背景技术
研究发现在护肤品中添加各种天然提取物,具有对皮肤作用温和、刺激性小、安全性高、疗效显著等特点。所以,传统中医学领域中,美白成分的研究及应用历史悠久,植物中药美白成分经过了广泛、长期的使用和验证,避免其产生过敏及毒性,才能确认其功效及安全性。源自纯天然植物的绿色、安全美白成分的开发及应用是值得学者广泛研究的一个领域。皮肤的健康与角质层含水量有很大关系,当角质层含水量低于10%时,角质层变脆易裂,皮肤容易干裂起皮,出现缺水状况。通过外用保湿化妆品,能够降低皮肤角质层中的水分蒸发率,增加真皮、表皮水分渗透率,提供皮肤保护屏障,减少环境带来的损伤,促进自我修复,所以保湿一直是肤用化妆品必不可少的功效之一。现目前很多原料有且只有一种单一功效,只能用在同种功效化妆品中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种美白保湿组合物及其制备方法和应用,该美白保湿组合物通过将多种植物提取物进行复配,协同增效,具有美白、抗氧化、保湿等多种功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种美白保湿组合物,包括以下质量分数的组分:雪莲花提取物0.01-2%,沙棘果提取物0.1-5%,积雪草提取物0.01-2%,水飞蓟籽提取物0.05-5%,石斛提取物0.01-2%,水余量。
本发明通过将雪莲花提取物、沙棘果提取物、积雪草提取物、水飞蓟籽提取物和石斛提取物进行复配,得到美白保湿组合物,该美白保湿组合物之间的各个成分协同增效,能够增强美白保湿组合物的美白、保湿和抗氧化效果。
雪莲花提取物可以促进胶原蛋白的弹性蛋白的生长,清除体内自由基,有效延缓肌肤衰老,同时可以帮助肌肤吸收和锁住水分,长效保湿,避免肌肤干燥粗糙,并且雪莲花提取物还能够抑制络氨酸酶的酶活性,进而抑制黑色素的形成,具有美白的功效。
积雪草提取物能够促进皮肤胶原蛋白再生,增强细胞基底层细胞活力,保持肌肤弹性及紧实;抑制自由基活性,调节肌肤免疫力,具有抗氧化作用;不但能够淡化黑色素沉着,更新肌肤细胞再生,而且可以增加肌肤保水度,活化更新肌肤细胞,具有抗敏防护作用,保护肌肤免受外界伤害。
沙棘果提取物中富含生物活性物质,主要包括不饱和脂肪酸、脂溶性维生素、植物甾醇、磷脂、黄酮、生物碱等,对增强细胞活力,促进新陈代谢有显著作用。黄酮类化合物与超氧阴离子反应阻止自由基反应的引发,与铁离子络合阻止羟基自由基的生成,与脂质过氧化基反应阻止脂质过氧化过程。黄酮类化合物兼有亲水性和亲脂性,具有抗氧化活性基团——酚羟基。
水飞蓟籽提取物中含有水飞蓟素,水飞蓟素能够增加超氧化物歧化酶的表从而起到抗氧化的作用,同时,水飞蓟素可以降低活性氧和丙二醛等氧化物质的产生。
石斛提取物的能提高受紫外线损伤的人体真皮纤维芽细胞存活量,降低紫外线对于人体皮肤细胞的DNA损伤,修复弹性纤维,恢复皮肤原有的弹性和光泽,提高细胞增殖活性,从而达到抗衰老的作用。
优选地,所述的美白保湿组合物,包括以下质量分数的组分:雪莲花提取物0.5-2%,沙棘果提取物0.5-2.5%,积雪草提取物0.5-1.5%,水飞蓟籽提取物0.1-2%,石斛提取物0.05-2%,水余量。
发明人发现,当提取物的用量范围在上述配比时,美白保湿组合物的美白保湿、抗氧化效果更佳。
优选地,所述的美白保湿组合物,包括以下质量分数的组分:雪莲花提取物1%,沙棘果提取物2%,积雪草提取物1%,水飞蓟籽提取物2%,石斛提取物1%,水余量。
发明人发现,当提取物的用量范围在上述配比时,美白保湿组合物的美白保湿、抗氧化效果最佳。
优选地,所述雪莲花提取物的制备方法为:将雪莲花干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用乙醇溶液加热回流提取,获得提取液,然后将提取液进行减压蒸馏、浓缩,即得雪莲花提取物。
优选地,所述水飞蓟籽提取物的制备方法为:将水飞蓟籽干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用乙醇溶液加热回流提取,获得提取液,然后将提取液进行减压蒸馏、浓缩,即得水飞蓟籽提取物。
优选地,所述石斛提取物的制备方法为:将石斛干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用乙醇溶液加热回流提取,获得提取液,然后将提取液进行减压蒸馏、浓缩,即得石斛提取物。
