Abstract

本開示は、情報端末装置（３）の表示部（３ｃ）に料理のレシピを表示することが可能なレシピ表示方法である。本開示のレシピ表示方法は、第１ステップと、第２ステップと、第３ステップとを含む。第１ステップでは、料理の調理のための材料の品目および分量を含む材料情報と、料理の調理のための作業内容を含む作業内容情報とを、表示部（３ｃ）に表示させる。第２ステップでは、材料情報の表示中には表示ボタン（８）を表示部（３ｃ）に表示させず、作業内容情報の表示中には表示ボタン（８）を表示部に表示させる。第３ステップでは、使用者が表示ボタン（８）に触れると、作業内容情報の表示中に材料情報を表示部（３ｃ）に表示させる。これにより、作業内容情報の表示中に容易に材料情報の表示に切り替えることができる。

Description

情報端末装置、加熱調理器、レシピ表示プログラム、およびレシピ表示方法
　本開示は、料理のレシピを表示する情報端末装置および加熱調理器に関する。
　特許文献１には、料理のレシピを表示するレシピ表示システム、レシピ表示方法、およびレシピ表示プログラムが開示されている。特許文献１に記載の技術によれば、使用する材料（食材、調味料）などと、各調理工程の作業内容とを表示することで、効率的に調理することができる。

　しかしながら、上記従来のレシピ表示システムでは、レシピをスマートフォンなどの情報端末装置の画面に材料と作り方とを表示する際、使用者が画面を順にスクロールするか、複数の画面を切り替える必要がある。すなわち、情報端末装置の画面に対する操作が面倒であった。
　本開示は、材料情報が表示されていない場合に、使用者が所定の画像に触れることで材料情報を表示することができる方法を提供することを目的とする。
　本開示の一態様は、料理のレシピを表示することが可能な情報端末装置である。本態様の情報端末装置は、表示部と、制御部とを備える。制御部は、料理の調理のための材料の品目および分量を含む材料情報と、料理の調理のための作業内容を含む作業内容情報とを、表示部に表示させる。
　制御部は、材料情報の表示中には表示ボタンを表示部に表示させず、作業内容情報の表示中には表示ボタンを表示部に表示させる。使用者が表示ボタンに触れると、制御部は、作業内容情報の表示中に材料情報を表示部に表示させる。
　本開示の他の態様は、料理のレシピを表示することが可能な加熱調理器である。本態様の加熱調理器は、表示部と、制御部とを備える。制御部は、料理の調理のための材料の品目および分量を含む材料情報と、料理の調理のための作業内容を含む作業内容情報とを、表示部に表示させる。

　本開示のさらに他の態様は、情報端末装置または加熱調理器の表示部に料理のレシピを表示させることが可能なレシピ表示プログラムである。本態様のレシピ表示プログラムは、第１処理と、第２処理と、第３処理とを含む。
　第１処理では、料理の調理のための材料の品目および分量を含む材料情報と、料理の調理のための作業内容を含む作業内容情報とを、表示部に表示させる。第２処理では、材料情報の表示中には表示ボタンを表示部に表示させず、作業内容情報の表示中には表示ボタンを表示部に表示させる。第３処理では、使用者が表示ボタンに触れると、作業内容情報の表示中に材料情報を表示部に表示させる。
　本開示のさらに他の態様は、情報端末装置または加熱調理器の表示部に料理のレシピを表示させることが可能なレシピ表示方法である。本態様のレシピ表示方法は、第１ステップと、第２ステップと、第３ステップとを含む。
　第１ステップでは、料理の調理のための材料の品目および分量を含む材料情報と、料理の調理のための作業内容を含む作業内容情報とを、表示部に表示させる。第２ステップでは、材料情報の表示中には表示ボタンを表示部に表示させず、作業内容情報の表示中には表示ボタンを表示部に表示させる。第３ステップでは、使用者が表示ボタンに触れると、作業内容情報の表示中に材料情報を表示部に表示させる。
　本態様によれば、作業内容情報の表示中に容易に材料情報の表示に切り替えることができる。

　制御部は、材料情報の表示中には表示ボタンを表示部に表示させず、作業内容情報の表示中には表示ボタンを表示部に表示させる。使用者が表示ボタンに触れると、制御部は、作業内容情報の表示中に材料情報を表示部に表示させる。
