Description

图1是安装组件10的透视图。图2是安装组件10的分解图。安装组件10包括安装带300,第一夹持器100和第二夹持器200。在一些实施例中,安装带300可以为细长形状,包括第一纵向端部310和第二纵向端部320。安装带300可以在第一纵向端部310和第二纵向端部320附近折叠以分别形成第一折叠部分311和第二折叠部分321。第一折叠部分311耦接到第一夹持器100,第二折叠部分321耦接到第二夹持器200。
在一些实施例中,第一夹持器100和第二夹持器200具有相同的结构。下面以第一夹持器100为例对夹持器进行详细说明。如图2所示,第一夹持器100包括支架110和可滑动紧固件120。支架110包括第一支腿111,第二支腿112和支撑模块113,支撑模块113被构造来支撑围绕支撑模块113折叠的第一折叠部分311。可滑动紧固件120被构造成将围绕支撑模块113折叠的第一折叠部分311固定到支撑模块113以及第一支腿111和第二支腿112。可滑动紧固件120能够沿着第一支腿111和第二支腿112滑动。在一些实施例中,可滑动紧固件可以沿第一支腿和第二支腿中的至少一个滑动。
在一些实施例中,第一夹持器100还包括用于将可滑动紧固件120紧固到支撑模块113的辅助紧固件118。辅助紧固件118穿过可滑动紧固件120中的第一孔121和在安装带300的第一折叠部分311中的第二孔312,并且延伸到支撑模块113中的第三孔119。在一些实施例中,可以在此提供两个或更多个的辅助紧固件。辅助紧固件118可以包括螺钉,螺母,销或其组合。
在一些实施例中,支架110和可滑动紧固件120中的至少一个由选自由金属或塑料组成的材料制成。安装带300由包括热塑性塑料的材料制成。该热塑性塑料可以为尼龙。在一些实施例中,安装带300是柔软的或柔性的,以便易于运输和对照明模块进行固定。
参考图3,流程图示出了由图1的第一夹持器100固定安装带300的方法301。图4为图1所示的安装组件10中第一夹持器100的立体图,其中,可滑动紧固件120处于远离支撑模块113的状态下。图5所示为图1的第一夹持器100的后视图。图6为图4所示的第一夹持器100沿线A-A截取的剖面图。图7为图1所示的安装组件10中第一夹持器100的立体图,其中,可滑动紧固件120处于邻近支撑模块113的状态下。图8为图7所示的第一夹 持器100的正视图。图9为图1所示的第一夹持器100沿线B-B截取的剖面图。下文将结合图4-9更详细地示出了使用夹持器,以第一夹持器100和第二夹持器200为例,固定安装带300的方法301。
方法301包括步骤302,304和306。在步骤302中,将可滑动紧固件120的放置第一位置142,该第一位置142位于第一支腿111和第二支腿112的远离支撑模块113的第一端141(图6所示)附近。在一些实施例中,在第一位置142处的可滑动紧固件120邻近支架110的基板114,基板114可以防止可滑动紧固件120从第一支腿111和第二支腿112上滑出。
在步骤304中,如图6所示,将安装带300的第一纵向端部310围绕支架110的支撑模块113折叠以形成安装带300的第一折叠部分311。
在步骤306中,如图7-9所示,沿着第一支腿111和第二支腿112将可滑动紧固件120移动到第二位置149,该第二位置149位于第一支腿111和第二支腿112的靠近支撑模块113的的第二端148(图9所示)附近。在第二位置149的可滑动紧固件120与支架110的支撑模块113相邻,并且在其中围绕安装带300的第一折叠部分311,支撑模块113以及第一支腿111和第二支腿112靠近第二端148附近的部分。
如图9所示,第一折叠部分311的内表面146包括槽147,槽147被构造来接收支撑模块113的突出部分143。突出部分143将安装带300固定到可滑动紧固件120,并且安装胶带300的厚度大于可滑动紧固件120与突出部分143之间的间隙。
在一些实施例中,支撑模块113具有大致上呈哑铃形的横截面。支撑模块113的第一端144与第一支腿111和第二支腿112的第二端148相邻,并且支撑模块113的第二端145附着到第一折叠部分311并被构造成支撑第一折叠部分311。
