本申请涉及一种手持式吹风机,属于吹风机技术领域。
背景技术
吹风机,特别是热空气吹风机被广泛应用于烘干头发、油漆等物质;清除或剥除表面层等领域。
一种典型的手持式吹风机包括:手柄和机头,手柄中设置有吸风组件。吸风组件包括马达(或称电机)和风扇。吸风组件用于将风吸入手柄中;然后,手柄中的风被导入机头输出。
然而,吹风机在使用中噪音通常较大,电吹风工作时风从进风口进入,由于吸入的风经过阻档,改变风速方向等原因将产生形成紊乱的风速流从而产生噪音。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种手持式吹风机,可以解决吹风机噪音过大的问题;本申请提供如下技术方案:
第一方面,提供一种手持式吹风机,包括机头和手柄,所述手柄包括与所述机头相连的第一端部和远离所述机头的第二端部,所述手柄内形成有通风通道,所述通风通道中设置有用于将外部的风吸入所述通风通道的吸风组件,所述手柄还包括:设置于所述通风通道中的消音组件,所述消音组件包括消音支撑件;
所述消音支撑件包括用于消除高频噪音的第一格栅。
可选地,消音组件还包括设置于消音支撑件的消音材料。
可选地,消音支撑件包括用于放置所述消音材料的第二格栅。
可选地,所述第二格栅形成于所述消音支撑件的侧壁。
可选地,所述第二格栅为条状。
可选地,所述第一格栅形成于所述消音支撑件的底面。
可选地,所述第一格栅为蜂窝状。

另外,消音支撑件设置有第二格栅,可以将消音材料直接放置在消音支撑件上,无需为消音材料额外设置独立的支撑件,可以简化手持式吹风机的结构;另外,无需将消音材料全部包裹住消音支撑件,只需在第二格栅部分设置消音材料,可以节省使用的消音材料,节省手持式吹风机所需使用的资源。
本申请还公开一种手持式吹风机,其还包括包括后端盖、夹持于所述后端盖与吹风机主体部前端部件之间的装饰板,所述装饰板向后贯穿所述后端盖并暴露于外侧。
具体地,所述机头设有一固定座,所述装饰板夹持于所述固定座与后端盖之间。
可选地,所述装饰板包括本体部及自所述本体部向外周延伸的卡持部,所述后端盖中部设有与所述本体部外轮廓相同的中心孔,所述本体部自所述中心孔暴露于外侧。
具体地,所述装饰板的本体部外端面自后端盖的外端面向内部凹陷。
具体地,所述后端盖包括多个凸起,所述固定座包括与所述多个凸起分别对应的多个第一固定孔,所述多个凸起与所述多个固定孔配合固定所述后端盖与所述固定座。

本申请手持式吹风机的后端盖和装饰板安装形成紧凑的一体式结构,缩短了所述主体部的长度,便于产品的小型化,也提升了所述手持式吹风机的抗震性和稳定性。此外,所述后端盖由高导热性材质制成,有利于所述主体部及时散热。
本申请还公开一种手持式吹风机,其包括手柄、与所述手柄连接且用以形成气流通道的机头及将外部气流引入至所述气流通道的吸风组件,所述机头包括形成有腔体的风筒外壳及设置在所述腔体内且用以控制所述吸风组件的控制电路板组件,所述机头上设置有触控组件,所述触控组件通过弹性件与所述控制电路板组件连接。
优选地,所述机头还包括盖设在所述风筒外壳一侧的盖板组件,所述触控组件设置在所述盖板组件上。
优选地,所述机头还包括设置在所述腔体内的中心风筒,所述控制电路板组件与所述中心风筒连接,所述盖板组件包括靠近所述控制电路板组件设置的盖板本体,所述触控组件设置在所述盖板本体上,所述弹性件设置在所述盖板本体与控制电路板组件之间。
具体地,所述盖板组件还包括与所述盖板本体连接的后盖板,所述后盖板上设置有与所述触控组件相匹配以使得所述触控组件突伸出所述后盖板的长槽口。
可选择地,所述触控组件为按钮或触控显示屏。
优选地,所述机头还包括设置在所述腔体内以调节气流温度且与所述控制电路板组件电连接的加热组件,所述触控组件包括用以启闭所述加热组件的第一触控件。
优选地,所述触控组件还包括用以调节所述加热组件温度的第二触控件。
优选地,所述手柄具有中空部,所述吸风组件设置在所述手柄内,所述手柄上还设置有与所述控制电路板组件电连接且用以启闭所述吸风组件的第三触控件。
优选地,所述手柄包括握持外壳及设置在所述握持外壳内的握持内壳,所述握持外壳上设置有小孔,所述第三触控件设置在所述握持内壳上且突伸出所述小孔以暴露在外侧。
本申请的有益效果还在于:通过弹性件使得触控组件与控制组件连接,触控快捷方便,且触控组件不占用空间;触控组件结构简单,制作工艺方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本申请的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本申请,但不用来限制本申请的范围。