优选地,所述沙棘果提取物的制备方法为:将沙棘果干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用乙醇溶液加热回流提取,获得提取液,然后将提取液进行树脂纯化、减压蒸馏、浓缩干燥后,即得沙棘果提取物。
优选地,所述积雪草提取物的制备方法为:将积雪草干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用乙醇溶液加热回流提取,获得提取液,然后将提取液进行树脂纯化、减压蒸馏、浓缩干燥后,即得积雪草提取物。
本发明提供了一种美白保湿组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将雪莲花提取物、沙棘果提取物、积雪草提取物、水飞蓟籽提取物、石斛提取物分别加入到30%丁二醇溶液中,搅拌均匀,即得提取物溶液,所述提取物溶液中提取物的浓度为1mg/mL;
(2)将步骤(1)所得提取物溶液和水按比例混合均匀,即得美白保湿组合物。
本发明还提供了美白保湿组合物在化妆品中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供了一种美白保湿组合物及其制备方法和应用,该美白保湿组合物通过将多种植物提取物进行复配,协同增效,具有美白、抗氧化、保湿等多种功效。

具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例和附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1-7和对比例1-6
实施例1-7和对比例1-6美白保湿组合物的组成组分如表1所示,其中组分配比为雪莲花提取物、沙棘果提取物、积雪草提取物、水飞蓟籽提取物和石斛提取物的质量百分数之比,即组分配比为雪莲花提取物:沙棘果提取物:黄芩根提取物:藏菖蒲提取物:水飞蓟籽提取物,水为余量。
本发明实施例1-7和对比例1-6美白保湿组合物的制备方法为:
(1)将雪莲花干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用80%乙醇溶液在100℃下回流提取1h,提取2次,合并提取液,然后将提取液进行减压蒸馏、浓缩,即得雪莲花提取物;
(2)将水飞蓟籽干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用70%乙醇溶液在100℃下回流提取1h,提取2次,合并提取液,然后将提取液进行减压蒸馏、浓缩,即得水飞蓟籽提取物;
(3)将石斛干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用水溶液在80℃下回流提取2.5h,提取2次,合并提取液,然后将提取液进行减压蒸馏、浓缩,即得石斛提取物;
(4)将沙棘果干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用60%乙醇溶液在80℃下回流提取3h,得到提取液,将提取液经过D101树脂纯化、减压蒸馏、浓缩、干燥后,得到沙棘果提取物;
(5)将积雪草干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用70%乙醇溶液在80℃下回流提取1h,取2次,合并提取液,得到提取液,将提取液经过AB-8树脂纯化、减压蒸馏、浓缩、干燥后,得到沙棘果提取物;
(6)将步骤(1)-(5)所得提取物分别加入到30%丁二醇溶液中,搅拌均匀,即得提取物溶液,所述提取物溶液中提取物的浓度为1mg/mL;
(7)将步骤(6)所得提取物溶液和水按比例混合均匀,即得美白保湿组合物。
各性能的测试方法
DPPH自由基清除率:将实施例1-7和对比例1-6美白保湿组合物分别稀释400倍,得到样品溶液,准确吸取1mL样品溶液,加入5mLDPPH溶液,混匀后在室温(25℃)避光静置30min,测定517nm处的吸光值,以Trolox作为阳性对照物,计算清除率,DPPH自由基清除率公式如下。

y—清除率,%;
A0—1mL乙醇+5mLDPPH溶液的吸光度;
A1—1mL样品/Trolox标准液+5mLDPPH溶液的吸光度;
A2—1mL样品/Trolox标准液+乙醇溶液的吸光度(消除不同样品之间颜色的误差)。
