Description

一种便于沙发面料扪皮的支撑组件框架 技术领域
本发明涉及沙发连接固定技术领域,尤其涉及一种便于沙发面料扪皮的支撑组件框架。
背景技术
家具行业一直以来都属于劳动密集型的传统行业,其生产过程中需要大量的人工劳力以及生产材料,且生产效率低下。现有的功能沙发的内部结构中,其构成主要承力部件的功能沙发铁架普遍使用座包框做为软包的支撑结构,该座包框大多以实木或者铁架为材料制作而成。
其中,木质座包框最为普遍,由于安装了木质座包框,沙发面料利用铆钉固定在木质座包框上,虽然安装牢固,但效率低、铆钉原材料和设备成本高和容错率低,若安装过程出错无法拆卸,容易损坏沙发面料。
而在铁质座包框中,扪皮工艺一般采用螺钉固定方式,装配麻烦,长时间使用后容易造成面料的破损及脱落,不利于产品的品质稳定性;并且,在目前的铁质座包框中,扪皮时仅将沙发面料与铁质座包框的两侧进行连接,扪皮不够紧密、美观,使用久后沙发面料容易松动。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷,本发明提供一种便于沙发面料扪皮的支撑组件框架,以解决当前用于支撑软包的支撑结构扪皮拆卸困难、扪皮成本高和容错率低、扪皮不够稳定、沙发面料容易损坏的问题。
本发明为解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种便于沙发面料扪皮的支撑组件框架,包括:两相对设置的支撑板, 所述支撑板包括用于铰接功能沙发铁架上的驱动连杆组的内侧板、用于连接沙发面料上的连接件的外侧板以及连接所述内侧板与外侧板且用于支撑软包的面板;两所述支撑板之间相间隔对应设置有前杆和后杆,所述前杆和后杆上分别设置有用于连接沙发面料上的连接件的第一竖板和第二竖板。
本发明所提供的支撑组件框架,通过支撑板中的面板和内侧板分别对应连接沙发的软包和功能沙发铁架的驱动连杆组3,以实现支撑板与软包和驱动连杆组的同时连接;且扪皮时,工作人员仅需要将沙发面料上的连接件分别卡扣连接在外侧板、第一竖板以及第二竖板的下边缘上,即可实现软包与支撑板、前杆以及后杆的组装,该扪皮过程简单便捷,易于操作,降低了沙发面料上的连接件的拆卸难度,且无需绕过面板,避免包裹在软包上的沙发面料与面板的磨损;且沙发面料的四边均可与支撑组件框架相连接,其连接更为稳固,包裹在软包上的沙发面料可以扪皮的更为紧密和美观。
进一步地,所述内侧板上设置有若干用于铰接功能沙发铁架上的驱动连杆组的铰接点。
进一步地,所述内侧板、外侧板和面板呈倒U形状,且所述内侧板、外侧板和面板一体弯折成型。
由此,便于支撑板的加工,并保持支撑板具有较大的支撑强度。
进一步地,所述前杆包括两相对设置的所述第一竖板和连接两所述第一竖板的第一横板。
进一步地,两所述第一竖板和第一横板呈倒U形状,且两所述第一竖板和第一横板一体弯折成型。
由此,便于前杆的加工,并保持前杆具有较大的支撑强度。
进一步地,所述后杆包括两相对设置的所述第二竖板和连接两所述第二竖板的第二横板。
进一步地,两所述第二竖板和第二横板呈倒U形状,且两所述第二竖板和第二横板一体弯折成型。
由此,便于后杆的加工,并保持后杆具有较大的支撑强度。
进一步地,所述前杆和后杆上分别设置有若干用于可拆卸连接蛇形弹簧的固定机构。
由此,通过固定机构实现蛇形弹簧与前杆和后杆的可拆卸连接,便于蛇形弹簧的组装。
进一步地,所述固定机构包括相连接的固定端和挂钩端,在所述前杆外侧的第一竖板和所述后杆外侧的第二竖板上分别设有若干可供所述固定端插入固定的孔洞,所述固定机构的固定端插入所述前杆或后杆的孔洞中固定,所述挂钩端设置在所述前杆或后杆的上表面并与所述蛇形弹簧连接。
由此,固定端插设于前杆和后杆的孔洞中从而完成固定机构的固定,便于固定机构的组装和拆卸。
