在对拐角处的贴附面进行贴附木饰面时,现有的工艺大多将木饰面进行切割,然后进行贴附,最后进行封边,采用此工艺需要将木饰面进行切割,在连接处会有接缝,即使采用封边胶进行封边,但是破坏了木饰面的表面完整性,影响整体美观。

具体的,S2中的“V形槽”的底端距离木饰面的底面为0.7mm。

本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本实施方案中:首先对木饰面进行抛光打磨,然后对抛光打磨后的木饰面进行喷涂油漆作业,然后对喷漆作业完毕后的木饰面进行保护层涂覆作业,先对木饰面进行处理,便于后续的加工,首先确定木饰面需要进行折弯处的折弯线,根据需要对木饰面折弯的角度,以折弯处的折弯线为中线开设“V形槽”,且“V形槽”的底端距离木饰面的底面为0.5-0.7mm,并未将木饰面切断,在进行折弯时,可沿“V形槽”进行转动折弯,不会造成板材断裂,实现折弯的同时,保证板材的完整性,使得折弯后的木饰面表面较为美观,向折弯处的“V形槽”内涂覆粘接胶,在使用贴合机对粘接胶进行贴合,将木饰面沿“V形槽”进行转动折弯,并使得“V形槽”的两侧壁贴合,将折弯后的木饰面进行粘接,使其稳固成型,然后对折弯后的木饰面进行保压,使得粘接胶凝固,保证折弯后的木饰面不会发生回弹,在保压结束后,对贴合后的“V形槽”使用封边胶进行封边处理,对“V形槽”进行密封,木饰面与装配体上插槽相对应的一侧开设有若干个倒角, 若干个倒角为等距间隔布置且相互平行,倒角的斜面方向与木饰面插接的方向相同,在进行装配时,以倒角的斜面方向向前推动,使得木饰面上的倒角与装配体上的插槽插接,在若干个倒角的作用下,木饰面上的倒角插入插槽较为容易,将木饰面与插槽脱离时较为费力,从增加木饰面的安装稳定性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一次性成型木饰面折弯工艺,包括以下步骤:
    S1:首先对木饰面进行抛光打磨,然后对抛光打磨后的木饰面进行喷涂油漆作业,然后对喷漆作业完毕后的木饰面进行保护层涂覆作业;
    S2:首先确定木饰面需要进行折弯处的折弯线,根据需要对木饰面折弯的角度,以折弯处的折弯线为中线开设“V形槽”;
    S3:向折弯处的“V形槽”内涂覆粘接胶,在使用贴合机对粘接胶进行贴合;
    S4:将木饰面沿“V形槽”进行转动折弯,并使得“V形槽”的两侧壁贴合,然后对折弯后的木饰面进行保压;
    S5:在保压结束后,对贴合后的“V形槽”使用封边胶进行封边处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性成型木饰面折弯工艺,其特征在于:木饰面与装配体上插槽相对应的一侧开设有若干个倒角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一次性成型木饰面折弯工艺,其特征在于:若干个倒角为等距间隔布置且相互平行。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一次性成型木饰面折弯工艺,其特征在于:所述倒角的斜面方向与木饰面插接的方向相同。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性成型木饰面折弯工艺,其特征在于:S2中的“V形槽”的角度与需要折弯的角度相同。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性成型木饰面折弯工艺,其特征在于:S2中的“V形槽”的底端距离木饰面的底面为0.5-0.7mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性成型木饰面折弯工艺,其特征在于:S3中的粘接胶为拼板胶,且施胶量为150g-250g/㎡。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性成型木饰面折弯工艺,其特征在于:S4中的保压时间为2-5min。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性成型木饰面折弯工艺,其特征在于:S5 中的封边胶为玻璃胶。