　本開示の第５の態様の加熱調理器において、第４の態様に基づきながら、作業内容情報の表示中に使用者が表示ボタンに触れると、制御部は作業内容情報よりも前面に材料情報を表示部に表示させる。
　本開示の第６の態様の加熱調理器において、第５の態様に基づきながら、制御部は、作業内容情報よりも前面に表示される材料情報とともに閉ボタンを表示部に表示させる。使用者が閉ボタンに触れると、制御部は材料情報の表示を表示部に終了させて、材料情報が表示される前の作業内容情報を表示部に表示させる。
　本開示の第７の態様は、情報端末装置または加熱調理器の表示部に料理のレシピを表示させることが可能なレシピ表示プログラムである。本態様のレシピ表示プログラムは、第１処理と、第２処理と、第３処理とを含む。
　第１処理では、料理の調理のための材料の品目および分量を含む材料情報と、料理の調理のための作業内容を含む作業内容情報とを、表示部に表示させる。第２処理では、材料情報の表示中には表示ボタンを表示部に表示させず、作業内容情報の表示中には表示ボタンを表示部に表示させる。第３処理では、使用者が表示ボタンに触れると、作業内容情報の表示中に材料情報を表示部に表示させる。
　本開示の第８の態様のレシピ表示プログラムにおいて、第７の態様に基づきながら、第３処理において、作業内容情報の表示中に使用者が表示ボタンに触れると、作業内容情報よりも前面に材料情報を表示部に表示させる。
　本開示の第９の態様のレシピ表示プログラムは、第８の態様に基づきながら、第４処理と、第５処理とをさらに含む。第４処理では、作業内容情報よりも前面に表示される材料情報とともに閉ボタンを表示部に表示させる。第５処理では、使用者が閉ボタンに触れると、材料情報の表示を表示部に終了させて、材料情報が表示される前の作業内容情報を表示部に表示させる。
　本開示の第１０の態様は、情報端末装置または加熱調理器の表示部に料理のレシピを表示させることが可能なレシピ表示方法である。本態様のレシピ表示方法は、第１ステップと、第２ステップと、第３ステップとを含む。
　第１ステップでは、料理の調理のための材料の品目および分量を含む材料情報と、料理の調理のための作業内容を含む作業内容情報とを、表示部に表示させる。第２ステップでは、材料情報の表示中には表示ボタンを表示部に表示させず、作業内容情報の表示中には表示ボタンを表示部に表示させる。第３ステップでは、使用者が表示ボタンに触れると、作業内容情報の表示中に材料情報を表示部に表示させる。
　本開示の第１１の態様のレシピ表示方法は、第１０の態様に基づきながら、第３ステップにおいて、作業内容情報の表示中に使用者が表示ボタンに触れると、作業内容情報よりも前面に材料情報を表示部に表示させる。
　本開示の第１２の態様のレシピ表示方法は、第１１の態様に基づきながら、第４ステップと、第５ステップとをさらに含む。第４ステップでは、作業内容情報よりも前面に表示される材料情報とともに閉ボタンを表示部に表示させる。第５ステップでは、使用者が閉ボタンに触れると、材料情報の表示を表示部に終了させて、材料情報が表示される前の作業内容情報を表示部に表示させる。
　以下、本開示の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。
　（実施の形態１）
　図１は、本実施の形態に係る調理システム１０の概要を示すブロック図である。図１に示すように、調理システム１０は、加熱調理器５と、サーバ１と、情報端末装置３とを備える。サーバ１は、インターネット２を介して加熱調理器５と通信する。情報端末装置３は、インターネット２を介してサーバ１などと通信する。
　情報端末装置３は、スマートフォン、タブレット端末、パーソナルコンピュータなどを含む。調理システム１０は複数の情報端末装置３を含んでもよい。情報端末装置３は、ＮＦＣなどの近距離無線通信モジュールを介して加熱調理器５と通信する（図１の破線矢印を参照）。情報端末装置３については後述する。
　サーバ１は、レシピサーバ１ａと、機器サーバ１ｂとを含む。レシピサーバ１ａは、レシピなどを管理するサーバである。機器サーバ１ｂは、加熱調理器の機器情報などを管理するサーバである。レシピサーバ１ａと機器サーバ１ｂとは一つのサーバで構成してもよい。一般的に、サーバ１はクラウドコンピューティング（Cloud Computing）で構成される。
