Description
本发明涉及港口货物防盗设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种港口货物防丢失用追踪装置。
港口经常有一些莫名的小船出入,进行偷窃货物,港口货物一般装在港口货物箱中,为了防止港口货物丢失,一般会在港口货物箱上安装GPS定位器。
但是现有的GPS定位器不方便从港口货物箱上拆除,不方便对GPS定位器进行检修,实用性较差;且现有的GPS定位器的散热性能较差,导致GPS定位器容易因长期的高温状态而损坏,影响使用寿命,为此我们提出一种港口货物防丢失用追踪装置。
发明内容
本发明提出的一种港口货物防丢失用追踪装置,解决了现有的GPS定位器不方便从港口货物箱上拆除,不方便对GPS定位器进行检修,实用性较差;且现有的GPS定位器的散热性能较差,导致GPS定位器容易因长期的高温状态而损坏,影响使用寿命的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:

本发明的有益效果:
1、通过安装板、安装箱、转动杆、把手、锥齿圈、锥齿轮、丝杆、升降板、安装筒体、支撑块和压板的配合作用,通过转动把手,即可将GPS定位器从港口货物箱上拆除,拆除GPS定位器的操作简单,方便将GPS定位器从港口货物箱上拆除,方便对GPS定位器进行检修,实用性较高。
2、通过升降板、散热片、固定杆、固定板、驱动电机和风扇叶的配合作用,通过驱动电机的运转,可使散热片持续的吸收GPS定位器上的热量,即可有效的提升GPS定位器的散热性能,从而防止GPS定位器因长期的高温状态而损坏,保证GPS定位器的使用寿命。

实施例:安装板1上对称开设有两个螺栓孔,两个螺栓孔分别位于固定箱2的两侧,安装GPS定位器本体13之前,可通过螺栓贯穿螺栓孔将安装板1固定在港口货物箱的内顶壁上,需要安装GPS定位器本体13时,首先将GPS定位器本体13活动套接进安装筒体6的内圈,直至GPS定位器本体13的底端与散热片8的顶端和支撑块17的顶端接触,即可通过支撑块17对GPS定位器本体13进行支撑,然后通过正向转动把手4,带动转动杆3转动,通过锥齿圈15和锥齿轮16的传动,可带动两个丝杆5转动,通过两个丝杆5与升降板7的螺旋传动,可带动升降板7上升,即可带动GPS定位器本体13上升,直至压板14的底端抵压GPS定位器本体13的顶端,即可对GPS定位器本体13进行有效的固定,完成GPS定位器本体13的安装,当GPS定位器本体13处于高温状态时,通过散热片8可吸收GPS定位器本体13上的热量,使GPS定位器本体13散热,同时通过驱动电机11的运转,带动风扇叶12转动,使风扇叶12向上出风,即 可通过风扇叶12对散热片8吹风,使散热片8上的热量快速散出,即可使散热片8维持低温状态,即可持续的通过散热片8吸收GPS定位器本体13上的热量,从而使GPS定位器本体13快速散热,防止GPS定位器本体13因长期的高温状态而损坏,保证GPS定位器本体13的使用寿命,需要拆除GPS定位器本体13时,首选通过反向转动把手4,带动转动杆3转动,通过锥齿圈15和锥齿轮16的传动,可带动两个丝杆5转动,通过两个丝杆5与升降板7的螺旋传动,可带动升降板7下降,即可带动GPS定位器本体13下降,使GPS定位器本体13脱离压板14,直至GPS定位器本体13顶端与压板14底端的间距大于安装筒体6的高度,即可将GPS定位器本体13向上提起,直至GPS定位器本体13完全脱离安装筒体6,即可完成GPS定位器本体13的拆除,拆除GPS定位器本体13的操作简单,方便对GPS定位器本体13进行检修。
本发明设计新颖,操作简单,方便从港口货物箱上拆除,方便进行检修,实用性较高,散热性能较强,可保证使用寿命。

- 一种港口货物防丢失用追踪装置,包括安装板(1)、固定箱(2)、升降板(7)和固定板(10),其特征在于,所述固定箱(2)固定在所述安装板(1)的底壁上,所述升降板(7)安装在所述固定箱(2)的正下方,所述固定板(10)安装在所述升降板(7)的正下方,所述固定箱(2)的底壁的两侧均转动连接有垂直的丝杆(5),所述丝杆(5)的顶端延伸至固定箱(2)的内部且固定连接有锥齿轮(16),位于锥齿轮(16)上方的所述固定箱(2)的两侧侧壁上转动连接有水平的转动杆(3),位于固定箱(2)内部的所述转动杆(3)的外圈依次固定套接有两个锥齿圈(15),两个所述锥齿轮(16)分别与两个所述锥齿圈(15)啮合连接,所述升降板(7)螺旋配合连接在两个所述丝杆(5)的外圈,位于两个丝杆(5)之间的所述升降板(7)的顶壁上固定垂直的安装筒体(6),所述安装筒体(6)的顶部内圈活动套接有GPS定位器本体(13),所述升降板(7)上沿宽度方向依次开设有多个固定孔,固定孔内固定套接有垂直的散热片(8),所述散热片(8)的顶端延伸至安装筒体(6)的内圈且与所述GPS定位器本体(13)的底端接触,所述固定板(10)的顶壁的中间位置安装有输出端朝上的驱动电机(11),所述驱动电机(11)的输出端固定连接有风扇叶(12)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口货物防丢失用追踪装置,其特征在于,所述固定箱(2)的底壁的两个均开设有第一转动孔,第一转动孔内固定套接有第一轴承,两个所述丝杆(5)分别固定套接在两个第一轴承的内圈,所述固定箱(2)的两侧侧壁上均开设有第二转动孔,第二转动孔内固定套接有第二轴承,所述转动杆(3)固定套接在两个第二轴承的内圈。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口货物防丢失用追踪装置,其特征在于,所述GPS定位器本体(13)的顶端延伸出安装筒体(6),位于安装筒体(6)内 圈的所述升降板(7)的顶壁上固定有呈对称设置的两个支撑块(17),两个所述支撑块(17)分别位于所述散热片(8)的两侧,所述GPS定位器本体(13)的底端与所述支撑块(17)的顶端接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口货物防丢失用追踪装置,其特征在于,所述散热片(8)的底端延伸至升降板(7)的下方,所述风扇叶(12)位于所述散热片(8)的正下方,位于散热片(8)两侧的所述升降板(7)的底壁上均焊接有固定杆(9),所述固定板(10)焊接在两个所述固定杆(9)的底端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口货物防丢失用追踪装置,其特征在于,位于GPS定位器本体(13)正上方的所述固定箱(2)的外底壁上粘接有橡胶材料制成的压板(14),所述压板(14)的底壁上开设有多个防滑槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口货物防丢失用追踪装置,其特征在于,所述丝杆(5)的底端延伸至升降板(7)的下方且焊接有限位板,所述转动杆(3)延伸至固定箱(2)外部的一端且固定连接有把手(4)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种港口货物防丢失用追踪装置,其特征在于,所述安装板(1)上对称开设有两个螺栓孔,两个螺栓孔分别位于所述固定箱(2)的两侧。
