- the mounting adjustment unit 1010 can easily adjust the distance between the distance adjustment brackets 1020 installed under the main frame unit, so that the distance between the two main frame units cannot be adjusted according to the size of the beehive 10.
- the spacing adjustment brackets 1020 can be spread or moved close to each other to match the size of the beehive and then fixed to the main frame, so that the main frame can be stably mounted and installed by placing the main frame on the beehive 10.
- the automatic removal device is a gap formed to adjust the gap between the pair of operating arms 410 provided in the access unit 400 corresponding to the size of the honeycomb 15, as shown in FIG.
- the adjustment unit 1050 may be further provided.
- the entrance unit 400 of the automatic removal device according to the present invention is further provided with an elevating frame part 450 connecting the moving blocks on both sides.
- the lifting frame 450 has one end connected to the moving block on one side and the other end connected to the moving blocks on both sides, which can move up and down along the shafts on both sides of the access unit 400. It is connected to the moving block.
- the lifting frame part 450 is installed horizontally, and the operation arms 410 described above are detachably installed at both ends of the lifting frame part 450 in the longitudinal direction.
- the spacing adjusting unit 1050 includes a spacing adjusting bolt 1060 screwed to the lifting frame part 450 to fix the operating arms 410 at both ends of the lifting frame part 450, and the lifting frame part 450 It is composed of a long hole spacing slit 420 formed in a horizontal direction parallel to the elevating frame part 450 so that the spacing adjusting bolt 1060 can pass through the upper portion of the operating arm 410 installed in the.
- the spacing adjustment unit 1050 moves the operation arm 410 with respect to the elevating frame portion 450 along the length of the elevating frame portion 450 according to the size of the honeycomb 15, that is, the elevating frame portion 450 ) Can be adjusted by expanding or reducing the spacing between the operating arms 410 respectively installed at both ends of the ), and fastening the spacing adjustment bolts 1060 to fix the position of the operating arms 410.
- the automatic removal device is different from the removal unit 500 using the removal brush 510 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, while the honeycomb 15 is withdrawn from the beehive 10, air is transferred to the honeycomb 15. It is also possible to apply a stripping unit having an air supply unit 560 that can be supplied and removed by shaking off the bees attached to the surface of the honeycomb 15.
- the air supply unit 560 of the moving unit faces the front side and the rear side of the access unit 400 based on the honeycomb 15 drawn out from the beehive 10 by the access unit 400. It is configured to include a square mounting plate 570 installed on the moving frame portion and the support frame portion of the entry unit and formed in a flat plate shape, and at least one blowing fan 580 installed on the mounting plate 570.
- the mounting plate 570 is configured in a pair, and is installed in a horizontal direction in a moving frame portion of a moving unit or a support frame portion of the access unit 400 corresponding to the front and rear directions of the access unit 400, respectively.
- the mounting plate 570 is formed with an open installation hole so that at least one blowing fan 580 can be installed.
- the number and size of the installation holes formed in the mounting plate 570 may be changed according to the number and size of the blowing fans 580.
