Abstract

【課題】　厚みを抑制しつつ、貼剥しを容易に行うことができ、衛生的で使い勝手のよい貼付シートを提供する。 【解決手段】　この貼付シートは、粘着シート１００と表示物１２０によって構成されている。粘着シート１００は、粘着層１０２，ベース層１０４，ハードコート層１０６，剥離紙１０８を積層した構成となっている。粘着層１０２の吸着面側に剥離紙１０８が粘着しており、ベース層１０４の露出面側にハードコート層１０６が積層されている。粘着層１０２は、エチレン－酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂を主成分とする粘着剤によって形成されており、ベース層１０４は、シートを全体として維持する層である、ハードコート層１０６は、粘着シート１００をテーブルなどに貼り付けたときに露出する層である。

Description

貼付シート
　本発明は、メニュー，注意書き，説明書き，広告宣伝などの各種の表示を、テーブル、壁面、ガラスなどに対して行うための貼付シートに関するものである。
　例えば、レストランなどではお奨めのメニューをテーブル上に表示したり、セルフレジなどではその操作手順を器械のテーブルなどに表示したり、といった各種の表示を行う際に、シールないしシートを貼り付けることがある。図３(A)に示す貼付シート９００は、最も単純な例で、シート９０２の表面側に所望の印刷９０４を施し、裏面側に糊層９０６を設けている。この糊層９０６によってテーブルなどに貼付シート９００を貼り付ける。同図(B)に示す貼付シート９１０は、所望の表示が行われた表示物９１２の表面に保護用のラミネートフィルム９１４を貼り合わせるとともに、裏面に糊層９１６を設けた例である。同図(C-1)の貼付シート９２０は、表示物９２２の表裏にラミネートフィルム９２４，９２６を貼り合わせたものである。ラミネートフィルム９２４，９２６によるラミネート袋内に表示物９２２が挿入されていると考えることもできる。この例では、同図(C-2)に示すように、テーブル９２８に対して接着テープ９３０を使用して貼付シート９２０を固定する。
　下記特許文献１には、貼付対象に対する貼着，剥離を行うことができ、かつ、表示するメッセージを容易かつ安価に変更することを目的としたメッセージシートが開示されている。これによれば、任意のメッセージを表示した差替シートを差替え自在に挿入保持することができる差替スペースが基材シートと透明シートとの間に形成されており、基材シートの裏側には床等に対して着脱自在な貼着材層が設けられている。

　ところで、貼付シートに対しては、買い物カゴや食器などによる擦れや引っ掛け，水や油などのこぼれ，清掃時の布巾による擦れなどが生じ、汚れたり、角が剥がれたり、といった不具合が生じ、表示内容が見にくくなることもある。このため、一度貼り付けた貼付シートを剥がして、新しいものに貼り換えるといった作業が必要になる。
　しかしながら、上述した背景技術では、必ずしも簡単に貼付シートを剥がすことができないといった課題がある。また、使用する糊によっては雑菌が繁殖するなど衛生的とはいえないといった課題や、貼付シートが袋状となっているなど、厚みがでてしまうと、角部の引っ掛かりなどの不具合が発生しやすくなるといった課題もある。
　本発明は、以上の点に着目したもので、厚みを抑制しつつ、貼剥しを容易に行うことができ、衛生的で使い勝手のよい貼付シートを提供することを、その目的とする。
　本発明は、貼付対象に対して表示物を貼り付けるための貼付シートであって、エチレン－酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂を主成分とする粘着層を有する粘着シートを備えており、該粘着シートは、その周囲を除いて前記表示物が貼り付けられるとともに、周囲が前記貼付対象に粘着により貼り付けられ、前記貼付対象に貼り付けたときに露出する吸着シートの表面に、ハードコート層を形成したことを特徴とする。主要な形態の一つによれば、前記粘着層の全重量に対するエチレン－酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂の割合が、５０重量％～８５重量％であることを特徴とする。他の形態によれば、前記貼付対象を粘着により貼り付けるときに剥離される剥離紙を、前記粘着シートの粘着面に積層したことを特徴とする。本発明の前記及び他の目的，特徴，利点は、以下の詳細な説明及び添付図面から明瞭になろう。
　本発明によれば、エチレン－酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂を主成分とする粘着剤を使用して、表示物の貼り付けや、貼付対象に対する貼り付けを行うこととしたので、厚みを抑制しつつ、貼剥しを容易に行うことができる、衛生的で使い勝手のよい貼付シートを得ることができる。

