Description

车辆的可升降顶盖装置及车辆 技术领域

发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种车辆的可升降顶盖装置,该车辆的可升降顶盖装置中的顶盖组件可以打开和关闭,从而在打开的时候扩大车辆的后排空间,提高乘坐舒适性;在关闭位置的时候,可以降低车辆行驶过程中的风阻,提升车辆的操控性。

换言之,前顶盖上板3111、前顶盖下板3112和前顶盖加强板3113可以为钣金件, 同时,前顶盖上板3111、前顶盖下板3112和前顶盖加强板3113可以对前顶盖311起到稳定的支撑作用,并且,第二安装座52与第一安装座51的结构可以相同,第二安装座52同样通过安装螺母与安装螺栓的配合安装在前顶盖311上,第一安装座51与第二安装座52之间为转动连接,具体的,第一安装座51与第二安装座52可以通过转动连接的配合使顶盖组件31的前端绕前风挡组件2的后端转动,来控制顶盖组件31的开启和关闭。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图2、图3、图7和图8所示,车辆100还包括顶升组件6。顶升组件6设于车身1上且与后风挡组件312相连以在上下方向上驱动顶盖组件31枢转,具体的,顶盖组件31的后端部与后风挡组件312的前端部相连接,由此顶升组件6在对后风挡组件312起到顶升作用时,可以使顶盖组件31一同运动,以起到控制顶盖组件31开启和关闭状态的切换。
进一步的,如图3所示,本发明实施例中的车辆100内部安装有两组顶升组件6,且两组顶升组件6在车辆100后部沿左右方向间隔开分布。
具体的,顶盖组件31在打开位置的时候,其后端绕其前端向上升起,从而可以扩大车辆100的后排空间,提高乘坐舒适性。当顶盖组件31在关闭位置的时候,可以降低车辆100行驶过程中的风阻,并且便于提升车辆100的操控性。
可选的,顶升组件6可以包括底座61、滑动臂杆62以及驱动组件64。
可选地,如图7和图8所示,底座61与车身1相连,可选地,底座61与车身1的内部结构相连,换言之,在车辆100的外部无法看到底座61。
底座61沿上下方向延伸且其内部限定出滑动腔,底座61可以为筒状结构,滑动腔限定于底座61内。滑动臂杆62可上下滑动地设于滑动腔内,滑动臂杆62的顶部设有与其可枢转相连的连接座63,连接座63与后风挡组件312相连,具体地,连接座63与后风挡组件312的后部相连。其中,连接座63与滑动臂杆62的顶部可枢转,即连接座63与滑动臂杆62采用枢转连接的方式,由此在顶升组件6的顶升过程中,连接座63相对于滑动臂杆62可枢转,进而顶盖组件31相对于滑动臂杆62可枢转,有利于增大滑动臂杆62的运动行程,进一步增大顶盖组件31的开启角度。
当然本发明并不限于此,连接座63与后风挡组件312之间可以采用可枢转的连接方式,由此可以进一步提高零部件之间的连接灵活性,增大开启范围。
同时,驱动组件64用于驱动滑动臂杆62在底座61的内部滑动腔内实现上下滑动,由此可以提高车辆100的自动化程度,降低驾驶员的操作复杂程度,使车辆100实现更高的自动化。
具体的,驱动组件64可以包括电机641、丝杠643和丝杠螺母642,电机641设于底座61的下端部,丝杠螺母642与滑动臂杆62的下端固定连接,丝杠643的下端部与电机641的输出轴端部连接,其中滑动臂杆62的内部可以为中空的,由此,丝杠643的至少一部分可以设于滑动臂杆62的内部腔体中,该滑动臂杆62的内部腔体可以对丝杠643起到一定的保护作用。换言之,丝杠螺母642的螺孔与滑动臂杆62的内部中空位置对应,由此,丝杠643与丝杠螺母642配合并且丝杠643可以延伸至滑动臂杆62的内部腔体内。
具体的,当电机641转动,电机641的输出轴可以带动丝杠643转动,丝杠643通过与丝杠螺母642的配合使丝杠螺母642沿着丝杠643运动,并且丝杠螺母642与滑动臂杆62为固定连接,由此,丝杠螺母642可以带动滑动臂杆62沿底座61的滑动腔做上下的运动,由此,通过滑动臂杆62与连接座63的配合实现对顶盖组件31的枢转运动。
进一步的,通过图3、图5和图7可知,通过驱动组件64的电机641、丝杠643以及丝杠螺母642的配合,可以实现滑动臂杆62在底座61内部的滑动腔内的上下直线运动,由此可以通过驱动组件64实现顶升组件6的自动化运行,减少驾驶员的手动操作步骤,极大的提高了车辆100整体的自动化程度。
同时,顶升组件6与顶盖组件31配合可以实现对顶盖组件31的开启和关闭的转换,顶盖组件31开启时,可以增加第二排乘客的头部空间,而顶盖组件31关闭时,可以降低车辆100的整体风阻,并且提升车辆100外观的美观性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图5显示为车辆100的后风挡组件312,可选的,后风挡组件312可以包括后风挡玻璃3121和后顶盖3122,其中,后顶盖3122设于后风挡玻璃3121下方,后顶盖3122可以对后风挡玻璃3121起到稳定的支撑作用,可选的,后风挡玻璃3121可以为无色透明玻璃,后风挡玻璃3121也可以为其他各种颜色的玻璃,并且,后风挡玻璃3121上可以设有任意的贴膜以起到降低光照强度的作用,防止光照强度过大对车内的结构造成损坏。
