油漆喷涂是工件表面涂装过程中应用最普遍的技术。油漆喷涂过程中会产生大量含油漆雾、粉尘和挥发性有机物等物质的废气,喷漆废气中的VOCs是导致“光化学烟雾”、雾霾等恶劣天气的诱因之一,国家一直很重视对该类废气的收集治理,出台了一系列的整治文件。在该类废气治理过程中,由于废气中油漆雾的高粘性、细颗粒的特点,导致后续的VOCs废气治理技术运行极不稳定,对油漆雾的去除是油漆喷涂废气治理设施的预处理系统,也是保证系统持续稳定运行的关键技术。
现有技术中,常见的用于喷涂的装置只是进行简单的一次过滤,去除粉尘和喷涂后的油漆并不彻底;大多数有毒有害的气体和颗粒会残留到空气中。因此在喷涂过程中会产生严重的环境污染,也会影响到工人的身体健康。
实用新型内容

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种用于喷涂的环保装置,有效去除喷涂后的漆雾以及有毒有害气体,净化效率高,环保高效。