酪氨酸酶抑制率:首先配制1KU/mL酪氨酸酶溶液和0.5mg/mL酪氨酸溶液,将各组合物稀释10倍。每孔加入50μL的5mmol/L酪氨酸溶液,共做12个孔。在其中6个孔里加入100μL超纯水,每6个孔为一组,分别为A、B组;在其中6个孔里加入100μL样品,每3个孔为一组,分别为C、D组(即设3个平行)。避光条件下,在A组、C组中加入20μL酪氨酸酶溶液,在B组、D组加入20μL超纯水,25℃反应10min,测475nm下测每个孔吸光值,计算酪氨酸酶抑制率。
A——对照溶液吸光值;
B——对照空白溶液吸光值;
C——实验组吸光值;
D——实验组空白吸光值。
保湿效果:含有一定水分的样品放在恒温恒湿干燥器中干燥,干燥器的湿度为30%,定时称量样品的质量的减少,称出样品的保水量,在相同的时间点下,剩余水分越高,说明样品结合水分防止水分散发能力越强,保湿效果越好。通过对比分析,比较出不同样品保湿性的大小。
用过以上方法获得的美白保湿组合物,用于测试性能,性能测试结果如表1-2和图1所示。

图1为实施例1-7和对比例1-6美白保湿组合物、去离子水和10%甘油在相对湿度为30%环境中的保湿率。从表1、表2和图1的数据可知,本发明的美白保湿组合物具有优异的美白、抗氧化和保湿功能,缺少其中某一种组分时,美白保湿组合物的性能显著下降。并且美白保湿组合物各组分质量百分数的比例影响美白保湿组合物的性能,当雪莲花提取物、沙棘果提取物、积雪草提取物、水飞蓟籽提取物和石斛提取物的质量百分数之比为雪莲花提取物:沙棘果提取物:黄芩根提取物:藏菖蒲提取物:水飞蓟籽提取物=1%:2%:1%:2%:1%时,美白保湿组合物的性能最佳。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者同等替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种美白保湿组合物,其特征在于,包括以下质量分数的组分:雪莲花提取物0.01-2%,沙棘果提取物0.1-5%,积雪草提取物0.01-2%,水飞蓟籽提取物0.05-5%,石斛提取物0.01-2%;
所述雪莲花提取物的制备方法为:将雪莲花干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用乙醇溶液加热回流提取,获得提取液,然后将提取液进行减压蒸馏、浓缩,即得雪莲花提取物;
所述水飞蓟籽提取物的制备方法为:将水飞蓟籽干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用乙醇溶液加热回流提取,获得提取液,然后将提取液进行减压蒸馏、浓缩,即得水飞蓟籽提取物;
所述石斛提取物的制备方法为:将石斛干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用乙醇溶液加热回流提取,获得提取液,然后将提取液进行减压蒸馏、浓缩,即得石斛提取物;
所述沙棘果提取物的制备方法为:将沙棘果干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用乙醇溶液加热回流提取,获得提取液,然后将提取液进行树脂纯化、减压蒸馏、浓缩干燥后,即得沙棘果提取物;
所述积雪草提取物的制备方法为:将积雪草干燥后进行粉碎,然后使用乙醇溶液加热回流提取,获得提取液,然后将提取液进行树脂纯化、减压蒸馏、浓缩干燥后,即得积雪草提取物。
2.如权利要求1所述的美白保湿组合物,其特征在于,包括以下质量分数的组分:雪莲花提取物0.5-2%,沙棘果提取物0.5-2.5%,积雪草提取物0.5-1.5%,水飞蓟籽提取物0.1-2%,石斛提取物0.05-2%。
3.如权利要求1所述的美白保湿组合物,其特征在于,包括以下质量分数的组分:雪莲花提取物1%,沙棘果提取物2%,积雪草提取物1%,水飞蓟籽提取物2%,石斛提取物1%。
4.一种权利要求1-3任一项所述的美白保湿组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将雪莲花提取物、沙棘果提取物、积雪草提取物、水飞蓟籽提取物、石斛提取物分别加入到30%丁二醇溶液中,搅拌均匀,即得提取物溶液,所述提取物溶液中提取物的浓度为1mg/mL;
(2)将步骤(1)所得提取物溶液和水按比例混合均匀,即得美白保湿组合物。
5.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的美白保湿组合物在化妆品中的应用。
