本申请实施例涉及电子设备外壳结构设计技术,涉及但不限于一种外壳结构及电子设备。
背景技术
树莓派作为一款非常流行的开发板,在编程教育领域也已逐渐开始普及;对于树莓派外壳的设计,相关技术中,是采用外壳对树莓派进行保护。
发明内容
本申请实施例期望提供一种外壳结构及电子设备。
本申请实施例的外壳结构内形成有用于容纳第一电子设备的空间,所述外壳结构的外表面设置有第一连接部,所述外壳结构通过所述第一连接部与第二电子设备连接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第一连接部为插槽,所述外壳结构通过与所述插槽插接的插销与所述第二电子设备连接。
如此,通过插销和插槽的连接,便于实现第一电子设备(如包括树莓派的设备)和第二电子设备的连接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第一电子设备包括第一电路板和第二电路板,所述外壳结构一表面开设有第一网络接口开孔,所述第二电路板通过所述第一网络接口开孔与外部设备连接。
第二电路板的网络接口可以支持以太网供电和串口通信,具体地,网线的一端可以连接外部设备,另一端穿过第一网络接口开孔接入第二电路板的网络接口;如此,本申请实施例的第一网络接口开孔,有利于第二电路板通过网线对外部设备进行供电,并与外部设备进行通信,实现简单。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述外壳结构包括:可拆卸连接的第一壳体和第二壳体;所述第一壳体用于容纳所述第一电路板,所述第二壳体用于容纳所述第二电路板。
可以看出,通过设置第一壳体和第二壳体,便于分别对第一电路板和第二电路板进行保护。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第一连接部位于所述第一壳体的表面和/或所述第二壳体的表面。

在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第四连接部为卡扣或卡口,以与所述第一电路板形成卡扣连接。
可以看出,由于第四连接部可以和第一电路板形成卡扣连接,因而,可以较为容易地实现第一电路板与外壳结构的固定。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第二壳体设置有第五连接部,所述第五连接部用于固定所述第二电路板。

可以看出,通过外壳结构的表面上开孔的设置,可以满足第一电路板或第二电路板与外部设备的连接需求,有利于向第一电路板或第二电路板输入 数据,或从第一电路板或第二电路板输出数据。
本申请实施例的电子设备包括第一电路板,以及容纳所述第一电路板的如上所述的外壳结构。
本申请实施例提供的外壳结构及电子设备中,外壳结构内形成有用于容纳第一电子设备的空间,外壳结构的外表面设置有第一连接部,外壳结构通过第一连接部与第二电子设备连接。如此,本申请实施例中,外壳结构可以根据第一连接部实现与第二电子设备的连接,而当第一电子设备包括树莓派时,外壳结构内可用于容纳树莓派;因而,本申请实施例的外壳结构可以实现树莓派和第二电子设备的连接,可以满足树莓派与第二电子设备的连接需求。

针对树莓派,可以使用激光切割的亚克力作为面板制成的外壳,它保留了树莓派对外的所有接口,可以起到对树莓派的基础保护作用,但是无法满足树莓派和其它电子设备如EV3的连接需求。树莓派外壳可采用螺栓与树莓派连接,树莓派在其中的固定更为牢固可靠,但同样也无法满足树莓派和其它电子设备如EV3的连接需求。
针对上述技术问题,在本申请的一些实施例中,提出了一种外壳结构。
本申请实施例提供的外壳结构内形成有用于容纳第一电子设备的空间;可用于封装第一电子设备,外壳结构可以对第一电子设备(如包括树莓派的设备)起到保护作用。图1为本申请实施例的外壳结构的第一外部示意图,图2为本申请实施例的外壳结构的第二外部示意图,参照图1和图2,外壳 结构1的外表面设置有第一连接部2,外壳结构1可通过第一连接部2与第二电子设备(图中未示出)连接。
本申请实施例中,第一连接部2可以位于外壳结构1的任意一个外表面,例如,第一连接部2位于外壳结构的上表面、下表面或侧表面。这里,并不对第二电子设备的种类进行限定,示例性地,第二电子设备可以是与第一电子设备进行数据交互的设备,在一个具体的示例中,第二电子设备可以是EV3或其它电子设备。