图1是本申请一个实施例提供的手持式吹风机10,该手持式吹风机10可用于干发场景;或者,实验室、理疗室及工业生产、美工等方面作局部干燥、加热和理疗的场景,本申请不对手持式吹风机10的应用场景作限定。该手持式吹风机10可以包括以下部件:手柄20和与手柄20相连的机头30。
参考图2至图5所示的手柄20的结构示意图,手柄20具有与机头30相连的第一端部21、以及远离机头30且用于进风的第二端部22。手柄20内形成有通风通道,该通风通道位于第一端部21与第二端部22之间。第二端部22贯穿有线缆40以为手持式吹风机10整体供电。线缆40远离第二端部22的一端提供有插头(图中未示出),插头可以提供到主电源或者电池组的电连接。
其中,通风通道中设置有用于将外部的风吸入通风通道的吸风组件24。吸风组件24用于将风从第二端部22吸入并导向机头30。吸风组件24包括马达和风扇,马达和风扇可以一体化设置;或者,也可以可拆分设置,本实施例对此不作限定。可选地,马达可以是交流感应电机、串激式交直两用电机、或者是直流电机等,本实施例不对马达的类型作限定。
通风通道中还设置有消音组件27,消音组件27用于消除气流通过通风通道时产生的噪音。
参考图6,消音组件27包括消音支撑件271。其中,参考图7,消音支撑件271包括用于消除高频噪音的第一格栅2712。
可选地,消音支撑件271为管状。
可选地,消音支撑件271还包括用于放置消音材料的第二格栅2711。
可选地,消音组件27还包括设置于消音支撑件271的消音材料272。
可选地,第二格栅2711形成于消音支撑件的侧壁。第二格栅2711为条状。
可选地,第一格栅2712形成于消音支撑件的底面。第一格栅2712为蜂窝状。其中,对于底面蜂窝状的第一格栅2712,该第一格栅2712可将气流分成多个通道的气流,增大气流通道断面积,降低气流的同时可以使气流与周围第二格栅2711中的消音材料272充分接触,提高消声的效果。
可选地,消音材料272为羊毛毡和/或消音棉。当然,在实际实现时,消音材料272还可以为其它的可以吸收噪音的材料,本实施例不对消音材料272的类型作限定。
在一个示例中,消音组件27设置于吸风组件24下端。即,气流先通过消音组件27,再通过吸风组件24。当然,消音组件27还可以设置在手柄20中的其它位置,还可以设置在机头30中,本实施例不对消音组件27的位置作限定。
可选地,消音组件27包括第一格栅2712的底面一端远离吸风组件24的底面。
另外,本实施例中仅以消音组件27的数量为一个为例进行说明,在实际实现时,消音组件27的数量可以为多个,本实施例不对消音组件27的数量作限定。
可选地,手柄20中设置有第一卡合机构,消音支撑件271上设置有第二卡合机构,第一卡机构与第二卡合机构相适配,以使消音支撑件271固定在手柄20中。当然,还可以使用紧固件将消音支撑件271固定在手柄20中,本实施例不对消音支撑件271固定在手柄20中的方式作限定。
示意性地,手柄20包括内壳体26,内壳体26包括第一部分和第二部分,第一卡合机构设置在第一部分和/或第二部分上。其中,第一部分和第二部分可以是延手柄20轴向划分的;或者,第一部分和第二部分可以是延与手柄20轴向相垂直的方向划分的,本实施例不对第一部分和第二部分的划分方式作限定。
由于吸风组件24工作过程中,马达会震动产生噪声,为了降低马达震动引起的噪声,参考图8,手柄20还包括包裹吸风组件24的减震圈28。
减震圈28夹紧吸风组件24的马达外壳,以降低马达的震动,从而降低马达震动引起的噪声。
可选地,参考图6,手柄20内包括内壳体26,内壳体26形成有手柄底座261,过滤网221套设在手柄底座261之外。
综上所述,本实施例提供的手持式吹风机,包括机头和手柄,手柄包括与机头相连的第一端部和远离机头的第二端部,手柄内形成有通风通道,通风通道中设置有用于将外部的风吸入通风通道的吸风组件,手柄还包括:设置于通风通道中的消音组件,消音组件包括消音支撑件;消音支撑件包括用于消除高频噪音的第一格栅;可以解决吹风机噪音过大的问题;由于吹风机设置有消音组件,该消音组件可以通过第一格栅消除高频噪音,增大气流通道断面积降低风速,从而降低吹风机工作时的噪声。
