根据实施例,以下对转盘装置90进行详细说明,所述转盘装置90包括转动电机14,所述转动电机14上端动力安装有转动轴13,所述转动轴13上端固定安装有转动圆盘12,所述转动圆盘12内设有滑动槽20,所述滑动槽20内可滑动的设有滑动块22,所述滑动块22左端面与所述滑动槽20之间固设有伸缩弹簧21,所述滑动块22内设有调节槽23,所述调节槽23内转动安装有螺纹轴25,所述螺纹轴25右端延伸至外界,所述放置块24下端位于所述调节槽23内且所述放置块24与所述螺纹轴25之间螺纹配合安装,从而转动所述螺纹轴25可调节所述放置块24与所述鞋子39之间的距离,使得所述胶管30插入所述鞋子39内进行涂胶,所述转动圆盘12转动,可使得所述胶管30沿着所述轨迹槽15的轨迹对所述鞋子39进行涂胶。
根据实施例,以下对夹紧装置89进行详细说明,所述夹紧装置89包括夹紧槽26,所述夹紧槽26前后端壁内可滑动的设有夹紧杆33,所述夹紧杆33上套设有扭簧34,所述夹紧杆33相互靠近的一端固设有夹紧块32,所述胶管30夹紧于所述夹紧块32之间,所述胶管30左端安装有涂胶口31,从而所述夹紧块32挤压使得所述胶管30内的胶水通过所述涂胶口31涂抹于所述鞋子39内。
根据实施例,以下对绕转装置87进行详细说明,所述绕转装置87包括固定板62,所述固定板62内设有转动圆盘12个链轮槽63,所述链轮槽63内通过驱动轴66转动安装有链轮64,所述链轮64之间通过所述链条67动力连接,所述操作块51上侧的所述链轮槽63下端壁固设有驱动电机65,所述驱动电机65与所述驱动轴66动力连接,所述固定板62外周设有皮带腔60,所述连接块61上端延伸至所述皮带腔60内且与所述链条67固定安装,从而所述驱动电机65工作带动所述链条67转动,进而带动所述操作块51转动。
有益地,所述皮带腔60、所述通槽56、所述压合槽59及所述轨迹槽15的轨迹与普通款式的所述鞋子39外形相似,提高涂胶位置的准确及涂胶的均匀,且压合均匀。
以下结合图1至图5对本文中的一种鞋面鞋底粘合工序的补胶压合装置的使用步骤进行详细说明:
初始时,压合滚轮58延伸至压合槽59外侧,此时压力弹簧53处于自然状态。
安装时,手动转动拨轮73,使得绕线轮72转动,则将拉绳70收卷于绕线轮72上,拉绳70拉动伸缩杆54向右移动,则压合滚轮58收缩于压合槽59内,将鞋子39套设于模型38上,松开拨轮73则伸缩杆54在压力弹簧53的弹性恢复力作用下左移,此时,压合滚轮58外端与鞋子39内壁抵接,液压缸36工作带动伸缩轴37延伸,伸缩轴37带动模型38及鞋子39下降,使得鞋子39放置于胶合平台10上。
涂胶时,根据鞋子39与放置块24的距离,转动螺纹轴25使得放置块24水平,使得当胶管30放置于夹紧槽26内时,涂胶口31左端插入鞋子39内待胶合的部位,当放置块24调节结束后,向前后侧拉动夹紧块32使得夹紧块32背向移动,此时扭簧34被压缩蓄力,将胶管30放置于夹紧槽26内,则夹紧块32在扭簧34弹性恢复力作用下相向移动将胶管30夹紧,且夹紧块32挤压胶管30使得胶管30内的胶水通过涂胶口31涂抹于鞋子39待胶合部位,转动电机14工作,带动转动圆盘12转动,则放置块24沿着轨迹槽15的轨迹绕着鞋子39进行转动,则放置块24转动一圈后,对鞋子39的底部完成涂胶,将胶管30取出即可;
压合时,液压缸36工作使得伸缩轴37向下延伸,则模型38下降,使得压合滚轮58下端与鞋子39挤压,进而对鞋子39胶合处加压,其后,驱动电机65工作,带动链轮64转动,则链条67转动,通过连接块61带动操作块51沿着鞋子39内壁转动,则带动压合滚轮58转动,由于压力弹簧53的弹性,使得压合滚轮58始终与鞋子39内壁贴合,动力电机55工作带动压合滚轮58转动,则压合滚轮58自转沿着鞋子39内壁转动一圈对胶合处压合,增加胶合力,胶合效果。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过转盘装置带动胶管沿着待粘合的鞋子外周转动,胶管内的胶水自动涂抹于鞋子待胶合部位,其后,通过可转动的滚轮对胶合部位进行机械压合,且滚轮沿着鞋子内壁进行转动,对胶合部位进行全面且均匀的压合,其胶合效果好,粘度大,胶合牢固,涂胶与压合的过程自动化操作,提高工序效率。