可以看出,本申请实施例中,外壳结构可以根据第一连接部实现与第二电子设备的连接,而当第一电子设备包括树莓派时,外壳结构内可用于容纳树莓派;因而,本申请实施例的外壳结构可以实现树莓派和第二电子设备的连接,可以满足树莓派与第二电子设备的连接需求。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一连接部2为插槽,外壳结构1通过与插槽插接的插销与第二电子设备连接。
如此,通过插销和插槽的连接,便于实现第一电子设备(如包括树莓派的设备)和第二电子设备的连接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第二电子设备可以为具有控制盒的乐高机器人或乐高机器人的控制盒,外壳结构表面的第一连接部可以为开设的至少一个拼接孔,乐高机器人的控制盒(如EV3外壳)可带有至少一个拼接孔或者直接带有至少一个拼接插件,可以使用乐高拼接插件作为插销插接到拼接孔中,从而能够实现乐高机器人与外壳结构的连接,从而可以利用树莓派赋予乐高机器人更丰富的感知和计算能力,执行解魔方等复杂任务。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一电子设备包括第一电路板(如树莓派), 还可以包括第二电路板(如树莓派扩展板)。下文以树莓派和树莓派扩展板为例进行说明。其中,树莓派扩展板是可扩展树莓派功能的电路板,例如具有区别于树莓派已有功能的精简指令集计算机微处理器(Advanced Reduced Instruction Set Computing Machines,ARM)板。在实际应用中,树莓派扩展板可直接插接在树莓派对应接口上,树莓派可以与树莓派扩展板形成通信连接。树莓派与树莓派扩展板之间的通信接口可以同时支持供电与通信功能,示例性地,树莓派与树莓派扩展板之间的通信接口可以是引脚(PIN)接口或其它类型的接口。
在本申请的一些实施例中,外壳结构一表面开设有第一网络接口开孔,树莓派扩展板通过第一网络接口开孔与外部设备连接。在一个使用场景中,参照图1,外壳结构1上与树莓派扩展板的网络接口对应的位置设置有第一网络接口开孔3,例如图1所示,树莓派扩展板固定在外壳结构1内时,树莓派扩展板的网络接口位置可正对第一网络接口开孔3,从而便于插接网线等网络连接设备,其中第一网络接口开孔的位置、形状可根据树莓派扩展板的网络接口位置、形状设计。树莓派扩展板的网络接口可以支持以太网供电和串口通信,例如,树莓派扩展板可以通过网线对外部设备进行供电,并且可以通过网线与外部设备(如第二电子设备)进行通信,外部设备可以是EV3或其它设备。具体地,网线的一端可以连接外部设备,另一端穿过第一网络接口开孔接入树莓派扩展板的网络接口。如此,本申请实施例的第一网络接口开孔,有利于树莓派扩展板通过网线对外部设备进行供电,并与外部设备进行通信,实现简单。
图3为本申请实施例的外壳结构的内部示意图,参照图1、图2和图3, 在一实施方式中,外壳结构1可以包括用于容纳树莓派的第一壳体4和用于容纳树莓派扩展板的第二壳体5,第一壳体4和第二壳体5之间形成可拆卸连接。示例性地,可拆卸连接包括但不限于螺纹连接、卡扣连接、销连接等。图4为本申请实施例的第一壳体的内部结构示意图,图5为本申请实施例的第二壳体的内部结构示意图。本申请实施例中,并不对第一壳体4和第二壳体5的位置关系进行限定,例如,第一壳体4可以位于第二壳体5的上方或下方,第一壳体4也可以位于第二壳体5的左侧或右侧。此外,本申请实施例也不对第一壳体4和第二壳体5的形状进行限定,例如均可以是如图4、5所示的方形壳体。
可以看出,通过设置第一壳体和第二壳体,便于分别对树莓派和树莓派扩展板进行保护。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一连接部2位于第一壳体4的表面和/或第二壳体的表面。在一个示例中,参照图1至图5,第一连接部2分别位于第一壳体4的外表面和第二壳体5的外表面。当然,在其它示例中,第一连接部2也可以设置于第一壳体4和/或第二壳体5的其他表面。
可以看出,基于第一连接部的设置,可以实现第一壳体和/或第二壳体与第二电子设备的连接。
参照图4,在一实施方式中,第一壳体4包括至少一个第二连接部6;参照图1、图2、图3和图5,第二壳体5包括至少一个第三连接部7;第二连接部6与第二连接部7可实现可拆卸连接,使第一壳体4和第二壳体5形成可拆卸连接。
可以看出,通过第二连接部和第三连接部的设置,可以使第一壳体和第 二壳体进行固定,从而可以将树莓派及树莓派扩展板容纳于外壳结构内,以保护树莓派和树莓派扩展板。