可选的,后顶盖3122可以包括后顶盖上板31221和后顶盖下板31222,后顶盖上板31221和后顶盖下板31222均可以为钣金件,则后顶盖上板31221和后顶盖下板31222可以对后顶盖3122起到稳定的支撑作用,同时后顶盖上板31221和后顶盖下板31222为钣金件可以提高后顶盖上板31221和后顶盖下板31222的强度,增加后顶盖上板31221和后顶盖下板31222的使用年限和时用寿命。
具体的,如图5所示,后顶盖上板31221安装于后风挡玻璃3121的下方,后顶盖上 板31221与后风挡玻璃3121之间采用固定连接,后顶盖上板31221与后风挡玻璃3121均为圆弧面,同时,后顶盖上板31221与后风挡玻璃3121的弧度相同,有利于后顶盖上板31221和后风挡玻璃3121之间的安装。
进一步的,如图5所示,后顶盖下板31222设于后顶盖上板31221下方,后顶盖下板31222与后顶盖上板31221之间可以采用固定连接,后顶盖下板31222与后顶盖上板31221之间形成内部中空的腔体,后顶盖上板31221和后顶盖下板31222可以同时对后风挡玻璃3121起到稳定的支撑作用。
进一步的,如图5所示,连接座63与后顶盖下板31222相连,由此顶升组件6可以通过连接座63实现对后风挡组件312的顶升作用。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图5所示,车身1还包括流水槽钣金件11。流水槽钣金件11形成有上部敞开的流水槽111,顶升组件6穿过流水槽钣金件11后与后顶盖3122相连。具体的,流水槽钣金件11的横截面为一开口向上的凹形面,流水槽钣金件11主要用于承接进入车辆100内部的水及灰尘,有利于车辆100内部的清洁。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图6-图7所示,车辆100还包括防水布帘8。防水布帘8设于车身1和顶盖组件31之间,以在顶盖组件31处于打开位置时遮挡车身1和顶盖组件31之间的间隙。
具体的,顶盖组件31上设有防水布帘内侧夹紧机构81,车身1的内侧面的对应位置设有防水布帘外侧夹紧机构82,防水布帘内侧夹紧机构81与防水布帘外侧夹紧机构82相配合可以实现对防水布帘8的固定。
进一步的,如图5所示,顶盖组件31在处于开启状态时,可以将防水布帘8撑开,起到防水的作用,防止外部的水在顶盖组件31处于开启状态时,通过顶盖组件31和车身1之间的缝隙进入车辆100内部。
进一步的,如图5所示,防水布帘8的中部设有防水布帘中间夹紧机构83,可以在防水布帘8撑开时对其起到固定作用,使防水布帘8在撑开时保持平整并具有一定的弹力,可以有效防止外部水分进入车体内部,保持车体内部的整洁性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图5-图6所示,车辆100还包括密封件9,密封件9设于车身1和顶盖组件31之间,可以在顶盖组件31处于关闭位置时密封车身1和顶盖组件31之间的间隙,防止水或灰尘进入车辆100内部,保持车辆100内部的整洁性和美观性。可选的,如图5-图6所示,密封件9可以包括第一密封件91,其中,第一密封件91设于前横梁上板41上且用于密封前风挡组件2和顶盖组件31之间的间隙,第一密封件91为密封胶条,由此,可以有效防止顶盖组件31在与前横梁组件4做枢转运动 时,水或者灰尘进入车辆100内部,保持车辆100内部的整洁性。
进一步可选地,密封件9可以还包括第二密封件92,前横梁上板41的后端设有向上延伸的延伸部,延伸部邻近前顶盖下板3112设置,第二密封件92用于密封延伸部和前顶盖下板3112之间的间隙,第二密封件92为密封胶条,可以将第一安装座51与第二安装座52所处的空间密封,防止灰尘或杂质进入,影响第一安装座51与第二安装座52的运动。
第三密封件93,流水槽111的内端设有向上延伸的延伸部,延伸部邻近后顶盖下板31222设置,第三密封件93用于密封延伸部和后顶盖下板31222之间的间隙,第三密封件93为密封胶条,处于流水槽111与后顶盖下板31222的接触位置,防止流水槽111内的水通过此位置进入车辆100内部。
下面描述根据本发明第二方面实施例的车辆100。
根据本发明实施例的车辆100,包括根据上述第一方面实施例的可升降顶盖装置3。由于根据本发明实施例的可升降顶盖装置3具有上述有益效果,因此通过设置该可升降顶盖装置3,可以使根据本发明实施例的车辆100具有相应的有益效果,即根据本发明实施例的车辆100,由于本发明实施例的车辆的可升降顶盖装置3中的顶盖组件31具有打开位置和关闭位置,且顶盖组件31在打开位置的时候,其后端绕其前端向上升起,从而可以扩大车辆100的后排空间,提高乘坐舒适性。当顶盖组件31在关闭位置的时候,可以降低车辆100行驶过程中的风阻,并且便于提升车辆100的操控性。