　加熱調理器５は、無線通信モジュール５ａと、制御装置５ｂと、表示部５ｃと、開始ボタン５ｄとを備える。加熱調理器５は、家庭用の電子レンジ、誘導加熱調理器、炊飯器、ホームベーカリなどの調理機器に限らず、業務用の調理機器でもよい。加熱調理器５については後述する。
　無線通信モジュール５ａは、無線アクセスポイント４およびインターネット２を介して、サーバ１と情報を送受信する。無線アクセスポイント４は、無線ＬＡＮの一例であるＷｉ-Ｆｉ（登録商標）用のルータである。
　図２は、サーバ１におけるレシピサーバ１ａおよび機器サーバ１ｂ、ならびに加熱調理器５の制御装置５ｂの簡略化した構成を示す。
　図２に示すように、レシピサーバ１ａは、記憶部１ａａと通信部１ａｂとを有する。機器サーバ１ｂは、記憶部１ｂａと通信部１ｂｂとを有する。制御装置５ｂは、記憶部５ｂａと上述の無線通信モジュール５ａとを有する。
　あらかじめ、制御装置５ｂの記憶部５ｂａは、機器メニューＩＤ、機種コード、シーケンス名、レシピのタイトルなどを記憶する。機種コードは、加熱調理器５の機種名を表す。
　新たにサーバ１からダウンロードされた調理メニューの場合、記憶部５ｂａは、これらの情報に加えてダウンロードメニューＩＤを記憶する。記憶部５ｂａは、ダウンロードメニューＩＤ、機種コード、機器メニューＩＤ、レシピタイトル、シーケンス名を表形式で記憶する。以下、ダウンロードメニューＩＤをＤＬメニューＩＤと称す。
　機器サーバ１ｂの記憶部１ｂａは、ＤＬメニューＩＤ、機種コード、機器メニューＩＤ、レシピタイトルを表形式で記憶する。レシピサーバ１ａの記憶部１ａａは、レシピＩＤ、ＤＬメニューＩＤ、機器メニューＩＤ、レシピタイトルを表形式で記憶する。
　各ＩＤを関連づけることで、各種のレシピを加熱調理器５の調理シーケンスと関連づけることができる。
　これにより、加熱調理器５が各種のレシピに基づいて適切に調理することができる。また、サーバ１において新たなレシピを準備し、新たなレシピに基づく調理シーケンスを加熱調理器５の制御装置５ｂにダウンロードすることもできる。さらに、加熱調理器５にあらかじめ備わる調理シーケンスから、新たなレシピに基づく調理シーケンスを選択することもできる。
　図３は、加熱調理器５の制御装置５ｂ、および、加熱調理器５に配置された、制御に関わる他の要素を示すブロック図である。図３に示すように、加熱調理器５の制御装置５ｂは、記憶部５ｂａと、制御部５ｂｂとを含む。
　記憶部５ｂａはメモリを含む。制御部５ｂｂは、マイクロコンピュータ、入出力回路などを含む。制御装置５ｂは、無線通信モジュール５ａ、表示部５ｃ、開始ボタン５ｄ、および加熱部５ｆと有線または無線で接続される。制御装置５ｂは、表示部５ｃ、開始ボタン５ｄ、扉センサ５ｅなどからの信号に基づいて、無線通信モジュール５ａ、表示部５ｃ、および加熱部５ｆを制御する。
　本実施の形態では、表示部５ｃは液晶のタッチパネルで構成される。加熱部５ｆは、ヒータ、マグネトロン、誘導加熱コイルなど、食品を加熱することが可能なデバイスである。
　図４は、加熱調理器５の外観を示す斜視図である。本実施の形態では、加熱調理器５は電子レンジである。図４に示すように、加熱調理器５は、扉５ｉと、筐体５ｊとを有する。加熱調理器５の筐体５ｊ内に、加熱室（図示せず）が配置される。扉５ｉは、加熱室の前面開口を覆う。
　扉５ｉは、その下部に配置されたヒンジ（図示せず）と、その前面上部に配置された把持部５ｈとを有する。加熱室の前面開口を取り囲む筐体５ｊの前枠に、扉センサ５ｅ（図３参照）が配置される。扉５ｉが閉じられると、扉５ｉの背面が扉センサ５ｅに接触する。
　扉５ｉの前面に、表示部５ｃと、開始ボタン５ｄとが配置される。表示部５ｃの奥には、複数のＬＥＤ（Light Emitting Diode）を含むバックライト（Back Light（図示せず））が配置される。表示部５ｃは、加熱調理器５にダウンロードされた献立、調理メニュー、レシピを表示する。
　使用者は、把持部５ｈを用いて扉５ｉを開け、加熱室内に食材を載置する。使用者が扉５ｉを閉じると、扉センサ５ｅは、扉５ｉが閉じられたことを検知する。この状態において使用者が開始ボタン５ｄを押すと、加熱調理器５は、献立、調理メニュー、レシピに基づく調理メニューに関する調理を開始する。
