Abstract
본 발명은 파이버의 직경을 기준으로 그 표면, 및 상기 표면으로부터 1~50%의 깊이까지는 낙엽 적층형 다공성 구조를 가지며, 상기 깊이로부터 중심까지는 비다공성 구조를 가지는 각각의 파이버들이 격자 형태로 적층되어 이루어진 3D 프린팅을 이용한 다공성 고분자 인공 지지체와 이의 제조방법, 및 상기 낙엽적층구조를 가지는 3D 프린팅을 이용한 다공성 고분자 인공 지지체에 세포와 생리활성인자를 탑재시킨 3D 프린팅 다공성 인공지지체에 관한 것이다.
