一种可控温的液氮喷枪 技术领域
本实用新型涉及喷枪技术领域,尤其涉及一种可控温的液氮喷枪。
背景技术
喷枪是利用液体或压缩空气迅速释放作为动力的一种设备。喷枪分为普压式和加压式两种。喷枪还有压力式喷枪、卡乐式喷枪、自动回收式喷枪。喷枪在行业中的应用可直接装涂料使用,即简单的喷枪,可安装如自动化设备中,如自动喷胶机,自动涂胶机,自动喷漆机,涂覆机等喷涂设备中使用。
液氮可用于降低物体的温度,而现有的液氮喷枪仍然存在不足之处,喷枪与液氮进料口大多采用螺纹连接,由于螺纹长时间使用后存在滑丝的问题,易导致连接处无法拆装,进而影响喷枪的正常使用。
技术问题
为了解决现有喷枪进料处的连接使用螺纹易发生滑丝的问题,而提出的一种可控温的液氮喷枪。
技术解决方案
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种可控温的液氮喷枪,包括喷枪本体和液氮瓶,所述喷枪本体通过连接部与液氮瓶固定连接,所述液氮瓶的内表壁设有保温层,液氮瓶的顶部设有阀门,所述喷枪本体的一侧设有喷嘴。

1、本实用新型中,喷枪本体的底部通过连接部连接了液氮瓶,液氮瓶上设置了阀门,液氮瓶的内部设置了保温层,连接部的内部设置了下连接口和上连接口,下连接口的内侧设置了凹槽,凹槽的内部设置了弹簧,弹簧上设置了限位块,上连接口的外侧设置了滑槽,滑槽上设置了通孔,上连接口的顶部设置了套管,套管的外侧底部和上连接口的内侧顶部均设置了固定块,采用此设计的好处在于:其一,将上连接口滑进下连接口的内部,使限位块沿滑槽滑动并且再旋转上连接口使限位块卡进通孔的内部,进而将喷枪本体与液氮瓶连接;其二,向下移动套管通过固定块将限位块挤出通孔,再反向旋转上连接口使限位块滑出滑槽,即可取下喷枪本体,通过限位块的卡接连接,避免了螺纹的滑丝问题,有助于延长连接部的使用寿命。
2、本实用新型中,喷枪本体上设置了喷嘴,喷嘴上设置了驱动块,驱动块上设置多个卡槽,喷枪本体的内部设置了气管,气管的内部设置了调节块,调节块的顶部设置了齿轮,采用此设计的好处在于:通过旋转喷嘴使驱动块旋转,由于齿轮通过多个卡槽与驱动块啮合连接,进而带动齿轮旋转,从而带动调节块旋转,通过调节气体通过气管的横截面积,调节了气体流速和压力,进而可通过气体的流量来调节被喷射物体的温度。

请参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种可控温的液氮喷枪,包括喷枪本体1和液氮瓶2,喷枪本体1通过连接部3与液氮瓶2固定连接,液氮瓶2的内表壁设有保温层5,液氮瓶2的顶部设有阀门4,喷枪本体1的一侧设有喷嘴6,保温层5有助于液氮的存放,阀门4有助于防止液氮泄露,提高了液氮瓶2使用的安全性。
具体的,如图2所示,连接部3包括下连接口301和上连接口305,下连接口301与液氮瓶2的顶部固定连接,并且下连接口301的内侧开设有多个凹槽302,多个凹槽302的内部均固定连接有弹簧303,多个弹簧303的伸缩端均固定连接有球状的限位块304,上连接口305的外表壁开设有多个“L”形的滑槽306,多个滑槽306的上端均开设有通孔307,上连接口305的内侧滑动连接有套管308,上连接口305的内侧顶部和套管308外侧底部均焊接有环状的固定块309,限位块304与凹槽302和滑槽306均滑动连接,并且限位块304与通孔307卡接,套管308通过固定块309与上连接口305滑动连接,喷枪本体1与套管308固定连接,使限位块304沿着滑槽306滑动直至与通孔307卡接,进而连接喷枪本体1和液氮瓶2,提高了二者的稳定性,其次向下移动套管308,通过固定块309挤压限位块304再旋转上连接口305使限位块304脱离通孔307沿滑槽306滑出,进而将喷枪本体1和液氮瓶2分离。
具体的,如图3所示,喷枪本体1的内部设有气管9,喷嘴6与气管9连通,并且喷嘴6靠近喷枪本体1的一侧固定连接有环状的驱动块7,驱动块7的远离喷嘴6的一端开设有多个卡槽8,气管9的内部设有调节块10,调节块10的顶部固定连接有齿轮11,驱动块7与喷枪本体1滑动连接,调节块10与气管9转动连接,旋转喷嘴6带动驱动块7旋转,带动齿轮11旋转,进而带动调节块10旋转,调节了气管9的截面积,进而控制气体通过气管9的流量,起到温度控制的作用。
工作原理:使用时,首先,打开阀门4将液氮灌入液氮瓶2的内部,灌装结束后关闭阀门4,然后连接喷枪本体1和液氮瓶2,对齐下连接口301和上连接口305,向下移动喷枪本体1使上连接口305滑进下连接口301的内部,同时使限位块304在滑槽306的内部滑动,此时弹簧303被压缩,限位块304被压进凹槽302的内部,当上连接口305下移到不能移动后,旋转喷枪本体1,使限位块304继续沿着滑槽306滑动直至滑到通孔307处,弹簧303释放弹力推动限位块304滑出凹槽302进入通孔307的内部,进而通过连接部3连接喷枪本体1和液氮瓶2;其次,在拆卸液氮瓶2时,向下按压喷枪本体1,使套管308向下移动并且接触限位块304,压迫限位块304向凹槽302滑动,在反向旋转喷枪本体1使限位块304沿着滑槽306滑出,进而将喷枪本体1和液氮瓶2分离;最后,通过旋转喷嘴6带动驱动块7旋转,由于驱动块7通过多个卡槽8与齿轮11啮合连接,进而带动齿轮11旋转,进一步带动调节块10旋转,调节了气管9内气体可通过的横截面积,通过改变气体的出口大小起到调节气体的流速和压力,进而通过调节液氮喷出的量来改变温度,通过上述的步骤可解决现有喷枪进料处的连接使用螺纹易发生滑丝的问题。