在一些实施例中,第一端144和第二端145之间的大致上呈长方体部分的至少一侧包括至少一个突起部分143。第一折叠部分311的内侧表面146包括的多个狭槽147的数量等于或大于突出部分143的数量。在一些实施例中,狭槽147等距分布在第一折叠部分311的内表面146上。
安装带和支架可以分开运输,并且在支架固定到照明设备(例如标志箱)之后,安装带经由支架紧固。这种方法使安装带和支架之间的安装更容易、更便捷、更便宜。
在一些实施例中,除了突出部分143和狭槽147的组合之外,第一夹持器100还包括与如上所述的辅助紧固件118相同或类似的一个或多个辅助紧固件,用于将安装带300紧固在可滑动紧固件120与支撑模块113之间。可以在支撑模块113中限定第三孔119。在一些其他实施例中,第三孔119可以限定在支撑模块113的第一端144、第二端145或突出部分143。
图10为图1所示的安装组件10中支架110一种实施方式的立体图。参考图7和图10,在一些实施例中,第一支腿111和第二支腿112中的至少一个包括挡止件150,挡止件150沿着基本上垂直于可滑动紧固件120的滑动方向从第一支腿111和第二支腿112中的所述至少一个向外延伸。挡止件150可以防止可滑动紧固件120从第一和第二支腿111,112的第二端148滑出。在一些实施例中,第一和第二支腿111,112中的每一个包括一个或多个挡止件150。
在一些实施例中,第二夹持器200可以与第一夹持器100不同。第二夹持器200可以为被配置为耦接并固定安装带300的第二纵向端部320的任何结构。
本公开的实施例还提供了一种照明系统20,其可用于各种应用中,包括框架式标牌,双面箱标牌以及为照明装置而使用的其它类似应用。如图11所示,在一些实施例中,照明系统20包括如上所述的两个安装组件10,至少两个照明模块30和标牌结构600。安装组件10的安装带300被配置为安装照明模块30,在一些实施例中,照明模块30可以是LED条带模块。每个安装组件10的第一夹持器100和第二夹持器200分别连接到标牌结构600的顶壁610和底壁620,且两个安装组件10大致彼此平行。每个照明模块30包括彼此电耦合的多个发光二极管(LED)303。在一些实施例中,照明系统20包括至少一个柔性电导体400,柔性电导体400电性和机械连接到照明模块30,用于向安装在其上的LED供电。
如图11所示,每个照明模块30的两端分别附接到两个安装组件10的安装带300,并且被布置为彼此大致平行的两个照明模块30。在一些实施例中,在此示出的示例性照明系统20中的照明模块30的两端通过例如胶合或焊接的方式固定到两个安装组件10的安装带300。在一些指定的实施例中,安装带300可以与照明模块30一体地成型。
在一些实施例中,两个以上照明模块30平行地安装在两个相邻安装组件 10的安装带300上,两个相邻照明模块30中的每一个之间的纵向距离可以是相同的。
在一些实施例中,照明系统20包括多于两个安装组件10,例如4个、6个或8个。
参考图4和图11,支架110具有由基板114和垂直于基板114的两个臂115形成的L形模块。支架110具有至少两个安装孔,该至少两个安装孔被构造成容纳用于将安装组件10固定到标牌结构600的螺钉。在一些实施例中,具有两个安装孔116的基板114被构造成用于将基板114固定到标牌结构600的顶壁610或底壁620。具有两个安装孔117的两个臂115被构造成用于将臂115固定到标牌结构600的侧壁630。
在一些实施例中,第一支腿111和第二支腿112与L形模块一体成型,且第一支腿111和第二支腿112垂直于基板114。
本公开还描述了用于将照明模块安装到标牌结构中的方法。如图2和图11所示,该方法包括以下步骤。将第一夹持器100和第二夹持器200分别紧固到标牌结构600的顶壁610或底壁620,相邻的第一夹持器和相邻的第二夹持器之间的距离大致相等。使用上述方法301将具有照明模块30的安装带300的第一折叠部分311固定到第一夹持器100,其中照明模块30大致平行于标牌结构600的顶壁610或底壁620。使用上述方法301将具有照明模块30的安装带300的第二折叠部分321固定到第二夹持器200。在一些实施例中,将至少一个柔性电导体400电性连接和机械连接到照明模块30连接到外部电源。该方法使得照明模块和标牌结构之间的安装更容易、更便捷、更便宜。