进一步地,所述固定机构为挂钩,所述挂钩由所述前杆上的第一横板或者所述后杆上的第二横板一体冲压成型。
由此,一体冲压成型的挂钩,与现有技术中的焊接或者通过其他形式连接在前杆和后杆上的挂钩相比,强度更高,其在蛇形弹簧拉力下更不易损坏,从而提高了沙发铁架的使用寿命,减少了焊接挂钩的步骤,简化了装配工艺。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果如下:
1)通过支撑板中的面板和内侧板分别对应连接沙发的软包和功能沙发铁架的驱动连杆组3,以实现支撑板与软包和驱动连杆组的同时连接;
2)且扪皮时,工作人员仅需要将沙发面料上的连接件分别卡扣连接在外侧板、第一竖板以及第二竖板的下边缘上,即可实现软包与支撑板、前杆以及后杆的组装,该扪皮过程简单便捷,易于操作,降低了沙发面料上的连接件的拆卸难度,且无需绕过面板,避免包裹在软包上的沙发面料与 面板的磨损,且沙发面料的四边均可与支撑组件框架相连接,其连接更为稳固,包裹在软包上的沙发面料可以扪皮的更为紧密和美观;
3)两支撑板、前杆以及后杆均为一体弯折成型的倒U形状,其支撑强度更高且便于加工,进而提高支撑组件的整体支撑强度,且在支撑组件的整体支撑强度满足了使用要求的前提下,可减少支撑板、前杆以及后杆的厚度以及重量,从而减少沙发铁架的整体重量、材料成本;
4)由前杆和后杆上冲压成型的挂钩,与现有技术中的焊接或者通过其他形式连接在前杆和后杆上的挂钩相比,强度更高,其在蛇形弹簧拉力下更不易损坏,从而提高了沙发铁架的使用寿命,减少了焊接挂钩的步骤,简化了装配工艺。

实施例1
参阅图1至图3,本发明提供了一种支撑板2,应用于功能沙发铁架,所述支撑板2用于与功能沙发的软包和功能沙发铁架的驱动连杆组3同时连接,并与沙发面料上的连接件相卡扣连接以完成沙发面料的扪皮工艺,实现软包的组装。
在本实施列中,所述支撑板2包括内侧板21、外侧板22和面板23,其中,所述内侧板21和外侧板22均设置于所述面板23的下表面,且所述外侧板22与所述内侧板21相对设置。
在本实施例中,所述内侧板21可用于与功能沙发铁架的驱动连杆组3铰接,具体的,所述内侧板21上设置有若干用于铰接功能沙发铁架上的驱动连杆组3的铰接点26。在另一较佳实施例中,所述内侧板21还可用于与功能沙发铁架的靠背组件9和腿部伸缩组件8相铰接。
在本实施例中,所述外侧板22作为配合件,用于与沙发面料上的连接 件配合工作从而实现软包的安装。具体的,沙发面料上的连接件可卡扣在所述外侧板22的下边缘上,以实现外侧板22与沙发面料的固定连接,进而实现软包的组装;且所述外侧板22与所述内侧板21相对设置于所述面板23的下表面,当所述支撑板2组装至功能沙发铁架上时,所述内侧板21位于所述面板23的内侧,所述外侧板22位于所述面板23的外侧,扪皮时,工作人员仅需要将沙发面料上的连接件卡扣连接在所述外侧板22的下边缘,该扪皮过程简单便捷,易于操作,降低了连接件的拆卸难度,且无需绕过面板23,避免包裹在软包上的沙发面料与面板23的磨损。
在本实施例中,所述面板23用于支撑软包,所述面板23呈长条板状,且所述面板23的宽度大于5厘米,以便于所述面板23可以更好的支撑于软包的侧边,增加软包的支撑面积,提高舒适度,延长软包的使用寿命。
由此,在本实施例中,通过所述支撑板2中延展方向不同的内侧板21和面板23,可实现对于功能沙发的软包和功能沙发铁架的驱动连杆组3的同时连接;通过所述支撑板2中的外侧板22,可实现对于沙发面料上的连接件的固定连接。
较佳的,为了实现软包的连接件能与所述配合件完成可拆卸动作,故当采用本实施例的支撑板2时,需在沙发面料对应的位置上缝制卡条以作为所述连接件,进行安装时,所述卡条卡住外侧板22下边缘以实现外侧板22与沙发面料的固定连接。
