以下实施例会结合附图对本发明进行详述,在附图或说明中,相似或相同的部分使用相同的标号,并且在实际应用中,各部件的形状、厚度或高度可扩大或缩小。本发明所列举的各实施例仅用以说明本发明,并非用以限制本发明的范围。对本发明所作的任何显而易知的修饰或变更都不脱离本发明的精神与范围。
实施例1
请参阅图1~4,本发明实施例中,一种塑料制品的切割装置,包括立板10,立板10之间固定有第一固定板11、第二固定板12和切割台13,第一固定板11用于方便切割组 件30的水平移动,第二固定板12方便切割组件30的竖直移动,切割台13方便放置塑料制品,进而通过切割组件30进行切割。
进一步地,所述切割台13上设有切割腔15,塑料制品放置在切割腔15上,方便切割组件30进行切割;所述切割腔15一侧设置输送组件50,输送组件50设置在进料口14的下方,通过输送组件50能够将进料口14输送过来的塑料制品移动到切割腔15上,进而不需要人工进行搬运,提高了塑料制品的移动效率,非常简单实用;所述输送组件50包括固定在立板10上的支架51,支架51上固定有第二电机52,第二电机52的输出轴固定有第一连接轴53,第一连接轴53通过皮带57与滚轮55上的第二连接轴54连接,第二连接轴54转动连接在支撑腿56上,支撑腿56固定在切割台13上方,滚轮55的数量为两个,两个滚轮55之间通过输送带58连接;当第二电机52工作时,能够带动第一连接轴53进行转动,进而通过皮带57带动带动第二连接轴54转动,进而带动滚轮55进行旋转,最终带动输送带58上的塑料制品进行移动,最终移动到切割腔15上,从而方便塑料制品的切割,在使用过程中,不需要人力即可将塑料制品进行输送,非常简单方便,具有非常好的实用性,减少了工作人员的工作强度。
进一步地,所述第一固定板11上设有水平移动组件20,水平移动组件20用于切割组件30的水平移动,方便调节切割组件30在水平方向上的位置,进而方便对不同的位置进行切割;所述水平移动组件20包括固定在第一固定板11上的第一电机箱21和滑轨23,滑轨23内设有滑动腔24,第一电机箱21设置在滑轨23一侧,第一电机箱21内放置有第一电机22,第一电机22与滑动腔24内的第一螺纹杆25连接,第一螺纹杆25一端与滑动腔24的内壁转动连接,另一端与第一电机22的输出轴固定连接,进而当第一电机22工作时,能够带第一螺纹杆25进行转动,第一螺纹杆25上螺纹连接有滑块26,当第一螺纹杆25转动时,能够带动滑块26在水平方向上进行移动,滑块26正面设有套筒27,套筒27内滑动连接有第一滑动杆28,使得第一滑动杆28能够在竖直方向上进行调节,第一滑动杆28底部固定有切割组件30,通过切割组件30对塑料制品进行切割;所述切割组件30包括固定在套筒27底部的第二电机箱31,第二电机箱31内放置有第二电机32,第二电 机32的输出轴与切割刀33固定连接,当第二电机32工作时,能够调动切割刀33进行旋转,进而对塑料制品进行切割,当需要切割不同的位置时,通过第一电机22带动第一螺纹杆25转动,进而带动滑块26在水平方向上进行移动,达到调节切割组件30水平位置的目的,当需要调节切割组件30的竖直位置时,只需要调节第一滑动杆28的竖直位置即可,当第一滑动杆28的高度位置调节后,切割组件30的高度位置也会跟着进行调节,进而方便切割。
进一步地,所述第一滑动杆28顶端与竖直位移组件40连接,进而通过竖直位移组件40调节切割组件30的竖直高度;所述竖直位移组件40包括与第一滑动杆28顶部固定连接的连接平台41,连接平台41与放置板43上的气缸44连接,放置板43固定在两个移动块42之间,移动块42与第二固定板12上的第二滑动杆47滑动连接,移动块42和连接平台41上均设有U型槽45,U型槽45内固定有弹簧46,当第一滑动杆28在水平方向上移动时,能够带动竖直位移组件40也在水平方向上进行移动,具体是通过移动块42在第二滑动杆47上滑动,同时通过气缸44能够带动连接平台41在水平方向上进行移动,进而带动切割组件30也在水平方向上进行移动,同时设置弹簧46和第二滑动杆47提高了第一滑动杆28与竖直位移组件40之间的稳定性,同时也不会影响连接平台41在竖直方向上的移动,非常简单实用。
进一步地,所述切割台13远离输送组件50一侧设有喷淋组件60,喷淋组件60用于切割时加水,提高切割效率,减少切割所产生的的热量,同时对切割后的切割腔15进行清洗,进而提高整体的洁净度;所述喷淋组件60包括放置在切割台13上的水箱61,水箱61内设有水泵62,水泵62通过进水管63与安装箱64连接,安装箱64上固定有第三电机箱65,第三电机箱65内放置有第三电机66,第三电机66的输出轴与第二螺纹杆72固定连接,第二螺纹杆72上螺纹连接有调节块71,调节块71通过连杆70与喷头67上的连接座69连接,喷头67转动连接在固定在安装箱64上的限位杆68,进而当第三电机66转动时,能够带动调节块71在第二螺纹杆72水平方向上进行移动,当调节块71移动时,通过连杆70带动喷头67绕着限位杆68进行旋转,进而调节喷头67的角度,喷头67与安装箱64 内的进水管63连通,进而通过喷头67进行喷淋操作,达到清洗和降温的作用,非常实用。