本申请的专利保护范围由权利要求限定,该保护范围也可包括本领域技术人员可能想到的其它例子。如果这些其它例子包括的结构元件没有不同于权利要求的文字语言,或者它们包括的等价结构元件只与权利要求的文字语言有非本质的差别,这些例子落入本申请权利要求的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于安装照明模块的安装组件,包括:
    安装带,被构造来安装所述照明模块,所述安装带分别在其第一纵向端部和第二纵向端部处具有第一折叠部分和第二折叠部分;
    第一夹持器和第二夹持器,分别耦接到所述第一折叠部分和所述第二折叠部分,所述第一夹持器和所述第二夹持器中的至少一个包括:
    支架,包括第一支腿和第二支腿以及位于所述第一支腿和所述第二支腿之间的支撑模块,所述支撑模块被构造来支撑围绕所述支撑模块折叠的所述第一折叠部分或所述第二折叠部分;和
    可滑动紧固件,被构造成将围绕所述支撑模块折叠的所述第一折叠部分或所述第二折叠部分固定到所述支撑模块以及所述第一支腿和所述第二支腿,所述可滑动紧固件可沿着所述第一支腿和所述第二支腿中的至少一个滑动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的安装组件,其中,所述第一折叠部分或所述第二折叠部分的内表面包括被构造来接收所述支撑模块的突出部分的槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的安装组件,其中,所述第一支腿和所述第二支腿中的至少一个包括挡止件,所述挡止件沿着基本垂直于所述可滑动紧固件的滑动方向从所述第一支腿和所述第二支腿中的所述至少一个向外延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的安装组件,其中,所述支架具有至少两个安装孔,所述至少两个安装孔被构造来容纳用于将所述安装组件固定到标牌结构的螺钉。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安装组件,其中,所述支架具有L形模块,所述L形模块包括基板和垂直于所述基板的至少一个臂,所述基板被构造成固定到所述标牌结构的顶壁或底壁,所述至少一个臂被构造成固定到所述标牌结构的侧壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的安装组件,其中,所述第一支腿和所述第二支腿与所述L形模块一体形成,并且所述第一支腿和所述第二支腿垂直于所述基板。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的安装组件,还包括辅助紧固件,所述辅助紧固件穿过所述可滑动紧固件中的第一孔和所述安装带的第一或第二折叠部分中的第二孔并且延伸到所述支撑模块中的第三孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的安装组件,其中,所述支架和所述可滑动紧固件中的至少一个由选自金属或塑料的材料制成,所述安装带由包括热塑性塑料的材料制成。
  9. 一种照明系统,包括权利要求1所述的两个安装组件和至少两个照明模块,其中:
    所述两个安装组件大致彼此平行;和
    所述至少两个照明模块中的每一个包括彼此电耦合的多个发光二极管以及两个端部,所述两个端部分别被附接到所述两个安装组件,以使得所述至少两个照明模块被布置为彼此大致平行。
  10. 一种用于由夹持器固定安装带的方法,所述夹持器包括:支架,所述支架包括第一支腿和第二支腿以及位于所述第一支腿和所述第二支腿之间的支撑模块,以及可沿着所述第一支腿和所述第二支腿中至少一个滑动的可滑动紧固件,所述方法包括:
    将所述可滑动紧固件放置在第一位置,该第一位置位于所述第一支腿和第二支腿的远离所述支撑模块的第一端附近;
    将所述安装带的纵向端部围绕所述支架的所述支撑模块折叠以形成所述安装带的折叠部分;和
    沿着所述第一和第二支腿将所述可滑动紧固件移动到第二位置,该第二位置位于所述第一和第二支腿的靠近所述支撑模块的第二端附近,以将所述安装带的所述折叠部分、所述支撑模块以及所述第一和第二支腿靠近所述第二端附近的部分包围在所述可滑动紧固件中。