另外,消音支撑件设置有第二格栅,可以将消音材料直接放置在消音支撑件上,无需为消音材料额外设置独立的支撑件,可以简化手持式吹风机的结构;另外,无需将消音材料全部包裹住消音支撑件,只需在第二格栅部分设置消音材料,可以节省使用的消音材料,节省手持式吹风机所需使用的资源。
在本申请的另一实施例中,参阅图1,本发明的手持式吹风机包括相互连通的机头30和手柄20,外部空气从所述手柄20的底端进入所述手柄20,并送入所述机头30,被加热后最终从所述手持式吹风机的出风位置3吹出。
参照图9-10,所述机头30包括风筒32、导风管、控制电路板组件35、加热组件36、后端盖8、风嘴组件33、挡风板、固定座12。所述后端盖8和所述风嘴组件33分别位于所述风筒32的相对两端,所述风筒32收纳所述导风管和所述加热组件36,所述后端盖8设置暴露于外侧的装饰板11,控制电路板组件35、所述加热组件36和所述挡风板分别套设在所述导风管外侧。
所述装饰板11夹持于所述后端盖8与所述机头30前端部件之间,具体位 于固定座12与后端盖8之间,向后贯穿所述后端盖8并暴露于外侧。进一步的,装饰板11包括圆形的本体部及自本体部向外周凸伸的卡持部,装饰板11沿机头30出风方向抵靠于固定座12的后端,后端盖8沿机头30出风方向抵靠于装饰板11,后端盖8的中心孔内缘抵靠在装饰板11的卡持部上,装饰板11的主体部外轮廓与后端盖8的中心孔内轮廓相同,装饰板11的主体部卡持于后端盖8的中心孔内并向外暴露于外侧。其中,装饰板11的本体部外端面自后端盖8的外端面向内凹陷,以使得手持式吹风机的机头30的后端面形成内外两个圆形结构,如此设置,吹风机的机头30后端结构紧凑,外型美观。在其他实施方式中,装饰板11的本体部自后端盖8的外端面平齐。
所述固定座12设置于所述后端盖8与控制电路板组件35之间,所述后端盖8包括多个凸起13和多个操作窗口,所述多个操作窗口设置靠近于装饰板11的下端附近,所述凸起13位于所述后端盖8朝向控制电路板组件35的一侧,所述固定座12包括与所述多个凸起13分别对应的多个固定孔(未标示),所述多个凸起13与所述多个固定孔配合固定所述后端盖8与所述固定座12。
所述固定座12还包括凸柱14,控制电路板组件35包括与所述凸柱14对应的收纳孔(未标示),所述凸柱14与所述收纳孔配合固定所述固定座12与控制电路板组件35,从而使得所述机头30形成紧凑的一体式结构,便于产品的小型化,也提升了所述手持式吹风机的稳定性。优选的,所述固定座12和控制电路板组件35均为圆形结构。
进一步的,所述后端盖8为中部贯通的环形结构,所述装饰板11盖设于所述固定座12上并自后端盖8的中部贯通孔暴露于外部。所述后端盖8由高导热性材质制成,例如金属、合金、石墨烯和碳纤维中的任意一种,根据实际需求,还可以选用其他强度合适的高导热性材质,如此可以加快所述机头30的热量散发。
所述挡风板位于控制电路板组件35和所述加热组件36之间,所述加热组件36的主要作用是将经过的气流加热,变成热风,吹往所述出风口3方向,从 而起到烘干作用。所述加热组件36与控制电路板组件35电性连接,其中,控制电路板组件35包括恒温自动电控元件(未标示),所述加热组件36与所述恒温自动电控元件串联。当所述加热组件36的温度超过预定温度时,所述恒温自动电控元件切断电路,从而起保护作用,防止事故发生。本实施例,所述加热组件36优选为电热丝,其熔点较高,而且可以在较短时间内迅速升温,进一步的,所述加热组件36为多圈电热丝绕制而成。
所述将经过风嘴组件33所述加热组件36加热的热风从所述出风口3输出,所述风嘴组件33还可以改变所述手持式吹风机出风的形状和速度。在本实施例中,所述风嘴组件33可拆卸地安装在所述风筒32上,这样的结构便于维护,也可以根据使用需求,更换为不同功能的同类组件,满足不同出风需求。当然,所述风嘴组件33也可以与所述风筒32一体化制成。
在本申请的另一实施例中,请参见图1,本实用新型的一较佳实施例中的手持式吹风机10可用于干发场景;或者,实验室、理疗室及工业生产、美工等方面作局部干燥、加热和理疗的场景,本申请不对手持式吹风机10的应用场景作限定。该手持式吹风机10可以包括以下部件:手柄20和与手柄20连接的机头30。