　情報端末装置３は、インターネット２を介して情報を閲覧したり、サーバ１から情報をダウンロードしたりすることが可能である。情報端末装置３は、インストールされた種々のサービスを利用するためのアプリケーションソフトウェア（Application Software）を有する。以下、アプリケーションソフトウェアをアプリ（APP）と呼ぶ。
　具体的には、あるアプリは、加熱調理器５を用いて調理される献立、調理メニュー、レシピを有する。別のアプリは、インターネット２を介して献立、調理メニュー、レシピ、これらに関連するＩＤなどを加熱調理器５にダウンロードする。さらに別のアプリは、インターネット２を介して加熱調理器５から送信される情報を入手する。
　図５を用いて、情報端末装置３のハードウェア構成を説明する。図５に示すように、情報端末装置３は、制御部３ａと、記憶部３ｂと、表示部３ｃと、通信部３ｄと、カメラ３ｅとを有する。
　制御部３ａはプロセッサ（Processor）を有する。このプロセッサが記憶部３ｂに記憶されている制御プログラムを読み出して実行することで、制御部３ａは、記憶部３ｂと、表示部３ｃと、通信部３ｄと、カメラ３ｅとを制御する。
　記憶部３ｂは、制御プログラムなどの各種データを記憶する不揮発性の記憶媒体を含む。例えば、この記憶媒体はフラッシュメモリである。記憶部３ｂは、情報端末装置３にインストールされる様々なアプリのプログラムも記憶する。
　表示部３ｃは、例えば液晶のタッチパネルである。表示部３ｃは画像および動画を表示し、使用者からの指示を受け付ける。通信部３ｄは、情報端末装置３がインターネット２を介して外部装置と通信するためのインタフェースである。通信部３ｄは、IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/acなどに基づく無線通信、第４世代移動通信システム（通称４Ｇ）、および、第５世代移動通信システム（通称５Ｇ）に基づく無線通信を実行する。
　カメラ３ｅは、撮影機能と、バーコード、ＱＲコード（登録商標）などのコードを読み取る機能とを有する。
　図６は、料理のレシピを表示するアプリが起動されて、料理のメニュー画面を表示する情報端末装置３の表示部３ｃの画面を示す。このアプリは、情報端末装置３にあらかじめインストールされている。
　図６に示すように、このアプリを立ち上げると、最初に「おすすめ」の画面が表示される。画面を下方にスクロールすると、「おすすめ」のメニュー名（ハンバーグ＆きのこソース（Hamburger Steak with Mushroom Sauce））とそのメニュー写真が現れる。
　画面上段に、「おすすめ」、「人気」、「特集」という分類を表すタグ（Tag）が表示される。使用者がこれらのタグの一つに触れると、そのタグに対応するメニュー集の画面が表示される。表示されるメニュー集には、その使用者の使用履歴に基づく「おすすめ」メニュー集、多くの人に好まれる「人気」メニュー集が含まれる。
　趣向の異なるメニュー集として、アプリの配信管理者が分析した「特集」メニュー集がある。「特集」メニュー集には、例えば季節に応じた調理メニューを特集したものがある。
　画面下段に「ホーム（Home）」、「献立」、「コミュニティ（Community）」、「マイリスト（My List）」のアイコン（Icon）が表示される。使用者が「ホーム」アイコンに触れると、図６に示す画面が表示される。使用者が「献立」アイコンに触れると、１週間の献立、その日の主菜と副菜との組合せを決定するための画面が表示される。
　使用者が「コミュニティ」アイコンに触れると、メニュー、レシピに関する他の使用者への質問を入力する画面、アプリの配信管理者からのお知らせを表示する画面などに遷移するための画面が表示される。使用者が「マイリスト」アイコンに触れると、その使用者が好むメニュー、いつも使用するレシピを登録するための画面が表示される。
　画面の最上段には、虫メガネマークと「レシピを検索する」と記載されたサーチタブ（Search Tab）が表示される。使用者が虫メガネマークまたはサーチタブに触れると、検索するキーワードを入力するためキーボードが画面の下段に表示される（図７参照）。使用者がキーボードを用いてキーワードを入力して虫メガネマークに触れると、キーワードに関連したメニュー名のリストが表示される。
