Claims (10)
- 一种具有温度场动态调控功能的冷藏车厢,其特征在于,包括厢体,厢体的一个侧部厢壁固定有制冷机构,制冷机构用于向厢体内射入冷风,厢体的顶部厢壁固定有多个转向机构,每个转向机构均连接有风机,风机能够对流过的冷风进行加速,转向机构能够带动风机朝向厢体内部的任意方向转动,改变冷风的流向,厢体的侧部厢壁还安装有多个温度传感器,温度传感器能够检测厢体内温度,温度传感器与设置在厢体外部的控制机构连接,能够将检测的信息传输给控制机构,控制机构通过调速器与制冷机构连接,能够根据采集的温度信息控制制冷机构的工作功率,控制机构还与转向机构及风机连接,还能够采集的温度信息控制转向机构及风机的工作。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种具有温度场动态调控功能的冷藏车厢,其特征在于,所述制冷机构固定在厢体的侧部厢壁的上部位置,包括固定在侧部厢壁内侧面的蒸发器及固定在侧部厢壁外侧面的外挂冷凝机组,所述蒸发器和外挂冷凝机组通过管道连接,所述蒸发器的出风口轴线沿厢体的长度方向设置。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种具有温度场动态调控功能的冷藏车厢,其特征在于,所述蒸发器和外挂冷凝机组安装在厢体的同一个侧部厢壁的内侧面和外侧面上。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种具有温度场动态调控功能的冷藏车厢,其特征在于,所述转向机构设置多排,每排均有多个转向机构,同一排的多个转向机构沿蒸发器出风口轴线方向均匀分布设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种具有温度场动态调控功能的冷藏车 厢,其特征在于,所述转向机构包括与厢体顶部厢壁内侧面固定连接的第一舵机,所述第一舵机的输出轴与连接板连接,连接板上固定有第二舵机,所述第二舵机的输出轴与风机固定连接,第一舵机能够驱动风机在与厢体的顶部厢壁平行的平面内转动,第二舵机能够驱动风机在于厢体的顶部厢壁垂直的平面内转动,实现了风机朝向厢体内任意方向的转动。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种具有温度场动态调控功能的冷藏车厢,其特征在于,温度传感器安装在厢体相对的两个侧部厢壁内侧面上,且温度传感器沿厢体的长度方向均匀布设。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种具有温度场动态调控功能的冷藏车厢,其特征在于,所述控制机构还与设置在厢体外部的GPRS通信模块连接,GPRS通信模块通过服务器与手机终端连接,手机终端设定的温度值能够传输给控制机构,控制机构采集的温度值能够传输给手机终端。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种具有温度场动态调控功能的冷藏车厢,其特征在于,所述控制机构与温度传感器、制冷机构、转向机构及风机的连接线设置在排线管内,所述排线管与厢体固定连接。
- 一种冷藏车,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-8任一项所述的具有温度场动态调控功能的冷藏车厢。
- 如权利要求9所述的冷藏车,其特征在于,所述冷藏车的驾驶室内安装有与控制机构连接的显示屏,控制机构能够将采集的温度信息在显示屏上进行显示,显示屏也能够向控制机构传输设定温度 值。