通过以上方式,本领域的技术人员可以在本发明的范围内根据工作模式做出各种改变。
Claims (6)
- 一种鞋面鞋底粘合工序的补胶压合装置,包括胶合平台,其特征在于:所述胶合平台内设有转动腔,所述转动腔内设有转盘装置,所述转盘装置包括可转动的转动圆盘,所述转动圆盘内设有可水平滑动的滑动块,所述滑动块上安装有放置块,所述转动腔上侧相通设有轨迹槽,所述放置块上端贯穿所述轨迹槽延伸至外界,且所述放置块上端设有夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置包括前后对称的夹紧块,所述夹紧块之间夹紧有胶管,则所述转动圆盘转动时,所述放置块可沿着所述轨迹槽进行滑动;所述胶合平台上端面放置有待粘合的鞋子,所述放置块转动时带动所述胶管转动,则所述胶管内的胶水挤压至所述鞋子胶合处,完成涂胶工作,所述胶合平台上端面右侧固设有固定架,所述固定架内安装有液压缸,所述液压缸下端动力安装有伸缩轴,所述伸缩轴下端安装有模型,所述鞋子内设有压合装置,所述压合装置包括可伸缩的压合滚轮,所述压合装置上侧设有绕转装置,所述绕转装置包括可转动的链条,所述链条可带动所述压合滚轮沿着所述鞋子内壁转动,通过所述压合滚轮将所述鞋子涂胶处挤压粘合。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种鞋面鞋底粘合工序的补胶压合装置,其特征在于:所述固定架内设有收卷槽,所述收卷槽内通过绕线轴转动安装有绕线轮,所述绕线轮上缠绕有拉绳,所述绕线轴后端向后延伸且固设有拨轮;所述压合装置包括压合转腔;所述压合转腔内可转动的安装有操作块,所述拉绳下端延伸至所述伸缩滑槽内且与所述伸缩杆右端固连,所述操作块内设有伸缩滑槽,所述伸缩滑槽内可滑动的设有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆右端与所述伸缩滑槽之间固设有压力弹簧,所述伸缩杆左端固设有动力电机,所述动力电机左端动力安装有动力轴;所述压合转腔外周通过通槽连通设有压合槽,所述动力轴左端贯穿所述通槽延伸至所述压合槽内,所述压合滚轮固定安装于所述动力轴上,所述操作块上端固设有连接块,所述连接块与所述链条固定安装。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种鞋面鞋底粘合工序的补胶压合装置,其特征在于:所述转盘装置包括转动电机;所述转动电机上端动力安装有转动轴,所述转动轴上端固定安装有转动圆盘,所述转动圆盘内设有滑动槽,所述滑动槽内可滑动的设有滑动块,所述滑动块左端面与所述滑动槽之间固设有伸缩弹簧,所述滑动块内设有调节槽,所述调节槽内转动安装有螺纹轴,所述螺纹轴右端延伸至外界,所述放置块下端位于所述调节槽内且所述放置块与所述螺纹轴之间螺纹配合安装。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种鞋面鞋底粘合工序的补胶压合装置,其特征在于:所述夹紧装置包括夹紧槽;所述夹紧槽前后端壁内可滑动的设有夹紧杆,所述夹紧杆上套设有扭簧,所述夹紧杆相互靠近的一端固设有夹紧块,所述胶管夹紧于所述夹紧块之间,所述胶管左端安装有涂胶口。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种鞋面鞋底粘合工序的补胶压合装置,其特征在于:所述绕转装置包括固定板;所述固定板内设有链轮槽,所述链轮槽内通过驱动轴转动安装有链轮,所述链轮之间通过所述链条动力连接,所述操作块上侧的所述链轮槽下端壁固设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机与所述驱动轴动力连接,所述固定板外周设有皮带腔,所述连接块上端延伸至所述皮带腔内且与所述链条固定安装。
- 如权利要求5所述的一种鞋面鞋底粘合工序的补胶压合装置,其特征在于:所述皮带腔、所述通槽、所述压合槽及所述轨迹槽的轨迹与普通款式的所述鞋子外形相似。