请具体参见图11至图15,机头30包括形成有腔体的风筒32、设置在腔体内的中心风筒41、套设在中心风筒41上用以调节温度的加热组件36、与中心风筒41连接且用以控制吸风组件24与加热组件36的控制电路板组件35、及盖设在风筒32一侧的端盖组件34,吸风组件24、加热组件36与控制电路板组件35电连接,控制电路板组件35与线缆40电连接。在本实施例中,控制电路板组件35为双层电路板351,中心风筒41具有外周面,双层电路板351套设在外周面上以与中心风筒41固定,双层电路板351皆为PCB板,加热组件36为加热丝361。诚然,在其他实施例中,该双层电路板351也可为其他,加热组件36也可为其他,根据实际情况而定,在此不做具体限定。在本实施例中,风筒32为圆形以配合中心风筒41的形状。诚然,在其他实施例中,风筒32也可为其他,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。
端盖组件34靠近双层电路板351设置,包括设置在双层电路板351一侧的盖板本体341、设置在盖板本体341一侧的后盖板343及设置在后盖板343与盖板本体341之间的端盖342,第一突伸块设置在盖板本体341的中心部。在本实施例中,盖板本体341、后盖板343及端盖342皆为圆形以与风筒32盖合。诚然,在其他实施例中,盖板本体341、后盖板343及端盖342也可为其他形状,在此不做具体限定。
双层电路板351用于控制手持式吹风机10的工作参数。比如:调节加热组件36的加热功率、吸风组件24的转速等工作参数。相应地,工作部上设置有触控组件通过弹性件与控制电路板组件连接,即触控组件通过弹性件电连接至双层电路板351。在本实施例中,触控组件设置在端盖组件34上。诚然,在其他实施例中,触控组件也可设置在机头30的其他位置,如风筒32等,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。具体的,触控组件设置在所述盖板本体341上,弹性件53设置在盖板本体341与控制电路板组件35之间。触控组件包括用以启闭加热组件36的第一触控组件25及用以调节加热组件36温度的第二触控组件37,诚然,在其他实施例中,该第一触控组件25与第二触控组件37可整合设置为一个,根据实际情况而定,在此不做具体限定。
相应的,后盖板343及端盖342上设置有与触控组件相匹配以使得触控组件突伸出后盖板343的长槽口,该长槽口包括用以与第一触控组件25匹配的第一长槽口51及与第二触控组件37匹配的第二长槽口52。按压或触碰该触控组件,快捷且方便;同时该触控组件设置在盖板组件上,不占用设备空间。
另外,本实施例仅以双层电路板351控制加热组件36的加热功率、吸风组件24的转速两种工作参数为例进行说明,在实际实现时,还可以增加控制其它工作参数,相应地,手持式吹风机10上还可以集成更多的触控组件,本实施例在此不再一一列举。同上述,第一触控组件25和第二触控组件37可以实现为按钮组件(即基于实体按键实现的触控组件)、或者触控显示屏组件(即,基于虚拟按键实现的触控组件)等,本实施例不对第二触控组件37和第三触控组件38的实现方式作限定。
中心风筒41具有出风口414,手持式吹风机10还包括与出风口414连接用以将气流聚拢的风嘴组件33,连接方式不限于螺栓连接、螺纹连接、卡箍连接等连接方式,风嘴组件33用于将经过加热组件36加热的气流从手持式吹风机10输出。风嘴组件33可拆卸地安装在手持式吹风机10上;或者,与中心风筒41一体化制成。风嘴组件33可以改变手持式吹风机10中气流的形状和速度,可以将经过加热组件36加热后的风会聚输出至手持式吹风机10之外。风嘴组件33的形状在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。
中心风筒41包括靠近端盖组件34设置的第一风筒411及与第一风筒411连通设置的第二风筒412,第一风筒411的直径小于第二风筒412的直径,双层电路板351套设在第一风筒411上,加热组件36套设在第二风筒412上,气流从第一风筒411流向至第二风筒412,这样设计的目的在于:一方面气流经过加热组件36加热,另一方便使得手持式吹风机10整体外观更为美观。呈上述,为了配合风筒32的形状,在本实施例中,双层电路板351的形状为圆形。诚然,在其他实施例中,该双层电路板351的形状也可为其他,根据实际情况而定,在此不做具体限定。中心风筒41靠近端盖组件34的端部设置有第一螺纹,端盖组件34上设置有与第一螺纹相匹配以实现螺纹连接的第二螺纹。