本申请实施例中,并不对第二连接部6和第三连接部7的连接方式进行限定,示例性地,第二连接部6和第三连接部7可以形成卡扣连接。具体地,第二连接部6为弹性卡扣,第三连接部7为卡口,通过弹性卡扣和卡口的配合,可以实现第一壳体4和第二壳体5的固定。可以理解的是,第二连接部6和第三连接部7也可以采用其他类型的器件形成卡扣连接,此处不一一举例。
可以看出,由于第二连接部和第三连接部形成卡扣连接,因而,可以较为容易地实现第一壳体和第二壳体的固定连接,而且方便拆卸以安装维护第一电子设备。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图4,外壳结构1内还设置有用于固定树莓派的第四连接部8。可以看出,通过设置第四连接部,可以使树莓派固定于外壳结构内,实现对树莓派的固定和可靠保护。此外,由于树莓派扩展板插接固定在树莓派上,因此外壳结构通过固定树莓派可以同时固定树莓派扩展板位置。
本申请实施例中,并不对第四连接部8与树莓派的连接方式进行限定;示例性地,第四连接部8与树莓派形成卡扣连接,第四连接部8可以是卡扣或卡口;在具体的示例中,第四连接部8包括至少一个卡扣,树莓派上设置有定位孔,通过卡扣与定位孔的连接,可以实现树莓派的固定。这里,并不对卡扣的数量进行限定,第四连接部8中的卡扣可以是一个,也可以是多个。在一个具体的示例中,第四连接部8包括四个卡扣,树莓派上设置有四个定 位孔,通过四个卡扣与四个定位孔的连接,可以将树莓派固定于外壳结构内。当然,在其他示例中,第四连接部8也可以包括至少一个卡口,树莓派上设置有卡扣,通过卡扣和卡口形成卡扣连接。
可以看出,由于第四连接部可以和树莓派形成卡扣连接,因而,可以较为容易地实现树莓派与外壳结构的固定,而且方便拆卸以安装维护树莓派。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第二壳体设置有第五连接部,第五连接部用于固定树莓派扩展板;可以看出,通过设置第五连接部,可以使树莓派扩展板固定于外壳结构内,实现对树莓派扩展板的固定和可靠保护。
本申请实施例中,并不对第五连接部与树莓派扩展板的连接方式进行限定;在一个示例中,第五连接部可以是向第二壳体内突出的结构,其可以用于固定树莓派扩展板。例如,参照图5,第三连接部7可以同时作为第五连接部,第三连接部7是向第二壳体5内突出的结构,第二壳体5的内部空间可设计成与树莓派扩展板适配,在安装树莓派扩展板时,可以通过第三连接部7卡接固定住树莓派扩展板,进而实现树莓派扩展板在第二壳体5的固定。在另一个示例中,树莓派扩展板可以与树莓派直接进行插接固定,从而,可以使树莓派扩展板固定于外壳结构内。
在本申请的一些实施例中,外壳结构的至少一个表面上开设有至少一个开孔,所述树莓派的至少一个接口通过至少一个开孔与外部设备连接。在一个使用场景中,外壳结构1上与树莓派的至少一个接口对应的位置设置有开孔,例如图1-3所示,树莓派固定在外壳结构1内时,树莓派的接口位置均正对外壳结构1的开孔,便于外部设备通过对应接口连接树莓派,其中开孔位置、形状等可根据树莓派接口位置、形状设计。本申请实施例中,树莓派 的至少一个接口可以包括以下至少之一:通信接口、存储器接口、多媒体接口。示例性地,通信接口可以是网络接口、通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)接口、Micro-USB接口等,存储器接口可以是安全数码卡(Secure Digital Memory Card,SD卡)接口等,多媒体接口可以是高清多媒体接口(High Definition Multimedia Interface,HDMI)、音频接口等,本申请实施例中,音频接口可以是3.5mm音频接口或其它音频接口。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图1、图2和图3,在第一壳体4的侧面上,设置有第二网络接口开孔9、USB接口开孔10、SD卡接口开孔11、Micro-USB接口开孔12、HDMI开孔13和第一音频接口开孔14。树莓派可以通过第二网络接口开孔9、USB接口开孔10、SD卡接口开孔11、Micro-USB接口开孔12、HDMI开孔13和第一音频接口开孔14中的至少一个开孔与外部设备连接。