根据本发明实施例的车辆的可升降顶盖装置3的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,例如本申请中,车辆的底盘、侧围钣金件均可以是现有技术,这里不再详细描述。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一些实施例”、“可选地”、“进一步地”或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种车辆的可升降顶盖装置,其特征在于,所述车辆包括车身和前风挡组件,所述前风挡组件设于所述车身的顶部前侧,所述可升降顶盖装置包括:
    顶盖组件,所述顶盖组件可枢转地设于所述车身的顶部且位于所述前风挡组件后侧,当所述顶盖组件处于关闭位置时,所述前风挡组件和所述顶盖组件共同封闭所述车身的顶部,当所述顶盖组件由所述关闭位置枢转且处于打开位置时,所述顶盖组件的后端绕其前端向上升起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆的可升降顶盖装置,其特征在于,所述顶盖组件包括:前顶盖和后风挡组件,所述前顶盖的前端与所述前风挡组件的后端相连,所述后风挡组件连接至所述前顶盖的后端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车辆的可升降顶盖装置,其特征在于,所述车辆还包括行李箱盖板,当所述顶盖组件处于关闭位置时,所述前顶盖、所述后风挡组件和所述行李箱盖板位于同一弧面上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的车辆的可升降顶盖装置,其特征在于,所述车辆还包括:
    前横梁组件,所述前横梁组件沿左右方向延伸且设于所述车身上;
    枢转连接件,所述枢转连接件包括彼此可枢转相连的第一安装座和第二安装座,所述第一安装座固定在所述前横梁组件上,所述第二安装座固定在所述前顶盖上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车辆的可升降顶盖装置,其特征在于,所述前横梁组件包括:
    前横梁上板,所述前横梁上板具有第一平台部;
    前横梁加强板,所述前横梁加强板设于所述前横梁上板下方,所述前横梁加强板具有第二平台部,所述第二平台部的至少一部分与所述第一平台部接触,所述第一安装座设于所述第一平台部和所述第二平台部上;
    前横梁下板,所述前横梁下板设于所述前横梁加强板下方。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车辆的可升降顶盖装置,其特征在于,所述前顶盖包括:
    前顶盖上板;
    前顶盖下板,所述前顶盖下板设于所述前顶盖上板下方,所述前顶盖下板具有第三平台部;
    前顶盖加强板,所述前顶盖加强板设于所述前顶盖上板和前顶盖下板之间,所述前 顶盖加强板具有第四平台部,所述第四平台部与所述第三平台部的至少一部分接触,所述第二安装座设于所述第三平台部和所述第四平台部上。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的车辆的可升降顶盖装置,其特征在于,还包括顶升组件,所述顶升组件设于所述车身上且与所述后风挡组件相连以在上下方向上驱动所述顶盖组件枢转,所述顶升组件包括:
    底座,所述底座与所述车身相连,所述底座沿上下方向延伸且其内部限定出滑动腔;
    滑动臂杆,所述滑动臂杆可上下滑动地设于所述滑动腔内,所述滑动臂杆的顶部设有与其可枢转相连的连接座,所述连接座与所述后风挡组件相连;
    驱动组件,所述驱动组件用于驱动组件驱动所述滑动臂杆上下滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车辆的可升降顶盖装置,其特征在于,所述后风挡组件包括:后风挡玻璃和后顶盖,所述后顶盖设于所述后风挡玻璃下方,所述后顶盖包括:
    后顶盖上板;
    后顶盖下板,所述后顶盖下板设于所述后顶盖上板下方,所述连接座与所述后顶盖下板相连。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车辆的可升降顶盖装置,其特征在于,所述车身还包括:流水槽钣金件,所述流水槽钣金件形成有上部敞开的流水槽,所述顶升组件穿过所述流水槽钣金件后与所述后顶盖相连。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆的可升降顶盖装置,其特征在于,所述车辆还包括:
    防水布帘,所述防水布帘设于所述车身和所述顶盖组件之间,以在所述顶盖组件处于打开位置时遮挡所述车身和所述顶盖组件之间的间隙。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆的可升降顶盖装置,其特征在于,所述车辆还包括:
    密封件,所述密封件设于所述车身和所述顶盖组件之间,以在所述顶盖组件处于关闭位置时密封所述车身和所述顶盖组件之间的间隙。
  12. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1~11中任一项所述的车辆的可升降顶盖装置。