　以下、本発明を実施するための最良の形態を、実施例に基づいて詳細に説明する。
　図１には、本発明の実施例の貼付シートが示されている。この貼付シートは、粘着シート１００と表示物１２０によって構成されている。同図(A)に示すように、本実施例の粘着シート１００は、粘着層１０２，ベース層（基層）１０４，ハードコート層１０６，剥離紙１０８を積層した構成となっている。粘着層１０２の粘着面側に剥離紙１０８が粘着されており、ベース層１０４の露出面側にハードコート層１０６が積層されている。
　これらのうち、粘着層１０２は、粘着性ないし接着性を有する樹脂で作成されたもので、例えば、エチレン－酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂（ＥＶＡ樹脂）を主成分としており、厚さは、１０μｍ程度である。具体的には、粘着層１０２は、エチレン－酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂を、全重量に対して５０重量％～８５重量％含んでいる。エチレン－酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂の含有割合が低すぎると、粘着力が弱くなりすぎて、良好に貼り付かなくなるので、５０重量％以上は必要である。逆に、エチレン－酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂の含有割合が高すぎると、粘着力が強くなりすぎて、剥がしたときに糊残りが生ずるようになるので、８５重量％程度とする。次に、ベース層１０４は、シートを全体として維持するためのもので、ポリエチレンテレフタレートなどの各種の樹脂シートないし樹脂フィルムが使用される。厚さは、例えば、５０μｍ程度である。
　ハードコート層１０６は、粘着シート１００をテーブルなどに貼り付けたときに露出する層で、粘着シート１００を汚れや擦れなどから保護する層であり、公知の各種のものを使用してよい。剥離紙１０８は、粘着シート１００をテーブルなどに貼り付ける際に剥がされる層である。剥離紙１０８としては、例えばポリエチレンテレフタレートなどの各種の樹脂シートないし樹脂フィルムが使用され、厚さは、例えば、５０μｍ程度である。剥がしやすくするために白色などに着色されている。
　次に、上述した実施例の粘着シート１００の使用手順を、図２も参照しながら説明する。まず、図２(A)に示すように、粘着シート１００と、所望の表示が印刷された表示物１２０を用意する。表示物１２０は、粘着シート１００に対して面積が小さく、粘着シート１００に貼り付けたときに、その周囲に粘着層１０２が露出するような大きさとなっている。
　次に、粘着シート１００から剥離紙１０８を剥離する（図１(B)，図２(B)参照）。そして、粘着層１０２に、表示物１２０を貼り付ける（図１(C)，図２(C)参照）。このとき、表示物１２０の印刷面が粘着層１０２側となるようにし、スキージ１５０もしくは手で、表示物１２０をしっかりと粘着層１０２に貼り付けるようにする（図２(D)参照）。これにより、表示物１２０は、粘着により粘着層１０２に貼り付けられる。この状態で、粘着シート１００をハードコート層１０６側から見ると、図２(E)に示すように、表示物１２０の表示が透視して見える。
　次に、表示する対象物，例えばテーブル１３０に、粘着シート１００の粘着層１０２側を、適宜位置決めして貼り付ける（図１(D)，図２(F)参照）。そして、スキージ１５０もしくは手で、粘着シート１００をテーブル１３０に貼り付けるようにする（図２(G)参照）。特に、粘着シート１００の周囲をしっかりと貼り付ける（図１(E)，図２(H)参照）。すると、粘着シート１００の周囲では、粘着層１０２が直接テーブル１３０に接するようになり、テーブル１３０に粘着層１０２の粘着力で貼り付くようになる。このようにして、図２(I)に示すように、テーブル１３０上に粘着シート１００が貼り付けられ、表示物１２０の印刷面が表示されるようになる。
　本実施例によれば、次のような効果が得られる。
ａ，表示物１２０の貼り付けやテーブル１３０への貼り付けを、粘着シート１００の粘着剤として、ビニル共重合樹脂系の粘着剤，特に、エチレン－酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂を主成分とする粘着剤を使用することにより行うこととしたので、貼剥がしを簡単に行うことができる。
ｂ，表面にハードコート層１０６を設けているので、耐摩耗性，耐水性に優れており、擦れに強く、傷がつきにくい。
ｃ，粘着剤としてエチレン－酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂を使用しているので、他の糊剤と比較して、雑菌が繁殖するなどの不具合も低減され、衛生的である。
ｄ，シート全体の厚みが７０μｍ程度に抑制されており、上述した背景技術のような袋状とはなっていないので、角が捲れるといった不具合も低減される。
　なお、本発明は、上述した実施例に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々変更を加えることができる。例えば、以下のものも含まれる。
(1)前記実施例で示した粘着シート１００は、表示物１２０の表示がよく見えるように無色透明とするが、着色することを妨げるものではない。この場合、着色層を別途積層するようにしてよいし、粘着層１０２，ベース層１０４，ハードコート層１０６に着色するようにしてもよい。
(2)表示物１２０としては、一般的には、文字や絵などが印刷された印刷物が好適な例であるが、紙や樹脂フィルムを切り取るなどの方法で表示を行うようにしてもよい。また、前記実施例では、貼付対象がテーブル１３０の場合を示したが、セルフレジ，商品を袋詰めするサッカー台，飲食テーブルなど、各種のものに適用可能である。また、貼付面は、水平面，垂直面の他、斜面であってもよい。
(3)前記実施例で示した材料や膜厚は一例であって、それに限定されるものではない。
　本発明によれば、エチレン－酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂を主成分とする粘着剤を使用して、表示物の貼り付けや、貼付対象に対する貼り付けを行うこととしたので、厚みを抑制しつつ、貼剥しを容易に行うことができる、衛生的で使い勝手のよい貼付シートを得ることができ、貼付対象における各種の表示に好適である。

Claims (3)

  1. 　貼付対象に対して表示物を貼り付けるための貼付シートであって、
    　エチレン－酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂を主成分とする粘着層を有する粘着シートを備えており、
    　該粘着シートは、その周囲を除いて前記表示物が貼り付けられるとともに、周囲が前記貼付対象に粘着により貼り付けられ、
    　前記貼付対象に貼り付けたときに露出する吸着シートの表面に、ハードコート層を形成したことを特徴とする貼付シート。
  2. 　前記粘着層の全重量に対するエチレン－酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂の割合が、５０重量％～８５重量％であることを特徴とする請求項１記載の貼付シート。
  3. 　前記貼付対象を粘着により貼り付けるときに剥離される剥離紙を、前記粘着シートの粘着面に積層したことを特徴とする請求項１又は２記載の貼付シート。