在本实施例中,所述面板23连接于所述内侧板21和外侧板22的顶部,以使得所述内侧板21、外侧板22和面板23大致构成倒U形状。较佳的,所述内侧板21与面板23呈L形垂直连接,所述外侧板22与面板23呈L形垂直连接。
在现有技术中,为了支撑上方的软包,对于用于支撑软包的支撑板2的承重能力需求较高,一般采用方形钢材,为保证承重效果,需要采用较为大型的方形钢材作为框架连接件,导致原材料用量大,成本高。本实施 例中,所述内侧板21、外侧板22和面板23大致构成倒U形状,利用其U形状的承载截面以提供更好的承重强度,避免所述支撑板2在长期使用过程中受力变形,且在同等横载面面积的情况下,U形状横截面的承重强度比L形状横截面的承重强度更好,从而节省原材料,降低生产成本,减少功能沙发铁架的重量。
较佳的,在本实施例中,两所述支撑板2均由金属材质制成。诚然,在另一较佳实施例中,两所述支撑板2还可由工程塑料注塑制成,或者由金属与工程塑料结合制成。
较佳的,所述内侧板21、外侧板22以及面板23为一体弯折成型结构。为了便于加工以及保持所述支撑板2具有较大的支撑强度,所述内侧板21、外侧板22以及面板23为同一面钢板折弯形成。
需要指出的是,所述内侧板21、外侧板22以及面板23不限于一体折弯成型,还可以通过焊接的方法将所述内侧板21、外侧板22以及面板23相固定连接。
参阅图2和图3,在本实施例中,所述支撑板2的一端设置有用于连接功能沙发铁架上的后杆5的L形承重件25,所述L形承重件25包括用于与所述内侧板21贴合连接的竖直座251以及基于所述竖直座251外翻延伸的托板252。
较佳的,所述托板252与所述竖直座251呈L形垂直连接。
在本实施例中,所述L形承重件25用于承载后杆5,两所述支撑板2的另一端用于连接前杆4,从而通过前杆4、后杆5和两个支撑板2构成的方形框架实现对于软包和功能沙发铁架中驱动连杆组的连接固定。
较佳的,所述托板252与所述面板23的上表面相齐平,由此,所述托板252结合所述面板23以增加用于承托软包的支撑面积,提高舒适度,延长软包的使用寿命;并且,在所述L形承重件25通过所述竖直座251与所述内侧板21连接时,所述托板252和面板23分别设于所述内侧板21和所 述竖直座251连接位置的两侧。
安装时,所述L形承重件25的托板252与面板23分别设于安装后贴合的内侧板21和竖直座251的两端,相当于对称设置。
需要说明的是,在沙发中,基于人体的倚靠和椅躺的习惯,后方的受力要大于前端的受力,为了增加承重,提高受力,通过L形承重件25和后杆5构成的承重结构以承载上方软包在人体椅躺倚靠时的所产生的重力,增加软包的支撑面积,提高舒适度,延长软包的使用寿命,保证安装牢固及增强承重效果。
实施例2:
参考图4,本实施例的支撑板2与实施例1的结构差异之处在于所述支撑板2不包括所述外侧板22,现具体说明如下:
本实施例的支撑板2包括用于支撑软包的面板23和垂直固定所述面板23下表面的内侧板21,在内侧板21上设有多个用于卡接沙发面料上的连接件的卡扣孔24,所述内侧板21和卡扣孔24构成本实施例的所述配合件,用于与沙发面料上的连接件配合工作从而实现软包的安装。在实际制造过程中,所述卡扣孔24采用方形孔洞,多个方形孔洞等间隔分布在内侧板21上。
具体的,所述内侧板21和面板23大致构成倒L形状,所述内侧板21位于所述面板23下表面的内侧;与实施例1同理,所述面板23呈长条板状,且所述面板23的宽度大于5厘米,以便于所述面板23可以更好的支撑于软包的侧边,增加软包的支撑面积,提高舒适度,延长软包的使用寿命。
由此,在本实施例中,通过所述支撑板2中延展方向不同的内侧板21和面板23,可实现对于功能沙发的软包和功能沙发铁架的驱动连杆组3的同时连接。