　図８は、「低カロリー」というキーワードで検索し抽出されたメニューのリストである。図８に示すように、このリストには、メニュー名（例えば「低カロリーハンバーグ」）、メニュー写真、調理機器の名称（例えば「オーブンレンジ」）、調理機器のアイコン、カロリー数、塩分量がメニューごとに表示される。
　画面をスクロールすると、使用者は各メニューを順に閲覧することができる。このようなリストにより、使用者は各メニューの外観、使用する調理機器などを知ることができ、このリストから所望のメニューを容易に選択することができる。
　このようにして、使用者は必要なメニューを探し出すことができる。使用者が探し出したメニューのうちの必要なメニュー名の上のメニュー写真に触れると、そのメニューのレシピ画面が表示される。
　ここでは、「さけと厚あげ焼き＆野菜あん（Grilled Salmon and Thick Deep-fried Bean Curd with Vegetable Sauce）」というメニューを例に、メニューのレシピ画面の遷移について説明する。使用者が所望のメニューのメニュー写真に触れると、図９Ａに示す画面が表示される。
　図９Ａ～図９Ｇは、メニューのレシピ画面を下方にスクロールしたときに順に現れる情報端末装置３の表示部３ｃの画面を示す。
　図９Ａに示すように、情報端末装置３は、その画面の中段付近に「さけと厚あげ焼き＆野菜あん」というメニュー名と、メニュー名の上方にメニュー写真とを表示する。メニュー名の下方には、そのメニューに適した調理機器の日本語名称「オーブンレンジ」とそのアイコンとが表示される。「オーブンレンジ」とはコンベクション加熱機能付き電子レンジ（Microwave Oven with Convection Heating Function）である。一人分の料理における熱量（約２９６ｋｃａｌ）および塩分（１．１グラム）も表示される。
　図９Ａに示す画面には、ミールキット（Meal Kit）という商品を発注するための画像も表示される。使用者が「ミールキットを購入する」と記載されたボタンに触れると、このメニュー用の食材をまとめたミールキットを発注するための画面が現れる。
　図９Ａに示す画面を下方にスクロールすると、図９Ｂに示す画面が現れる。図９Ｂに示すように、画面の上段にこの画面のタイトルである「材料」が表示される。この画面は、使用する材料の品目および分量を含む材料情報を表示する。ここでは、４人分の材料が表示される。この人数は任意に選択可能である。
　具体的には、材料情報は、使用する材料の品目（生さけ切り身、酒、しょうゆ、厚あげ（Thick Deep-fried Bean Curd）など）と、それぞれの材料の分量（４切れ、大さじ１／２、大さじ１／２、２５０グラムなど）とを含む。
　図９Ｂに示す画面は、使用する付属品として「グリル皿」を表示する。この表示は、この調理のために「グリル皿」を「オーブンレンジ」の加熱室内に配置する必要があることを意味する。
　図９Ｂに示す画面をさらに下方にスクロールすると、図９Ｃに示す画面が表示される。図９Ｃに示すように、画面の上段にこの画面のタイトルである「作り方」が表示される。図９Ｃ～図９Ｇに示す画面は、調理の下ごしらえの仕方、加熱調理器５の使い方、仕上げなどの調理に関する作業内容を表示する。
　図９Ｃに示す画面は、その上段に「クッキングシートを準備する」を表示する。図９Ｃに示す画面は、その中段に「さけと厚あげの下ごしらえ」という項目に関する作業内容を含む作業内容情報を表示する。本実施の形態では、料理のレシピは材料情報と作業内容情報とを含む。
　この項目には、「１．半分に切ったさけをＡに途中上下を返しながら、約１０分漬け込む」、「厚あげは４等分に切り、表面全体に刷毛で胡麻油を塗り、図のようにグリル皿に並べる」という作業内容が含まれる。図９Ｃに示す画面は、グリル皿上の食材の並べ方も表示する。
　図９Ｄに示す画面は、その上段に「あんの下ごしらえ」という項目に関する作業内容を含む作業内容情報を表示する。この項目には、「２．直径２５ｃｍの耐熱ガラス製ボウルに切った材料を入れ、だし汁とＢを混ぜ合わせる」、「浅い容器を用いると吹きこぼれます」という作業内容が含まれる。
　図９Ｄに示す画面は、その中段に「加熱する」という項目に関する作用内容を含む作業内容情報を表示する。この項目には、「３．野菜の入ったボウルにクッキングシートで落しぶたをし、ラップなしで、庫内中央に置く」、「さけと厚あげを並べたグリル皿を上段に入れる」という作業内容が含まれる。図９Ｄに示す画面は、その下段に加熱室内におけるグリル皿とボウルとの様子も表示する。
