg、1,2-己二醇0.06kg、对羟基苯乙酮0.08kg、甘油0.8kg、角鲨烷0.06kg、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.06kg、异壬酸异壬酯0.04kg、氢化卵磷脂0.07kg、PEG-10 0.06kg、大豆甾醇0.06kg、EDTA二钠0.08kg、生育酚乙酸酯0.05kg、苯氧乙醇0.07kg、黄原胶1.4kg、乙基己基甘油0.06kg、羟基化卵磷脂0.008kg、尿囊素0.005kg、β-葡聚糖0.07kg、木糖醇基葡糖苷0.06kg、脱水木糖醇0.005kg、木糖醇0.6kg、葡萄糖1.6kg、泛醇0.6kg、羟乙基纤维素0.08kg、甘草酸二钾0.05kg、透明质酸钠0.10kg、聚谷氨酸钠0.07kg、丙二醇0.3kg、牛磺酸0.05kg、氨基丁酸0.06kg、苏氨酸0.06kg、组氨酸0.05kg、天冬酰胺0.06kg、瓜氨酸0.06kg、柠檬酸0.05kg、滨海剌芹愈伤组织培养物滤液0.08kg、鳄梨油1.8kg、水解胶原0.5kg、葡萄糖酸钙0.08kg、蜂蜜1.8kg、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷0.5kg、芝麻籽油0.4kg和滇山茶籽油0.08kg。
本实施例中所述的春榆根提取物、假叶树根提取物和牡丹根皮提取物均采用如下方法提取:
(1)分别将春榆根、假叶树根和牡丹根皮粉碎,过30-50目筛,加入其重量11倍的水浸泡11h,用水蒸汽蒸馏,收集馏出液,剩余物进行过滤,收集滤饼;
(2)将所述的滤饼加入其重量6.5倍的体积浓度为95%的乙醇进行超声提取,将提取液与蒸馏液合并,得到所述的提取物。
本实施例的保湿补水面膜组合物的制备方法如下:包括如下步骤:
(a)按照各原料的重量分别称取备用;
(b)将水和辅料混合,加热至42℃完全溶解,得到混合溶液A;
(c)将植物提取物加入到混合溶液A中,进行搅拌均匀,得到所述的保湿补水面膜组合物。
将上述得到的面膜组合物通过灌装机注入纤维面膜的膜基材,分布均匀,得到保湿补水面膜。
将上述得到的面膜组合物通过灌装机注入纤维面膜的膜基材,分布均匀,得到保湿补水面膜。
对比例1
本对比例制备的保湿补水面膜组合物与实施例2均相同,不同之处在于,春榆根提取物采用市售的原料,生产厂家西安天瑞生物技术有限公司。
对比例2
本对比例制备的保湿补水面膜组合物与实施例2均相同,不同之处在于,假叶树根提取物采用市售的原料,生产厂家三原天域生物制品有限公司。
对比例3
本对比例制备的保湿补水面膜组合物与实施例2均相同,不同之处在于, 牡丹根皮提取物采用市售的原料,生产厂家武汉欣欣佳丽生物科技有限公司。
试验例1
在温度为25℃,相对湿度50%的环境下,分布将实施例1-5制备的组合物均匀涂抹在4×4cm方形无纺棉上,然后敷在脸上,分别测试在贴敷30min、1h、2h、3h敷贴区的皮肤水分含量,水分含量测试采用水分含量测试仪(Corneometer CM825),研究不同时间皮肤水分含量的增长率,皮肤水分含量的增长率=(测试值-空白值)/空白值×100%,结果参见表1。

从上表可以看出实施例2-5的水分增长率与实施例1相同时刻的水分增长率均高,这是由于实施例2-5中加入了阿尔泰柴胡根提取物、苹果果实细胞培养物提取物、依兰花提取物、春榆根提取物、假叶树根提取物、紫松果菊提取物、牡丹根皮提取物,各种原料的协同作用可以提高皮肤水分的含量。从对比例1-3与实施例2-5的数据中可以看出,对比例1-3的皮肤水分增长率明显低于实施例2-5,这是由于采用本发明的方法制备的植物提取物具有较好的补水保湿的作用。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到 变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种保湿补水面膜组合物,包含水、辅料和植物提取物,其特征在于,所述的植物提取物包括突厥蔷薇花水、马齿苋提取物、铁皮石斛提取物、白松露菌提取物、雪莲花提取物、银耳子实体提取物、积雪草提取物、大豆籽提取物、茶叶提取物和粉防己提取物。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保湿补水面膜组合物,其特征在于,所述的植物提取物还包括阿尔泰柴胡根提取物、苹果果实细胞培养物提取物、依兰花提取物、春榆根提取物、假叶树根提取物、紫松果菊提取物、牡丹根皮提取物。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的保湿补水面膜组合物,其特征在于,所述的辅料包括丁二醇、海藻糖、1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、甘油、角鲨烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、异壬酸异壬酯、氢化卵磷脂、PEG-10大豆甾醇、EDTA二钠、生育酚乙酸酯、苯氧乙醇、黄原胶、乙基己基甘油、羟基化卵磷脂、尿囊素、β-葡聚糖、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、木糖醇、葡萄糖、泛醇、羟乙基纤维素、甘草酸二钾、透明质酸钠、聚谷氨酸钠、丙二醇、牛磺酸、氨基丁酸、苏氨酸、组氨酸、天冬酰胺、瓜氨酸、柠檬酸和滨海剌芹愈伤组织培养物滤液。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的保湿补水面膜组合物,其特征在于,所述的辅料还包括鳄梨油、水解胶原、葡萄糖酸钙、蜂蜜、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、芝麻籽油和滇山茶籽油。

  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的保湿补水面膜组合物,其特征在于,所述的春榆根提取物、假叶树根提取物和牡丹根皮提取物均采用如下方法提取:
    (1)分别将春榆根、假叶树根和牡丹根皮粉碎,过30-50目筛,加入其重量10-14倍的水浸泡8-12h,用水蒸汽蒸馏,收集馏出液,剩余物进行过滤,收集滤饼;
    (2)将所述的滤饼加入其重量6-8倍的体积浓度为95%的乙醇进行超声提取,将提取液与蒸馏液合并,得到所述的提取物。
  8. 一种权利要求1-7任一所述的保湿补水面膜组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    (a)按照各原料的重量分别称取备用;
    (b)将水和辅料混合,加热至完全溶解,得到混合溶液A;
    (c)将植物提取物加入到混合溶液A中,进行搅拌均匀,得到所述的保湿补水面膜组合物。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的保湿补水面膜组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(b)中加热至35-45℃。
  10. 一种面膜,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-7任意一项所述的保湿补水面膜组合物。
