如图1所示,在本发明的安全气囊的气袋10中,在凹陷部500内产生低织物张力区域和高织物张力区域。具体地,低织物张力区域位于气袋10的第一内侧面200A和第二内侧面300A彼此相邻的边缘处,以及,高织物张力区域位于第一侧翼200和第二侧翼300两者远离主体部100的部分(例如,凸角的尖端部分)处。低织物张力区域可以减小气袋10引起乘员的头部旋转的可能性。高织物张力区域提供支撑,以防止或限制乘员冲出第一侧翼200或第二侧翼300。因此,在本发明的安全气囊中,第一侧翼和第二侧翼之间形成的凹陷部可以接纳乘员的头部,并且向头部侧面提供支撑,以抵消头部上的可能导致头部在围绕头部的纵轴顺时针或逆时针旋转的力。
因此,本发明的安全气囊能够确保碰撞期间乘员位于气袋的保护区域 内,并且能够降低乘员头部快速旋转造成的创伤性头部/脑部损伤风险,由此具有较高的可靠性和安全性。与此同时,在本发明的安全气囊中,气袋通过从主体部两侧延伸的两个侧翼形成凹陷部,以实现碰撞期间保护乘员头部的目的,因此,本发明的安全气囊还具有结构简单,制造成本低廉的特点。
图2示出用于制造根据本发明实施例的安全气囊的方法。以下参照图2描述根据本发明实施例的安全气囊的制造方法。需要说明的是,图1中示出的安全气囊的气袋10可以使用参照图2描述的制造方法进行制造,但是,图1中示出的安全气囊的气袋10并非被限制为以下参照图2描述的制造方法制造出来的气袋。
如图2所示,提供三片织物,即,第一片织物W1,第二片织物W2和第三片织物W3。展开状态下的第一片织物W1被构造为包括矩形第一部段120和位于第一部段120的第一侧边(即,上侧边)上的两个三角形第二部段210和310,其中,第一部段120用于形成主体部的一部分,两个第二部段210和310分别用于形成第一侧翼和第二侧翼。而且,在展开状态下的第一片织物W1被构造为包括位于第一部段的第二侧边上的两个三角形第三部段,第三部段被构造为与前侧面连接。此外,第二片织物W2被构造为用于形成前侧面,前侧面被构造为连接到第一片织物W1的与第一侧边(即,上侧边)相对的第二侧边(即,下侧边)上;以及,第三片织物W3被构造为用于形成拉带。
本发明的安全气囊的气袋的制造方法如下:
在第一片织物W1的上侧边标记A1、A2、A3、B1、B2、B3共六个特征点,其中,A3点和B1点重合;
在第一片织物W1的下侧边标记C1、C2、C3、C4、C5共五个特征点;
在第二片织物W2上标记D1、D2、D3、D4共四个特征点;
使点A1和点A3重合,将边线A1A2和边线A2A3对折连接(例如,缝合或粘接)在一起;
使点B1和点B3重合,将边线B1B2和边线B2B3对折连接(例如,缝合或粘接)在一起;
将第三片织物W3的一端连接到主体部的靠近凹陷部的部分处;
将边线A1C1和边线B3C5对折连接(例如,缝合或粘接)在一起;
将曲线C1C2C3和曲线D1D2D3连接(例如,缝合或粘接)在一起,将第三片织物W3的另一端连接到前侧面处,以及,将曲线C3C4C5和曲线D1D4D3连接(例如,缝合或粘接)在一起。
需要说明的是,以上描述的用于制造本发明的安全气囊的气袋的制造方法仅仅是示例,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况对以上方法的各个步骤的顺序进行调整甚至删减。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,第一侧翼和第二侧翼被构造为彼此相同,并且与主体部流体连通。该优选实施例具有结构简单、易于制造的特点,但是这仅仅是示例,本发明的安全气囊不限于此,例如,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况将第一侧翼和第二侧翼设置为彼此不相同,和/或,第一侧翼与第二侧翼中的至少一者设置为不与主体部流体连通,相应地,为与主体部不流体连通的第一侧翼和第二侧翼中的至少一者设置单独的气体发生器。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,气袋包括拉带,拉带的一端被构造为连接到前侧面处,并且拉带的另一端被构造为连接到主体部的靠近凹陷部的部分处。该实施例能够通过拉带更好地控制气袋的厚度和形状,但是这仅仅是示例,本发明的安全气囊不限于此,例如,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况不设置拉带。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,主体部的至少一部分、第一侧翼和第二侧翼被构造为由同一片织物制造。该实施例具有制造成本低廉且结构简单的特点,但是这仅仅是示例,本发明的安全气囊不限于此,例如,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况选择织物的片数。此外,本发明的安全气囊中,气袋不限于包括前侧面,例如,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况,将主体部的制造方法更改为,将图2中所示的的第一片织物W1的曲线C1C2C3和曲线C3C4C5连接(例如,缝合或粘接)在一起。
如前,尽管说明中已经参考附图对本发明的示例性实施例进行了说明,但是本发明不限于上述具体实施方式,本发明的保护范围应当由权利要求 书及其等同含义来限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安全气囊,其包括:
    气袋,其具有展开状态和收纳状态,并且包括主体部、连接到所述主体部两侧的第一侧翼和第二侧翼,当所述气袋处于展开状态时,所述第一侧翼和所述第二侧翼从所述主体部朝向乘客延伸,以使乘客的头部容纳在所述第一侧翼和所述第二侧翼之间的凹陷部中;
    所述第一侧翼包括第一内侧面和第一外侧面,所述第二侧翼包括第二内侧面和第二外侧面,并且,所述第一内侧面和所述第二内侧面彼此相邻的边缘连接在一起,当所述气袋处于展开状态时,所述第一内侧面和所述第二内侧面用于限定所述第一侧翼和所述第二侧翼之间的所述凹陷部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊,其中,所述第一侧翼和所述第二侧翼被构造为彼此相同,并且与所述主体部流体连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安全气囊,其中,所述第一侧翼和所述第二侧翼被构造为,当处于展开状态下,在远离所述主体部的方向上逐渐收窄而分别形成第一凸角和第二凸角。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安全气囊,其中,当处于展开状态时,所述主体部包括与所述第一侧翼和所述第二侧翼两者相对的前侧面,并且,用于对所述气袋进行充气的气体发生器设置在所述前侧面处。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安全气囊,其中,还包括拉带,所述拉带的一端被构造为连接到所述前侧面处,并且所述拉带的另一端被构造为连接到所述主体部的靠近所述凹陷部的部分处。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的安全气囊,其中,所述主体部的至少一部分、所述第一侧翼和所述第二侧翼被构造为由同一片织物制造。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安全气囊,其中,所述同一片织物被构造为,在展开状态下时,包括矩形第一部段和位于所述第一部段的第一侧边上的两个三角形第二部段,所述第一部段用于形成所述主体部,两个所述第二部段分别用于形成所述第一侧翼和所述第二侧翼。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的安全气囊,其中,所述前侧面被构造为连接 到所述同一片织物的与所述第一侧边相对的第二侧边上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的安全气囊,其中,所述同一片织物被构造为在展开状态下时包括位于所述第一部段的所述第二侧边上的两个三角形第三部段,所述第三部段被构造为与所述前侧面连接。
  10. 一种车辆,其包括根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的安全气囊,并且,所述安全气囊被构造为安装在所述车辆的仪表盘中。