较佳的,为了实现沙发面料的连接件能与所述配合件完成可拆卸动作, 故当采用本实施例的支撑板2时,需在沙发面料对应的位置上缝制卡扣以作为所述连接件,进行安装时,所述卡扣绕到支撑板2下方,插入内侧板21上的卡扣孔24,实现卡紧,完成支撑板2与沙发面料的连接。
在本实施例中,所述内侧板21与面板23为一体弯折成型结构。为了便于加工以及保持所述支撑板2具有较大的支撑强度,所述内侧板21与面板23为同一面钢板折弯形成。
需要指出的是,所述内侧板21与面板23不限于一体折弯成型,还可以通过焊接的方法将所述内侧板21、外侧板22以及面板23相固定连接。
在本实施例中,所述内侧板21同样具有铰接所述驱动连杆组3的功能,具体连接关系如实施例1所述,由此,采用所述内侧板21连接所述驱动连杆组3与沙发面料上的卡扣,从而节省所述支撑板2的用料,减少成本和重量。
在本实施例中,所述支撑板2上同样设置有L形承重件25,所述L形承重件25的特征如实施例1所述,本实施例不再具体描述。
实施例3
参考图5和图6,本实施例提供一种支撑组件框架,应用于功能沙发铁架,所述支撑组件框架包括两相对设置的如实施例1或实施例2所述的支撑板2、前杆4和后杆5,所述前杆4和后杆5相间隔对应设置于两所述支撑板2之间。
较佳的,在本实施例中,所述前杆4和后杆5均由金属材质制成。诚然,在另一较佳实施例中,所述前杆4和后杆5还可由工程塑料注塑制成,或者由金属与工程塑料结合制成。
在本实施例中,所述前杆4的两端分别通过螺栓与两所述支撑板2连接,所述后杆5与所述L形承重件25连接。
在本实施例中,通过所述支撑板2的内侧板21上的铰接点26与功能沙发铁架的驱动连杆组3的铰接配合关系,所述支撑组件框架可结合至功 能沙发铁架上,与现有技术中可拆卸组装在功能沙发铁架上且用于支撑软包的支撑结构不同,简化了现有功能沙发铁架的结构,提高了装配效率和生产效率,节省了用料,降低了成本。
其中,两相对设置的支撑板2中,在安装时,L形承重件25的托板252与面板23分别设于安装后贴合的内侧板21和竖直座251的两端,相当于对称设置。两组托板252位于内侧,而面板23位于外侧且支撑于软包下端的两边,而后杆5的长度方向的两端分别设置在两个对称设置的托板252上。
如图8所示,在本实施例中,所述前杆4和后杆5采用倒U形状的槽铁结构,其中,所述前杆4包括两相对设置的第一竖板41和连接两所述第一竖板41的第一横板42,两所述第一竖板41分别位于所述第一横板42下表面的内外两侧;所述后杆5包括两相对设置的第二竖板51和连接两所述第二竖板51的第二横板52,两所述第二竖板51分别位于所述第二横板52下表面的内外两侧。
较佳的,两所述第一竖板41和第一横板42一体弯折成型,两所述第二竖板51和第二横板52一体弯折成型。
当需要利用所述前杆4和后杆5固定软包时,可将沙发面料上的连接件卡扣在所述前杆4外侧的第一竖板41以及所述后杆5外侧的第二竖板51的下边缘实现前杆4、后杆5与软包的组装。结合两所述支撑板2与软包的组装作用,使得软包与所述支撑组件框架的连接更为稳固,包裹在软包上的沙发面料可以扪皮的更为紧密和美观。
参阅图7,本实施例还提供一种支撑组件,应用于沙发功能铁架,所述支撑组件包括所述支撑组件框架、多个承托弹性件和用于将所述承托弹性件可拆卸固定在所述支撑组件框架上的固定机构7。
所述承托弹性件通过固定机构7可拆卸固定在所述前杆4和后杆5上。
在本实施例中,所述承托弹性件为蛇形弹簧6,采用所述蛇形弹簧6作 为承托弹性件以对软包起到弹性承托的作用。诚然,在其他较佳实施例中,所述承托弹性件还可为橡筋带或者弹簧与橡筋带的结合,以达到对沙发的软包起到弹性承托的作用即可。