　図９Ｅに示す画面は、「加熱する」という項目に関する作業内容情報（図９Ｄ参照）に加えて、加熱室内におけるグリル皿とボウルとの様子も表示する。図９Ｅに示す画面は、使用するオーブンレンジの機種コード、メニュー番号、加熱の目安時間なども表示する。
　さらに、図９Ｅに示す画面は、その最下段に「電子レンジへ送信」と記載された送信ボタン９を表示する。使用者が送信ボタン９に触れると、情報端末装置３は、このレシピに関してオーブンレンジを用いて調理するための情報を加熱調理器５に送信する。
　具体的には、情報端末装置３はサーバ１を介して、加熱調理器５の制御装置５ｂに上述したＩＤなどの情報を送信する。レシピ（メニュー）に応じた下ごしらえなどの後、使用者が開始ボタン５ｄを操作すれば、調理が開始される。
　図１１に示す画面は、オーブンレンジ（加熱調理器５）に対して調理のための情報を送信中であることを示す。図１２に示す画面は、調理のための情報の送信が完了したことを示す。
　図９Ｆに示す画面は、その上段に「加熱後、上段のグリル皿を取り出してから、ボウルを取り出す。（取り出すときはやけどに注意する）」という作業内容を表示する。
　図９Ｆに示す画面は、その中段に「仕上げる」という項目に関する作業内容を含む作業内容情報を表示する。この項目には、「４．野菜あんが熱いうちに、水溶き片栗粉を入れ、よく混ぜとろみを付ける」、「水溶き片栗粉は煮詰まり具合を見ながら加える量を調節してください」、「器にさけと、厚あげを盛りつけ、野菜あんをかける」という作業内容が含まれる。
　図９Ｇに示す画面は、「仕上げる」という項目に関する作業内容情報（図９Ｆ参照）に加えて、その下段に「つくったコメントを投稿」と記載されたボタンを表示する。使用者がこのボタンに触れると、感想などを投稿するための画面が表示される。
　図９Ｃ～図９Ｇに示す画面は、「材料」と記載された表示ボタン８を表示する。使用者が表示ボタン８に触れるなど操作すると、表示部３ｃに使用する材料の名前および分量が表示される。使用者は、図９Ｃ～図９Ｇに示す画面を閲覧中に、必要に応じて表示ボタン８に触れることで、使用する材料の名前および分量を閲覧することができる。
　一方、図９Ｂに示す画面は、使用する材料の名前および分量を表示する。従って、図９Ｂに示す画面は表示ボタン８を表示しない。
　図９Ｃ～図９Ｇに示す画面が表示される場合に、使用者が表示ボタン８に触れると、図１０に示すように、表示中の作業内容情報の画面（図９Ｃ～図９Ｇ参照）よりも前面に、新たな画面が現れる。この画面をポップアップ画面（Pop-up Screen）６と呼ぶ。
　ポップアップ画面６には、図９Ｂに示す画面と同様に、材料の名前および分量が含まれる材料情報が表示される。このようにして、作業内容情報の表示中に簡単な操作で材料情報を表示させることができる。
　図１０に示すように、ポップアップ画面６は閉ボタン７を含む。使用者が閉ボタン７に触れると、制御部３ａはポップアップ画面６の表示を終了させる。これにより、ポップアップ画面６の後に隠れていた元の画面（図９Ｃ～図９Ｇ参照）が再び現れる。このようにして、材料情報の表示中に簡単な操作で元の画面に戻ることができる。
　本実施の形態では、表示部３ｃの画面を上方または下方にスクロールすると、図９Ａ～図９Ｇに示す画面が、一つの縦長の画面として連続的に移動する。しかし、本実施の形態はこれに限定されない。
　例えば、この一つの縦長の画面を連続する複数の画面に分割して、各画面が表示部３ｃに収まるようにもよい。この場合、分割された各画面は、上矢印ボタンおよび下矢印ボタンを含む。使用者が上矢印ボタンに触れると一つ前の画面が表示され、使用者が下矢印ボタンに触れると次の画面が表示される。
　本実施の形態では、「さけと厚あげ焼き＆野菜あん」というメニューについて説明した。本実施の形態のアプリは、他のメニューについても、レシピに含まれた材料情報と作業内容情報とを表示することができる。本実施の形態によれば、使用者はレシピを参照しながら、加熱調理器５を用いて種々の料理を調理することができる。
