授权公告号为CN206695169U的中国实用新型专利公开了一种方便装配的点火器,其硬质通气导电件、连接座、枪管等采用插接式装配,并采用导电弹簧使压电电子和枪管导电连接,极大地提高了装配效率。
上述专利公开的方案中,导电弹簧需要插入按键的锥形孔中,并使按键的限位凸柱卡入导电弹簧中以防止导电弹簧脱出。然而,在导电弹簧插入锥形孔的过程中,限位凸柱卡入导电弹簧较为困难。同时,按键一体成型形成侧面的锥形孔,增加了按键的加工难度。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有采用导电弹簧连接压电组件的点火器的导电弹簧安装较为困难的不足,提供一种点火器,导电弹簧安装容易。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种点火器,所述点火器包括:
具有燃气室的壳体;
设于壳体中的压电组件;
设于压电组件上方的按键,所述按键具有开口槽,所述开口槽中具有凸筋;
安装于按键中的导电弹簧,所述导电弹簧嵌入开口槽中,所述导电弹簧具有密圈部和疏圈部,所述凸筋卡入疏圈部中,所述导电弹簧与压电组件一极导电连接。
本实用新型的点火器,采用导电弹簧连接压电组件,代替采用软质导线连接压电组件和导电枪管,装配更加容易;按键具有供导电弹簧嵌入的开口槽,导电弹簧安装容易;按键的凸筋卡入导电弹簧的疏圈部,有效防止导电弹簧产生轴向位移。点火器可以是有枪管的点火枪,也可以是没有枪管的打火机,即有无枪管均可。
作为改进,所述密圈部两端均具有疏圈部,从而导电弹簧无需区分方向均可安装。
作为改进,所述开口槽包括大径段和小径段,所述大径段宽度大于导电弹簧直径,所述小径段宽度小于导电弹簧直径。小径段宽度小于导电弹簧直径,导电弹簧与开口槽小径段紧配,防止导电弹簧掉出。

作为改进,所述凸筋与导电弹簧螺旋方向相同。

本实用新型的点火器的有益效果有:采用导电弹簧连接压电组件一极,代替采用软质导线连接压电组件,装配更加容易;按键具有供导电弹簧嵌入的开口槽,相比导电弹簧插入锥形孔的方式,导电弹簧安装容易;导电弹簧具有疏圈部,按键的凸筋卡入导电弹簧更加容易,有效防止导电弹簧产生轴向位移。进一步地,按键的小径段与导电弹簧紧配,防止导电弹簧掉出,装配更容易。

在点火时,压电组件3一极通过导电弹簧2、导电枪管8连接至放电电极,另一极通过导电翘板、出气嘴5、硬质通气导电件6连接至引火簧7,引火簧7与放电电极间形成放电间隙。

    安装于按键(1)中的导电弹簧(2),所述导电弹簧(2)嵌入开口槽(11)中,所述导电弹簧(2)具有密圈部(21)和疏圈部(22),所述凸筋(12)卡入疏圈部(22)中,所述导电弹簧(2)与压电组件(3)一极导电连接。