可以看出,由于外壳结构表面上开设有开孔,且树莓派的接口可以通过开孔与外部设备连接,因而,通过外壳结构的表面上开孔的设置,可以满足树莓派与外部设备的连接需求,有利于向树莓派输入数据或从树莓派输出数据。
在本申请的一些实施例中,外壳结构的至少一个表面上开设有至少一个开孔,树莓派扩展板的至少一个接口通过至少一个开孔与外部设备连接;在一个使用场景中,外壳结构1上与树莓派扩展板的至少一个设定接口对应的位置设置有开孔,例如图1-3所示,树莓派扩展板固定在外壳结构1内时,树莓派扩展板的接口位置均正对外壳结构1的开孔,便于外部设备通过对应接口连接树莓派扩展板,其中开孔位置、形状等可根据树莓派扩展板的接口 位置、形状设计。本申请实施例中,树莓派扩展板的至少一个设定接口可以包括电源接口、多媒体接口;多媒体接口可以是音频接口或其它接口。
在本申请的一些实施例中,外壳结构1上开设有一个开孔,用于露出树莓派扩展板的至少一个设定按钮,示例性地,设定按钮可以是开关按钮或其它按钮。所述开孔可开设于第二壳体5一表面,例如图1中所示开设于第一连接部所在表面。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图1、图2和图3,在第二壳体5的上表面开设有开关按钮开孔15,用于露出树莓派扩展板的开关按钮;在第二壳体5的侧面开设有电源接口开孔16和第二音频接口开孔17,树莓派扩展板可以通过电源接口开孔16和第二音频接口开孔17中的至少一个开孔与外部设备连接。
在实际应用中,基于电源接口开孔16,通过外部电源可以对树莓派扩展版进行供电;而树莓派扩展板可以通过与树莓派之间的接口对树莓派供电并与树莓派进行通信,也可以通过树莓派扩展板的网络接口对外部设备供电并与外部设备进行通信。
可以看出,由于外壳结构表面上开设有开孔,且树莓派扩展板的接口可以通过开孔与外部设备连接,因而,通过外壳结构的表面上开孔的设置,可以满足树莓派扩展板与外部设备的连接需求。
需要说明的是,外壳结构的表面上开设的开孔还可以包括预留开孔,例如,预留开孔可以是图1至图5未标注的开孔。通过设置预留开孔,可以为树莓派或树莓派扩展板的扩展功能预留接口空间,有利于树莓派或树莓派的功能扩展。
本申请实施例中,并不对外壳结构的制备工艺进行限定,示例性地,外壳结构可以通过注塑成型或其他工艺进行制备。
本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备,包括第一电路板,以及容纳所述第一电路板的外壳结构,所述外壳结构可以参考本申请实施例提供的外壳结构,此处不再赘述。
所述第一电路板可以树莓派,所述电子设备可以是包括树莓派的电子设备,例如树莓派控制器、乐高机器人控制盒、包括有控制盒的乐高机器人等。
所述电子设备还可以包括第二电路板,例如树莓派扩展板,所述第二电路板也可以容纳于所述外壳结构内。
当前,在其它实施例中,所述第一电路板还可以是其他类型的电路板,例如带有嵌入式控制芯片的ARM板等,所述电子设备可以是其他类型的设备,如视觉导航机器人等。
如此,本申请实施例中,电子设备的外壳结构可以根据第一连接部实现与第二电子设备的连接,而当第一电子设备包括树莓派时,外壳结构内可用于容纳树莓派;因而,本申请实施例的电子设备通过外壳结构可以实现树莓派和第二电子设备的连接,可以满足树莓派与第二电子设备的连接需求。

  1. 一种外壳结构,所述外壳结构内形成有用于容纳第一电子设备的空间,所述外壳结构的外表面设置有第一连接部,所述外壳结构通过所述第一连接部与第二电子设备连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的外壳结构,其中,所述第一连接部为插槽,所述外壳结构通过与所述插槽插接的插销与所述第二电子设备连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的外壳结构,其中,所述第一电子设备包括第一电路板和第二电路板,所述外壳结构一表面开设有第一网络接口开孔,所述第二电路板通过所述第一网络接口开孔与外部设备连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的外壳结构,其中,所述外壳结构包括:可拆卸连接的第一壳体和第二壳体;所述第一壳体用于容纳所述第一电路板,所述第二壳体用于容纳所述第二电路板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的外壳结构,其中,所述第一连接部位于所述第一壳体的表面和/或所述第二壳体的表面。