如图8所示,以所述前杆4为例具体展示所述固定机构7与所述前杆4的连接关系,本实施例的固定机构7由固定端73和挂钩端72垂直连接构成,在前杆4和后杆5外侧壁上设有若干可供固定端73插入固定的孔洞43,该固定机构7的固定端161插入前杆4或后杆5的孔洞43中固定,其挂钩端72设置在前杆4或后杆5的上表面与所述蛇形弹簧6连接,如图7所示,本实施例的多个所述蛇形弹簧6构成弹簧面,该弹簧面为向上凸起的弧形面,采用这种结构的弹簧面以提高用户的使用舒适度。
具体的,所述孔洞43位于所述前杆4外侧的第一竖板41以及所述后杆外侧的第二竖板51上。
较佳的,如图8所示,所述固定端73为Z字形结构,其Z字形结构的一端卡扣入所述孔洞43内,其Z字形结构的另一端与所述挂钩端72相连接,使用时,所述蛇形弹簧6的拉边通过该Z字形结构可将所述固定机构7固定在所述前杆4或后杆5上,从而不用打螺钉固定所述固定机构7,减少成本,提高所述固定机构7的装配效率。
实施例4:
参阅图9至图14,本实施例的支撑组件与实施例3的结构差异之处在于采用的固定机构7结构不同,现具体说明如下:
所述前杆4和后杆5上分别设置有若干挂钩71,所述前杆4和后杆5上的挂钩71相对应布置且其数量与所述蛇形弹簧6的数量相对应,所述蛇形弹簧6的两端分别对应连接在两所述挂钩71上。在本实施例中,所述挂钩71作为所述固定机构7,从而完成所述蛇形弹簧6与所述前杆4和后杆5之间的可拆卸连接。
参考图11和图12,具体的,所述挂钩71大致呈C型状,且所述前杆 4上的若干所述挂钩71沿所述前杆4的长度方向均匀布置设置于所述第二横板52上,较佳的,该所述挂钩71由所述第二横板52冲压一体成型形成。
参考图13和图14,所述后杆5上的若干所述挂钩71沿所述后杆5的长度方向均匀布置设置于所述第二横板52上,较佳的,该所述挂钩71由所述第二横板52冲压一体成型形成。

参考图12和图14,在本实施例中,所述挂钩71上设置有用于限制所述蛇形弹簧6脱离的凸起711,当所述蛇形弹簧6勾挂于两相对应的所述挂钩71上时,两所述挂钩71上的凸起711可防止所述蛇形弹簧6在使用过程中脱离挂钩71,且在勾挂装配所述蛇形弹簧6时,不需要再折弯所述蛇形弹簧6的端部以加固与挂钩的连接,从而减少所述蛇形弹簧6的装配步骤,提高生产效率。
具体的,所述凸起711设置于所述挂钩71的C型状钩腔的内壁上方。
实施例5:
参阅图15至图17,本实施例提供一种功能沙发铁架,应用于沙发,所述功能沙发铁架包括如实施例3或实施例4所述的支撑组件、基座1、两套相对设置的驱动连杆组3、两个对称设置的靠背组件9和两个对称设置的腿部伸缩组件8,两所述驱动连杆组3的上端分别铰接于两所述内侧板21,两所述驱动连杆组3的下端均铰接于所述基座1,从而将所述支撑组件连接至所述基座1上。
在本实施例中,所述靠背组件9连接所述基座1与内侧板21,所述腿部伸缩组件8连接于所述内侧板21上。
具体的,所述腿部伸缩组件8包括主脚凳连杆81以及腿部连杆组82, 所述主脚凳连杆81通过所述腿部连杆组82铰接至所述内侧板21;此外,所述腿部伸缩组件8还包括副脚凳连杆83以及副脚凳驱动连杆84,其中,所述副脚凳连杆83连接于所述主脚凳连杆81上,所述副脚凳驱动连杆84连接在所述腿部连杆组82和副脚凳连杆83之间。
具体的,所述靠背组件9包括靠背支架91、靠背支承支架92以及靠背连杆组93,所述靠背支架91经由所述靠背支承支架92和靠背连杆组93连接至所述内侧板21和基座1上。
在现有技术中,所述功能沙发铁架的座包框由所述支撑板2作为支撑,即将座包框固定连接在两所述支撑板2上以实现所述座包框的固定,然后再在座包框上安装所述承托弹性件以及软包。
