隐藏式纱窗装置 技术领域
本发明与纱窗装置有关,特别是指一种装设在隐藏式纱窗上的结构。
背景技术
按吾人所知,目前建筑物会在其开口上设置一门窗外,亦会在门窗上增设一纱窗,来防止室外的飞尘或蚊虫进入至室内;而目前的纱窗除了早期的平面纱窗外,近年来更开发出多种的隐藏式纱窗,例如滚动条式纱窗及折迭式纱窗等,且藉由隐藏式纱窗具有收纳隐藏纱网的特性,令隐藏式纱窗在纱网收纳后,门窗能够不因纱窗的设置而有缩小视野的问题,同时亦具有增饰门窗外观等效益。
惟目前的隐藏式纱窗大多是采用螺固的方式将其固定在门窗上,而此种的技术手段不仅需技术人员方能为之外,且当隐藏式纱窗在使用一段时间后,而因故障需维修或飞尘的积累而需清洗时,又需技术人员方能取下处理,所以目前的隐藏式纱窗在拆装上,并无法达到快速拆装之效益。
是以,为了改善隐藏式纱窗拆装不便的问题,中国台湾专利第M491079号揭示一种折迭式纱窗装置,其技术内容中系有公开利用多个连接片先行装设在门窗外框的内缘上,再藉由连接片上预设的勾块,令折迭式纱窗的框料在接邻连接片时,能够经由按压框料的方式,而将框料卡掣结合在连接片上,进而达到快速安装纱窗的效益,又当欲取下折迭式纱窗时,再将框料自连接片上拔起即能拆下,而具方便拆下折迭式纱窗的功能。
惟上述的习用技术虽然具有方便拆装折迭式纱窗的效益,但在使用上仍有下列问题,其分述如下。
一、由于目前许多门窗的外框内缘上并无预设可供连接片安装固定的基准,而致连接片的安装不是目测就是凭经验来安装固定,因此造成折迭式纱窗的框料与连接片卡掣结合后,折迭式纱窗常有歪斜不正之情事,导致技术人员常需安装多次,方能将连接片固定在正确的位置上,而此即造成安装的不便及工时的浪费。
二、再者,习用技术中的连接片及折迭式纱窗的框料分别是以塑料射出及铝料挤压成型,惟前述制程产出的制品常因模具的磨损而有公差范围变大之情事,导致连接片及折迭式纱窗的框料在安装时,不仅常有卡掣困难的问题外,且安装后亦有卡掣太紧不易取下等困扰。
发明内容
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种隐藏式纱窗装置,其包括:一外框、一至少第一框料、一第二框料及一设于该其中一第一框料及该第二框料间之屏幕,其中该第一框料、该第二框料及该屏幕供容设于该外框中,而该第一框料与该外框邻接设置,且该第一框料与该外框间设有至少一框料拆装结构,该框料拆装结置至少具有一驱动装置及一固定件,而该框料拆装结构采拨动、转动或按压其中一方式操作时,该驱动装置可驱动该固定件,而将该第一框料结合在该外框上。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的主要目的为提供一种隐藏式纱窗装置,藉此革除连接片的设置及克服习用技术在安装连接片时,易造成安装的不便及工时浪费等问题外,亦让纱窗装置的拆装能够更为简易快速方便。
本发明的另一主要目的为提供一种能够以一指拨动的方式,使纱窗装置能在外框上行快速拆装的框料拆装结构,藉此改善习用技术因采卡掣方式结合两框料,而致安装时易生卡掣困难或卡掣安装后有不易取下等情事。

再请参阅图2A、图2B及图3所示,其中该框料拆装结构(3)系设于该外框(1)与该第一框料(21)之间,而该框料拆装结构(3)系包含有一载体(31)及一滑动件(32),而在本实施例中,该载体(31)系容设于该第一框料(21)之该第一容置部(211)中,并可与该转折件(24)结合,或固设在该转折件(24)或该微调座(25)之间,抑或直接采用固定的方式将该载体(31)固定在该第一容置部(211)中:又请参阅图2A、图2B及图3所示,该载体(31)至少具有一中空部(311),而该滑动件(32)系滑设于该载体(31)之该中空部(311)中,又该滑动件(32)上设有一旋动部(321),而该旋动部(321)的一端系凸伸出该载体(31)之该中空部(311)外部一距离,且该凸伸出该旋动部(321)的端部上系设有至少一固定件(322),而该固定件(322)系可经由该第一框料(21)之该第一开口部(212)及该外框(1)之该第二开口部(12),而伸入至该外框(1)之该第二容置部(11)中,如图3所示。
