本实用新型中,将远红外加热装置设置在炉体的侧部,烧烤区域设置在炉体的顶部,接油盘设置在炉体的底部,并且远红外加热装置都是朝向烧烤区域发射红外线的,所以炉体底部的接油盘并不在红外面发射区域内,也就不会发热,当烧烤区域烧烤肉类制品时,其所含油脂受热滴落到接油盘上时,由于接油盘是凉 的,这样就不会产生油烟,因此本实用新型的电烧烤炉既适合室外使用也同样适合室内使用。另外,采用远红外加热装置发射的远红外线来加热烧烤食物,食物是从内到外同时加热的,这样就可以避免出现采用普通的炭火烧烤食物,食物表面烤糊而内部还没有熟的情况。本实用新型中,远红外加热装置的启停通过控制装置进行控制。
进一步的,所述远红外加热装置的反光槽上的各点到所述烧烤区域的直线距离在15㎝以内。距离太远,远红外加热装置发射的远红外线传输到烧烤区域时就有较大的损耗,加热食物的效果不理想。另外,通过反光槽上的各点到所述烧烤区域的直线距离与远红外加热管发出的远红外线经所述反光槽反射后的远红外线发射区域的夹角α的配合,可以使得到达烧烤区域的远红外线发射区域的宽度刚好跟普通烧烤签的长度接近,以便对整个烧烤签上的食物都能进行烘烤。
作为一种优选方案,所述远红外加热装置的数量为1个,为第一远红外加热装置,所述第一远红外加热装置设在所述烧烤区域的上方或下方的任意一侧。这样,不管是远红外加热装置设置在烧烤区域的上方还是下方,烧烤区域的烧烤食物在烧烤时总能有一侧接收到远红外线,再配合烧烤时烧烤食物的转动,这样就能够实现烧烤食物的均匀受热。
作为另一种优选方案,所述远红外加热装置的数量为2个,分别为第一远红外加热装置和第二远红外加热装置,所述第一远红外加热装置设在所述烧烤区域上方的一侧,所述第二远红外加热装置设在所述漏空空间内与所述第一远红外加热装置相对的一侧的侧壁上。这样,第一远红外加热装置就在烧烤区域的上方,第二远红外加热装置就在烧烤区域的下方,并且是相对设置的,这样烧烤区域的烧烤食物在烧烤时就能够上下两面同时接收到远红外线,再配合烧烤时烧烤食物的转动,使得烧烤食物能够更均匀、更快的受热,提高烧烤效率。
作为另一种优选方案,所述远红外加热装置的数量为2个,分别为第一远红外加热装置和第二远红外加热装置,所述第一远红外加热装置和第二远红外加热装置均设在所述烧烤区域的下方,所述第一远红外加热装置和第二远红外加热装置分别设在所述漏空空间内相对的两侧壁上。这种情况下,烧烤区域的烧烤食物在烧烤时只能是下面接收到远红外线,但是再配合烧烤时烧烤食物的转动,这样也能够实现烧烤食物的均匀受热,但是烧烤效率就没有将第一远红外加热装置和第二远红外加热装置分别设在烧烤区域上方和下方这种情况那么高。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型将远红外加热装置设置在烧烤区域的顶部或侧部,烧烤区域设置在炉体的顶部,接油盘设置在炉体的底部,并且远红外加热装置都是朝向烧烤区域发射红外线的,所以炉体底部的接油盘并不在红外面发射区域内,也就不会发热,当烧烤区域烧烤肉类制品时,其所含油脂受热滴落到接油盘上时,由于接油盘是凉的,这样就不会产生油烟,因此本实用新型的电烧烤炉既适合室外使用也同样适合室内使用。
本实用新型采用远红外加热装置发射的远红外线来加热烧烤食物,食物是从内到外同时加热的,这样就可以避免出现采用普通的炭火烧烤食物,食物表面烤糊而内部还没有熟的情况,安全可靠。
本实用新型通过反光槽上的各点到所述烧烤区域的直线距离与远红外加热管发出的远红外线经所述反光槽反射后的远红外线发射区域的夹角α的配合,可以使得到达烧烤区域的远红外线发射区域的宽度刚好跟普通烧烤签的长度接近,以便对整个烧烤签上的食物都能进行烘烤。

实施例1
如图1和图2所示,一种远红外加热装置,其中,包括远红外加热管1、反光槽2及透光保护装置3,所述远红外加热管1设在所述反光槽2内,所述透光保护装置3设在所述反光槽2的开口侧,所述透光保护装置3的四周边缘与所述反光槽2之间设有散热间隙6;所述远红外加热管1在所述反光槽2内的位置以及所述反光槽2的形状满足,所述远红外加热管1发出的远红外线经所述反光槽2反射后的远红外线发射区域的夹角α为100°。本实用新型中采用的远红外加热管1为碳纤维远红外电热管。在反光槽2的开口侧设置透光保护装置3是为了防止在使用该远红外加热装置烧烤时油污等溅到反光槽2内从而影响后续的反射效果。因为远红外加热管1发射的远红外线在反光槽2内经过反射时也会使得反光槽2内的温度升高,所以将透光保护装置3设置的四周边缘均不与反光槽2接触,在透光保护装置3的四周边缘与所述反光槽2之间形成散热间隙6,使得反光槽2内的部分高温热量可以通过该散热间隙6快速散出,以减小高温对远红外加热管1和反光槽2的影响,进而延长它们的使用寿命。