但在本发明中,用于支撑软包的所述支撑组件主要由两所述支撑板2、前杆4、后杆5以及承托弹性件构成,且两所述支撑板2分别通过铰接驱动连杆组3从而连接至基座1上,从而实现直接将该支撑组件结合至所述功能沙发铁架上,摒弃了引入额外的座包框来支撑软包的结构,简化了沙发铁架的生产工艺,提高了装配效率和生产效率,节省了用料,降低了成本;由金属材质制成的所述前杆4和后杆5,连接强度高,便于实现标准化、自动化生产,从而使得整个沙发铁架结构可在同一车间中进行生产,降低内部生产的物流成本,进一步提高生产效率。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便于沙发面料扪皮的支撑组件框架,其特征在于,包括:
    两相对设置的支撑板(2),所述支撑板(2)包括用于铰接功能沙发铁架上的驱动连杆组的内侧板(21)、用于连接沙发面料上的连接件的外侧板(22)以及连接所述内侧板(21)与外侧板(22)且用于支撑软包的面板(23);
    两所述支撑板(2)之间相间隔对应设置有前杆(4)和后杆(5),所述前杆(4)和后杆(4)上分别设置有用于连接沙发面料上的连接件的第一竖板(41)和第二竖板(51)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑组件框架,其特征在于:所述内侧板(21)上设置有若干用于铰接功能沙发铁架上的驱动连杆组的铰接点(26)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑组件框架,其特征在于:所述内侧板(21)、外侧板(22)和面板(23)呈倒U形状,且所述内侧板(21)、外侧板(22)和面板(23)一体弯折成型。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑组件框架,其特征在于:所述前杆(4)包括两相对设置的所述第一竖板(41)和连接两所述第一竖板(41)的第一横板(42)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的支撑组件框架,其特征在于:两所述第一竖板(41)和第一横板(42)呈倒U形状,且两所述第一竖板(41)和第一横板(42)一体弯折成型。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的支撑组件框架,其特征在于:所述后杆(5)包括两相对设置的所述第二竖板(51)和连接两所述第二竖板(51)的第二横板(52)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的支撑组件框架,其特征在于:两所述第二竖板(51)和第二横板(52)呈倒U形状,且两所述第二竖板(51)和第二横板(52)一体弯折成型。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的支撑组件框架,其特征在于:所述前杆(4)和后杆(4)上分别设置有若干用于可拆卸连接蛇形弹簧(6)的固定机构(7)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的支撑组件框架,其特征在于:所述固定机构(7)包括相连接的固定端(73)和挂钩端(72),在所述前杆(4)外侧的第一竖板(41)和所述后杆(5)外侧的第二竖板(51)上分别设有若干可供所述固定端(73)插入固定的孔洞(6),所述固定机构(7)的固定端(73)插入所述前杆(4)或后杆(5)的孔洞(6)中固定,所述挂钩端(72)设置在所述前杆(4)或后杆(5)的上表面并与所述蛇形弹簧(6)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的支撑组件框架,其特征在于:所述固定机构(7)为挂钩(71),所述挂钩(71)由所述前杆(4)上的第一横板(42)或者所述后杆(5)上的第二横板(52)一体冲压成型。