请参阅图2A、图2B、图3、图4A至图4C所示,该滑动件(32)之该旋动部(321)与该载体(31)之该中空部(311)间系设有一驱动装置(4),而该驱动装置(4)系包含有复数个环设于该旋动部(321)周缘上的齿部(41)及至少一设于该载体(31)上的驱动凸部(42),而该驱动凸部(42)系设于该滑动件(32)之该旋动部(321)旋动的路径上,且该驱动凸部(42)的前缘系伸设入该驱动装置(4)之该两 齿部(41)之间,令该滑动件(32)在滑移时(如图4A中之箭头所示),该驱动装置(4)之该驱动凸部(42)恰可驱动该齿部(41),进而迫使该旋动部(321)旋转(如图4B中旋动部(321)上的箭头所示),并同步连动该固定件(322)旋动一角度,进而使该固定件(322)能与该外框(1)之该第二开口部(12)两侧的翼片(13)形成抵掣结合,藉以将该第一框料(21)固结在该外框(1)的一侧(如图3及图4C所示);再请参阅图2A或图2B所示,为了方便驱动该滑动件(32)行滑移作动,该载体(31)之该中空部(311)相对该滑动件(32)滑动的路径上设有一第一穿孔(313),且该第一框料(21)相对该第一穿孔(313)处则设有一第二穿孔(213),而一推块(214)之插销(216)系穿过该第一框料(21)之该第二穿孔(213)及该载体(31)之该第一穿孔(313),再固结于该滑动件(32)之一结合孔(323)中,而令该推块(214)被推移时,可带动该滑动件(32)滑移,并令该驱动装置(4)可连动该旋动部(321)转动一角度。
另请参阅图5A至图5C所示,当欲将该第一框料(21)自该外框(1)上拆离时,仅需向下拨动该推块(214),如前述图式中之箭头所示,使该滑动件(32)在向下滑移的过程中,能令其上的该固定件(322)在该驱动装置(4)的反向驱动下行反转作动而回到原来的态样,致该固定件(322)不再抵掣于该外框(1)之该第二开口部(12)两侧的翼片(13)上,此时该第一框料(21)不再与该外框(1)形成固结,而可将该第一框料(21)自该外框(1)上拆离,且在拆离的过程中,该固定件(322)系会依序通过该外框(1)之该第二开口部(12)及该第一框料(21)之该第一开口部(212),而使该第一框料(21)可轻易地自该外框(1)上拆离;是以,由前述的内容可知,在本实例施中,仅需用一指上、下拨动该推块(214),即可简易及快速地将该第一框料(21)固结于该外框(1)或自该外框(1) 上拆离,因而能克服习用技术在安装连接片时造成安装的不便及工时浪费等问题外,更无习用技术因采卡掣方式结合两框料,而致安装时易生卡掣困难或卡掣安装后有不易取下等情事。
再请参阅图2A及图2B所示,该第一框料(21)相对该推块(214)滑移的路径上设有一孔洞(217),而该拆装框体结构(3)之该载体(31)相对该孔洞(217)的位置处则设有一显示凸柱(33),令该拆装框体结构(3)之该载体(31)安装于该第一框料(21)之该第一容置部(211)内时,该显示凸柱(33)恰容设于该第一框料(21)之该孔洞(217)中,令该框料拆装结构(3)将该第一框料(21)抵掣结合该外框(1)时,该推块(214)恰可遮饰住该孔洞(217)及该显示凸柱(33),而使消费者能由此判断得知,该第一框料(21)与该外框(1)是处于抵掣结合的状态,但当该推块(214)再次滑移而露出该孔洞(217)及其内的该显示凸柱(33)时,又令消费者可以得知,该第一框料(21)与该外框(1)已呈分离态样而可拆下,惟在本实施例中,可供消费者判断的并非局限于孔洞(217)及该显示凸柱(33)的组配态样,凡举浅凹、浅凸或具有文字之卷标可供做为标识结合态样之结构或对象,均是本实施例应用之范畴。