中心风筒41靠近端盖组件34的一端设置有第一通孔413,端盖组件34上设置有第一突伸块,第一突伸块穿过第一通孔413并与第一通孔413卡持以使得端盖组件34与中心风筒41固定连接,即在本实施例中,第一风筒411的端部设置有第一通孔413。为了使得第一突伸块与第一通孔413卡持更为牢固,第一突伸块突伸出第一通孔413的端部还设置有紧固件,以防止第一突伸块滑出第一通孔413。紧固件为常规设置,在此不做赘述。
双层电路板351上设置有第二通孔352,端盖组件34上设置有与第二通孔352位置对应的第二突伸块,第二突伸块穿过第二通孔352并与第二通孔352卡持以使得端盖组件34与双层电路板351卡持。呈上述,第二突伸块设置在盖板本体341上。
盖板本体341上设置有卡槽,后盖板343上设置有与卡槽位置对应的第三 突伸块3431,第三突伸块3431与卡槽卡持设置。端盖组件34还包括设置在盖板本体341与后盖板343之间的端盖342,端盖342上设置有用以使得第三突伸块3431穿过的第三通孔3421。
请具体结合图16-17,手柄20具有与机头30连接的第一端部21、以及远离机头30且用于进风的第二端部22。第二端部22贯穿有线缆40以为手持式吹风机10整体供电。线缆40远离第二端部22的一端提供有插头(图中未示出),插头可以提供到主电源或者电池组的电连接。
其中,线缆40包括载电导线(火线,live wire)和中性导线(零线,neutral wire)。可选地,线缆40以一股电线贯穿第二端部22后,在手柄20内部被分成至少两股电线。
手柄20具有握持外壳23以对手柄20内部的组件进行保护。握持外壳23从机头30延伸至第二端部22远离机头30的一端。线缆40穿过位于第二端部22位置处的握持外壳23进入手柄20。线缆40大体定位于第二端部22的中间处,向手柄20的内部中心延伸。示意性地,手柄20整体呈管状结构,且具有基本一致的直径。当然,手柄20也可以为其它形状,本实施例对此不作限定。可选地,为了保证使用者使用手持式吹风机10时的稳定性,握持外壳23的手柄20可以设置有防滑组件;或者,握持外壳23上手柄20的材料为防滑材料。
本实施例的手持式吹风机10还包括用以将外部气流引入至机头30的吸风组件24,该吸风组件24设置在手柄20内以将外部气流从第二端部22吸入并导向至机头30。该吸风组件24包括马达141和风扇,马达141和风扇可以一体化设置;或者,也可以可分开设置,本实施例对此不作限定。可选地,马达141可以是交流感应电机、串激式交直两用电机、或者是直流电机等,本实施例不对马达141的类型作限定。
当然,手柄20内还可以设置有其它组件,比如:用于对线缆40、触控组件和吸风组件24进行固定的固定组件等,本实施例在此不再一一列举。
综上所述:通过弹性件53使得触控组件与控制电路板组件35连接,触控快捷方便,且触控组件不占用空间;触控组件结构简单,制作工艺方便。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种手持式吹风机,包括机头和手柄,所述手柄包括与所述机头相连的第一端部和远离所述机头的第二端部,所述手柄内形成有通风通道,所述通风通道中设置有用于将外部的风吸入所述通风通道的吸风组件,其特征在于,所述手柄还包括:设置于所述通风通道中的消音组件,所述消音组件包括消音支撑件;
    所述消音支撑件包括用于消除高频噪音的第一格栅。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述消音组件还包括设置于消音支撑件的消音材料。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述消音支撑件包括用于放置所述消音材料的第二格栅。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述第二格栅形成于所述消音支撑件的侧壁。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述第二格栅为条状。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述第一格栅形成于所述消音支撑件的底面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述第一格栅为蜂窝状。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述消音组件设置于所述吸风组件下游,所述消音材料为羊毛毡和/或消音棉。