本实施例中,所述远红外加热管1发出的远红外线波长在3μm以内。选用这个波长的远红外线能够使得远红外线加热烧烤区域的烧烤食物时,加热温度更接近柴禾火的温度,烧烤完的食物口感更好、更好吃。
本实施例中,所述透光保护装置3为玻璃板,所述透光保护装置3对所述远红外加热管1发出的远红外线的透过率为80%-90%。这样能够保证使用该远红外加热装置烧烤时烧烤区域的烧烤食物得到较好的加热效果,避免透光保护装置3遮挡了太多的远红外线而使得烧烤食物不能很好的加热。
本实施例中,所述反光槽2由镜面铝材料制成。镜面铝材料能够耐高温且反射效果好,成本也相对较低。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1类似,其区别在于,如图3和图4所示,还包括端盖板5,所述端盖板5设在所述反光槽2的两端,所述远红外加热管1的两端分别固定在所述反光槽2两端的端盖板5上。在没有端盖板5时,远红外加热装置安装在烧烤炉上时,需要分别将远红外加热管1、反光槽2及透光保护装置3的两端与烧烤炉连接,安装比较麻烦。而在反光槽2的两端设置了端盖板5之后,就将远红外加热管1和反光槽2通过端盖板5连接成了一个整体,这样在烧烤炉上安装远红外加热装置时就更加方便。并且,端盖板5还可以将反光槽2两端的开口 封住,以减少远红外线的漏光。本实施例其他部分的结构及工作原理与实施例1相同。
实施例3
如图5和图6所示,一种电烧烤炉,其中,包括炉体7,所述炉体7上设有贯通所述炉体7顶面和底面的漏空空间,所述漏空空间的顶部开口为烧烤区域8,所述炉体7的侧部设有1个加热装置,所述加热装置为实施例1所述的远红外加热装置,为第一远红外加热装置10,所述第一远红外加热装置10能够朝向所述烧烤区域8发出红外线,且所述第一远红外加热装置10所发出的远红外线能够覆盖所述烧烤区域8,所述第一远红外加热装置10设在所述烧烤区域8上方的一侧,所述炉体7底部与所述漏空空间对应的位置设有可拆卸的接油盘9,所述炉体7的外壁上设有控制装置12,所述远红外加热装置与所述控制装置12连接。
本实施例中,将第一远红外加热装置10设置在炉体7的侧部,烧烤区域8设置在炉体7的顶部,接油盘9设置在炉体7的底部,并且第一远红外加热装置10都是朝向烧烤区域8发射红外线的,所以炉体7底部的接油盘9并不在红外面发射区域内,也就不会发热,当烧烤区域8烧烤肉类制品时,其所含油脂受热滴落到接油盘9上时,由于接油盘9是凉的,这样就不会产生油烟,因此本实用新型的电烧烤炉既适合室外使用也同样适合室内使用。另外,采用第一远红外加热装置10发射的远红外线来加热烧烤食物,食物是从内到外同时加热的,这样就可以避免出现采用普通的炭火烧烤食物,食物表面烤糊而内部还没有熟的情况。本实用新型中,第一远红外加热装置10的启停通过控制装置12进行控制。
本实施例中,所述远红外加热装置的反光槽2上的各点到所述烧烤区域8的直线距离在15㎝以内。距离太远,远红外加热装置发射的远红外线传输到烧烤区域8时就有较大的损耗,加热食物的效果不理想。另外,通过反光槽2上的各点到所述烧烤区域8的直线距离与远红外加热管1发出的远红外线经所述反光槽2反射后的远红外线发射区域的夹角α的配合,可以使得到达烧烤区域8的远红外线发射区域的宽度刚好跟普通烧烤签的长度接近,以便对整个烧烤签上的食物都能进行烘烤。
本实施例中,第一远红外加热装置10设置在烧烤区域8的上方,烧烤区域8的烧烤食物在烧烤时,其上表面接收到远红外线,再配合烧烤时烧烤食物的转动,这样就能够实现烧烤食物的均匀受热。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例3类似,其区别在于,如图7和图8所示,所述加热装置的数量为2个,分别为第一远红外加热装置10和第二远红外加热装置11,所述第一远红外加热装置10设在所述烧烤区域8上方的一侧,所述第二远红外加热装置11设在所述漏空空间内与所述第一远红外加热装置10相对的一侧的侧壁上。这样,第一远红外加热装置10就在烧烤区域8的上方,第二远红外加热装置11就在烧烤区域8的下方,并且是相对设置的,这样烧烤区域8的烧烤食物在烧烤时就能够上下两面同时接收到远红外线,再配合烧烤时烧烤食物的转动,使得烧烤食物能够更均匀、更快的受热,提高烧烤效率。本实施例其他部分的结构及工作原理与实施例3相同。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例4类似,其区别在于,如图9和图10所示,所述第一远红外加热装置10和第二远红外加热装置11均设在所述烧烤区域8的下方,所述第一远红外加热装置10和第二远红外加热装置11分别设在所述漏空空间内相对的两侧壁上。