请参阅图6所示,本发明之第二较佳实施例,其与第一较佳实施例的差异在于:该载体(31)系容设于该外框(1)之该第二容置部(11)中,而该滑动件(32)之该固定件(322)是经由该外框(1)之该第二开口部(112)及该第一框料(21)之该第一开口部(212),而伸入至该第一框料(21)之该第一容置部(111)中,且该外框(1)相对该载体(31)之该第一穿孔(313)位置处系设有一第三穿孔(14),而该推块(214)之该插销(216)则穿设过该外框(1)之该第三穿孔(114)及该载体(31)之该第一穿孔(313),再固结于该滑动件(32)的该结合孔(323)中;是以, 本实施例的操作方式系与上述第一较佳实施例相同,同理,当向上推移该外框(1)上的该推块(214)时,除可使该旋动部(321)上的该固定件(322)旋动一角度外,亦可令该固定件(322)能与该第一框料(21)之该第一开口部(212)两侧的翼片(215)形成抵掣,进而将该第一框料(21)夹掣在该外框(1)的一侧外,且当向下拨动该推块(214)时,该滑动件(32)在反向滑移的过程中,该固定件(322)会反转而呈原来态样,令该固定件(322)不再抵掣在该第一框料(21)之该第一开口部(212)两侧的翼片(215)上,使该第一框料(21)不再与该外框(1)形成固结,此时即可将该第一框料(21)自该外框(1)上拆离;是以,由前述的内容可知,本实例施系与第一较佳实施例同,仅需一指上、下拨动该推块(214),即能轻易地将该第一框料(21)固结在该外框(1)上或自该外框(1)上拆离,而与第一较佳实施例相同皆具有操作简易方便之效益外,且该外框(1)相对该推块(214)滑移的路径亦设有标织结合/或不结合态样的结构或对象,而令本实施例的使用能够实用方便。
请参阅图7A及图7B所示,本发明一种隐藏式纱窗装置之第三较佳实施例,其与第一及第二较佳实施例的差异在于:该框料拆装结构(6)至少具有一钮动件(61)及一固定件(62),而该钮动件(61)系穿设过该第一框料(21)预设之第四穿孔(27),且该钮动件(61)凸伸出该第一框料(21)外部的一端系设有一旋钮(611),而该钮动件(61)伸设入该第一框料(21)之该第一容置室(211)中的另一端设有一螺件(612),且该螺件(612)上设有一外螺纹(613),而该固定件(62)则具有一螺孔(621),且该固定件(62)系藉由该螺孔(621)而螺设于该螺件(612)的该外螺纹(613)上,致顺向旋转该钮动件(61)之该旋钮(611)时(参图7A所示),该固定件(62)系可伸设入该外框(1)预设之一第一卡掣槽(15),进而将该 第一框料(21)结合于该外框(1)上,另当反向旋转该钮动件(61)之该旋钮(611)时,该固定件(62)则退出该外框(1)之该第一卡掣槽(15)外,使该第一框料(21)能简易自该外框(1)上拆离,如图7B所示。
请参阅图8A及图8B所示,本发明一种隐藏式纱窗装置之第四较佳实施例,其与第一至第三较佳实施例的差异在于:该框料拆装结构(7)至少具有一按压件(71)、一滑套(72)及一转盘(73),其中该按压件(71)系凸伸出该第一框料(21)之外部,而该按压件(71)具有一杆身(711),而该杆身(711)系穿设过该第一框料(21)预设之该第五穿孔(28),再进入至该第一框料(21)之该第一容置室(211)中预设的一腔室(218),且该腔室(218)具有一出口(219),又该滑套(72)系套设于该按压件(71)容设于该腔室(218)的该杆身(711)上,且该滑套(72)之周圆设有至少一滑槽(721),又该滑套(72)的一端设有复数个单向的滑爪(722),另该转盘(73)系与该滑套(72)设有该滑爪(722)的端部相对设置,且该转盘(73)上设有复数个卡掣凸肋(731),而该卡掣凸肋(731)系可滑至入该滑套(72)之该滑槽(721)中,且该转盘(73)的一端系设有一轴杆(733),而该轴杆(733)系延伸出该腔室(218)之出口(219),且该轴身(733)延伸出该出口(219)的端部系设有一固定件(734),又该该轴身(733)上系套设有一弹性组件(735);据前,当使用本实施例时,系可按压该按压件(71),而使该转盘(73)下行,且令该转盘(73)上的该卡掣凸肋(731)脱离至该滑套(72)之该滑槽(721)的外部时,该卡掣凸肋(731)顶部的斜面系与该滑套(72)之该滑爪(722)接触而产生一径向力,而使该转盘(73)旋动一角度,致该卡掣凸肋(731)能与该滑套(72)的该滑爪(722)相抵掣,此时,该固定件(734)系伸设入该外框(1)之该第一卡掣槽(15)中,进而将该第一框料(21)结合于该外框(1)上,请参图8A所 