Description

一种钕铁硼永磁体生产用净化压滤装置 技术领域
本发明涉及净化压滤设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种钕铁硼永磁体生产用净化压滤装置。
背景技术
净化压滤装置因其在涂覆和固话时极少向环境释放出挥发性有害气体,不引起诸如空气污染的环境问题,因为应用领域不断扩大。但粉末涂料在加热和熔融捏合树脂和固化剂时,由于固化剂分散的不均匀性,平流性较差,因此产生涂膜外观欠佳的问题,此外还有颜料和填料的分散性较差,与液体涂料相比较,粉末涂料难以得到鲜明,清晰和有光泽的涂膜。因粉末涂料的环保,经济性,不仅广泛应用于普通金属表面涂装,近年来在建筑行业也得到应用,这就要求我们在普通的粉末涂料基础上进行流体,在流体过程中需要进行过滤,现有技术中的过滤设备品种繁多,应用于粉末涂料的过滤设备其结构也相对复杂,成本高。
目前净化压滤装置通常都是固定安装在某一位置,不能够进行移动,导致工作效率难以提高,十分不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中净化压滤装置不能够移动,给净化压滤装置造成效率下降的问题,本发明提供了一种钕铁硼永磁体生产用净化压滤装置,该发明压滤机的结构简单,在对粉末涂料进行过滤时,不会产生泄漏,滤板与滤框可以进行更换,且其结构更换方便,同时其材料成本低,降低了生产成本,同时也提高了工作效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种钕铁硼永磁体生产用净化压滤装置,包括止推板、压紧板、压力表和液压泵,所述止推板的上方设置有滤框,所述滤框的内部固定有滤板,所述滤板的一侧固定有所述压紧板,所述压紧板的下方设置有变速器,所述变速器的下方固定有下封板,所述下封板的两侧安装有安装架,所述安装架的一侧设置有B油管油缸,所述B油管油缸在下方的纵梁上固定着,所述纵梁的一侧安装有油缸,所述油缸的上方设置有所述液压泵,所述液压泵的一侧安装有A油管,所述A油管的上方设置有所述压力表,所述下封板的下方安装有机座,所述机座的下方设置有固定支架,所述固定支架的前后方安装有移动轮。
应用上述结构时,工作时,首先通过机座进行固定零部件,还可以通过移动轮进行移动该设备,移动之后通过固定支架进行固定设备,当液压泵进行运动时油缸里面的油就会通过A油管传输到液压泵中,液压泵提供动力之后变速器就会进行改变速度,在传输的过程中可以通过压力表进行查看压力,然后由纵梁带动压紧板进行压紧,压紧的过程中通过滤板进行过滤,过滤时止推板起到阻止的作用。
进一步,所述止推板与上方的所述滤框通过卡槽进行固定,所述滤板与一侧的所述压紧板弹簧相连接。
进一步,所述机座与上方的所述油缸通过六条螺栓相连接,所述油缸与上方的所述液压泵通过油管相连接。
进一步,所述A油管与上方的所述压力表通过传输管相连接,所述纵梁与上方的所述B油管油缸通过螺栓相固定。
进一步,所述变速器与下方的所述下封板通过螺栓相连接,所述下封板与 两侧的所述安装架通过焊接相固定。
进一步,所述机座与一侧的所述固定支架通过焊接相固定,所述机座与下方的所述移动轮通过四条螺钉相连接。

本发明结构简单、操作方便,该发明能压滤机的结构简单,在对粉末涂料进行过滤时,不会产生泄漏,滤板与滤框可以进行更换,且其结构更换方便,同时其材料成本低,降低了生产成本,同时也提高了工作效率。

参考图1-图2,本发明提供了一种钕铁硼永磁体生产用净化压滤装置,包括止推板1、压紧板5、压力表9和液压泵11,止推板1主要用于确定滤板3的位置,止推板1的上方设置有滤框2,滤框2用于过滤时的封闭,滤框2的内部固定有滤板3,滤板3起到对钕铁硼净化的过滤作用,滤板3的一侧固定有压紧板5,压紧板5用于压紧钕铁硼进行过滤,压紧板5的下方设置有变速器15,变速器15用于改变设备的速度,变速器15的下方固定有下封板16,下封板16用于封闭,下封板16的两侧安装有安装架14,安装架14用于安装零部件,安装架14的一侧设置有B油管油缸10,B油管油缸10用于传输提供压力,B油管油缸10在下方的纵梁4上固定着,纵梁4用于连接和固定,纵梁4的一侧安装有油缸7,油缸7用于储存液压油,油缸7的上方设置有液压泵11,液压泵11用于提供设备的动力,液压泵11的一侧安装有A油管8,A油管8用于传输设备的油液,A油管8的上方设置有压力表9,压力表9用于查看油液的压力,下封板16的下方安装有机座6,机座6用于安装和固定,机座6的下方设置有固定支架13,固定支架13用于设备的稳定,固定支架13的前后方安装有移动轮12,移动轮12便于更好的移动设备。

进一步,机座6与上方的油缸7通过六条螺栓相连接,油缸7与上方的液压泵11通过油管相连接,通过六条螺栓这样设计可以使油缸7受力均匀,并且与液压泵11更能好的连接。
进一步,A油管8与上方的压力表9通过传输管相连接,纵梁4与上方的B油管油缸10通过螺栓相固定,这样设计可以更方便查看压力表9的数据。
进一步,变速器15与下方的下封板16通过螺栓相连接,下封板16与两侧的安装架14通过焊接相固定,通过焊接这样能使下封板16更加稳固。