　上述のように、本実施の形態のアプリは、情報端末装置３において、記憶部３ｂに記憶され、制御部３ａにより実行される。本実施の形態のアプリは、表示部３ｃに料理のレシピ画面を表示させることが可能なレシピ表示プログラムである。本実施の形態のレシピ表示プログラムは、以下に示すレシピ表示方法をソフトウェアとして具現化したものである。具体的には、本実施の形態のレシピ表示方法は第１ステップ～第６ステップを含む。
　第１ステップでは、料理の調理のための材料の品目および分量を含む材料情報と、料理の調理のための作業内容を含む作業内容情報とを、表示部に表示させる。第２ステップでは、材料情報の表示中には表示ボタンを表示部に表示させず、作業内容情報の表示中には表示ボタンを表示部に表示させる。第３ステップでは、使用者が表示ボタンに触れると、材料情報を表示部に表示させる。
　上記第３ステップにおいて、具体的には、作業内容情報の表示中に使用者が表示ボタン８に触れると、作業内容情報よりも前面に材料情報が表示部３ｃに表示される。
　本実施の形態のレシピ表示方法は、第４ステップと第５ステップとをさらに含む。第４ステップでは、作業内容情報よりも前面に表示される材料情報とともに閉ステップを表示部に表示させる。第５ステップでは、使用者が閉ステップに触れると、材料情報の表示を表示部に終了させて、材料情報が表示される前の作業内容情報を表示部に表示させる。
　本実施の形態のレシピ表示プログラムは、上記第１ステップ～第６ステップにそれぞれ対応する第１処理～第６処理を有する。
　（実施の形態２）
　以下、本開示の実施の形態２について説明する。
　上述のように、実施の形態１のアプリは、情報端末装置３にインストールされ、表示部３ｃにレシピ画面を表示させる。
　本実施の形態は、実施の形態１のアプリと同様のアプリがインストールされた加熱調理器である。本実施の形態の加熱調理器は、基本的に実施の形態１の加熱調理器５と同じ構成（図３、図４参照）を有する。
　ただし、本実施の形態では、制御部５ｂｂは、実施の形態１のアプリに関する実施の形態１の制御部３ａが有する機能を備える。記憶部５ｂａは、実施の形態１のアプリに関する実施の形態１の記憶部３ｂが有する機能を備える。表示部５ｃは、実施の形態１のアプリに関する実施の形態１の表示部５ｃが有する機能を備える。
　実施の形態１と同様に、本実施の形態のアプリは、実施の形態１のアプリに含まれた第１処理～第６処理を有するレシピ表示プログラムである。第１処理～第６処理は、実施の形態１のレシピ表示方法における第１ステップ～第６ステップをそれぞれ備える。
　実施の形態１では、情報端末装置３の表示部３ｃにメニュー画面が表示される。使用者は、表示部３ｃに表示されたボタンに触れることで、所望のメニュー画面を閲覧することができる。実施の形態１では、調理を行う加熱調理器５以外に情報端末装置３を用意する必要がある。
　一方、本実施の形態では、加熱調理器５の表示部５ｃにメニュー画面が表示される。使用者は、表示部５ｃに表示されたボタンに触れることで、所望のメニュー画面を閲覧することができる。表示されたレシピに応じた下ごしらえなどの後、使用者が加熱室内に食材を載置して開始ボタン５ｄを操作すると、調理が開始される。
　本実施の形態によれば、加熱調理器５に備えられた要素を用いて、実施の形態１と同様の効果を奏することができる。
　本開示は、スマートフォン、タブレット端末など、表示部を有する携帯の情報端末装置に適用可能である。しかし、本開示はこれに限るものではなく、表示部を有する電子レンジおよび冷蔵庫などの調理に関連する機器にも適用可能である。

Claims (12)

  1. 　料理のレシピを表示することが可能な情報端末装置であって、
    　表示部と、
    　前記料理の調理のための材料の品目および分量を含む材料情報と、前記料理の調理のための作業内容を含む作業内容情報とを、前記表示部に表示させるように構成された制御部と、を備え、
    　前記制御部は、前記材料情報の表示中には表示ボタンを前記表示部に表示させず、前記作業内容情報の表示中には前記表示ボタンを前記表示部に表示させるように構成され、
    　使用者が前記表示ボタンに触れると、前記制御部は、前記作業内容情報の表示中に前記材料情報を前記表示部に表示させるように構成された情報端末装置。
  2. 　前記作業内容情報の表示中に前記使用者が前記表示ボタンに触れると、前記制御部は前記作業内容情報よりも前面に前記材料情報を前記表示部に表示させるように構成された、請求項１記載の情報端末装置。