示;另当再按压该按压件(71)时,该转盘(73)上的该卡掣凸肋(731)即会该弹性组件(735)的回复弹力作用下,再进入至该滑套(72)之该滑槽(721)中,并使该转盘(73)上的该固定件(734)退出该外框(1)之该第一卡掣槽(15),而使该外框(1)不再与该第一框料(21)相结合,此时该第一框料(21)即在该外框(1)上行快速简便拆下之作动,请参图8B所示;再者,上述之第三及第四实施例中的该框料拆装结构(6)、(7)亦可配设于该外框(1)上,惟其作动的方式及其达成的功能系与本实施例同,故不再赘述。
以上所述者,仅为本发明之较佳实施例而已,并非用以局限本发明之特征,举凡利用本发明相关之技术手段、创设原理之再发明,仍属本发明的发明范畴,因此本发明图式及说明书所述之陈述并非用以限定本发明实施之范围;任何熟习此技艺者,在不脱离本发明之精神与范围下所作之均等变化与修饰,皆应涵盖于本发明之专利范围内,方为合理。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种隐藏式纱窗装置,其特征在于,其包括:一外框、一至少第一框料、一第二框料及一设于该其中一第一框料及该第二框料间之屏幕,其中该第一框料、该第二框料及该屏幕供容设于该外框中,而该第一框料与该外框邻接设置,且该第一框料与该外框间设有至少一框料拆装结构,该框料拆装结置至少具有一驱动装置及一固定件,而该框料拆装结构采拨动、转动或按压其中一方式操作时,该驱动装置可驱动该固定件,而将该第一框料结合在该外框上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述之隐藏式纱窗装置,其特征在于:其中该外框可为一门窗外框或一纱门窗外框之其中一种,且该第二框料可于该外框中滑移作动。
  3. 如权利要求1所述之隐藏式纱窗装置,其特征在于:其中该第一框料上设有一第一容置部,而该第一容置部设有一第一开口部,而与该第一框料相对的该外框上设有一第二容置部,且该第二容置部包含有一第二开口部,而该第二开口部与该第一开口部相对设置,另该框料拆装结构设于该第一框料之该第一容置部中,且该固定件可由该第一框料之该第一开口,而伸设入该外框之该第二容置部。
  4. 如权利要求3所述之隐藏式纱窗装置,其特征在于:其中该框料拆装结构至少具有一滑动件及一载体,而该载体容设于该第一框料之该第一容置部中,而该滑动件可于该载体上行滑移作动,且该滑动件上设有一旋动部,而该驱 动装置设在该旋动部与该载体间,且该固定件设于该旋动部上,令该滑动件于滑移时,该驱动装置可驱动该固定件旋转一角度。
  5. 如权利要求4所述之隐藏式纱窗装置,其特征在于:其中该第一框料相对该滑动件滑移的路径上设有一穿孔,而该穿孔供一推块之一插销穿过再固结于该滑动件上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述之隐藏式纱窗装置,其特征在于:其中该第一框料上设有一第一容置部,而该第一容置部设有一第一开口部,而与该第一框料相对的该外框上设有一第二容置部,且该第二容置部包含有一第二开口部,而该第二开口部与该第一开口部相对设置,另该框料拆装结构设于该外框之该第二容置部中,且该固定件可由该外框之该第二容置部,而伸设入该第一框料之该第一容置部。
  7. 如权利要求6项所述之隐藏式纱窗装置,其特征在于:其中该框料拆装结构至少具有一滑动件及一载体,而该载体容设于该外框之该第二容置部中,而该滑动件可于该载体上行滑移作动,且该滑动件上设有一旋动部,而该旋动部与该载体间设有一驱动装置外,且该固定件设于该旋动部上,令该滑动件于滑移时,该驱动装置可驱动该固定件旋转一角度。
  8. 如权利要求7所述之隐藏式纱窗装置,其特征在于:其中该外框相对该滑动件滑移的路径处设有一穿孔,而该穿孔供一推块的一插销穿过再固结于该滑动件上。
  9. 如权利要求4或7所述之隐藏式纱窗装置,其特征在于:其中该驱动装置包含有复数个环设于该旋动部上的齿部及至少一设于该载体上的驱动凸部,而该驱动凸部设于该滑动件之该旋动部旋动的路径上,且该驱动凸部部份伸设入该旋动部的两齿部间。