实施例2
本发明实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,所述切割腔15下方倾斜固定有挡板16,挡板16上设有过滤网17,通过过滤网17将清洗后的水进行过滤,用于减少杂质,进而将污水达到排放的标准,挡板16下方还放置有集水箱18,通过集水箱18收集清洗后的污水。
本发明的工作原理是:首先打开第二电机52,通过输送组件50将塑料制品传动到切割腔15上,再打开第一电机22,通过第一螺纹杆25的转动调节滑块26的位置,将切割组件30调整到合适的位置,再打开气缸44,调节切割组件30的竖直高度,最后打开第二电机32,通过切割刀33将塑料制品进行切割,在切割的同时,通过喷淋组件60对切割出进行喷淋,减少切割的热量,同时对切割腔15进行清洗,当切割完成后,关闭喷淋组件60和第二电机32,将切割组件30提升,再进行写一个塑料制品的切割。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种塑料制品的切割装置,包括立板(10),立板(10)之间固定有第一固定板(11)、第二固定板(12)和切割台(13),切割台(13)上设有切割腔(15),其特征在于,所述切割腔(15)一侧设置输送组件(50),所述第一固定板(11)上设有水平移动组件(20),水平移动组件(20)通过第一滑动杆(28)与竖直位移组件(40)连接,竖直位移组件(40)包括与第一滑动杆(28)顶部固定连接的连接平台(41),连接平台(41)与放置板(43)上的气缸(44)连接;所述切割台(13)远离输送组件(50)一侧设有喷淋组件(60),所述喷淋组件(60)包括放置在切割台(13)上的水箱(61),水箱(61)内设有水泵(62),水泵(62)通过进水管(63)与安装箱(64)连接,安装箱(64)一侧的第三电机(66)的输出轴与第二螺纹杆(72)固定连接,第二螺纹杆(72)上螺纹连接有调节块(71),调节块(71)通过连杆(70)与喷头(67)上的连接座(69)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料制品的切割装置,其特征在于,所述输送组件(50)包括固定在立板(10)上的支架(51),支架(51)上固定有第二电机(52),第二电机(52)的输出轴固定有第一连接轴(53),第一连接轴(53)通过皮带(57)与滚轮(55)上的第二连接轴(54)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的塑料制品的切割装置,其特征在于,所述第二连接轴(54)转动连接在支撑腿(56)上,支撑腿(56)固定在切割台(13)上方,滚轮(55)的数量为两个,两个滚轮(55)之间通过输送带(58)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料制品的切割装置,其特征在于,所述水平移动组件(20)包括放置第一电机(22)的第一电机箱(21),第一电机(22)与滑动腔(24)内的第一螺纹杆(25)连接,第一螺纹杆(25)上螺纹连接有滑块(26),滑块(26)正面设有套筒(27)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的塑料制品的切割装置,其特征在于,所述套筒(27)内滑动连接有第一滑动杆(28),第一螺纹杆(25)一端与滑动腔(24)的内壁转动连接,另一端与第一电机(22)的输出轴固定连接,第一滑动杆(28)底部固定有切割组件(30)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的塑料制品的切割装置,其特征在于,所述切割组件(30) 包括固定在套筒(27)底部的第二电机箱(31),第二电机箱(31)内放置有第二电机(32),第二电机(32)的输出轴与切割刀(33)固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料制品的切割装置,其特征在于,所述放置板(43)固定在两个移动块(42)之间,移动块(42)与第二固定板(12)上的第二滑动杆(47)滑动连接,移动块(42)和连接平台(41)上均设有U型槽(45),U型槽(45)内固定有弹簧(46)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料制品的切割装置,其特征在于,所述喷头(67)转动连接在固定在安装箱(64)上的限位杆(68),喷头(67)与安装箱(64)内的进水管(63)连通。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料制品的切割装置,其特征在于,所述切割腔(15)下方倾斜固定有挡板(16),挡板(16)上设有过滤网(17),挡板(16)下方还放置有集水箱(18)。