  3. 　前記制御部は、前記作業内容情報よりも前面に表示される前記材料情報とともに閉ボタンを前記表示部に表示させるように構成され、
    　前記使用者が前記閉ボタンに触れると、前記制御部は前記材料情報の表示を前記表示部に終了させて、前記材料情報が表示される前の前記作業内容情報を前記表示部に表示させるように構成された、請求項２記載の情報端末装置。
  4. 　料理のレシピを表示することが可能な加熱調理器であって、
    　表示部と、
    　前記料理の調理のための材料の品目および分量を含む材料情報と、前記料理の調理のための作業内容を含む作業内容情報とを、前記表示部に表示させるように構成された制御部と、を備え、
    　前記制御部は、前記材料情報の表示中には表示ボタンを前記表示部に表示させず、前記作業内容情報の表示中には前記表示ボタンを前記表示部に表示させるように構成され、
    　使用者が前記表示ボタンに触れると、前記制御部は、前記作業内容情報の表示中に前記材料情報を前記表示部に表示させるように構成された加熱調理器。
  5. 　前記作業内容情報の表示中に前記使用者が前記表示ボタンに触れると、前記制御部は前記作業内容情報よりも前面に前記材料情報を前記表示部に表示させるように構成された、請求項４記載の加熱調理器。
  6. 　前記制御部は、前記作業内容情報よりも前面に表示される前記材料情報とともに閉ボタンを前記表示部に表示させるように構成され、
    　前記使用者が前記閉ボタンに触れると、前記制御部は前記材料情報の表示を前記表示部に終了させて、前記材料情報が表示される前の前記作業内容情報を前記表示部に表示させるように構成された、請求項５記載の加熱調理器。
  7. 　情報端末装置または加熱調理器の表示部に料理のレシピを表示させることが可能なレシピ表示プログラムであって、
    　前記料理の調理のための材料の品目および分量を含む材料情報と、前記料理の調理のための作業内容を含む作業内容情報とを、前記表示部に表示させる第１処理と、
    　前記材料情報の表示中には表示ボタンを前記表示部に表示させず、前記作業内容情報の表示中には前記表示ボタンを前記表示部に表示させる第２処理と、
    　使用者が前記表示ボタンに触れると、前記作業内容情報の表示中に前記材料情報を前記表示部に表示させる第３処理と、を含むレシピ表示プログラム。
  8. 　前記第３処理において、前記作業内容情報の表示中に前記使用者が前記表示ボタンに触れると、前記作業内容情報よりも前面に前記材料情報を前記表示部に表示させる、請求項７記載のレシピ表示プログラム。
  9. 　前記作業内容情報よりも前面に表示される前記材料情報とともに閉ボタンを前記表示部に表示させる第４処理と、前記使用者が前記閉ボタンに触れると、前記材料情報の表示を前記表示部に終了させて、前記材料情報が表示される前の前記作業内容情報を前記表示部に表示させる第５処理とをさらに含む、請求項８記載のレシピ表示プログラム。
  10. 　情報端末装置または加熱調理器の表示部に料理のレシピを表示させることが可能なレシピ表示方法であって、
    　前記料理の調理のための材料の品目および分量を含む材料情報と、前記料理の調理のための作業内容を含む作業内容情報とを、前記表示部に表示させる第１ステップと、
    　前記材料情報の表示中には表示ボタンを前記表示部に表示させず、前記作業内容情報の表示中には前記表示ボタンを前記表示部に表示させる第２ステップと、
    　使用者が前記表示ボタンに触れると、前記作業内容情報の表示中に前記材料情報を前記表示部に表示させる第３ステップと、を含むレシピ表示方法。
  11. 　前記第３ステップにおいて、前記作業内容情報の表示中に前記使用者が前記表示ボタンに触れると、前記作業内容情報よりも前面に前記材料情報を前記表示部に表示させる、請求項１０記載のレシピ表示方法。
  12. 　前記作業内容情報よりも前面に表示される前記材料情報とともに閉ボタンを前記表示部に表示させる第４ステップと、前記使用者が前記閉ボタンに触れると、前記材料情報の表示を前記表示部に終了させて、前記材料情報が表示される前の前記作業内容情報を前記表示部に表示させる第５ステップとをさらに含む、請求項１１記載のレシピ表示方法。