  9. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述手柄还包括包裹所述吸风组件的减震圈。
  10. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述手柄中设置有第一卡合机构,所述消音支撑件上设置有第二卡合机构,所述第一卡机构与所述第二卡合机构相适配,以使所述消音支撑件固定在所述手柄中
  11. 一种手持式吹风机,其特征在于,包括后端盖、夹持于所述后端盖与吹风机主体部前端部件之间的装饰板,所述装饰板向后贯穿所述后端盖并暴露于外侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述机头设有一固定座,所述装饰板夹持于所述固定座与后端盖之间。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述装饰板包括本体部及自所述本体部向外周延伸的卡持部,所述后端盖中部设有与所述本体部外轮廓相同的中心孔,所述本体部自所述中心孔暴露于外侧。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述装饰板的本体部外端面自后端盖的外端面向内部凹陷。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述后端盖包括多个凸起,所述固定座包括与所述多个凸起分别对应的多个第一固定孔,所述多个凸起与所述多个固定孔配合固定所述后端盖与所述固定座。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述后端盖的材质为金属、合金、石墨烯和碳纤维中的一种。
  17. 一种手持式吹风机,其特征在于,包括手柄、与所述手柄连接且用以形成气流通道的机头及将外部气流引入至所述气流通道的吸风组件,所述机头包括形成有腔体的风筒外壳及设置在所述腔体内且用以控制所述吸风组件的控制电路板组件,所述机头上设置有触控组件,所述触控组件通过弹性件与所述控制电路板组件连接。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述机头还包括盖设在所述风筒外壳一侧的盖板组件,所述触控组件设置在所述盖板组件上。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述机头还包括设置在所述腔体内的中心风筒,所述控制电路板组件与所述中心风筒连接,所述盖板组件包括靠近所述控制电路板组件设置的盖板本体,所述触控组件设置在所述盖板本体上,所述弹性件设置在所述盖板本体与控制电路板组件之间。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述盖板组件还包 括与所述盖板本体连接的后盖板,所述后盖板上设置有与所述触控组件相匹配以使得所述触控组件突伸出所述后盖板的长槽口。
  21. 如权利要求17至20中任一项所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述触控组件为按钮或触控显示屏。
  22. 如权利要求17所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述机头还包括设置在所述腔体内以调节气流温度且与所述控制电路板组件电连接的加热组件,所述触控组件包括用以启闭所述加热组件的第一触控件。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述触控组件还包括用以调节所述加热组件温度的第二触控件。
  24. 如权利要求17所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述手柄具有中空部,所述吸风组件设置在所述手柄内,所述手柄上还设置有与所述控制电路板组件电连接且用以启闭所述吸风组件的第三触控件。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述手柄包括握持外壳及设置在所述握持外壳内的握持内壳,所述握持外壳上设置有小孔,所述第三触控件设置在所述握持内壳上且突伸出所述小孔以暴露在外侧。