这种情况下,烧烤区域8的烧烤食物在烧烤时只能是下面接收到远红外线,但是再配合烧烤时烧烤食物的转动,这样也能够实现烧烤食物的均匀受热,但是烧烤效率就没有实施例4高。本实施例其他部分的结构及工作原理与实施例4相同。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种远红外加热装置,其特征在于,包括至少1个远红外加热管(1)、反光槽(2)及透光保护装置(3),所述远红外加热管(1)设在所述反光槽(2)内,所述透光保护装置(3)设在所述反光槽(2)的开口侧,所述透光保护装置(3)的四周边缘与所述反光槽(2)之间设有散热间隙(6);所述远红外加热管(1)在所述反光槽(2)内的位置以及所述反光槽(2)的形状满足,所述远红外加热管(1)发出的远红外线经所述反光槽(2)反射后的远红外线发射区域的夹角α为90°到110°之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外加热装置,其特征在于,还包括端盖板(5),所述端盖板(5)设在所述反光槽(2)的两端,所述远红外加热管(1)的两端分别固定在所述反光槽(2)两端的端盖板(5)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外加热装置,其特征在于,所述远红外加热管(1)在所述反光槽(2)内的位置以及所述反光槽(2)的形状满足,所述远红外加热管(1)发出的远红外线经所述反光槽(2)反射后的远红外线发射区域的夹角α为100°。
  4. 根据权利要求1到3任一所述的一种远红外加热装置,其特征在于,所述远红外加热管(1)发出的远红外线波长在3μm以内。
  5. 根据权利要求1到3任一所述的一种远红外加热装置,其特征在于,所述透光保护装置(3)为玻璃板或防护网,所述透光保护装置(3)为玻璃板时,对所述远红外加热管(1)发出的远红外线的透过率为80%-90%。
  6. 根据权利要求1到3任一所述的一种远红外加热装置,其特征在于,所述反光槽(2)由镜面铝材料制成。
  7. 一种电烧烤炉,其特征在于,包括炉体(7),所述炉体(7)上设有贯通所述炉体(7)顶面和底面的漏空空间,所述漏空空间的顶部开口为烧烤区域(8),所述烧烤区域(8)的顶部和/或侧部设有至少1个加热装置,所述加热装置为权利要求1到6任一所述的远红外加热装置,所述远红外加热装置能够朝向所述烧烤区域(8)发出红外线,且所述远红外加热装置所发出的远红外线能够覆盖所述烧烤区域(8),当远红外加热装置数量大于1时,所述各远红外加热装置所发出的远红外线在所述烧烤区域(8)处交汇,所述炉体(7)底部与所述漏空空间对应的位置设有可拆卸的接油盘(9),所述炉体(7)的外壁上设有控制装置(12),所述远红外加 热装置与所述控制装置(12)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述远红外加热装置的反光槽上的各点到所述烧烤区域(8)的直线距离在15㎝以内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种电烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述远红外加热装置的数量为1个,为第一远红外加热装置(10),所述第一远红外加热装置(10)设在所述烧烤区域(8)的上方或下方的任意一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种电烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述远红外加热装置的数量为2个,分别为第一远红外加热装置(10)和第二远红外加热装置(11),所述第一远红外加热装置(10)设在所述烧烤区域(8)上方的一侧,所述第二远红外加热装置(11)设在所述漏空空间内与所述第一远红外加热装置(10)相对的一侧的侧壁上。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的一种电烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述远红外加热装置的数量为2个,分别为第一远红外加热装置(10)和第二远红外加热装置(11),所述第一远红外加热装置(10)和第二远红外加热装置(11)均设在所述烧烤区域(8)的下方,所述第一远红外加热装置(10)和第二远红外加热装置(11)分别设在所述漏空空间内相对的两侧壁上。
